针对由复杂结构振动形成的封闭空间声场,提出了一种基于等效源法的面板声学贡献度分析方法。该方法首先利用基于等效源法的内部声全息技术,重构出振动结构表面的法向振速并实现对整个内部封闭声场的预测。再将振动结构的每个面板在腔体内部场点产生的声压分别用位于空腔表面附近的等效源在该点产生的辐射声压代替,将复杂的封闭非自由声场问题转化为简单的内部自由场问题,结合重建出的结构表面法向振速进而识别出封闭振动结构各面板对腔体内任意位置的声学贡献度。通过对复杂结构内声场的数值仿真和验证实验,分析了等效源的数量及与重建面距离等参数对重建精度的影响,结果表明所提方法不仅能够达到传统数值分析方法的计算精度,而且具有更简单的求解过程。   相似文献

Boundary element methods (BEM) based near-field acoustic holography (NAH) has been used successfully in order to reconstruct the normal velocity on an arbitrarily shaped structure surface from measurements of the pressure field on a nearby conformal surface. An alternative approach for this reconstruction on a general structure utilizes the equivalent sources method (ESM). In ESM the acoustic field is represented by a set of point sources located over a surface that is close to the structure surface. This approach is attractive mainly for its simplicity of implementation and speed. In this work ESM as an approximation of BEM based NAH is studied and the necessary conditions for the successful application of this approach in NAH is discussed. A cylindrical fuselage surface excited by a point force as an example to validate the results is used.  相似文献

对于封闭空间内的多途反射声,传统的等效声源法将其等效为距离边界一定距离的单层等效声源体进行声场重构,然而等效源与边界的距离选取依据不确定。因此,为获得等效声源配置的最优距离,在等效声源法(ESM)的基础上构建多层等效声源,提出一种适用于封闭环境声场重构的多层等效声源法(MESM),并依据等效声源的空间分布的稀疏性来获得等效声源强度信息。首先给出多层等效源法的理论依据,其次通过数值计算以及实验测试两种方式对比验证了所提方法。数值结果表明:MESM相比于ESM可在600 Hz以上频段获得低5~10 dB左右的重构误差,但是200 Hz以下的低频重构误差会增加5 dB左右。实验结果表明:MESM可比ESM获得更低的重构误差。文章最后基于数值计算研究了所提方法的主要影响因素。研究表明:虽然MESM会比ESM耗费2倍的计算时间,但在整体频率范围内,MESM可在ESM基础上提升600 Hz以上的重构性能。另外,等效声源的层数和层内数目的改变不会影响声场重构性能,而当传声器数目较多、阵列位置随机、空间边界的吸声系数不是很大时,MESM可获得比ESM更低重构误差,特别是600 Hz以上的中频段区间。   相似文献

The radiated noise contributions of automotive body panels to the interior sound pressure levels are modeled using an approximate spectral formulation that applies the theoretical interior acoustic sensitivity terms derived from a finite element model and measured spatial-averaged structural-acoustic spectra. The finite element calculation is validated by comparison to a set of experimental acoustic transfer functions. A measurement set-up for the sound intensity and structural-acoustic response is applied to acquire the cross and auto power spectra needed to predict the relative mean-squared velocity term of each control plane near the panel surface, and to obtain the individual panel contribution function. The proposed approach also computes the noise spectra in 1/12 octave band form at selected positions in the passenger compartment, which matches well with the overall experimental results. Through an actual passenger car application, the approximate computational scheme is proven to be generally quite robust and effective for analyzing higher frequency interior noise problems.  相似文献

Direct measurements of the wavenumber-frequency spectrum of wall pressure fluctuations beneath a turbulent plane channel flow have been performed in an anechoic wind tunnel. A rotative array has been designed that allows the measurement of a complete map, 63×63 measuring points, of cross-power spectral densities over a large area. An original post-processing has been developed to separate the acoustic and the aerodynamic exciting loadings by transforming space-frequency data into wavenumber-frequency spectra. The acoustic part has also been estimated from a simple Corcos-like model including the contribution of a diffuse sound field. The measured acoustic contribution to the surface pressure fluctuations is 5% of the measured aerodynamic surface pressure fluctuations for a velocity and boundary layer thickness relevant for automotive interior noise applications. This shows that for aerodynamically induced car interior noise, both contributions to the surface pressure fluctuations on car windows have to be taken into account.  相似文献

To achieve normal velocity reconstruction of a vibrating surface with sparse measurement points, a reconstruction method is proposed by exploiting of acoustic radiation modes as expansion functions, which are capable of describing the geometric shape of a vibrating surface. Firstly, acoustic radiation modes of the vibrating surface are calculated and the relationship between normal velocity and acoustic radiation modes is built. Then actual measured normal velocity values are expressed by corresponding acoustic radiation modes and the expansion coefficients are calculated. Subsequently, all normal velocity values can be reconstructed by the obtained expansion coefficients. Experimental validations have been performed by a double-layer steel cylindrical shell with enclosed ends in.an anechoic water tank. Two cases with different wavenumber components distribution were designed by a vibration shaker and a rotor device respectively. Two experimental results both show that actual vibration distribution cannot be revealed exactly by the sparse measurement points, which corresponds to severe loss of vibration related wavenumber components. On the other hand, normal velocity and corresponding wavenumber components can be restored accurately in both two wavenumber components distribution cases according to the proposed method, which demonstrates obvious effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

