The reaction cross-sections of 124Xe(n, 2n)123Xe, 126Xe(n, 2n)125Xe, 128Xe(n, 2n)127Xe, 130Xe(n, 2n)129mXe, 132Xe(n, 2n)131mXe, 130Xe(n, p)130I, 131Xe(n, p)131I, and 132Xe(n, p)132I were measured at the 13.5, 13.8, 14.1, 14.4, and 14.8 MeV neutron energies. The monoenergetic neutrons were generated via the 3H(d,n)4He reaction at the China Academy of Engineering Physics using the K-400 Neutron Generator with a solid 3H-Ti target. A high-purity germanium detector was employed to measure the activities of the product. The reactions 93Nb(n, 2n)92mNb and 27Al(n, α)24Na were adopted for neutron flux calibration. The cross sections of the (n, 2n) and (n, p) reactions of the xenon isotopes were obtained within the 13–15 MeV neutron energy range. These cross-sections were then compared with the IAEA-exchange format (EXFOR) database-derived experimental data, together with the evaluation results of the CENDL-3, ENDF/B-VIII.0, JENDL-4.0, RUSFOND, and JEFF-3.3 data libraries, as well as the theoretical excitation function obtained using the TALYS-1.95 code. The cross-sections of the reactions (except for the 124Xe(n, 2n)123Xe and 132Xe(n, p)132I) at 13.5, 13.8, and 14.1 MeV are reported for the first time in this study. The obtained results are beneficial in providing better cross-section constraints for the reactions in the 13–15 MeV region, thus improving the quality of the corresponding database. Meanwhile, these data can also be used for the verification of relevant nuclear reaction model parameters.  相似文献

Signals from ions forming in a supersonic molecular beam consisting of an argon-water vapor mixture are measured as functions of the exciting electron energy in the range to 120 eV. The thresholds of electron impact excitation of (H2O) n − 1H+ and Ar n (H2O m + clusters are determined for the first time. It is found that the proton-hydroxyl group binding energy decreases considerably both in the case of water molecule clustering and when mixed Ar n (H2O) m clusters arise.  相似文献

In this paper we derive estimates for the eigenvalues of the Dirac operator and their multiplicity on manifolds diffeomorphic to Sn with an isometric SO(n)-action. Especially we prove a new lower bound for the first eigenvalue and show an example, where this new bound coincides in the limit with the known upper bounds.  相似文献

Densities (ρ) and speeds of sound (u) for the binary mixtures of 1-hexanol with n-hexane, n-octane and n-decane have been measured over the entire composition range at 298.15, 303.15 and 308.15 K. The dynamic viscosities (η) for these systems have been measured at 298.15 K. From experimental data, excess molar volumes (VmE), molar isentropic compressibility (Ks,m), excess molar isentropic compressibility (Ks,mE), deviation in speed of sound (uD) from their ideal values (uid) in an ideal mixture, and excess free volumes (VfE) have been calculated. The excess functions have also been correlated with the Redlich–Kister polynomial equation. The viscosity data have been analysed in terms of some semi-empirical equations. The theoretical values of speed of sound (u) and isentropic compressibility (κS) have also been estimated using the Prigogine–Flory–Patterson (PFP) theory with the van der Waals (vdW) potential energy model and the results have been compared with experimental values. The effect of chain-length of n-alkanes as well as the temperature on the excess properties has also been studied.  相似文献

The lowest-energy structures and the electronic properties of Mo2nNn(n=1-5) clusters have been studied by using the density functional theory(DFT) simulating package DMol 3 in the generalized gradient approximation(GGA).The resulting equilibrium geometries show that the lowest-energy structures are dominated by central cores which correspond to the ground states of Mo n(n = 2,4,6,8,10) clusters and nitrogen atoms which surround these cores.The average binding energy,the adiabatic electron affinity(AEA),the vertical electron affinity(VEA),the adiabatic ionization potential(AIP) and the vertical ionization potential(VIP) of Mo2nNn(n=1-5) clusters have been estimated.The HOMO-LUMO gaps reveal that the clusters have strong chemical activities.An analysis of Mulliken charge distribution shows that charge-transfer moves from Mo atoms to N atoms and increases with cluster size.  相似文献

