[Li0.03(K0.48Na0.52)0.97](Nb0.97Sb0.03)O3-(Ba0.85Ca0.15)(Ti0.90Zr0.10)O3 [(1−x)LKNNS-xBCTZ] lead-free piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by the conventional solid state method, and effects of BCTZ content on the piezoelectric properties of LKNNS ceramics were mainly investigated. A stable solid solution has been formed between LKNNS and BCTZ, and a morphotropic phase boundary of (1−x)LKNNS-xBCTZ ceramics is identified in the range of 0 < x ≤ 0.02. The Curie temperature of (1−x)LKNNS-xBCTZ ceramics decreases with increasing BCTZ content. A higher ?r value and a lower tan δ value are demonstrated for the (1−x)LKNNS-xBCTZ ceramic with x = 0.02. The (1−x)LKNNS-xBCTZ ceramic with x = 0.02 has an enhanced electrical behavior of d33 ∼ 237 pC/N, kp ∼ 48.6%, ?r ∼ 1451, tan δ ∼ 0.037, and Tc ∼ 335 °C. As a result, (1−x)LKNNS-xBCTZ ceramics are promising candidate materials for the field of lead-free piezoelectric materials.  相似文献

Bismuth ferrite (BFO) and La-substituted BFO with composition Bi1−xLaxFeO3 (x=0.05, 0.1 and 0.15) (BLFOx=0.05-0.15) ceramics were prepared using the solid state reaction route. A structural phase transition from rhombohedral phase to triclinic phase was observed for BLFOx=0.05-0.15 ceramics. Modulus spectroscopy reveals the deviation of dielectric behavior from ideal Debye characteristics and the dependence of conductivity on ion hopping in BFO and BLFOx=0.05-0.15 ceramics. The conductivity of the BFO ceramics decreases for La content of 5 mol%, followed by a subsequent increase with 10 and 15 mol% of lanthanum doping. The typical values of the activation energies at high temperature reveal the contribution of short range movement of doubly ionized oxygen vacancies to the conduction process in BFO and BLFOx=0.05 ceramics. Both short range and long range motion of oxygen vacancies are responsible for large conductivity in BLFOx=0.1 and 0.15 ceramics.  相似文献

In this work, ((1−x)Ba(Fe1/2Ta1/2)O3-xBa(Zn1/3Ta2/3)O3), ((1−x)BFT-xBZT) ceramics with x = 0.00–0.12 were synthesized by the solid–state reaction method. X-ray diffraction data revealed that both the powders and ceramics were of a pure-phase cubic perovskite structure. All ceramics showed large dielectric constants. For the x = 0.12 sample, a very high dielectric constant (>20,600) was observed. A lowering in the dielectric loss compared to pure BFT ceramics was observed with the BZT addition. The impedance measurements indicated that BZT has a strong effect on the bulk grain and grain boundary resistance of BFT ceramics. These results are in agreement with the measured dielectric properties. Based on dielectric and impedance results, (1−x)BFT-xBZT ceramics could be of great interest for high performance dielectric materials applications due their giant dielectric constant behavior.  相似文献

Oxonitridosilicate phosphors with compositions of (Y1−xCex)2Si3O3N4 (x=0−0.2) have been synthesized by solid state reaction method. The structures and photoluminescence properties have been investigated. Ce3+ ions have substituted for Y3+ ions in the lattice. The emission and excitation spectra of these phosphors show the characteristic photoluminescence spectra of Ce3+ ions. Based on the analyses of the diffuse reflection spectra and the PL spectra, a systematic energy diagram of Ce3+ ion in the forbidden band of sample with x=0.02 is given. The best doping Ce content in these phosphors is ∼2 mol%. The quenching temperature is ∼405 K for the 2 mol% Ce content sample. The luminescence decay properties were investigated. The primary studies indicate that these phosphors are potential candidates for application in three-phosphor-converted white LEDs.  相似文献

In the study, in order to develop the lead-free piezoelectric ceramics for actuator, transformer and other electronic-devices application, (K0.5Na0.5)(Nb0.9+xTa0.1)O3 + 0.5 mol% CuO + 0.2 mol% MnO2 ceramics were prepared by conventional mixed oxide method. The effects of B-site non-stoichiometry in [(K0.5Na0.5)] [(Nb0.9+xTa0.1)O3] ceramics on microstructure and piezoelectric properties were investigated. The density, electromechanical coupling factor (kp), mechanical quality factor (Qm), piezoelectric constant (d33), TC and TO-T of NKNT ceramics with x = 0.0065 showed the optimum values of 4.58 g/cm3, 0.427, 1554, 109 pC/N, 373 °C and 226 °C, respectively, suitable for piezoelectric motor, and transformer applications.  相似文献

