In this paper, zero reflection and field enhancement realized by subwavelength nonconjugated mu-negative and epsilon-negative metamaterial pair (NMEMP) are investigated. It is found although the impedance contrasts greatly at the interface, zero reflection can still be achieved by introducing subwavelength NMEMP. Moreover, the electromagnetic field distributions show that, only one component of the zero reflection mode (either electric or magnetic field) will be enhanced, with the other one suppressed simultaneously. Therefore, NMEMP is promising to be applied in modern optic and microwave communication systems for less reflection, flexible control of electromagnetic field and compact device volume.  相似文献

基于氧化限制型内腔接触垂直腔面发射激光器(VCSEL) 结构设计, 研究了VCSEL的多横模分布及其模式波长分裂特性与氧化孔径尺寸、形状的关系. 在实验基础上, 通过建立有效折射率模型, 并利用标量亥姆霍兹方程的迭代算法理论, 分别对椭圆形氧化孔径和圆形氧化孔径VCSEL的横向模式特性进行模拟研究, 计算得到不同形状孔径的多横模光场分布情况, 同时测量得到高阶横模多频输出光谱. 研究发现, 椭圆氧化孔形状不仅影响横模分布特性, 还会导致每个模式的波长产生分裂, 分裂值可达0.037 nm. 同时, 随着氧化孔径的增大, 波长分裂影响会逐渐减小, 直至趋近于圆形氧化孔径的分布特性. 研究结果为进一步实现氧化限制型VCSEL的多横模锁定提供了有益参考和借鉴.  相似文献

脉冲磁约束线形空心阴极放电形成的大面积等离子体片可应用于等离子体天线、隐身及模拟超音速飞行器表面的等离子体鞘套. 本文首次利用实测等离子体片电子密度时空分布和横向场传播矩阵法, 研究了电磁波在等离子体片中反射率、透射率、吸收率随频率及脉冲放电时间的变化特征. 结果表明: 极化方向平行磁场的电磁波, 在小于截止频率的低频带内具有较高的反射率和吸收率, 增大电流, 反射率增加, 吸收率下降, 在大于截止频率的高频带内反射率和吸收率较低, 增大电流, 透射率下降, 吸收率升高; 极化方向垂直磁场的电磁波在高混杂谐振频率附近存在吸收率明显增强的吸收带, 谐振吸收峰值与放电电流无关; 脉冲放电期间, 电磁波的反射率、透射率与吸收率由不稳定过渡到稳定的时间约为100 μs, 过渡时间随着放电电流的增加而增大, 极化方向垂直磁场、小于截止频率的电磁波在稳定放电阶段谐振吸收较强. 本文的研究成果对利用等离子体片实现对电磁波的稳定高反射作用具有重要意义.  相似文献

激光谐振腔内相位各向异性会引起频率分裂,两分裂模的频差大小由表现出的相位延迟所决定.对于腔内相位延迟较小的He-Ne激光器,两分裂模很接近,处于烧孔重叠区,存在模式竞争而不能同时振荡,形成隐频率分裂.同时,使得激光器两正交偏振方向上的相邻级纵模产生固定的变动量,其大小等于隐频率分裂量的2倍.如果沿激光偏振方向施加横向磁场,Ne原子谱线发生横向Zeeman分裂,增益原子分成两群,分别为平行于磁场和垂直于磁场方向偏振的光提供增益,大大减弱模竞争,使得激光器的两分裂模可同时振荡并测得频差.在谐振腔内放入倾斜的石英晶体片或半波片,由两种方法分别测量频率分裂量并进行比较.实验表明两种方法测量的结果均与理论计算相符,平均相对偏差不超过1%.据此可以准确得到Zeeman双频激光器的频差大小,并为半波片测量提供了新方法.  相似文献

从具有不同模式特性的光纤激光研究现状出发,指出模式是光纤激光特性的核心参数之一。通过算例给出模式与光束质量之间的关系,引出模式分解技术是准确知晓模式组分和光束质量的关键,介绍常见的模式分解技术。针对模式不稳定效应这一限制光纤激光功率提升的新现象,归纳总结了不同因素对模式不稳定效应产生阈值的影响,梳理了提高阈值的物理原理和实现方法。从高阶模抑制、特定高阶模式和结构光场输出等三个方面介绍了光纤激光模式控制的最新进展。  相似文献

We show that when a narrow beam is incident upon a dielectric interface near the critical angle for total internal reflection it will be transmitted into the far field with an angular deflection from the direction predicted by Snell's law, because of a phenomenon that we call "Fresnel filtering." This effect can be quite large for the parameter range that is relevant to dielectric microcavity lasers.  相似文献