利用光电子能谱及密度泛函理论计算对TiGen-(n=7~12)团簇的几何结构及电子特性等进行了系统研究. 对于TiGen-负离子及中性TiGen,在n=8时出现了钛原子半内嵌的船型结构;在n=9~11时,新增的锗原子加盖到这种船型结构上,逐步形成钛原子完全内嵌的结构. TiGe12- 团簇具有一种钛原子内嵌的变形六棱柱结构. 自然布居分析结果显示,对于n=8~12的TiGen-/0 团簇,随着内嵌结构的形成,有电子从锗原子转移到钛原子,说明其电荷转移方式与结构演变密切相关.  相似文献

Recently the replica limit n = 0 of the U(n) and models have attracted interest since they describe the Anderson localization behaviour in the band-centre of a two-sublattice model. For n ≠ 0 the theories can be decomposed into one with symmetry U(1) and one for SU(n) and . This does not no longer hold for n = 0. We show how the beta-functions and zeta-functions for operators without derivatives can be obtained in this limit from those of SU(n) and and draw consequences for these functions in this limit.  相似文献

The current flow through the dislocation wall of the bicrystal (or intergrain) boundary in semiconductor is considered. It is known that the broken bonds along the dislocations make up the acceptor levels (being offset by energy ?d from the bottom of the conductance band) whose population by electrons is defined by the bulk donor concentration nD, the ?d-value and the dislocation spacing Dy. At low enough nD-value (nD<e2/?dDy4), electrons captured at the dislocation acceptors produce the periodic 2D-lattice with two comparable periods of the order of ns−1/2 where ns∼(?dND/e2)1/2 is 2D-density of captured electrons. Charges of those electrons result in the formation of the dislocation potential barrier whose height (with mean value in order of ?d) is periodically modulated in the wall plane. Naturally, the electron current prefers to flow along the paths with the lowest barrier height, i.e. through the saddle points of the 3D-potential relief positioned in the dislocation wall plane. At low enough temperatures that leads to separation of the electron current into numerous branches. Provided both 2D-lattice periods of the captured charges are smaller as compared with the electron mean free path, all those narrow and short branches make up a filamentary 1D-conductors with the ballistic transport. As this takes place, effects associated with the 1D-conductance quantization define the whole system resistance and could be observed experimentally. In particular, exponentially strong temperature dependence of the whole system resistance vanishes.  相似文献

Laser-assisted Stark deceleration scheme was proposed to decelerate the high-field-seeking molecule ICl in its rovibronic ground state. However, the laser intensity of 1.0×1010 W/cm2 is hard to realize in experiment. The time-of-flight signals of HC2n+1N (n=2, 3 and 4) by three-dimensional Monte-Carlo simulation suggest that deceleration of such molecules is more feasible experimentally as only one-tenth laser intensity is needed.  相似文献

The isomeric ratios of the 197m,g Pt and 197m,g Hg yields in the respective (γ, n) reactions are measured for the first time in the energy range 8–17 MeV. The isomeric ratios σ mg for 197m,g Hg in the (d, 2n) reaction are measured in the energy range 8–50 MeV. The experimental data are compared with the results of theoretical calculations. Matrix elements of the unitary irreducible representations of the group SO(n) of class higher then 1 (with respect to SO(n−1)) in Gel'fand-Zetlin basis are obtained in explicit form. They are represented as polynomials in cosθ and sinθ of the order equal to the first coordinate of the highest weight. 采用密度泛函理论(DFT)中的B3LYP方法,在LANL2DZ基组水平上对WnNim(n+m=8)团簇的各种可能构型进行了几何参数全优化,得到了它们的基态构型;并对基态构型的偶极距、极化率、红外光谱和拉曼光谱性质进行了分析,结果表明:团簇WnNim(n+m=8)都具有极性,富W团簇非线性光学效应强,容易被外加场极化;振动频率主要分布在0-350 cm-1范围内,团簇W4Ni4因其振动方式的特殊性,红外光谱和拉曼光谱在频率421.971 cm-1处,都有明显强峰;团簇W5Ni3因其结构的高对称性在振动光谱中出现多处共振现象.  相似文献

