从理论上提出一种由局域共振单元组成的声子晶体低频多通道滤波模型.在二维三组元局域共振声子晶体中引入不同填充率的共振单元构成波导结构,通过有限元法计算出其能带结构、透射曲线和透射场图.结果显示:这种设计能够在低频带隙范围内不同填充率散射体的共振频率附近产生新的分立模,且这些分立模能够使相应的声波在声子晶体中沿波导方向传播;这些分立模只与相应的共振单元相关,抗干扰能力强.所得结果为低频多通道滤波器的设计提供了一种新的理论依据. 相似文献

基于超声浸水透射技术, 实验研究了有限尺寸二维正方晶格钢/水声子晶体多点缺陷模态性质. 利用COMSOL Multiphysics软件建立该声子晶体有限元计算方法, 求解了9×9超胞多点缺陷声子晶体能带结构, 把缺陷局域模态频率与数值仿真和实验结果进行对比, 结果表明: 实验数据和理论值能够很好符合. 进一步分析发现, 点缺陷数量影响声波局域效应、本征模态和传播特性, 为设计有限尺寸声波器件提供理论依据.

为了对一维掺杂声子晶体的缺陷模进行解析研究,利用多波束干涉原理和布洛赫定理,推导出一维掺杂声子晶体的缺陷模频率的解析公式.利用它对一维掺杂声子晶体的缺陷模进行了解析研究,得到了缺陷模频率的变化规律.该方法克服了其他方法不能对缺陷模进行解析研究的不足,是一种研究一维掺杂声子晶体的缺陷模的精确、有效方法.

声子晶体所具有的负折射率、 局域缺陷态与弹性波带隙等特性, 使其在声学隐身、 声学波导以及减震降噪等方向展现了巨大的潜力. 同时, 二硫化钼优异的电学和力学性能使其成为制备纳米机电器件的理想材料. 将单层二硫化钼转移到预先图案化的周期性结构上, 可以制备出纳米尺度的声子晶体器件. 本文设计了一种通过将单层二硫化钼转移贴合在预先制备的周期性沟槽阵列上, 形成一维声子晶体的方案. 有限元分析表明, 这种声子晶体在MHz 范围存在声子能带结构, 可以实现对声波传播的控制. 我们可以通过改变结构参数, 或者通过改变施加在栅电极上的电压, 对能带进行调控. 这种结构为开发基于二维材料的纳米尺度的声子晶体器件提供了可能性. 相似文献

利用平面波展开法结合超原胞的方法研究了二维声子晶体同质位错结的缺陷态.分别研究了横向位错和纵向位错两种情况,研究结果表明:横向位错效应与线缺陷相似,它可以使处于禁带频率范围内的声波沿位错通道进行传播,形成声波导;纵向位错效应则类似于点缺陷,位错线两边三个最接近的散射子形成腔,因而能够产生局域模.另外,横向位错距离和纵向位错距离的大小将影响缺陷带的位置和数量,因此,可以通过调节横向位错距离或纵向位错距离来人为的控制同质位错结中的缺陷带.

运用基于平面波的超元胞方法,研究作为缺陷引入的第三组元材料(四氯化碳、水)对二维二组元声子晶体(水/水银,四氯化碳/水银)带结构的影响.结果表明,二组元声子晶体在引入第三组元点缺陷/线缺陷后,在原来的带结构中会出现缺陷态/带,原带隙的位置、宽度变化不大;缺陷态/带频率主要受第三组元材料物性参数的影响;这些缺陷态都是局域化的.因此,在具有宽带隙的二组元体系中引入适当的第三组元点缺陷/线缺陷,让缺陷态/带频率落在二组元体系的带隙中,就可以形成特殊的滤声态/波导态.声子晶体的这一特性对于声波/弹性波的传播和新的声学应用具有重要意义.

