研究了沉积在分形基底上的弥散边缘型分形金薄膜的边缘对三次谐波系数以及临界电流的影响.结果表明,该薄膜系统的三次谐波系数、电阻率以及临界电流之间仍存在指数式临界关系.但由于边缘的影响,其临界指数与其它薄膜系统的相应值之间存在着较大差别.还对这些临界规律的普适性问题进行了讨论  相似文献

The dynamics of the Wigner functions and quantum entropy of the fundamental and third-harmonic modes is studied for the process of intracavity third-harmonic generation. It is shown that quantum dynamics of the system strongly depends on the coupling coefficient of the interacting modes. The specifics of third-harmonic generation in Bi–Sr–Ca–Cu–O two-phase superconductors are studied. It is shown that the emergence of a maximum in the temperature dependence of the third-harmonic voltage in the region of superconducting transition temperatures is associated with the redistribution of the eddy current in the bulk of the semiconductor between its regions with different superconducting parameters (critical current and critical temperature).  相似文献

The third-harmonic generations (THG) considering polaron effects in the two-dimensional quantum pseudodot system with a uniform magnetic field are theoretically studied. It is found that the THG coefficient is strongly affected not only by an external magnetic field, but also by the geometrical size of the pseudodot system. Moreover, the theoretical values of the THG is obviously increased when considering the electron–LO–phonon interaction.  相似文献

We experimentally study the effect of the air gap on conversion efficiency and the spectrum of generated third-harmonic pulses in the dual-tripler broadband third-harmonic generation scheme. The experimental results are in good agreement with predictions that the 4-cm air gap is equivalent to a full cycle of phase mismatch among the three interacting pulses (i.e. the fundamental, second-harmonic and third-harmonic pulse). The experimental results also show that the spectrum of the third-harmonic pulse is sensitive to the air gap. We also point out that the air gap effect can be ignored when the dual-tripler system is located in 1000 Pa atmosphere. These results will guide the design of the broadband third-harmonic generation system in high power lasers.  相似文献

Linear and nonlinear dielectric properties of KIO3 polycrystalline samples are investigated. It is shown that linear dielectric permittivity ε' displays four anomalies corresponding to phase transitions in KIO3. Anomalies of third-harmonic coefficient γ are observed at temperatures of 113, 263, and 345 K, corresponding to phase transitions between KIO3 ferroelectric phases. It is established that the third-harmonic coefficient responsible for the nonlinearity of dielectric properties displays no anomalies during the transition to the paraelectric phase of KIO3 at approximately 485 K. Possible reasons for there being no such anomaly are discussed.  相似文献

Correlation of fluctuations of quadrature amplitudes of interacting modes is studied for the process of intracavity third-harmonic generation in the region of instability. It is shown that this correlation strongly depends on the value of the nonlinear mode coupling coefficient. For small values of the coupling coefficient, correlation of fluctuations of quadrature amplitudes is small. With increasing coupling coefficient, the correlation increases (states of the subsystems become entangled). Then, starting from a certain value of the coupling coefficient, it starts decreasing gradually, tending to zero (entanglement of states of the subsystems decreases). Correlation of fluctuations of quadrature amplitudes decreases also when the amplitude of the fundamental mode perturbing field is decreased.  相似文献

临界电流密度Jc是超导薄膜的一个重要参量,它可以衡量超导薄膜的功率承载能力。大面积高温超导薄膜制成后,其Jc需要被无损精确测量。文中提出了一种新的交流磁场下的高温超导薄膜临界态模型:(1)基于此模型对薄膜的临界电流密度进行了精确无损测量;(2)并将实验测量的三次谐波电压曲线进行拟合研究。首先,根据麦克斯韦方程和伦敦方程,计算外加直流磁场超导薄膜Meissner态下电流和磁场在薄膜内的分布;然后分析薄膜进入临界态后内部电流的变化,在考虑顶扎力作用的情况下,提出了临界态电流和磁场非均匀分布模型;最后根据其模型,推导出三次谐波电压的表达式。为了验证该理论,分别对四片超导薄膜在不同频率下进行了三次谐波和临界电流密度测量。实验结果表明:三次谐波电压的理论与实验曲线一致;与四点传输法的测量结果相比较,该方法测量超导薄膜临界电流密度的误差在5%左右,具有高精度、无损伤、方便快捷等优点。  相似文献

Relativistic third-harmonic generation in a plasma is investigated. The growth of a third-harmonic wave is limited by the difference between the phase velocity of the pump and driven waves. This phase velocity mismatch results in a third-harmonic amplitude saturation and oscillation. Effect of spatial refractive-index nonuniformities existed in a large-scale rapid growth KDP crystal (a type I frequency doubler at the wavelength of 1053 nm) on third-harmonic conversion is studied. Spatial refractive-index nonuniformities due to imperfections in the crystal structure which prohibit the attainment of phase matching at all locations in the crystal are measured with the orthogonal polarization interferometry technique. And a third-harmonic conversion experiment is conducted on a large-scale facility to investigate the influence of refractive-index nonuniformities on conversion efficiency and third-harmonic beam nearfield. According to the experimental results, refractive-index nonuniformities in this large-scale rapid growth KDP doubler do not reduce the third-harmonic conversion efficiency, but affect the third-harmonic beam nearfield.  相似文献