(Bi0.5Na0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3 ceramics doped with Li2CO3 and Bi2O3 as sintering aids were manufactured, and their micro structural, dielectric and piezoelectric properties were investigated. All specimens could be well sintered at a low-temperature of 1080 °C. The bulk density of the specimens doped with a small amount of Li2CO3 was enhanced. The dielectric and piezoelectric properties of ceramics were investigated with different amounts of Li2CO3 substitutions. High electrical properties of d33 = 167 pC/N, kp = 0.34, Pr = 40 μC/cm2 and Ec = 38 kV/cm were obtained from the specimen containing 0.1 mol% of Li2CO3 sintered at 1080 °C.  相似文献

Bismuth doped bismuth sodium titanate ceramics [(Bi1/2Na1/2)(1−1.5x)BixTiO3, x=0 to 0.06] were prepared, and the resulting effects on the microstructure and dielectric properties were examined. All of the Bi-doped ceramics exhibited a single phase of perovskite structure with rhombohedral symmetry. The poling leakage current was significantly reduced by the doping of Bi, facilitating the poling process of the ceramics. The doping with Bi enhances the piezoelectric properties and increases the dielectric constant and the dielectric loss of the ceramics. At 2 mol% Bi-doping level, the ceramics exhibit a large remanent polarization of 47 μC/cm2 and a relatively low coercive field of 71 kV/cm, while their d33 and kp reach a maximum value of 95 pC/N and 21%, respectively.  相似文献

Lead-free (K0.5Na0.5)0.90Li0.06Sr0.02Nb(1−x)SbxO3 (KNLSN-Sbx) ceramics were synthesized by ordinary sintering technique. The compositional dependence of phase structure and electrical properties of the ceramics was systematically investigated. All samples possessed pure perovskite structure, showing room temperature symmetries of orthorhombic at x<0.01, coexistence of orthorhombic and tetragonal phases at x=0.01, and tetragonal at 0.02≤x≤0.05. The temperature of the polymorphic phase transition (PPT) was shifted to lower temperature and dielectric relaxor behavior was induced by increasing Sb content. The samples near the coexistence region (x=0.01) exhibited enhanced electrical properties: d33∼145 pC/N, kp∼38% and Pr∼20.4 μC/cm2.  相似文献

Low-frequency (102-105 Hz) dielectric properties of TbMnO3+xTiO2 (x=0.33, 1, 3) ceramic composites, which were fabricated by conventional solid-state reaction, were investigated from 360 to 77 K. Very high dielectric constants and interesting temperature dependence of the dielectric properties were observed in the present composite ceramics. When compared to the high dielectric loss of the polycrystalline TbMnO3, the loss of TbMnO3+xTiO2 (x=0.33, 1, 3) decreased with the increasing TiO2. Especially for TbMnO3+1TiO2, the dielectric loss decreased remarkably, while the dielectric constant was still very high, which are more favorable for practical applications.  相似文献

Lead-free (Ba1−xCax)(Ti0.95Zr0.05)O3 (x = 0.05-0.40) (BCZT) ceramics were prepared by solid-state reaction technique. XRD results show that the samples in the composition range of 0.05 ≤ x ≤ 0.25 exhibit pure perovskite structures and undergo a polymorphic phase transitions from orthorhombic to tetragonal phase around room temperature. The biphasic structures are detected at x ≥ 0.30 and the dielectric peaks become broad and dielectric constants decrease with increasing Ca content. Ca replacement at Ba site leads to diffuseness, whereas Ca occupancy at Ti site leads to decrease of the Tc.  相似文献

Lead-free multi-component ceramics (Bi1−xyNa0.925−xyLi0.075)0.5BaxSryTiO3 have been prepared by an ordinary sintering technique and their structure and electrical properties have been studied. All the ceramics can be well-sintered at 1100 °C. X-ray diffraction patterns shows that Li+, Ba2+ and Sr2+ diffuse into the Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3 lattices to form a new solid solution with a pure perovskite structure, and a morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) is formed at 0.04 < x < 0.08. As compared to pure Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3 ceramic, the coercive field EC of the ceramics decreases greatly and the remanent polarization Pr of the ceramics increases significantly after the formation of the multi-component solid solution. Due to the MPB, lower EC and higher Pr, the piezoelectricity of the ceramics is greatly improved. For the ceramics with the compositions near the MPB (x = 0.04–0.08 and y = 0.02–0.04), piezoelectric coefficient d33 = 133–193 pC/N and planar electromechanical coupling factor kP = 16.2–32.1%. The depolarization temperature Td reaches a minimum value near the MPB. The temperature dependences of the ferroelectric and dielectric properties suggest that the ceramics may contain both the polar and non-polar regions at temperatures near/above Td.  相似文献

