By using the transfer matrix method, we theoretically studied the propagation of a longitudinal acoustic wave in a one-dimensional phononic crystal (PnC) that contains a piezoelectric material as a defect layer. A pass band can be generated and controlled in the middle of the band gap. The pass band position is tuned by applying an external electric field. The position of the pass band inside the band gap is tuned by the changing of temperature. We introduce a comparison between temperature effects on two piezoelectric materials, PZT-5H and 0.7 PMN-0.3PT inside a PnC structure. Moreover, the pass band is shifted towards high or low frequencies by temperature decrement or increment, respectively. The simulated results provide a valuable guidance for PnC applications such as acoustic switch and temperature sensor.  相似文献

声子晶体管路的带隙特性,可以实现管路系统在特定频率下的噪声控制.利用二维模态匹配法推导出单个内插扩张室元胞的传递矩阵,结合Bloch定理,得到声子晶体管路的能带结构计算方法;验证了二维方法在计算能带结构时的准确性.研究发现,内插扩张室声子晶体管路存在布拉格带隙和局域共振带隙.进一步研究了晶格常数以及内插管长度对能带结构的影响,结果表明,晶格常数主要控制布拉格带隙,而内插管长度对局域共振带隙有较大的影响,并研究了两种参数变化下的带隙耦合.研究结果可以为管路降噪设计提供新的思路.  相似文献

We present a detailed theoretical study on the acoustic band structure of two-dimensional(2D)phononic crystal.The 2D phononic crystal with parallelogram lattice structure is considered to be formed by rigid solid rods embedded in air.For the circular rods,some of the extrema of the acoustic bands appear in the usual high-symmetry points and,in contrast,we find that some of them are located in other specific lines.For the case of elliptic rods,our results indicate that it is necessary to study the whole first Brillouin zone to obtain rightly the band structure and corresponding band gaps.Furthermore,we evaluate the first and second band gaps using the plane wave expansion method and find that these gaps can be tuned by adjusting the side lengths ratio R,inclined angleθand filling fraction F of the parallelogram lattice with circular rods.The results show that the largest value of the first band gap appears atθ=90°and F=0.7854.In contrast,the largest value of the second band gap is atθ=60°and F=0.9068.Our results indicate that the improvement of matching degree between scatterers and lattice pattern,rather than the reduction of structural symmetry,is mainly responsible for the enhancement of the band gaps in the 2D phononic crystal.  相似文献

采用时域有限差分法(FDTD),分析了声波在二维四方点阵铝/空气组合声子晶体中的禁带特性,并利用实验测试验证了理论分析的正确性.在此基础上研究了两种不同声阻抗率比固(实心圆柱和空心圆管)/流系统声子晶体的禁带特性.对于实心圆柱体,分析了有限尺寸结构声子晶体在传播方向上的层数对声波传播特性的影响,得到了这两种系统在不同填充率下取得最大声波禁带宽度所需的最少层数.同时指出,在低声阻抗率比条件下,对于空心圆管填充物,通过选取适当的半径比,可以获得比实心柱体更宽的方向带隙.  相似文献

基于亥姆霍兹共振腔单元设计并制作了一种一维局域共振型声子晶体, 针对结构中存在点缺陷的情况, 进行了实验研究. 实验结果表明, 由于点缺陷的存在, 局域共振型声禁带中出现了缺陷模式, 并且在缺陷单元周围引起了能量的局域现象, 与理论结果符合较好. 缺陷单元从两个不同的方向趋近于完美单元时, 缺陷模式分别按照不同的规律变化, 但是越靠近禁带边缘, 所局域的能量就越多. 另外, 当缺陷单元共振频率小于完美单元共振频率时, 局域能量主要集中在声波导内; 反之, 局域能量则主要集中在共振腔内. 本研究对设计新型低频声滤波装置及高声强集中装置具有一定意义. 关键词: 亥姆霍兹共振腔 声子晶体 缺陷模式 能量局域化  相似文献

通过从实验和理论方面对声波在一维声子晶体单晶体和被小的共振腔分开的双晶体中传播时发生的隧穿和共振隧穿现象的研究,观察到了声子晶体单晶体在带隙频率范围内发生的隧穿现象,而对于双晶体样品,在带隙频率范围内出现了很强的共振透射峰.共振发生时,实验测得的群时间很大,但是没有共振时,群速度却很快. 关键词: 声波 声子晶体 隧穿 共振  相似文献

