Optical pulse generated by directly modulated distributed feedback (DFB) laser and external electro-absorption modulator (EAM) in virtue of the method of fringe-resolved second-harmonic generation correlation was measured. Without the pulse's shape being assumed, through the method of iterative reconstruct interference signal, the waveform and phase of the pulse was reconstructed. The full-wave at half-maximum (FWHM) of the pulse generated by EAM under the microwave modulation of 2.5 GHz is 30.8 ps, whose shape is close to that of the sech2-type pulse. The FWHM of the pulse generated by DFB laser is 18.3 ps, whose shape is close to that of the Lorenz-type pulse. And the original chirping of EAM is smaller than that of DFB laser.  相似文献

 为了准确地确定飞秒激光对比度的信息,基于两束不同激光的互相关原理,利用非线性晶体对激光强度变化十分敏感的特性,研制了一台三阶相关仪,并用其对钛宝石激光放大系统输出的飞秒激光脉冲进行了测量,得到了有关该系统的强度对比度的信息。结果显示:该系统输出的激光对比度在106左右,在脉冲的前沿和后沿有很强的ASE辐射,并且延续了很长的一段时间;种子脉冲的对比度在105左右,而且在主脉冲前约2ps的位置上,有一个强度很低的小脉冲,在主脉冲的两翼各有一个非常小的台阶。  相似文献

本文报道了重复频率为10Hz的Ti:Al2O3飞秒激光放大器的研究.基于脉冲啁啾放大技术和采用再生/多通放大装置,得到了能量为8mJ的放大光脉冲,在该放大系统中,激光脉冲获M净增益约8×107.  相似文献

 利用数值模拟方法,研究波长1 064 nm、脉冲宽度介于1~20 ps的激光在刻蚀铜靶时,单次脉冲作用下非平衡场刻蚀和热平衡刻蚀两种机制的竞争过程。结果表明:随着脉冲宽度的增加,刻蚀过程由非平衡电荷分离场刻蚀占主导地位转变为热平衡刻蚀起主要作用,且脉冲宽度和激光峰值功率密度增大到一定程度后,各种电子加速机制在不同时刻开始突显,电子能量分布出现多峰结构。在能量密度为15 J/cm2的激光作用下,1和5 ps脉宽对应的非平衡场刻蚀深度分别为110和101 nm,10和20 ps脉宽分别为25和18 nm。  相似文献

本文利用交叉偏振波产生技术(XPW)对800 nm波段钛宝石飞秒激光器输出的激光脉冲进行时域净化, 提高脉冲时域对比度, 并测量验证了1011对比度的脉冲, 达到测量仪器的动态范围极限, 比初始脉冲时域对比度有三个量级的提高, XPW的效率为22%. 同时发现净化后脉冲光谱宽度也得到一定展宽, 进一步利用啁啾镜对和补偿片对净化后的脉冲进行色散补偿, 得到25 fs脉宽的脉冲. 利用该净化后的激光脉冲作为种子注入已有的太瓦级钛宝石啁啾脉冲放大系统中, 在输出脉冲能量250 mJ, 宽度50 fs, 对应峰值功率5 TW的情况下, 在主脉冲前100 ps以外的范围内测量验证了1011的脉冲对比度.  相似文献

A high power laser system delivering a 20-TW, 0.5-0.8 ps ultra-short laser pulse and a 20-J, 500-ps long pulse simultaneously in one shot is completed. This two-beam laser operates at the wavelength of 1053 nm and uses Nd doped glass as the gain media of the main amplification chain. The chirped-pulse amplification (CPA) technology is used to compress the stretched laser pulse. After compression, the ultra-short laser pulse is measured: energy above 16.0 J, S/N contrast ratio-10~5 : 1, filling factor->52.7%. Another long pulse beam is a non-compressed chirped laser pulse, which is measured: energy-20 J, pulse duration 500 ps. The two beams are directed onto the target surface at an angle of 15°.  相似文献

 在超强激光系统中,对比度和本底宽度是压缩光脉冲极为重要的指标。在啁啾脉冲放大系统的压缩阶段,在啁啾脉冲宽度为141ps,啁啾系数为1000,B积分值分别为0,1和2的情况下,模拟了自相位调制效应(SPM)对压缩脉冲的峰值光强、脉冲宽度和本底宽度的影响。结果表明:在B积分值为2的条件下,若不补偿非线性色散,压缩脉冲的峰值强度降为无自相位调制效应时的65%左右,脉冲宽度约为种子脉冲宽度的2倍,本底宽度则增加到原来的3倍左右;在B积分值大于0.5的情况下,本底宽度和B积分值近似成线性关系。  相似文献

A high-contrast preamplifier based on optical-parametric amplification with a short pump pulse is demonstrated. A gain larger than 10(5) and measurement-limited contrast higher than 10(11) are obtained over a large temporal range extending within less than 10 ps of the peak of the pulse, because of the high instantaneous parametric gain provided by a short pump pulse in a nonlinear crystal. The energy gain and high contrast of this preamplifier make it a good seed source for high-power laser systems.  相似文献

An ultrahigh contrast laser pulse of over 1011 for 6 ps before the main pulse was achieved by employing a double plasma mirror installed at the end of a 100 TW Ti:sapphire laser system. Spatial beam qualities such as focusability and stability were found to be extremely sensitive in the range of 14–360 J/cm2 on the double plasma mirror, while ultrahigh contrast was maintained. At the fluence of 90 J/cm2 the focusability of the ultrahigh contrast laser was not degraded, and the stability was very close to that obtained without the double plasma mirror when the 2-dimensional normalized standard deviation and the correlation function for several laser beam profiles were analyzed. These results are requisites for carrying out relativistic laser-plasma interactions with ultrahigh contrast laser pulses, enabling the use of ultrathin solid targets.  相似文献