为了实现稀疏测点条件下结构表面法向速度的准确重建,利用声辐射模态包含结构表面几何形状信息的性质,以声辐射模态作为基函数提出了一种稀疏测点条件下的结构法向振速重建方法。首先对结构表面的声辐射模态进行计算,并建立结构表面法向振动速度与声辐射模态之间的关系;在此基础上,由实际布置情况形成测点位置处的振速与其声辐射模态值的关系,并通过最小二乘法求得展开系数;最后由展开系数重建出结构表面的全部法向振速。利用两端封闭的双层钢质圆柱壳体在消声水池中进行了试验验证,分别开启激振器和转子台进行激励,两个试验的结果均表明,当测点数目较少时,所测的结果不能准确地表示结构的实际振动情况,在波数域内就表现为与振动相关的波数成份的丢失;利用所提出的方法,可以较为准确地重建和恢复结构的表面法向速度及其波数成份,由此验证了所提出方法的有效性。   相似文献

Vibro-acoustic analysis of a rectangular-like cavity with a tilted wall   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
In this paper, a fully coupled vibro-acoustic model is developed to characterize the structural and acoustic coupling of a flexible panel backed by a rectangular-like cavity with a slight geometrical distortion, which is introduced through a tilted wall. The combined integro-modal approach is used to handle the acoustic pressure inside the irregular-shaped cavity. Based on the model proposed, the distortion effect on the vibro-acoustic behavior of the coupled system is investigated using the averaged sound pressure level inside the enclosure and the averaged quadratic velocity of the vibrating plate. Simulations are conducted to examine the distortion effect on acoustic natural frequencies, acoustic pressures and structural responses. Effects of the wall inclination on coupling coefficients are also assessed, and an index is proposed to quantify the degree of variation of coupling strength.  相似文献

Experimental and theoretical modeling of the vibro-acoustic performance of a distributed mode loudspeaker (DML) suggest that their acoustic emission can be significantly affected by the presence of a porous layer. The amplitude of the surface velocity of the panel and the acoustic pressure on the porous surface are reduced largely in the vicinity of structural resonances due to the additional radiation damping and visco-thermal absorption phenomenon in the porous layer. The experimental results suggest that a porous layer between a rigid base and a DML panel can considerably alter its acoustic emission in the near field and in the far field. This is illustrated by a reduction in the level of fluctuations in the emitted acoustic pressure spectra. These fluctuations are normally associated with the interference between the sound emitted by the front surface of the speaker and that emitted from the back. Another contribution comes from the pronounced structural resonances in the surface velocity spectrum. The results of this work suggest that the acoustic boundary conditions near a DML can be modified by the porous layer so that a desired acoustic output can be attained.  相似文献

由于运动声源测量信号中多普勒效应的存在,一般声全息方法无法直接使用,而阵列信号波束成形处理方法无法进行定量分析.本方法建立了基于测量面、辐射面和全息面的运动学几何关系,提出了声源与测量信号之间的非线性时间映射方法,基于运动声源的声源特征函数,构造了消除多普勒效应的全息面时域声压分布.全息重建得到运动声源表面有效声压分布,实现了对主要声源处声压幅值的定量估计.实际运动声源的测量实验结果证明了该方法的有效性.  相似文献

Patch near-field acoustic holography (NAH) coupled with an array of sound intensity probes allows separating the sound field incident on a surface from the one radiated by the surface itself. Although the measurement principle has been successfully used to separate the noise source contribution from disturbing sources and/or noise reflections, the method accuracy has not been investigated in the literature. We describe the results of experiments meant to evaluate the uncertainty in the identification of noise radiated by vibrating panels with different absorption characteristics in presence of an incident acoustic radiation using the statistically optimized near-field acoustic holography. Measurement errors were evaluated through tests performed in controlled acoustic conditions. Results evidenced that the measurement uncertainty depends on the accuracy of the microphone array positioning and on the incident sound field. These conclusions were in agreement with the results obtained by simulations in the phase of instrument optimization.  相似文献

In this paper, a probabilistic approach is introduced and used to distinguish between the interior pressures that are induced from two independent sound sources within a rectangular room. One source is a vibrating wall of the room and the other is an interior point source. The model is set up using the modal analysis method. In the probabilistic method, the probability densities of the uncertain acoustic model parameters are computed. The values of highest probability density are identified and assigned to the uncertain parameters in the acoustic model. The contributions of the sound sources to the total pressure are then obtained from the acoustic model input with the identified parameters. The effects of the modal truncations, the modeling errors, and the measurement locations on the accuracies of the identification process are studied.  相似文献