Polaron effects on third-harmonic generation (THG) in cylindrical quantum wires with a finite confining potential are investigated. The THG coefficient is obtained by using the compact-density-matrix approach and an iterative method, and the numerical results are presented for GaAs/AlAs cylindrical quantum wires. The results show that the THG coefficient is greatly enhanced and the peak shift to the aspect of high energy when considering the influence of electron-phonon interaction.  相似文献

It is shown, both theoretically and experimentally, that during laser pulse filamentation in air an intense ultrashort third-harmonic pulse is generated forming a two-colored filament. The third-harmonic pulse maintains both its peak intensity and energy over distances much longer than the characteristic coherence length. We argue that this is due to a nonlinear phase-locking mechanism between the two pulses in the filament and is independent of the initial material wave-vector mismatch. A rich spatiotemporal propagation dynamics of the third-harmonic pulse is predicted. Potential applications of this phenomenon to other parametric processes are discussed.  相似文献

A systematic theoretical and experimental study on a 35-GHz 45-kV third-harmonic gyrotron with a permanent magnet system is presented in this paper. A complex cavity with gradual transition and a diode magnetron injection gun (MIG) are employed in the gyrotron. A self-consistent field nonlinear theoretical investigation and numerical simulation for electron beam interaction with RF fields are given. The diode MIG is simulated numerically utilizing our code in detail. The permanent magnet system provided the maximum axial magnetic field of about 4.5 kG in the cavity region of the gyrotron. The Ka band third-harmonic complex cavity gyrotron with a permanent magnet system has been designed, constructed, and tested. A pulse output power of 147.3 kW was obtained at a beam voltage of 45 kV with beam current of 32.2 A, corresponding to an efficiency of 10.2%.  相似文献

The continuum generation by intense femtosecond IR laser pulses focused in air including the effect of third-harmonic generation is investigated. We have used a theoretical model that includes the full spatio-temporal dynamics of both the fundamental and the third-harmonic pulses. Results of our numerical calculations show that a two-color filamentation effect occurs, in which the third-harmonic conversion efficiency remains almost constant over the whole filament length. It is found that this effect is rather independent of the wavelength of the input beam and the focal geometry. During the filamentation process the third-harmonic pulse itself generates a broad continuum, which can even overlap with the continuum of the fundamental pulse for the longer pump wavelengths. In consequence, the continuum generation generated by intense IR laser pulses is further extended into the UV. PACS 42.65.Jx; 42.65.Ky; 52.35.Mw  相似文献

The critical current density J c is one of the most important parameters of high temperature superconducting films in superconducting applications,such as superconducting filter and superconducting Josephson devices.This paper presents a new model to describe inhomogeneous current distribution throughout the thickness of superconducting films applying magnetic field by solving the differential equation derived from Maxwell equation and the second London equation.Using this model,it accurately calculates the inductive third-harmonic voltage when the film applying magnetic field with the inductive measurement for J c.The theoretic curve is consistent with the experimental results about measuring superconducting film,especially when the third-harmonic voltage just exceeds zero.The J c value of superconducting films determined by the inductive method is also compared with results measured by four-probe transport method.The agreements between inductive method and transport method are very good.  相似文献

The resonance features of the third-harmonic generation have been observed in 1D coupled microcavities consisting of three Bragg reflectors and two identical half-wave layers of mesoporous silicon. The third-harmonic intensity increases by a factor of about 103 in the resonance of fundamental radiation with each of the modes of coupled microcavities. It has been shown that the resonance positions in the angular spectra of the third-harmonic intensity depend on the coupling between microcavities that is determined by the transmission of the intermediate Bragg reflector. In the framework of the transfer-matrix method with nonlinear sources, it has been shown that the basic mechanism of the enhancement of the third-harmonic generation in coupled microcavities based on porous silicon is the constructive interference of the partial third-harmonic waves that are generated by near-surface layers.  相似文献

We present a method for controlling the efficiency of direct third-harmonic generation in quasi-periodic optical superlattices by means of the electro-optic effect. The calculated results manifest that this method is extremely efficient for achieving high efficiency of direct third-harmonic generation in predesigned quasi-phase-matched coupled parametric processes and is feasible at any given fundamental intensity. In addition, we demonstrate that the electro-optic control approach is significantly better than the temperature-control method.  相似文献

利用紧致密度矩阵近似方法,研究了一个特殊量子点量子阱中的三阶非线性光学特性(三次谐波产生),得到了量子点量子阱系统的三次谐波产生系数的解析表达式,而且考虑了量子点量子阱系统中的两种电子束缚态-壳层阱内与阱外两种束缚态。对CdS/HgS构成的典型的量子点量子阱进行了数值计算,得到了10^-15(m/v)^2量级的三次谐波产生系数,并且绘出了三次谐波产生系数作为量子点量子阱的尺寸和泵浦光子能量的函数曲线,最后对曲线的特征及其形成的原因进行了解析。  相似文献