In this paper, the reflection and transmission at the planar interface between an isotropic achiral medium (IAM) and an isotropic chiral medium (ICM) are theoretically studied. For one of the circularly polarized (CP) waves fullfilling the wavenumber matching condition incident from IAM with incident angle from 0 to π/2, the amplitude reflection and transmission coefficients are constant. The phenomenon is called the omnidirectional constant transmission (OCT). In the situation of CP waves incident from ICM, OCT will not occur, but the absolute values of the amplitude reflection and transmission coefficients can be constants in a range of incident angle under certain conditions. It is suggested that for OCT to occur, both the wavenumber matching condition and the mode matching condition should be satisfied.  相似文献

本文系统地研究了有限尺寸下非束缚类准周期量子伊辛链在横场中的赝临界点的行为. 首先, 通过计算平均磁矩和协作参量, 发现这两个量的导数随着横场的变化都会出现两个清晰的峰. 这与束缚类伊辛链和无序伊辛链的结果明显不同. 其次, 研究了横场中赝临界点的概率分布情况, 发现概率分布并不是高斯型的. 这也与无序的结果不同. 最后, 分析了赝临界点产生的原因, 发现赝临界点是由非束缚类准周期伊辛链中的集团结构造成的.  相似文献

The polarized Raman and infrared reflection spectra of molybdate and tungstate compounds of barium and strontium are presented and analyzed. The longitudinal and transverse frequencies of the infrared active phonons were calculated by a Kramers-Kronig analysis of the reflection curves. A strain induced forbidden mode was observed in the reflection spectra that gives interpretation of the strong shoulder on the ν3 bands in the absorption spectra of mulled samples. The correlation field splittings of the internal modes were analyzed in terms of dipole-dipole interaction theory. The correlation field splittings of the ν3 modes were found to be explainable in terms of dipolar coupling alone, while the splittings of the ν2 and ν4 modes could not be accounted for in terms of dipolar coupling.  相似文献

We investigate the nonequilibrium thermodynamics of a quenched XY spin chain with multi-spin interaction in a transverse field. The analytical expressions of both the average work and the relative entropy are obtained under different quenching parameters. The influences of the system parameters on the nonequilibrium thermodynamics are investigated.We find that at finite temperature the critical phenomenon induced by the multi-spin interaction and the external field can be revealed by the properties of the system nonequilibrium thermodynamics. In addition, our results indicate that the average work and the relative entropy can be used to detect both the existence and strength of the multi-spin interaction in the nonequlibrium system.  相似文献

针对分子生物学与环境监测领域高灵敏度特异性检测需求,提出一种基于反射光谱特征辨识的单端反射式光纤折射率传感器模型,并给出了这种基于多模干涉原理的单模光纤-无芯光纤(Single mode fiber-No core fiber, SM-NCF)串接结构传感机理及其理论模型。无芯光纤实质上是一种结构特殊的多模光纤,在实际应用中无芯光纤结构本身作为纤芯,外界环境介质当作包层,构成光波导结构。这与普通多模光纤相比,不需要采用氢氟酸对多模光纤的包层进行化学腐蚀,不会降低光纤的机械性能,也不会破坏芯模传输条件,可以更好的实现对周围环境折射率的传感监测。当无芯光纤所处外界环境折射率发生改变时,其波导结构和包层有效折射率均会发生改变,从而引起传输光信号的纵向传播常数和模场分布也会随之发生改变,最终导致不同波长对应传输光功率的变化。上述效应反映在反射光谱上,即干涉波谷对应的谐振波长、波谷峰值强度以及半波宽度发生相应变化,通过辨识该反射光谱特征就可实现对外界环境折射率的测量。借助光束传播法(BPM),数值模拟得到无芯光纤长度分别为自映像距离和非自映像距离时的SM-NCF内部光场能量分布规律,并制作了无芯光纤长度分别为自映像距离和非自映像距离的SM-NCF光纤折射率传感探头,将作为传感区域的无芯光纤一端与标准单模光纤熔接,采用磁控溅射技术在无芯光纤另一端面镀上金膜,用以提升反射光谱强度。在此基础上,搭建了基于SM-NCF终端反射型的光纤折射率试验系统,并开展了相关实验研究。研究结果表明,当无芯光纤长度是15 mm(自映像距离)时,随着液体折射率从1.331 5依次增大至1.390 2,SM-NCF反射光谱逐渐向长波方向偏移,其反射峰谐振波长对应的折射率灵敏度约为197.57 nm·RIU-1,相关系数为0.93;反射峰值强度也呈现逐渐降低趋势,其折射率灵敏度约为-62.80 dB·RIU-1。当无芯光纤长度是20 mm(非自映像距离)时,随着液体折射率依次增大,SM-NCF反射光谱呈现明显双峰现象,且均逐渐向长波方向偏移,dip2谐振峰波长折射率灵敏度约为133 nm·RIU-1,相关系数为0.96;反射峰值强度也呈现逐渐降低趋势,其折射率灵敏度约为-31.66 dB·RIU-1。对比分析可知,不论是从反射峰谐振波长偏移的角度,还是从反射峰值强度的角度,自映像距离长度对应的 SM-NCF终端反射型光纤传感器均具有较高灵敏度。对于相同折射率液体环境,非自映像距离长度对应的SM-NCF反射光谱半波宽度与自映像距离长度相比,呈现显著变窄趋势。相对于SMS透射型传感结构,当传感区域长度相同时,SM-NCF反射型结构能够实现对光波信号的往返两次调节。这种终端反射型SM-NCF传感器改进了传统透射型折射率传感器不便与待测液体相接触的缺点,具有结构简单、易于制作、抗电磁干扰能力强以及便于远程遥测等优点,能够为后续生化与环保监测领域研究应用提供有益支持。  相似文献

