A dual-wavelength continuous-wave (CW) diode end-pumped Nd3+:YAlO3 (Nd:YAP) laser that generates simultaneous laser action at the wavelengths 930 and 1341 nm is demonstrated. A total output power of 778 mW for the dual-wavelength was achieved at the incident pump power of 17.8 W. Furthermore, intracavity sum-frequency mixing at 930 and 1341 nm was then realized in a LBO crystal to reach the yellow-green range. We obtained a total CW output power of 103 mW at 549 nm.  相似文献

We describe the output performance of the 1415 nm emission in Nd:YAG in a plane-concave cavity under traditional pumping into the 4F5/2 level (808 nm) and direct in-band pumping into the 4F3/2 level (885 nm). An end-pumped Nd:YAG laser yielded maximum cw output power of 6.3 W and 4.2 W at 885 nm and 808 nm laser diode (LD) pumping, respectively. To the best of our knowledge, this is the highest output power of a LD-pumped 1415 nm laser.  相似文献

报道了激光二极管抽运的Nd∶YVO4晶体、LBO晶体Ⅱ类非临界相位匹配腔内倍频大功率红光激光器。通过对激光晶体热效应的考虑 ,设计了热不灵敏腔 ,采用低掺杂浓度Nd∶YVO4晶体 ,获得了 6 71nm红光的最高输出为890mW。  相似文献

We describe the output performances of the 1048 nm transition in Yb:YAG under in-band pumping with diode laser at the 968 nm wavelength. An end-pumped Yb:YAG crystal yielded 787 mW of continuous-wave (CW) output power for 9.1 W of absorbed pump power. Furthermore, 104 mW 524 nm green light was acquired by frequency doubling. Comparative results obtained for the pump with diode laser at 940 nm are given in order to prove the advantages of the in-band pumping.  相似文献

We report for the first time a continuous-wave (CW) blue radiation at 494 nm by intracavity sumfrequency generation of 912 nm Nd:GdVO4 laser and 1079 nm Nd:YAlO3 (Nd:YAP) laser. Using type-I critical phase matching LiB3O5 (LBO) crystal, 494 nm blue laser was obtained by 912 and 1079 nm intra-cavity sum-frequency mixing, and output power of 179 mW was demonstrated. At the output power level of 179 mW, the output power stability is better than 3.5% and laser beam quality M 2 factor is 1.21.  相似文献

研制了输出功率达瓦级的351 nm准连续紫外激光器。激光器采用激光二极管(LD)端面抽运Nd∶YLF晶体和声光调Q技术,实现了1 053 nm准连续基波振荡。在结构简单的V型腔中,两块Li B3O5(LBO)晶体对基频光进行二倍频和三倍频,获得了高功率351 nm准连续紫外激光输出。在LD抽运功率为14 W、声光调Q激光器的调制频率为1 k Hz的工作条件下,得到351 nm紫外激光平均输出功率为1.12 W、脉冲宽度为34 ns、单脉冲能量为1.12 m J、峰值功率达32.94 k W。LD抽运光到351 nm紫外激光的光-光转换效率达到8%,电光效率为3.4%,光束质量良好。  相似文献

A high-efficiency 1341 nm Nd:GdVO4 laser in-band pumped at 912 nm is demonstrated for the first time. Using an all-solid-state Nd:GdVO4 laser operating at 912 nm as pump source, 542 mW output was obtained with 1.14 W absorbed pump power. The slope efficiency with respect to the absorbed pump power was 56.6%, and the fluctuation of the output power was better than 2.6% in the given 30 min. 从理论上分析了准三能级系统946 nmNd:YAG全固态激光器运转的条件,并比较了几种不同的倍频晶体的特性,给出内腔倍频获得473 nm蓝光发射的方案。用波长808 nm、输出功率为2.2 W的半导体激光器泵浦Nd:YAG,采用内腔倍频的方法,在一定的温度下,用Ⅰ类临界相位匹配B IBO晶体倍频获得了473 nm 26.5 mW的单模连续蓝色激光输出,功率波动小于±5%。  相似文献

A dual-wavelength continuous-wave (CW) diode end-pumped gadolinium scandium aluminum garnet (Nd:GSAG) laser that generates simultaneous laser action at the wavelengths 1061 and 942 nm is demonstrated. A total output power of 589 mW (476 mW at 1061 nm and 113 mW at 942 nm) for the dual-wave-length was achieved at the incident pump power of 18.2 W. The M 2 values for 942 and 1061 nm lights were found to be around 1.18 and 1.37, respectively.  相似文献

在Nd:YVO4晶体的4F3/2-4I13/2跃迁带内,除了1342 nm激光辐射之外,其它的跃迁谱线由于小的受激发射截面和强的寄生振荡,很难形成激光振荡.通过调整谐振腔损耗,获得了光纤耦合激光二极管端面抽运1386 nmNd:YVO4激光器激光连续输出.在抽运功率达到4.24 W时,得到了305 mW的1386 nm激光连续输出,最高输出功率下的斜效率为13.9%.实验中还观察到了1342 nm和1386 nm的双波长运转.根据抽运阈值能量和实验数据,计算得到了Nd:YVO4晶体中1386 nm激光辐射处的受激发射截面大约为(3±1)×10-19cm2.  相似文献

为了达到最佳和频593 nm黄色激光输出,采用激光二极管(LD)端面抽运Nd:YVO4晶体,根据四能级系统的速率方程理论,建立了空间相关的两波长激光运转速率方程模型,由此导出两波光子数表达式.对LD端面抽运Nd:YVO4/KTP三镜复合腔结构的腔内和频黄光激光器,在满足参与和频的两基频光光子数密度相等的条件下,理论上得到了谐振腔的各个参数.实验比较了在满足两波光子数密度相等和两波振荡阈值相等两种情况下激光器输出的593 nm黄色激光功率.在抽运功率为12 W时,二种情况下分别得到了410 mW和340 mW的黄光输出,光一光转换效率分别为3.4%和2.8%.由此可见,在满足两波光子数密度相等的条件下可以得到更高转换效率的和频黄光输出.  相似文献

