将点缺陷阵列应用于声子晶体波导,提出一种具有高定向辐射性能的复合声子晶体波导. 基于有限元法的数值分析表明,附加到声子晶体波导表面的点缺陷阵列可激发出作为次级声源的谐振模. 谐振模辐射的声波与波导出射端口直接辐射的声波相互干涉,可以使声子晶体波导的法向辐射声压提高161.21%、发散角减小85.35%. 当点缺陷的数目增大到一定程度后,波导的定向辐射性能不再有明显的改善. 该研究为改善波导的定向辐射性能提供了一种新方法. 关键词: 声子晶体波导 点缺陷 谐振模 定向辐射  相似文献

基于传输矩阵法研究了一维压电Fibonacci类准周期声子晶体的传输特性, 比较了一维Fibonacci序列压电准周期声子晶体与非压电准周期声子晶体以及压电周期性声子晶体的透射性. 计算结果表明:弹性波通过一维准周期结构压电声子晶体时与周期性声子晶体一样会有带隙的出现, 且发现具有压电性的Fibonacci序列准周期声子晶体禁带宽度发生了展宽. 进一步讨论了入射角度对固定频率下声子透射系数的影响,结果表明一维压电Fibonacci序列准周期结构声子透射性依赖于入射角度的选取.  相似文献

针对环境中广泛存在的声能,提出了一种采用Helmholtz共鸣器和悬臂梁压电换能器的声能采集器。Helmholtz共鸣器对入射声压进行放大,放大后的声压引起共鸣器弹性薄壁振动,薄壁的振动传递到压电换能器产生电能输出。建立了带弹性壁的立方形共鸣器的等效集中参数理论模型,并与压电换能器的机电特性结合,分析了声能采集器的声-机-电转换原理,研究了声压、声波频率和负载阻抗对输出功率的影响,研究结果为此类声能采集器的优化设计及工程应用提供了一种可行的方法。实验中,声源通过声波导管输出声能,当共鸣器管口处的声压级为94 dB时,系统实测最大输出功率达240μW。该采集器不仅可作为声能自供能采集器,还可在较远距离为低能耗电子装置进行有源声供能。   相似文献

固/固型声子晶体在抑制噪音和隔离振动等工程领域有着潜在的应用。利用有限元方法对存在缺陷的二维正方晶格金/环氧树脂声子晶体进行了研究,数值计算结果表明弹性波在点缺陷处局域,带隙中出现多条缺陷模,点缺陷数目的增加对声子晶体局域特性产生显著影响;弹性波沿着线缺陷传播形成波导,改变线缺陷结构可以改变弹性波传播方向和实现信号的分离。对声子晶体缺陷特性的研究可为声学滤波器和波导等器件的设计提供参考。  相似文献

针对在同振型矢量水听器中有效地复合声压通道的问题,提出一种采用压电双迭片结构的弯曲圆盘型声压水听器。压电双迭片由中心开孔的压电圆片和金属背衬组成,采用弯曲振动工作模式。为提高声压水听器的灵敏度,分别通过理论计算和有限元仿真的方法对双迭片结构进行了分析与优化设计,并制作了一只声压水听器样机用于实验验证。测试结果表明,声压水听器的灵敏度为-157 dB(0 dB re 1 V/μPa),在25 Hz~1000 Hz频带内分布平坦,并具有全指向性的特点。综合理论研究与实验室测试结果,这种弯曲圆盘型声压水听器成功满足了低频宽带声信号接收的需要,达到了复合同振型矢量水听器对声压通道的设计要求。  相似文献

大尺寸压电超声换能器的耦合振动会导致其辐射面纵向位移振幅的平均值较小,振幅分布不均匀,严重影响系统的性能和可靠性.为了改善大尺寸超声振动系统性能,可利用二维孔/槽型近周期声子晶体结构对横向振动进行抑制,但在对横向振动抑制的同时,该结构会对换能器机械强度和工作带宽等性能参数造成不利的影响.针对这一问题,本文提出利用管柱型近周期声子晶体点缺陷结构对大尺寸夹心式纵振压电陶瓷换能器进行优化的新思路.该方法不仅可以利用构造的固/气二维近周期声子晶体结构的点缺陷模式,获得极低的能量损耗,有效提高系统辐射面的纵向位移振幅和振幅分布均匀度;也可以利用管柱结构中的双环形孔增强声波的多重散射,使得换能器在管柱柱高较低的条件下产生禁带,在有效抑制横向振动的同时,大幅拓宽换能器系统的工作带宽,增强系统的稳定性和机械强度,降低加工成本.仿真结果证明了优化的有效性.  相似文献

