A diode pumped Nd:YVO4 semiconductor saturable absorber mirror (SESAM) passive mode-locked intracavity frequency doubled laser was studied. A type II phase matching KTiOPO4(KTP) crystal and a type I phase matching LiB3O5 (LBO) frequency doubling crystal were respectively inserted in the cavity. With a pump power of 4.5 W, a 90 mW output of frequency doubled beam and 29.7 ps pulse duration were achieved with frequency doubled by KTP. With the same pump power a 140 mW output of frequency doubled beam and 3.67 ps pulse duration were achieved with LBO. 相似文献

With a type-I critical phase-matching LBO crystal, an intracavity frequency doubled solid-stated Yb:YAG green laser is reported. Using a plano-concave resonator, with pump power of 1.37 W, 24.5 mW TEM00 continuous wave laser at 525 nm was obtained. The optical conversion efficiency is 1.8%. By adjusting the placed angle of LBO, several lasers wavelength from 525.0 to 537.8 nm could be extracted. The maximum output power at 537.8 nm is 3.1 mW. 相似文献

A new laser transition at 1112 nm was obtained after analyzing the parameters of the main laser transitions in Nd:YAG and calculating the transmission loss of the cavity at 1064, 1319, and 946 nm. The maximum output power of the fundamental wavelength was 610 mW, the fundamental wavelength light-to-light conversion efficiency was 38.1%, the maximum output at 556 nm was 109 mW intra-cavity frequency doubled by LBO, the SHG conversion efficiency was 17.8%, and the overall light-to-light efficiency was 6.8% for the pump power of 1.6 W. 相似文献

We report a diode-pumped Pr3+:YAlO3 laser emitting at 747 nm. A power of 232 mW at 747 nm has been achieved in continuous-wave operation with a diode emitting
2 W at 448 nm. Furthermore, intracavity second-harmonic generation in continuous-wave mode has also been demonstrated with
a power of 52 mW at 374 nm by using a LBO nonlinear crystal. The fluctuation of the violet output power was better than 2.3%.

An LD-pumped Nd:YVO4 passively Q-switched by V:YAG and intracavity frequency doubled by LBO red pulse laser at 671 nm was presented. With 1.6 W incident pump power, average output power of 53 mW, pulse duration (FWHM) of 29.5 ns, pulse repetition rate of 37.2 kHz, peak power of 48.3 W and single-pulse energy of 1.43 μJ were obtained. 报道了激光二极管抽运的Nd∶YVO4晶体1342和671nm激光特性.1342nm激光最大输出功率为1.75W,光-光转换效率为32.1%,斜效率为43%.利用Ⅰ类非临界相位匹配LBO晶体腔内倍频,当输入抽运功率为6W时,获得功率为502mW的671nm激光输出,光-光转换效率超过8.3%;当671nm激光输出功率为400mW时,短期的不稳定度小于2%.

A compact, efficient yellow-orange light at 593.5 nm was realized by the intracavity sum-frequency mixing using a BIBO crystal in a diode-pumped Nd:YVO4 laser. At an incident pump power of 3.5 W, up to 126 mW of CW output light at 593.5 nm was achieved with a 1.5-mm-long critical phase-matching BIBO. The optical-to-optical conversion efficiency was up to 3.6%, which was comparable to a 5-mm-long LBO. The beam equality was excellent with an ellipticity of 0.97 and output noise of less than 0.8% (rms). Results confirm that the BIBO is an efficient material for frequency conversion in the visible region. 相似文献

本文讨论了采用空间光脉冲光谱的啁啾特性和选择聚焦透镜焦距相结合的技术大大提高二次谐波转换效率和产生紫外飞秒光脉冲的实验研究.采用一类相位匹配的BBO晶体,当飞秒钛宝石光脉冲平均功率为560mW时,二次谐波输出功率为352mW,二次谐波转换效率高达63%;采用一类相位匹配的LBO晶体时,获得高光束质量的倍频蓝光输出,输出平均功率为170mW,转换效率大于30%.运用LBO倍频产生的蓝光脉冲和剩余的基频光脉冲进行了三次谐波的振荡研究.三倍频晶体采用BBO,通过优化设计倍频光与基频光之间的空间模匹配及精确时间延迟,得到飞秒紫外光输出,输出功率为2mW,中心波长约为280nm,重复率为100MHz. 相似文献

We report a red laser at 670.5 nm generation by intracavity frequency doubling of a continuous wave (CW) laser operation of
a 1341 nm Nd:GdVO4 laser under in-band diode pumping at 912 nm. An LBO crystal, cut for critical type I phase matching is used for second harmonic
generation of the laser. At an incident pump power of 8.9 W, as high as 347 mW of CW output power at 670.5 nm is achieved.

The generation of ultraviolet (UV) light at 335.5 nm based on frequency quadrupling of a diode-end- pumped Q-switched Nd:YVO4 laser at 1342 nm was demonstrated. KTP crystal was used for generation of wavelength of 671 nm by intracavity doubling and LBO (BBO) crystal was exploited for the subsequent external fourth harmonic generation (FHG). With 6.3-W absorbed pump power and 10-kHz frequency repetition rate, the UV output power of 35 and 63 mW were obtained by using LBO and BBO as frequency quadrupling nonlinear crystals, respectively. The experimental results show that the conversion efficiency (red-UV) of 6.4% for BBO crystal is higher than that of 3.5% for LBO crystal, but the UV beam quality obtained by LBO crystal is better than by BBO crystal. 相似文献
