采用m线法研究了掺杂LiNbO3晶体波导基片的光损伤,发现抗光损伤能力依次为Mg:LiNbO3、LiNbO3、Fe:LiNbO3(氧化),Fe:LiNbO3(还原).对于同样材料,质子交换光波导的抗光损伤能力高于钛扩散光波导。  相似文献

采用两束相干平行光形成的干涉光场辐照LiNbO3: Fe晶体,通过光折变效应在晶体中写入了阵列平面光波导.分别采用马赫-曾德干涉仪光路和光栅衍射法测量了阵列平面光波导的横向折射率分布和周期,并对所写入的阵列平面光波导进行了初步的导光测试.实验结果表明,用这种方法写入阵列平面光波导简便可行.  相似文献

在LiNbO3中掺进CeO2和Co3O4,以Czchralski技术首次生长Ce:Co:LiNO3, Ce:LiNbO3, Co:LiNbO3晶体.通过测试Ce:LiNbO3, Co:LiNbO3和Ce:Co:LiNbO3晶体的指数增益系数, 位相共轭反射率和响应时间,计算晶体的有效载流子浓度和光电导.Ce离子能提高LiNbO3晶体光折变灵敏度,Co离子能提高LiNbO3晶体的响应速度和抗光致散射能力,从而Ce:Co:LiNbO3晶体具有较高的指数增益系数,位相共轭反射率,响应速度.Ce:Co:LiNbO3晶体具有优良的光折变性能.  相似文献

在 LiNbO3中掺进In2O3和Nd2O3, 以Czochralski技术生长了In∶Nd∶LiNO3晶体. 通过光斑畸变法测得In∶Nd∶LiNbO3晶体的光损伤阈值为1.98×104 W/cm2, 比Nd∶LiNbO3晶体的1.6×102 W/cm2高两个数量级以上;晶体吸收光谱的测试表明, In∶Nd∶LiNbO3晶体的吸收边相对Nd∶LiNbO3晶体发生紫移. 研究了In∶Nd∶LiNbO3晶体的倍频性能, 结果表明, In∶Nd∶LiNbO3晶体的相位匹配温度在室温附近, 倍频转换效率比Nd∶LiNbO3晶体提高二倍.  相似文献

 采用金刚石压砧高压装置(DAC),对具有Cu—O链结构的Ca2CuO3的多晶粉末样品进行了高压同步辐射能散X射线衍射实验。实验结果表明,在0~34 GPa压力范围内,Ca2CuO3晶体没有发生结构相变,用Birch-Murnaghan状态方程拟合,得到在压力导数B′0=4时,零压体弹模量B0=165.4±1.8 GPa。  相似文献

用LiNbO3作参量晶体、调QNd:YAG(1.064μm)激光器做泵源,通过求出相位匹配点对有效非线性系数进行数值计算,找出有效非线性系数的最大值,从而求出该点对应的相位角和方位角,确定出进行角度调谐LiNbO3晶体的切割角在理论计算过程中,用计算机模拟,得出了OPO的角度调谐曲线、有效非线性系数曲线和参量增益曲线实验研究中实现了369μm单点参量光输出,实验结果与理论计算结果相吻合.  相似文献

采用高频溅射的方法制备了高亮度的ZnS:Tb薄膜电致发光器件.测量了发射强度比I(5D3-7F6)/I(5D4-7F4)随激发电压的变化关系、弛豫时间及发光的量子效率,计算了碰撞截面,分析ZnS:Tb的过热电子的分布,并与ZnS:Mn进行了比较.指出了ZnS:Tb效率与ZnS:Mn效率差异的可能原因.  相似文献

Potassium lithium niobate doped with copper (Cu:KLN) were grown by the Czochralski method for the first time. The structure of Cu:KLN was measured by the x-ray powder diffraction method, and its lattice constants were obtained. The position of copper ions in KLN crystal was determined. The exponential gain coefficient, response time and erasure time were measured. It was found that the exponential gain coefficient of Cu:KLN is 10.5 cm−1, as two times high as that of KLN, and its response time of 1.53 s is one order of magnitude shorter than that of Cu:LiNbO3. The type of light exciting carriers in Cu:KLN has been investigated. The result showed that the electron acts the main role in Cu:KLN.  相似文献