基于超声浸水透射技术, 实验研究了有限尺寸二维正方晶格钢/水声子晶体多点缺陷模态性质. 利用COMSOL Multiphysics软件建立该声子晶体有限元计算方法, 求解了9×9超胞多点缺陷声子晶体能带结构, 把缺陷局域模态频率与数值仿真和实验结果进行对比, 结果表明: 实验数据和理论值能够很好符合. 进一步分析发现, 点缺陷数量影响声波局域效应、本征模态和传播特性, 为设计有限尺寸声波器件提供理论依据. 关键词: 声子晶体 多点缺陷 实验研究 有限元  相似文献

采用基于谐频自适应控制算法的有源消声与消振系统对充液管路系统突出的低频线谱噪声进行有源控制实验研究.建立了泵水循环管路实验系统,在管路中安装有源消声器对流体声进行控制,在管路出口障板上采用8×8通道有源消振系统控制结构声辐射。开展的低频线谱噪声与振动有源控制实验结果表明,在50~200 Hz频带内,通过结合有源噪声与振动控制可在多数频点取得10 dB以上的降噪效果。针对该实验系统,通过分别控制流体声和结构声分析了两者的贡献.实验结果验证了有源消声与消振系统具有较好的降噪性能,各频点处流体声与结构声占比情况不同,需要综合控制流体声与结构声才可以取得显著的降噪效果。   相似文献

本文计算了某型号流量调节阀在内部湍流作用下通过阀门壳体向外传播的噪声。通过内部湍流流场的计算,提取了内壁面处的湍流脉动压力(TWPF),再采用声比拟方法计算得到内部声场并提取内壁面处声压(AWPF),随后将二者作为激励源加载到外声场计算的声振模型中来求解阀门外部声场.研究分析了外部监测点的声压级频谱曲线,提出了一种基于结构改造的降噪方案,并通过数值模拟计算验证了该方案的降噪效果。  相似文献

随着涡扇发动机风扇直径增大转速降低,低频噪声控制问题引发格外关注。HQ管作为一种抗性降噪结构,在低频段拥有良好的降噪效果。本文首先建立了带HQ管的管道风扇噪声数值模型,并对声传播特性进行了细致的仿真分析,获得了与前期实验数据对比一致性良好的预测结果。最后通过不同HQ管排布螺旋角下降噪效果和声模态分解结果的对比分析,对HQ管降噪机理进行了探讨,发现HQ管对模态波降噪的主要模式是模态的反射与散射,并且不同于将入射模态散射为截止模态的传统认知,将入射模态散射为不占优的可传播模态可以大幅削弱占优模态的幅值,同样具有较为明显的降噪效果。  相似文献

A flexible, high-level, composite approach based on coupled cluster theory has been used to predict the atomization energies and equilibrium structures of 13 small, first-row compounds. Each of the major components in this approach can be systematically improved, thereby providing a practical measure of the inherent uncertainty (or degree of convergence) in the final results. Comparison with Active Thermochemical Table data, which relies on a network of experimental and theoretical data, showed excellent agreement for the atomization energies. With the addition of the latest molecular systems to the Computational Results Database, the composite approach was found to yield a mean absolute deviation of 0.19?kcal?mol?1 and a root-mean-square deviation of 0.31?kcal?mol?1 across 142 comparisons. If the analysis is limited to experimental data with estimated uncertainties of 0.2?kcal?mol?1 or less, the error metrics are cut in half. Similar good agreement is found with experimental structures, but the relative scarcity of accurate equilibrium structures limits the significance of the statistical analysis. Unavoidably, many of the comparisons could not be made with r e structural parameters. Explicitly correlated methods were found to be effective at replicating results obtained from the standard method with large basis sets, thereby reducing the high computational cost for several of the components.  相似文献

In this paper we will present some recent results concerning the simplest decomposition of a turbulent field. The large scale filtering operator is simply given by the two-point sum in space and the associated fluctuation is given by the two-point difference. Knowledge of RNA 3-dimensional (3D) structures is critical to understand the important biological functions of RNAs, and various models have been developed to predict RNA 3D structures in silico. However, there is still lack of a reliable and efficient statistical potential for RNA 3D structure evaluation. For this purpose, we developed a statistical potential based on a minimal coarse-grained representation and residue separation, where every nucleotide is represented by C4' atom for backbone and N1 (or N9) atom for base. In analogy to the newly developed all-atom rsRNASP, cgRNASP-CN is composed of short-ranged and long-ranged potentials, and the short-ranged one was involved more subtly. The examination indicates that the performance of cgRNASP-CN is close to that of the all-atom rsRNASP and is superior to other top all-atom traditional statistical potentials and scoring functions trained from neural networks, for two realistic test datasets including the RNA-Puzzles dataset. Very importantly, cgRNASP-CN is about 100 times more efficient than existing all-atom statistical potentials/scoring functions including rsRNASP. cgRNASP-CN is available at website: https://github.com/Tan-group/cgRNASP-CN.  相似文献

