采用一维紧束缚近似的SSH模型,计算了不同强度的电场下高聚物中一个负电极化子和一个三重态激子的碰撞过程.结果表明,碰撞后体系仍保持为极化子和三重态激子状态的几率最大,束缚在极化子缺陷中的电子有较大的几率被激发到导带形成自由电子,另外,三重态激子有一定的几率被极化子湮灭形成极化子激发态.极化子和激子的碰撞对极化子的稳定性有影响,还会使能隙中出现新的能级.由于极化子激发态可以通过辐射跃迁回到基态,因此碰撞会对高聚物的电致发光效率产生一定影响.研究结果对于理解高聚物中极化子的输运性质和高聚物的发光性质具有一定的

基于Su-Schrieffer-Heeger(SSH)模型并考虑到Brazovskii-Kirova对称破缺项,研究了共轭聚合物中注入极化子和激子在外电场下的散射过程.研究发现在外场作用下极化子总是能通过激子,而激子的运动行为则密切依赖于电场的强度.如果电场大于临界电场3.0×10~5V/cm,那么激子与极化子散射后并不发生任何运动;然而当电场小于此临界值时,激子将在极化子运动的相反方向上有一个明显的位移.激子在弱电场下所发生的这种迁移运动,是由于同极化子发生了慢散射作用. 相似文献

着重对比了在以DCM掺杂Alq3为发光层的红光器件的发光区插入超薄LiF层后器件性能的改善。插入超薄LiF层后,器件的最大工作电流密度为487 mA/cm2,相应的最大电致发光亮度为76 740 cd/m2,最大外量子效率为5.9%。器件内量子效率为40%,超过了基于有机荧光小分子发光材料的有机电致发光器件的内量子效率的理论极限值25%。对器件内单线态及三线态激子的形成过程进行了分析,并推测:超薄LiF层的插入提高了器件内单线态电荷转移态/三线态电荷转移态的形成比例,进而提高了器件内单线态激子在激子总数中的比例,最终提高了器件的内量子效率。同时,超薄LiF层的插入改变了发光层内局域的内部电场,使器件的外量子效率不仅没有随电流密度的增加而降低,反而非线性增加。 相似文献

采用扩散模型研究核裂变,需要求解Fokker-Planck方程。本文提出一个数值计算方法-平均隐式差分方法。对具有粘滞性的核体系的有关裂变动力学量,如几率分布、裂变率、断点处的平均动能以及鞍点到断点的平均扩散时间等一系列物理量做了计算,并与适合大粘滞性的Kramers的解析解做了比较。通过与解析解的比较及对归一常数的检验,证明计算结果精确可靠。 相似文献

We have measured the angular distributions of fission fragments for a series of compound nuclei formed in the bombardment of 169Tm, 175Lu, 181Ta, 197Au, 209Bi, 232Th and 238U by 78 MeV 12C ions and in the bombardment of natural lead by 96.6, 92.2, 88.1, 79.0 and 75.6 MeV 14N ions with mica track detectors. All the measured angular distributions can be fitted by the theoretical formula given by Halpern and Strutinski. The effective moments of inertia of the fissioning nuclei at the saddle point are derived from the angular distribution anisotropies. A comparison is made for the shapes of experimental saddle point with the theoretical predictions by the liquid drop model. 相似文献

The angular distributions of fission fragments are measured for systems of 120MeV 14N+118Sn with mica track detectors and gold-surfacebarrier silicon detectors. The measured angular distributions can be fitted by the standard theory of fission angular distributions on the basis of statistical model. The effective moments of inertia of fissioning nuclei at saddle point are derived from angular distribution anisotropies. Based on the statistical fission theory, we have calculated the mass and kinetic energy distributions as well as other physical quantities of 235U fission induced by thermal neutron using microscopical method. That is, the quantum state densities of the fragments at scission point are calculated by means of BCS hamiltonian. The contribution of the collective deformation of fragments to the quantum state density has been taken into consideration. The potential energy of fragment is calculated by means of Strutinski procedure, and the shelling effect, pairing correlation as well as collective deformation have been taken into consideration in calculating the excitation energy at scission point. The scission point distance is treated as an adjustable parameter.Comparing with other statistical fission theories, our results give better agreement with existing experiments. 相似文献

Fission process is considered as a multidimensional Brownian motion. The Planck-Fokker equation is solved and the fission probability in the steady state approximationis calculated. 本文提出了三种可能的物理因素,企图解释热中子对U235,Pu239的裂变中子谱中,在2-3兆电子伏附近出现的结构现象。首先讨论了核温度分布可能产生的影响,结果表明,连续的核温度分布是不会在能谱上出现有结构现象的;而在两个孤立的核温度情况,发现要在相当不合理的温度比,即T1/T2 ≥3 时才会在能谱上出现有结构现象。其次,考虑到在能谱的“蒸发”公式中应该用光学模型的吸收截面。在裂变的情况下,光学模型吸收截面在轻重碎片不同的能量位置出现巨共振,计算结果表明,目前裂变中子谱中2-3兆电于伏出现的结构现象,很可能是重碎片吸收截面中d波巨共振所引起。在考虑了一定的核温度分布以后,用光学模型吸收截面所计算的裂变中子谱在结构的大小和位置上,和实验符合得很好。再其次,我们考虑了中子从碎片中发射可能存在各向异性,发现它也可能在裂变中子谱上出现一定的结构现象,但是很为微弱。最后,作者提出了进一步澄清这些物理因素可能做的一些实验。 相似文献

This paper is focused on fission of Th-232 nuclei induced by protons with energies ranging from 20 to 140 MeV. This energy range is the most informative for studying the competition between asymmetric and symmetric fission modes. Experimental cross sections of production of radionuclides in thorium targets have been determined a year after irradiation. The corresponding theoretical values are calculated using the cascade–evaporation–fission model. The theoretical and experimental cross sections (literature data included) are compared. 相似文献