为了解决光子晶体波导出射端光场控制, 同时解决二维三角晶格光子晶体波导出射光辐射困难的问题。利用二维三角晶格光子晶体设计了一种新型光子晶体波导出射口结构。在二维三角晶格光子晶体波导出射端引入两个微腔, 通过光波与微腔发生共振, 形成类似于三个点光源干涉的出射光, 同时进一步提出波导出射端喇叭口干涉出射光定向辐射的设计。通过这种微腔喇叭口设计, 利用时域有限差分法分析结果表明光波实现很好的定向辐射, 并且辐射距离显著提高。 相似文献

Beaming effect of a multimode photonic crystal (PC) covered by a waveguide array on the exit plane is investigated theoretically. The simulation results show that the multimode PC can make the incident light split into two beams, which can be regarded as secondary sources radiating light into the waveguide array. As a result, many light beams can be generated in the array by the coupling among the waveguides, and the interference of these light beams after passing the system leads to directional emission. Additionally, the directional emission is greatly affected by the beam distribution on the exit plane of the system. Once the main light beams are formed on the exit plane of the system by modulating the system size, steady beaming effect can be obtained in the horizontal direction. 相似文献

This paper presents results on the numerical and experimental studies of focusing and waveguiding of the lowest anti-symmetric Lamb wave in micro-fabricated piezoelectric phononic plates. The phononic structure was based on an AT-cut quartz plate and consisted of a gradient-index phononic crystal (GRIN PC) lens and a linear phononic plate waveguide. The band structures of the square-latticed AT-cut quartz phononic crystal plates with different filling ratios were analyzed using the finite element method. The design of a GRIN PC plate lens which is attached with a linear phononic plate waveguide is proposed. In designing the waveguide, propagation modes in square-latticed PC plates with different waveguide widths were studied and the results were served for the experimental design. In the micro-fabrication, deep reactive ion etching (Deep-RIE) process with a laboratory-made etcher was utilized to fabricate both the GRIN PC plate lens and the linear phononic waveguide on an 80 μm thick AT-cut quartz plate. Interdigital transducers were fabricated directly on the quartz plate to generate the lowest anti-symmetric Lamb waves. A vibro-meter was used to detect the wave fields and the measured results on the focusing and waveguiding of the piezoelectric GRIN PC lens and waveguide are in good accordance with the numerical predictions. Directional emission of light exiting a photonic crystal waveguide by a coherent action of radiative surface modes was recently demonstrated [E. Moreno et al., Phys. Rev. B 69 (2004) 121402], and subsequently the substantial enhancement of the directional emission was achieved by engineering the surface and adjusting relevant parameters [S.K. Morrison et al., Appl. Phys. Lett. 86 (2005) 081110]. Here we present the analysis of surface modes causing directional emission by the plane wave expansion method and the finite-difference time-domain method. Then we numerically investigate the effects of surface termination on directional emission. We find another surface termination condition with a positive surface displacement. Our surface termination is more effective than the original structure, and nearly as effective as the termination for the enhancement. Besides, our termination is simpler than that for the enhancement. We confirm its effectiveness in the far-field beam profile and radiation intensity distribution of directional emission from our termination. 相似文献

利用声子晶体的带隙理论以及耦合振动理论对大尺寸矩形超声塑料焊接工具的耦合振动进行了研究.在实际工程应用中,大尺寸工具的横向振动将严重导致工具头辐射面位移不均匀,影响系统的焊接质量及工作效率.为提高其工作效率,改善工具头辐射面位移的均匀程度,利用类声子晶体结构对大尺寸超声塑料焊接工具的横向振动进行抑制,分析并得出了类声子晶体结构的横向振动带隙,同时分析了工具头横向振动未抑制与抑制后其辐射面位移的大小与均匀程度.研究表明,通过合理设计类声子晶体的结构及尺寸,可以有效抑制超声塑料焊接工具的横向振动.不但改善了焊接工具辐射面纵向振动位移的均匀程度,而且提高了焊接工具的纵向振动位移幅度. 相似文献