扩散声场会在反射边界附近形成干涉图样,研究方法包括平面波模型、简正模态分析、渐进模态分析等,但仅适用于尺度远大于声波波长的矩形声腔。提出一种预测扩散声场在非规则刚性壁面结构附近形成的干涉图样的数值方法,表明结构附近“受挡”声压的互谱矩阵取决于:(1)假定该结构在自由空间中振动辐射声音时其表面法向振速到表面及场点声压的边界元系数矩阵;(2)假定结构置于自由空间中且表面刚性时,点声源辐射声波入射到结构表面上产生的散射声场的边界元系数矩阵;(3)扩散声场均方声压。仿真表明,该途径预测的干涉图样与理论值完全吻合。该预测方法还可用于混响环境下声源附近直达声压均方值的空间分布估计,为混响环境下设备的声源定位提供帮助。   相似文献

针对传声器阵列两侧存在相干声源的非自由声场重建问题,提出基于球面谐波函数扩展近场声全息理论的相干声场重建方法。该方法在已知测量面两侧声源几何位置时,使用单层传声器阵列获取测量面处的声压分布,通过最小二乘法获得与目标声源和干扰噪声源响应对应的最优球波函数扩展项数和最优系数向量,结合测点位置的空间坐标进行声波分解,并分别重建出各声源在测量面上的声压分布。为了验证方法的有效性,分别给出了相干噪声源为球形声源和非球形声源的仿真验证,并在全消声室内对双扬声器产生的相干声场的重建进行了实验验证。结果表明:该方法对球形声源和非球形声源干扰下的声场重建都具有较好的效果,球形声源干扰下的重建精度更高。   相似文献

Transfer path analysis (TPA) plays an important role for identifying and quantifying the contribution by airborne and structure-borne in the automotive industry. The main bottleneck of the TPA method is the test time consumption and complex procedure. It becomes a key target in many applications to find out the source with dominant contribution to overall noise rather than to identify each source. In recent years the contribution pattern of sources to the vehicle overall interior noise has changed with the reduction of engine noise, which masks all other sources. The panel radiation noise of vehicle body could not be ignored. There is an increasing demand for analyzing the sound quality contribution of sound sources in simple ways. The procedure for analyzing sound quality contribution of panel radiation noise is suggested in this study, in which an operational path analysis (OPA) method combined with partial singular value decomposition (PSVD) analysis is applied and sound quality objective assessment is introduced. The experimental research for verifying the procedure is finished, from which the source with largest sound quality contribution is picked up from three sources. For engineering application, the sound quality contributions of panels to the interior noise of a micro commercial vehicle are analyzed by using the procedure. By investigating the contributions of sound sources to each sound quality attribute, the dominant sound source is determined.  相似文献

In this paper an alternative approach to estimate the sound field of an elliptically shaped transducer in an infinite baffle is described. The method is based on a singular value decomposition of a propagating matrix which is computed through a division of the vibrating surface into a finite number of small circular piston sources flush-mounted on the elliptical surface. This decomposition is combined with the volume velocity vector on the discretized surface to obtain the sound pressure field. Numerical examples for both on-axis sound pressure and directivity are presented for the uniform elliptical piston transducer and they are in good agreement with the results given by other methods.  相似文献

Imaging the two acoustic medium parameters density and compressibility requires the use of both the acoustic pressure and velocity wave fields, described via integral equations. Imaging is based on solving for the unknown medium parameters using known measured scattered wave fields, and it is difficult to solve this ill-posed inverse problem directly using a conjugate gradient inversion scheme. Here, a contrast source inversion method is used in which the contrast sources, defined via the product of changes in compressibility and density with the pressure and velocity wave fields, respectively, are computed iteratively. After each update of the contrast sources, an update of the medium parameters is obtained. Total variation as multiplicative regularization is used to minimize blurring in the reconstructed contrasts. The method successfully reconstructed three-dimensional contrast profiles based on changes in both density and compressibility, using synthetic data both with and without 50% white noise. The results were compared with imaging based only on the pressure wave field, where speed of sound profiles were solely based on changes in compressibility. It was found that the results improved significantly by using the full vectorial method when changes in speed of sound depended on changes in both compressibility and density.  相似文献

A comprehensive theoretical model has been developed for interior sound fields which are created by flexible wall motion resulting from exterior sound fields. Full coupling between the wall and interior acoustic cavity is permitted. An efficient computational method is used to determine acoustic natural frequencies of multiply connected cavities. Simplified formulae are developed for interior sound levels in terms of cavity, wall and external acoustic field parameters. Comparisons of theory and experiment show generally good agreement.  相似文献

提出了一种基于声辐射模态的速度基向量构建方法,该速度基向量不受网格划分的影响,可用于高分辨率的板结构法向振动速度重建。首先对板表面稀疏网格的声辐射模态进行计算,再以声辐射模态和模态系数构建板法向振动速度分布的基向量,然后由声场测量声压求解基向量系数,最后由该系数和加密网格的速度基向量重建高分辨率的板法向振动速度分布。以简支板声源进行仿真计算,当测量声压信噪比为30 dB时,低频的法向振动速度重建误差最低可达3.7%;以固支板声源在消声室中进行实验验证,131.5 Hz振动频率下的重建误差低于7%。该方法实现了只需要少量声压测量点即可精确重建板声源更高分辨率的法向振动速度分布。   相似文献