The authors have demonstrated an optical parametric chirped-pulse amplification (OPCPA)/Yb:YAG ceramic thin disk hybrid laser system having hundred mJ level pulse energy sub-picosecond pulse duration with high temporal contrast. At an input chirped-pulse energy of 3.8?mJ from an OPCPA preamplifier an output energy of 130?mJ has been generated from multipass diode-pumped Yb:YAG ceramic thin disk amplifier. A recompressed pulse duration of 450?fs with a contrast level of less than 7.2×10?9 at ?150?ps before the main pulse has been obtained. The contrast level is the highest value achieved in Yb:YAG chirped-pulse amplification (CPA) laser system at 100?mJ level.  相似文献

Based on a combined scheme of doubled chirped-pulse amplification and a femtosecond noncollinear optical-parametric amplifier, a high-contrast femtosecond laser pulse with energy of up to 32.3 J has been generated by improving the gain efficiency and boosting the pump energy to 120 J in the final amplifier. Our measurements show that the contrast ratio of the main laser pulse is around 10(10) within the time scale of -400 ps and the duration of compressed pulse is 27.9 fs, corresponding to a peak power of 1.16 PW.  相似文献

A single excimer laser (a modified commercial oscillation-amplifier combination) is used to pump a dye laser generating a single ps pulse at twice the excimer wavelength and to amplify the frequency-doubled pulse to high peak powers. With XeCl at 308 nm an output pulse energy of 10 mJ with <5 ps pulse width was achieved with <5% ASE energy.  相似文献

We have developed a three-stage CO(2) master-oscillator-amplifier system that produces 1.1 TW of peak power. The system generates 170 J of energy in a diffraction-limited 160+/-10ps pulse on the 10P(20) line. We also report the realization of a two-wavelength terawatt-peak-power CO(2) laser that can be tuned to an arbitrary pair of lines. A two-stage semiconductor switching system driven by a picosecond-pulse Nd:YAG laser was used to slice a short, low-power 10.6-mum pulse for amplification. A simple plasma shutter helped to compensate for gain narrowing in a final three-pass amplifier and to shorten the pulse.  相似文献

 利用瞬态光栅衍射法研制了一台单次频率分辨光学开关激光参数测量仪,可以对脉宽范围在10 ps以内的紫外超短脉冲激光进行单次测量。利用该仪器对重复频率为10 Hz的放电泵浦和单次运行的电子束泵浦KrF准分子激光器的输出脉冲分别进行了单次测量,结果表明:对于放电泵浦,当系统工作在零啁啾附近时,脉冲波形和光谱分布较规则,相位分布起伏较小,当系统偏离零啁啾状态时,脉冲波形和光谱分布不再规则,并且相位分布为抛物线结构;对于单次运行的电子束泵浦,脉冲波形具有多峰结构,光谱具有复杂的调制,脉宽约为2 ps,带宽约为1.3 nm,相位分布为抛物线结构。  相似文献

An optical ultra-short pulse train with a duration of 2.9 ps was successfully generated from a passively mode-locked laser diode. The time-bandwidth product was 0.43, and it was very close to the transformlimited value of a Gaussian waveform. The highest peak power of 10 mW in an InP-based passively mode-locked laser has been achieved. The laser is promisng as an optical source for an ultra-high-speed bit rate transmission system, especially for the optical time division multiplexing (OTDM) system.  相似文献

研究了用于癌症诊断与治疗的光敏剂血卟啉(hematoporphyrin derivative,HPD)的超快光动力学过程,采用超短脉冲激光光谱技术和皮秒时间相关单光子计数系统,测量了经血卟啉培养的活体癌细胞与正常细胞的皮秒时间分辨荧光光谱及荧光峰值强度随时间衰变曲线,观测到:癌细胞与正常细胞样品荧光寿命的快成分分别为150和300 ps;癌细胞与正常细胞的荧光峰值强度经12 h分别衰减10%和55%。经对测量所得的荧光衰减曲线进行分析,计算出癌细胞与正常细胞的荧光寿命分别为824和1798 ps;血卟啉在癌细胞与正常细胞样品中滞留时间分别为17天和6天。结果表明癌细胞与正常细胞对血卟啉亲和性及对血卟啉滞留的稳定性有显著差异,测量结果确认了荧光光谱技术诊断与治疗癌症的可行性,并对实时监测生物样品微弱超快荧光具有重要的指导意义和临床应用价值。  相似文献

A simple 10 ps KrF laser system consisting of quenched dye laser oscillator pumped by a XeCl laser, a distributed feedback dye laser (DFDL), a three-stage dye amplifier and a two-stage KrF amplifier are described. The output of the laser system is 140 mJ with 10 ps pulse width by using polarization-multiplexing amplification. A focused output laser intensity of about 4×1015 W/cm2 is obtained. The saturation fluence for KrF laser is obtained with this laser.  相似文献

The influence of laser temporal contrast on high-order harmonic generation from intense laser interactions with solid-density plasma surfaces is experimentally studied. A switchable plasma mirror system is set up to improve the contrast by two orders of magnitude at 10 ps prior to the main peak. By using the plasma mirror and tuning the prepulse, the dependence of high-order harmonic generation on laser contrast is investigated. Harmonics up to the 21 st order via the mechanism of coherent wake emission are observed only when the targets are irradiated by high contrast laser pulses by applying the plasma mirror.  相似文献