Phase pure perovskite (1−xy)Pb(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3-xPb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3-yPbTiO3 (PNN-PZN-PT) ferroelectric ceramics were prepared by conventional solid-state reaction method via a B-site oxide mixing route. The PNN-PZN-PT ceramics sintered at the optimized condition of 1185 °C for 2 h exhibit high relative density and rather homogenous microstructure. With the increase of PbTiO3 (PT) content, crystal structure and electrical properties of the synthesized PNN-PZN-PT ceramics exhibit successive phase transformation. A morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) is supposed to form in (0.9−x)PNN-0.1PZN-xPT at a region of x=32-36 mol% confirmed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) measurement and dielectric measurement. The MPB composition can be pictured as providing a “bridge” connecting rhombohedral ferroelectric (FE) phase and tetragonal one since crystal structure of the MPB composition is similar to both the rhombohedral and tetragonal lattices. Dielectric response of the sintered PNN-PZN-PT ceramics also exhibits successive phase-transition character. 0.64PNN-0.1PZN-0.26PT exhibits broad, diffused and frequency dependent dielectric peaks indicating a character of diffused FE-paraelectric (PE) phase transition of relaxor ferroelectrics and 0.40PNN-0.1PZN-0.50PT exhibits narrow, sharp and frequency independent dielectric peaks indicating a character of first-order FE-PE phase transition of normal ferroelectrics. The FE-PE phase transition of 0.56PNN-0.1PZN-0.34PT is nearly first-order with some diffused character, which also exhibits the largest value of piezoelectric constant d33 of 462pC/N.  相似文献

The phase structure, microstructure, piezoelectric properties, dielectric characteristic and the ME effect of magnetoelectric Pb[Zr0.23Ti0.36+0.02(Mg1/2W1/2)+0.39(Ni1/3Nb2/3)]O3 (PZT)+xNi0.8Co0.1Cu0.1Fe2O4 (NCCF) composite ceramics were prepared by the conventional solid state reaction method. The structural analysis of both the constituent phases and their composites was carried out by X-ray diffraction, energy dispersive spectrometry and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed cubic spinel structure for ferrite phase and tetragonal perovskite structure for ferroelectric phase. The piezoelectric constant, dielectric constant, Curie temperature, remanent polarization and coercive electric field decreased with increase of ferrite content. The coercive field strength, saturation magnetization and remanent magnetization increased with increasing ferrite content.  相似文献

In this study, ceramics in Mn-doped ((Ka0.5Na0.5)0.935Li0.065)NbO3 ceramics (Mn content = 0.25, 0.50, 1.00 and 1.50 mol%) were successfully prepared by the conventional mixed-oxide technique. The crystal structure was identified by XRD as a single-phase perovskite structure with tetragonal symmetry. The valence of Mn ions, characterized by the synchrotron XAS technique, was seen to change from Mn4+ to Mn3+ during the formation of the crystal. The valence state of Mn strongly affected the crystal structure and ferroelectric properties of the ceramics. The ferroelectric parameters show the decrease of remnant polarization and the increase of the coercive field with increasing MnO2 content. The results confirm the Mn3+ in KNNL perovskite lattices, leading to the formation of oxygen vacancies and hardening effects.  相似文献

The microwave dielectric properties of La1-xBx(Mg0.5Sn0.5)O3 ceramics were examined with a view to their exploitation for mobile communication. The La1-xBx(Mg0.5Sn0.5)O3 ceramics were prepared by the conventional solid-state method with various sintering temperatures. The X-ray diffraction patterns of the La0.995B0.005(Mg0.5Sn0.5)O3 ceramics revealed no significant variation of phase with sintering temperatures. A maximum apparent density of 6.58 g/cm3, a dielectric constant (εr) of 19.8, a quality factor (Q × f) of 41,800 GHz, and a temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τf) of −86 ppm/°C were obtained for La0.995B0.005(Mg0.5Sn0.5)O3 ceramics that were sintered at 1500 °C for 4 h.  相似文献