Excellent poly(acrylonitrile-co-itaconic acid) (99/1) (PAI) nascent fibers, which have an important role in preparing high-quality precursors for carbon fibers, were prepared by a dry-jet wet spinning process. Their structures were determined by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and an ultrasound solvent etching method, as well their properties being determined by a strength and extension meter and a fineness meter, both designed specifically for fibers. When a high drawing ratio, over 300%, was applied to the fibers in the dry-jet wet spinning coagulation bath, the molecular chains were easy to orient and regularly arrange, resulting in the relative crystallinity, crystal size and amorphous orientation degree of the nascent fibers being improved. The fibrils with large diameter were formed, increasing the bulk density with the overall porosity and pore numbers decreasing. Therefore, the nascent fibers had smaller diameters, higher strength, higher rupture elongation and smaller coefficients of variation. The optimum high performance PAI precursor fibers, with 0.59dtex in titer, 7.51cN/dtex in tensile strength, 7.9% in rupture elongation and the final carbon fiber with 5.54GPa in tensile strength, were obtained through a post-spinning treatment in which they were subjected to a high coagulation bath draw ratio and carbonization.  相似文献

Based on the angular spectrum representation of an arbitrary electromagnetic beam and the method of stationary phase, an analytically vectorial structure of a Gaussian beam diffracted by a phase aperture has been derived in the far-field. Moreover, the derivation is performed without any approximation. The analytical expressions of the energy flux of the TE term, the TM term, and the apertured Gaussian beam are also presented in the far-field, respectively. The influence of the phase delay on the energy flux distributions of the TE term, the TM term, and the apertured Gaussian beam is discussed in the far-field.  相似文献

A ground state of a tangentially magnetized ferromagnetic film of arbitrary thickness L on a massive substrate in the vicinity of the spin-reorientational phase transition (RPT) induced by temperature is studied. A new magnetoelastic phase with spatially modulated order parameter is predicted, the existence of which is associated with the magnetostriction coupling of magnetization to lattice deformation on the crystal interface. It is demonstrated that the RPT from the uniform to the domain phase is the second order one. A domain nucleation close to the RPT temperature is analyzed. The main parameters of a developed domain structure away from the RPT temperature are determined.  相似文献

With the interaction potential that can be obtained properly from the first principle, the equation provides a complete basis for a comprehensive study of the dislocation structure. In this study, wetting properties of a hierarchical structure using a silicon micro-tip array covered with ZnO nanowire are characterized, and compared with hierarchical structures composed of micro-pillars for micro-scale roughness. The superhydrophobicity of a surface can be efficiently enhanced by using a micro-tip array, compared with a micro-pillar structure, because a micro-tip structure with high aspect ratio and small apex radius can significantly reduce fractions of liquid droplet area in contact, maintaining the droplet in the regime of the Cassie state. The micro-tip array was simply fabricated by combining anisotropic and isotropic silicon etching processes with one-step photolithography and a single etch mask. The measured height and aspect ratio of the fabricated micro-tip was around 40 μm and 8, respectively, when the center-to-center distance between micro-tips was 30 μm. The maximum CA on the hierarchical surface using the micro-tip array was measured to be 165.0 ± 2.3° with a period of 30 μm, while the hierarchical surface using the micro-pillar array showed the maximum CA of 158.6 ± 1.1° with 20 μm-diameter and 70 μm-gap between micro-pillars. The smallest CAH on the hierarchical micro-tip array was measured to be 5.0 ± 0.3° for the center-to-center distance between micro-tips of 30 μm.  相似文献

In this paper, we present an efficient method to obtain absorbers with broadened operating frequency bands. They are accomplished by using conventional magnetic absorbing materials (MAMs) in the forms of array and mesh structures, which are similar to those in the case of a frequency selective surface. The proposed approach is verified not only by simulations but also by experimental results under the normal incidence at microwave frequencies. Moreover, the wideband absorber is lighter than the conventional magnetic absorber. These results indicate that our proposed absorbing structures can be used for designing good electromagnetic absorbers.  相似文献