New sharp bands of formic acid have been observed in the near ultraviolet at the long wave-length end of the previously observed diffuse band system (2250–2500 Å) by considerably extending the absorption path length. Both the diffuse and sharp bands belong to the same vibrational system which is assigned to the π*n electronic transition in the carbonyl group. Extensive progressions are observed in the carbonyl stretching frequency which is greatly reduced in the excited state (fundamental ν3′ ≈ 1080 cm−1) and many intervals of about 400 cm−1 are assigned to the OCO bending frequency ν7′.A band contour analysis of the 2593 Å band shows that the molecule is nonplanar in the excited state because of the magnitude and sign of the inertial defect. From this analysis, the rotational constants for the excited state are S=1.8755, B0.4042, C=0.3378cm−1 By the plausible assumption that the important changes in the molecule are in the C=0 bond length, the OCO angle, and the nonplanarity due to the formyl hydrogen, the following excited state parameters are derived.rC=0 = 1.407A.The changes in formic acid are closely analogous to the changes in formyl fluoride as a result of the π*n transition.  相似文献

A general formula for phonon-assisted n-photon absorption in solids is obtained by (n+1)-th order perturbation technique. The complicated calculation process for transition element of n-photon absorption is simply demonstrated by a diagram approach that is proposed in this work. We find that the transition element for the n-photon absorption has a simple form, i.e., it is just the first term of the n-th order fist kind Bessel function.  相似文献

利用密度泛函理论在B3LYP/6-311G*水平上对叠氮化合物(HMgN3)n(n=1–5)团簇各种可能构型进行了几何优化,预测了各团簇的最稳定结构. 并对最稳定结构的成键特性、电荷分布、振动特性及稳定性进行理论研究. 结果表明:HMgN3团簇最稳定结构为直线型;(HMgN3)n(n=2,5)团簇最稳定结构为叠氮基中N原子和金属原子相连构成Mg–N–Mg结构;(HMgN3)n(n=3,4)团簇最稳定结构为叠氮基与Mg原子相互链接形成的环状结构. 团簇最稳定结构中金属Mg原子均显示正电性,H原子均显示负电性,叠氮基中间的N原子显示正电性、两端的N原子显示负电性,且与Mg原子直接作用的N原子负电性更强. Mg–N键和Mg–H键为典型的离子键,叠氮基内N原子之间是共价键. 团簇最稳定结构的红外光谱分为三部分,其最强振动峰均位于2258–2347 cm-1,振动模式为叠氮基中N–N键的反对称伸缩振动. 叠氮基在团簇和晶体中结构不变,始终以直线型存在. 稳定性分析显示,(HMgN3)3团簇相对于其他团簇更为稳定. 关键词: 3)n(n=1–5)团簇')" href="#">(HMgN3)n(n=1–5)团簇 叠氮基 密度泛函理论 结构与性质  相似文献

A study of detonation velocity and cellular structure for stoichiometric heptane/oxygen and for some stoichiometric heptane/oxygen/argon mixtures is carried out in a shock tube at low initial pressure. The critical conditions for the detonation onset and for the propagation of a self-sustained detonation wave are determined. A simplified form of the ZND model used in conjunction with a validated detailed kinetic model leads to the determination of the proportionality factor, A, between the detonation cell width, λ, and the induction distance, Δ, in the detonation wave. This A factor is of practical importance to estimate the detonation properties of n-heptane based mixtures including n-heptane/air. The prediction of detonation cell size λ for n-heptane based mixtures is discussed according to the recent semi-empirical detonation model of Gavrikov et al. The cell sizes predicted according to this detonation model are underestimated by a factor of about 8. The limitations of this model are underlined when applied to n-heptane based mixtures.  相似文献

We investigate the area distribution of clusters (loops) for the honeycomb O(n) loop model by means of worm algorithm with n=0.5, 1, 1.5, and 2. At the critical point, the number of clusters, whose enclosed area is greater than A, is proportional to A-1 with a proportionality constant C. We confirm numerically that C is universal, and its value agrees well with the predictions based on the Coulomb gas method.  相似文献