Far-Field non-Gaussian fundamental transverse modes have been obtained in CW end-pumped Nd:YVO4 microchip laser for particular cavity lengths. Such profiles appear at threshold and are not distorted when pump power increases but they strongly depend on the pump to mode size ratio. An implemented theoretical model qualitatively reproduces these transverse profiles. It is based on the hypothesis of diffraction effects of the resonant intra-cavity field on a Gaussian-gain profile. Dependence of the pump to mode size ratio on such profiles will be also theoretically explained.  相似文献

The phase diagrams of a spin-2 transverse Ising model with a random field on honeycomb, square, and simple-cubic lattices, respectively, are investigated within the framework of an effective-field theory with correlations.We find the behavior of the tricritical point and the reentrant phenomenon for the system with any coordination number z, when the applied random field is bimodal. The behavior of the tricritical point is also examined as a function of applied transverse field. The reentrant phenomenon comes from the competition between the transverse field and the random field.  相似文献

We show a dual-beam-reflection phenomenon for a Gaussian beam illuminating a hybrid structure of a dielectric waveguide and photonic crystal (WG-PC) inside the photonic band gap by numerical simulations. One reflection beam has a giant negative lateral shift, but the other has a positive lateral shift. The finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) simulations show that this phenomenon has a time delay effect and comes from the leaky surface mode of the hybrid structure. Field profile of the leaky mode demonstrates a strong localized stationary field in the higher dielectric medium. Furthermore, the maximum lateral shift is almost two times of the waist of the incident beam.  相似文献

对金属光栅进行严格耦合波理论计算, 得到了780和1500 nm波长入射光条件下不同光栅调制深度(20-80 nm)对应的反射谱. 根据Fano理论推导了描述反射谱线的经验公式, 最后应用有限元法计算光栅表面近场电场分布, 验证了公式的正确性. 反射谱线公式反映出光栅耦合表面等离子体的各个物理效应, 其中最重要的是反映出光栅在某一调制深度下对表面等离子体反耦合的抑制作用, 这一发现为设计光栅能量约束器件提供了物理依据.  相似文献

The decoherence process of a central spin-1/2 particle coupling to the surrounding anisotropy spin-1/2 chain in a transverse field at finite temperature is studied in this Letter. We study the Loschmidt echo(LE) of the central spin when the surrounding spin chain is in the thermal equilibrium state. Our results show that the critical enhanced decay of LE at zero temperature becomes indistinct with the temperature increasing and will be completely washed out when the temperature is high enough.  相似文献

利用平面波展开法和时域有限差分法, 模拟研究了基于自准直条件下的高斯光束入射光子晶体Kretschmann结构时发生的同时具有正向和负向Goos-Hänchen位移的双束反射现象. 研究表明, 反射光束中具有一束较小的正向位移, 而另一束具有较大的负向位移, 发现当Kretschmann结构支持的泄漏的表面模式被激发时才出现这一特殊现象; 表面模式的场分布说明介质波导中存在着强局域稳态场, 大的位移来自于表面模式与自准直体模式间的强耦合, 同时探讨了表面模式与光子晶体自准直体模式之间发生耦合的条件和影响参数. 本文负向位移最大达到-23.23a(a为晶格常数), 对应入射光波长的4.99倍, 是束腰半径的1.1615倍. 关键词: 光子晶体 自准直 Kretschmann结构 Goos-Hä nchen位移  相似文献

We consider far from equilibrium heat transport in chaotic billiard chains with noninteracting charged particles in the presence of nonuniform transverse magnetic field. If half of the chain is placed in a strong magnetic field, or if the strength of the magnetic field has a large gradient along the chain, heat current is shown to be asymmetric with respect to exchange of the temperatures of the heat baths. Thermal rectification factor can be arbitrarily large for sufficiently small temperature of one of the baths.  相似文献