报道了一种双波长半导体激光二极管(LD)合束端面抽运掺镨氟化钇锂晶体(Pr~(3+):LiYF_4)全固态、单纵模360nm紫外激光器.该激光器采用V形折叠腔结构,利用反射式体布拉格光栅作为波长选择反射镜来压缩光谱线宽,与法布里-珀罗(F-P)标准具组合构成窄带滤波器进行单纵模的有效选取,通过Ⅰ类位相匹配切割的倍频晶体三硼酸锂对腔内720nm基频光进行倍频.在444nmLD输出功率为1200mW和469nmLD输出功率为1400mW时,合束抽运获得了功率为112mW的连续单纵模360nm紫外激光稳定输出,光-光转换效率为4.3%.测量结果表明,边摸抑制比大于60dB,4h功率均方根值稳定性优于0.5%,1h频率漂移小于220MHz,激光振幅噪声小于0.5%.  相似文献

We demonstrate a diode-pumped passively cw mode-locked NdiCaGdAlO_4 laser operating at 1079 nm with a semiconductor saturable absorber mirror for the first time to the best of our knowledge.The threshold pump power of the laser is 180 mW.A maximum average output power of 93 mW is obtained under the pump power of1.94 W.The pulse duration of the mode-locked pulses is 3.1 ps and the repetition rate is 157 MHz.  相似文献

A diode end-pumped single-frequency Tm:YAG laser at room temperature was reported. The maximal output power of single-frequency is 30 mW by using two uncoated etalons. We obtained a single frequency Tm:YAG laser at 2008.14 nm. The single-longitudinal-mode laser can be used as a seed laser for coherent wind measurements and differential absorption LIDAR systems.  相似文献

We describe the output performances of the 1030 nm transition in Yb:YAG under in-band pumping with diode laser at the 968 nm wavelength. An end-pumped Yb:YAG crystal yielded 1.93 W of continuous-wave (CW) output power for 9.1 W of absorbed pump power. The slope efficiency with respect to the absorbed pump power was 23.6%. Furthermore, 205 mW 515 nm green light was acquired by frequency doubling, resulting in an optical-to-optical efficiency with respect to the absorbed pump power of 2.7%. An LD end-pumped Nd:YAG/SrWO4 continuous-wave 560 nm laser is presented based on intracavity sum-frequency mixing of the fundamental and first-Strokes light. The maximum output power of 330 mW at 559.6 nm was obtained for the diode pump power of 13.7 W and the conversion efficiency was about 2.5%. The intense blue emission was also observed in the SrWO4 crystal when the Raman laser was operating above threshold. This blue emission is centered at 473 nm, which also happened to YVO4.  相似文献

We report a red laser at 670.5 nm generation by intracavity frequency doubling of a continuous wave (CW) laser operation of a 1341 nm Nd:GdVO4 laser under in-band diode pumping at 912 nm. An LBO crystal, cut for critical type I phase matching is used for second harmonic generation of the laser. At an incident pump power of 8.9 W, as high as 347 mW of CW output power at 670.5 nm is achieved. The fluctuation of the red output power was better than 3.7% in the given 30 min, and the beam quality factor M 2 is 1.65.  相似文献

采用非临界相位匹配切割,尺寸5mm×5mm×20mm的KTA作为非线性光学晶体,进行了基于半导体激光端面抽运Nd:YLF/KTA的内腔式连续光学参量振荡激光研究,获得了中红外3.5μm波段的连续激光输出。为了提高连续光参量振荡腔内信号光的功率密度,降低激光输出阈值,采用对信号光高反射的单谐振腔结构进行激光实验。在8.35W的抽运功率下,分别获得了335mW和110mW的3440nm和1505nm的激光输出,对应的总转换效率达到了5.6%。该实验研究表明半导体激光端面抽运的内腔式KTA连续光学参量振荡也能获得高效的中红外激光输出。  相似文献

本文介绍了一种用波长为809nm的激光二极管(LD)端面泵浦厚度为1mm的微片Nd:YVO4全固化固体激光器。器件结构上采用了一种独特的光学系统,该系统由分别用于LD激光束的耦合和聚焦的两部分组成。由Nd:YVO4的一个平面与一个曲率半径为21mm的球面镜组成半共焦腔,以获得高的转换效率。文中详细讨论了单横模运转时的泵浦光与激光腔模之间的匹配问题。当泵浦光功率为400mW时,获得152mW的1064nm波长的TEM00模激光输出。器件阈值功率为48.3mW,总的光-光转换效率为38%,斜效率为43%.  相似文献

报道了一台激光二极管(LD)端面抽运Nd:YVO4晶体腔内倍频和腔外和频相结合的声光调Q准连续355 nm 紫外激光器。采用LD端面抽运双侧翼键合YVO4基质的Nd:YVO4晶体,在腔内置入Ⅰ类相位匹配的LiB3O5(LBO)晶体进行倍频实现1 064 nm和532 nm双波长准连续激光输出,通过消色差透镜将双波长激光聚焦耦合到Ⅱ类相位匹配的LBO 晶体中进行和频,并采用双向和频光路,获得了高效率、高光束质量、高重复频率的准连续355 nm 紫外激光输出。在抽运功率为28.6 W、重复频率为20 kHz时,355 nm激光最大输出功率4.2 W,脉宽为20.6 ns,光-光转换效率为14.7%,激光器光束质量因子Mx2和My2分别为1.29和1.23。  相似文献