In this paper, the propagation of acoustic waves in the phononic crystal of 3D with rhombohedral(I) lattice is studied theoretically. The crystal composite constituted of nickel spheres embedded in epoxy. The calculations of the band structure and density of states are performed with the plane wave expansion method in the irreducible part of Brillouin zone. In the present work, we have investigated the effect of lattice angle on the band structure and width of the band gap rhombohedral(I) lattice in the irreducible part of the first Brillouin zone and its planes separately. The results show that more than one complete band gape are formed in the four planes of the irreducible part. The most complete band gaps are formed in the (111) plane and the widest complete band gap in (443) with an angle greater than 80 \(^{\circ }\) . So, if the sound passes through the (111) and (443) planes for the lattice angle close to 90 \(^{\circ }\) , the crystal phononic displays the excellent insulation behavior. Moreover, in the other planes, the lattice angle does not affect on the width and the number of band gaps. Also, for the filling fraction 5 %, the widest complete band gap is formed. These results are consistent with the effect of symmetry on the band gap width, because the (111) plane has the most symmetry.  相似文献

The propagation of acoustic wave in a two-dimensional phononic crystal of a hybrid triangular graphite array is investigated by the plane wave expansion (PWE) method. 本文提出了一种新型局域共振复合单元声子晶体结构, 并结合有限元方法对结构的带隙机理及低频共振带隙特性进行了分析和研究. 共振带隙产生的频率位置由所对应的局域共振模态的固有频率决定, 并且带隙宽度与局域共振模态的品质因子及其与基体之间的耦合作用强度有关. 采用局域共振复合单元结构可以实现声子晶体的多重共振, 在低频范围能打开多条共振带隙, 但受到共振单元排列方式的的影响. 由于纵向和横向局域共振模态的简并, 复合单元结构能在200 Hz以下的低频范围打开超过60%宽度的共振带隙, 最低带隙频率低至18 Hz. 这为声子晶体结构获得低频、超低频带隙提供了一种有效的方法. 关键词: 局域共振 低频带隙 复合单元 声子晶体  相似文献

通过对二维正方排列圆柱状亥姆赫兹共振腔阵列声性质的研究,指出局域共振型声子晶体中存在两类耦合作用, 即共振单元与基体的弱耦合作用及共振单元间的耦合作用.其中前一种耦合作用可以通过改变共振单元的品质因子而改变, 逐渐减小这种耦合作用可以实现从局域共振到布拉格共振的连续转变;后一种耦合是通过共振单元周围的近场耦合实现的, 通过减小共振单元的间距可以增大其耦合强度,因而增大带隙宽度,但带隙中波的衰减深度却是随这种耦合强度的增大而减小的.  相似文献

We report on the observation of two hypersonic phononic gaps of different nature in three-dimensional colloidal films of nanospheres using Brillouin light scattering. One is a Bragg gap occurring at the edge of the first Brillouin zone along a high-symmetry crystal direction. The other is a hybridization gap in crystalline and amorphous films, originating from the interaction of the band of quadrupole particle eigenmodes with the acoustic effective-medium band, and its frequency position compares well with the computed lowest eigenfrequency. Structural disorder eliminates the Bragg gap, while the hybridization gap is robust.  相似文献

The elastic band structure of a two-dimensional phononic crystal (PC) with electrorheological (ER) material is investigated and the plane-wave-expansion (PWE) method is adopted to solve the problem in this paper. The ER material is used to act as a tunable elastic composite inserts and its material parameter can be changed by the applied electric fields. Variations of the band gaps for the phononic composite system are also calculated with various electric fields and it is found to have a significant effect on the band gaps of the phononic system with ER material inserts. The band gaps of the smart system can be controlled and the acoustic characteristics of the system are also changed by applied different electric fields.  相似文献

We present the design procedure for the elastic GHz-ranged demultiplexer based on a solid-solid phononic crystal platform. It consists of a T-shaped waveguide with three arms. The PnC platform consists of a square array of infinitely long rods of Tungsten embedded in PMMA background. In order to have a wide band gap, it is essential that constituent materials have large contrast in physical properties. These materials have large contrast in their physical properties and it gives us the possibility of having complete band gaps with low filling fractions. To calculate the band diagram and transmission field map, the finite element method (FEM) has been employed. The main waveguides are made by removing one row or one column of rods. For each arm, the radius of rods is modified to have three different defects. Therefore, the designed demultiplexer can separate three frequencies in the range of GHz. 采用平面波展开法及平面波超元胞法研究缺陷态对4340钢-环氧树脂二维声子晶体带隙的影响. 以环氧树脂作为基底,把正方形结构排列的4340钢均匀的插入基底中,计算完整晶体、45°线缺陷态晶体、90°线缺陷态晶体、135°线缺陷态晶体、180°线缺陷态晶体的带隙. 结果表明,缺陷态的带隙宽度与完整晶体的带隙宽度相比最大可增大约31倍;对于不同的缺陷结构在F=0.1-0.9的范围内均有带隙出现且随着缺陷态角度的增大. 同时讨论带隙数目N,最低带隙相对宽度Δω/ωg与填充率F之间的关系. 关键词: 缺陷态 带隙宽度 带隙数目  相似文献