The glasses of the composition (40−x) PbO-15Bi2O3-45As2O3-xCoO, with 0≤x≤0.6 mol% in the steps of 0.1 were synthesized. The dielectric properties viz., dielectric constant, loss and ac conductivity over moderately larger ranges of frequency and temperature were investigated. The results were analyzed with the aid of the data on optical absorption and IR spectra. The analysis indicated that there is an increase in the insulating strength of the glasses with increase in the concentration of CoO up to 0.4 mol%.  相似文献

Lead-free piezoelectric ceramics (1 − x − y)Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3xBi0.5K0.5TiO3yBiGaO3 have been fabricated by an ordinary sintering technique, and their structure and electrical properties and depolarization temperature have been studied. The results of X-ray diffraction reveal that Bi0.5K0.5TiO3 and BiGaO3 diffuse into the Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3 lattices to form a new solid solution with a pure perovskite structure. An obvious change in microstructure with increasing concentration of Bi0.5K0.5TiO3 and BiGaO3 was observed. The piezoelectric constant d33 and the electromechanical coupling factor kp of the ceramics attain maximum values of 165 pC/N and 0.346 at y = 0.01(x = 0.18) and x = 0.21(y = 0.01), respectively. The temperature dependence of dielectric constant indicates an obvious relaxor characteristic with strong frequency dependence of dielectric constant. The depolarization temperature decreased with increasing content of BiGaO3 and first decreases and then increases with increasing amount of Bi0.5K0.5TiO3.  相似文献

In the present study, structural, dielectric and ferroelectric properties of Ba1?3x/2Yx Zr0.025Ti0.975O3 ferroelectric ceramics have been investigated. The compound was synthesized using solid state reaction technique. The effect of yttrium substitution on structural, dielectric and ferroelectric properties was studied using X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), LCR meter and PE loops. Phase analysis shows the formation of secondary phase YTi2O6 for Y ≥ 2.5 mol% substitution. The microstructural investigation shows that Y substitution significantly reduces the grain size. An increase in Y content up to 2.5 mol% increases the Curie temperature (Tc) initially but decreases subsequently. The maximum dielectric constant at Tc has been observed for 2 mol% Y substitution and with further increase in Y content the dielectric constant decreases considerably. The solubility limit is found to be 2.5 mol% of Y and after that some of the yttrium atoms enter B-sites and leading to the formation of the secondary phase. The PE loop studies show that there is an increase in the coercive field with increasing Y content.  相似文献

We examine the ferroelectric-relaxor behavior of (Ba0.65Sr0.35)(Zr0.35Ti0.65)O3 (BSZT) ceramics in the temperature range from 80 to 380 K. A broad dielectric maximum, which shifts to higher temperature with increasing frequency, signifies the relaxor-type behavior of these ceramics. The value of the relaxation parameter γ∼2 estimated from the linear fit of the modified Curie-Weiss law, indicates the relaxor nature of the BSZT ceramics. The dielectric relaxation rate follows the Vogel-Fulcher relation with TVF=107 K, Ea=0.121 eV, and ν0=6.83×1014 Hz, further supports such relaxor nature. The slim P-E hysteresis loop and ‘butterfly’ shape dc bias field dependence of permittivity at T>Tm (Tm, the temperature of permittivity maximum) clearly signifies the occurrence of nanopolar clusters, which is the typical characteristic of ferroelectric relaxor. At 300 K and 10 kHz, the dielectric constant and loss tan δ are ∼1100 and 0.0015, respectively. The high tunability (∼25%) and figure of merit (∼130) at room temperature show that the BSZT ceramics could be a promising candidate for tunable capacitor applications.  相似文献

In order to improve the high-frequency electromagnetic properties of Z-type hexaferrites such as high cut-off frequency and low dielectric constant, Y2O3 was introduced. The influence of Y2O3 additive on the phase composition, densification, microstructural and electromagnetic properties of the ceramics with composition of Ba3(Co0.4Zn0.6)2YxFe24−xO41 (x=0−1) was investigated. The results show that as the amount of Y2O3 additive increased, the major phase changed to Z-phase; simultaneously, a small amount of garnet phase appeared. With increasing Y2O3 content, the garnet phase separated out on grain boundaries as a secondary phase restraining grain growth. When x was varied from 0 to 1, the dielectric constant decreased and the ferroelectric resonance peak shifted toward a higher frequency. Meanwhile, the initial permeability increased at first, and then decreased with further increasing x, which could be mainly attributed to the change of phase composition and sintering density. With increasing Y2O3 content, the minimum reflection point of the samples shifted toward a higher frequency.  相似文献