In this work, a group of Lu2SiO5:Tb (LSO:Tb) scintillating layers with a Tb concentration between 8% and 19% were investigated by means of synchrotron and laboratory techniques. The scintillation efficiency measurements proved that the highest light yield is obtained for a Tb concentration equal to 15%. At higher concentration, quenching processes occur which lower the light emission. The analysis of the reciprocal space maps of the (082) (280) and (040) Bragg reflections showed that LSO:Tb epilayers are well adapted on YbSO substrates for all the investigated concentrations. The spatial resolution tests demonstrated the possibility to achieve a resolution of 1 μm with a 6 μm thick scintillating layer.  相似文献

Congruent In (3 mol%):Ce:Cu:LiNbO3 crystals have been grown by the Czochralski method in air. Some crystal samples were reduced in Li2CO3 power, and others were oxidized in Nb2O5 power. The structure of crystals was studied by an infrared transmittance spectrum. The resistance ability to optical damage and the photorefractive properties were measured by light-induced scattering experiments and two-beam coupling, respectively. It has been found that the reduction treatment increased the photoconductivity , which resulted in decreased erasure time and diffraction efficiency, but higher light-induced scattering resistance ability. The oxidation treatment caused the inverse affect. Finally, the nonvolatile holographic recording in In:Ce:Cu:LiNbO3 crystals is realized.  相似文献

Green-emitting Y2SiO5:Tb phosphor particles with fine size, spherical shape, filled morphology, high crystallinity, and good brightness were synthesized by a spray pyrolysis process. The effect of silicon precursor type on the morphology, crystal structure, crystallinity, and photoluminescence efficiency of Y2SiO5:Tb phosphor particles was investigated. The particles prepared from an artificial colloidal solution obtained by dispersing fumed silica particles had a pure monoclinic X2 crystalline phase, which is more appropriate for application to displays, after post-treatment at 1300 °C. On the other hand, the particles prepared from 100% tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) reagent had an X2 phase and small amounts of X1 and impurity phases such as Y2Si2O7 and Y4.67Si3O13 due to the phase-segregation characteristics of the TEOS precursor. The photoluminescence characteristics of Y2SiO5:Tb phosphor particles were strongly affected by the silicon source used. The photoluminescence intensities increased with the fumed silica/TEOS ratio. The particles prepared from 100% fumed silica showed the maximum photoluminescence intensity, which is 22% higher than that of particles prepared from 100% TEOS. We propose an experimental method for the determination of the electro-optic coefficients of photorefractive crystals. Using anisotropic properties of the crystal and using the response of the crystal to different polarization states of the incident light, it is possible to determine the ratio between various electro-optic coefficients by measuring the gain in a two-wave mixing set-up. The accuracy of the measurements is estimated and the obtained electro-optic coefficients for a Ba0.77Ca0.23TiO3 crystal show good agreement with corresponding values already known from the literature. We present a detailed study of the photoelectric as well as the holographic properties of a novel organic photorefractive glass based on triphenylamine. We studied the quantum efficiency Φ of the photogeneration of charges by means of photoinduced discharge measurements. The photoconductivity σ and the charge carrier mobility μ were obtained via dc photoconduction and pulsed time-of-flight experiments, respectively. The holographic characterization was performed by two-wave and degenerate four-wave mixing experiments allowing for the determination of properties such as diffraction efficiency η, modulation of the refractive index Δn, gain coefficient Γ, and phase-shift φp of the investigated system. The experimental data for Φ could be successfully described by the Onsager formalism with a thermalization radius of r0=24 ? and a primary quantum yield of Φ0=40%. We evaluated the E field and temperature-dependent measurements of μ using the B?ssler formalism yielding a width of the density of states of σ=0.13 eV and a disorder parameter Σ=3.6. On this basis the lifetime and the average drift length of the charge carriers could be estimated from the dc photoconduction experiments. From the photoelectric measurements we also calculated the holographic response time that matched very well to the measured response time and described the E-field dependence satisfactorily. The presented photorefractive system shows outstanding optical properties and stability with respect to degradation. We measured a gain coefficient of Γ=90 cm-1, and a diffraction efficiency of η=27% at a response time of 30 ms for only 40-μm-thick samples. Orientational enhancement was observed and evaluated quantitatively. To our knowledge, this work presents the first determination of each of the above quantities all in one single organic photorefractive material.