提出了一维准周期结构的声子晶体模型.对弹性波通过该一维准周期结构声子晶体的透射系数进行了数值计算,并与周期结构的透射系数进行了比较.计算结果表明,弹性波通过一维准周期结构声子晶体时,同样会有带隙的出现,且带隙所在频率范围与周期结构的情形完全一样,不同的是在准周期结构声子晶体中,带隙内有很强的局域共振模.对此局域模性质的研究有助于声波或弹性波滤波器的制作. 关键词: 准周期结构 声子晶体 局域化  相似文献

利用超元胞法,研究由钢板上生长有限长度的钢柱体形成的散射体嵌入环氧树脂基体中所构成的平板二维声子晶体的声波能带结构,分析散射体的几何参数如柱体的高、半径和板的厚度对声波带隙的影响。研究结果表明:(1)这种新型的声子晶体具有很宽的带隙,且带隙出现在低频范围内;(2)散射体的几何参数对带隙的宽度有很大的影响,它们是控制带隙宽度的主要因素。  相似文献

We have studied the propagation of a surface acoustic waves (SAW), in a structure constituted by a 2D phononic film (a few micrometers thick and having lattice constants of a few hundreds of micrometers in the two directions of the propagation plane) deposited onto a homogeneous semi-infinite substrate. First, we have calculated the dispersion relations of the acoustic modes by using a plane waves expansion method. We found that the surface branch exhibits both the folding effect and a band gap for the propagation along some particular directions. This is a very interesting result which demonstrates that the effects related to the existence of the band gap (sound velocity dispersion, diffraction, refraction, ultrasound tunneling, etc.) can all appear, even if the thickness of the phononic film is much less than the penetration depth of the SAW. Then, we used an all-optical technique to monitor the spectral content of the SAW propagating along the GammaX direction in the reduced Brillouin zone. We show that a wave with frequency in the stop band, is destructively diffracted after it propagates through less than ten periods. Finally, we report on measurements of the Rayleigh wave phase velocity and we show that the transit time is independent of the distance traveled inside the phononic crystal, suggesting that tunneling trough the sample is involved.  相似文献

将具有力电磁耦合性能的夹层引入到压电/压磁声子晶体中,在保持单胞长度为固定值的情况下,分别改变磁电弹夹层的厚度、磁电弹夹层中压电材料的体积分数和磁电弹夹层中压电材料的种类;并利用传递矩阵法和Bloch定理,得到波数k与频率ω的色散关系;通过色散关系图分析不同的磁电弹夹层对压电/压磁声子晶体带隙特性的影响.研究发现:当磁电弹夹层厚度增加时,带隙的中心频率上升,带隙宽度变宽;当磁电弹夹层中压电材料体积分数增加时,带隙中心频率下降,第一带隙宽度变窄,第二带隙宽度增加,第三带隙宽度保持不变;当磁电弹夹层中的压电材料种类不同时,带隙的中心频率和带隙宽度有明显的改变;磁电弹夹层对压电/压磁声子晶体带隙中心频率的影响在高频区比低频区更显著.  相似文献

This letter is concerned with acoustic wave propagation and transmission in acoustic waveguides with periodically grafted detuned Helmholtz resonators. The interplay of local resonances and Bragg band gaps in such periodic systems is examined. It is shown that, when the resonant frequencies of the resonators are tuned close to a Bragg band gap, the behavior of the Bragg band gap can be affected dramatically. Particularly, by introducing appropriately tuned resonators, the bandwidth of a Bragg band gap can be reduced to zero, leading to a very narrow pass band with great wave attenuation performance near both band edges. The band formation mechanisms of such periodic waveguides are further examined, providing explicit formulae to locate the band edge frequencies of all the band gaps, as well as the conditions to achieve very narrow pass bands in such periodic waveguides.  相似文献

设计了一种多频局域共振型声子晶体板结构, 该结构由一薄板上附加周期性排列的多个双悬臂梁式子结构而构成. 由于多个双悬臂梁式子结构的低频振动与薄板振动的相互耦合作用, 这种局域共振型板结构可产生多个低频弯曲波带隙(禁带); 带隙频率范围内的板弯曲波会被禁止传播, 利用带隙可以实现对薄板的多个目标频率处低频减振. 本文针对这种局域共振型板结构进行了简化, 并基于平面波展开法建立了其弯曲波带隙计算理论模型; 基于该模型, 结合具体算例进行了带隙特性理论分析. 设计、制备了一种存在两个低频弯曲波带隙的局域共振型板结构样件, 通过激光扫描测振仪测试证实该结构存在两个低频带隙, 在带隙频率范围的板弯曲振动被显著衰减.  相似文献
