用二维气体激光模型对量子噪声的实部和虚部存在耦合的激光场进行了理论分析,通过福克-普朗克方程导出了定态激光光场强度和位相的分布函数,算出了定态激光强度和位相的平均值,方差和偏斜度,与量子噪声的两个分量为独立随机变量的激光场相比,噪声间的耦合极大地改变了激光场强度和位相的涨落,并引起了激光场强度与位相之间的耦合。 相似文献

研究了单模激光中产生的二次谐波的统计性质,用全饱和激光理论导出了二次谐波光子计数m的几率分布函数、二次阶乘矩和三次阶矩的表达式,同实验值比较,理论与实验在阈值附近符合得很好。研究结果表明,激光场基波和二次谐波的涨落随空腔衰减常数的增大而减小;当激光场中含有乘性噪声时,乘性噪声增强基波的涨落,同时抑制二次谐波的涨落。 相似文献

讨论了一个双模环型激光增益噪声模型,其中考虑了完全饱和效应且乘法噪声由增益系数涨落引起。在共振及两模具有相同泵参数时,获得了光强联合定态分布的精确解析表达式。通过与现有的双模激光摸型(其中乘法噪声由损失系数涨落引起)的比较,发现乘法噪声系数的非线性效应减弱了乘法噪声给激光光强统计性质带来的反常特性,并且这种减弱随着乘法噪声增强或损失系数减小而愈加明显。 相似文献

为了刻画在黏弹性介质中具有质量涨落的耦合粒子的运动行为,本文提出了相应模型,即三态噪声激励下的分数阶耦合系统.利用Shapiro-Loginov公式和Laplace变换,发现了粒子间的统计同步性,并得到了系统输出幅值增益的解析表达.在此基础上,针对模型涉及的关键要素,即耦合系统、分数阶系统和三态噪声,着重分析了耦合系数、系统阶数和噪声稳态转移概率对系统输出幅值增益的广义随机共振现象的影响,并给出了合理解释.具体地说,1)随着耦合系数的增大,共振现象将先增强后减弱,直至收敛.该现象表明适当的耦合作用能够促进系统共振现象的产生,体现了研究耦合系统的重要性.2)随着系统阶数的增大,共振现象将逐渐减弱.当系统阶数取值为1,即系统退化为整数阶系统时,其输出幅值增益的峰值最小,该现象说明分数阶系统能比传统整数阶系统得到更大的输出幅值增益.3)噪声稳态转移概率对系统输出幅值增益的影响会随着与之相关的其他参数的变化而变化.在一定参数条件下,三态噪声不仅能够使系统输出幅值获得比双态噪声激励时更大的增益,还能改变系统的共振类型.最后,通过数值仿真验证了上述结果的正确性. 相似文献

在原子相干效应条件下,场与原子之间的相干耦合过程不仅导致原子能态发生相干叠加,同时也会使与之作用场的光场特性发生变化。我们对电磁感应透明(EIT)介质中量子化光场的噪声谱特性进行了研究,实验和理论结果均表明,在光场与原子发生相干作用过程中,由于EIT过程的吸收减小,色散增强效应,导致作用场的位相噪声被转化为输出场的强度噪声,因而使输出场的强度噪声由三部分所决定,输入光场的强度噪声、位相噪声以及由原子而引入的额外噪声。并分析了噪声随探测光失谐、分析频率等的变化关系以及总噪声谱不对称的原因,实验与理论结果定性吻合。 相似文献

A single-mode laser with coupling between additive and multiplicative noise terms is investigated when the multiplicative noise and the coupling between two noise terms are colored fluctuations with finite correlation times T1 and τ2. Combining the unified colored noise approximation (UCNA) and the functional analysis, the stationary probability distribution (SPD) and the variance of the laser intensity is derived. It is found that the colored nature of multiplicative noise and the coupling strength between two noise terms can affect both the structure and the height of the SPD, while the colored nature of the coupling between two noise terms can only affect the height of the SPD. The multiplicative noise can enhance the intensity fluctuations while the additive noise can reduce the fluctuations in a laser system. A homogeneously broadened two-mode laser system with multiplicative coloured noise is investigated when the mode coupling constant ξ=2. An analytical result is obtained when two-dimensional decoupling theory is applied to the system. The intensity auto-correlation function and effective eigenvalue of the laser system are calculated when the difference of pump parameters, multiplicative noise strength and noise correlation time are varied. It is shown that the multiplicative noise can enhance the fluctuations while the noise colour can reduce the fluctuations in the laser system. 相似文献

The stationary properties of a single-mode laser with positive and negative correlations between additive and multiplicative white-noise terms are investigated. By virtue of a simple rule and decoupling ansatz, the intensity correlation function and correlation time for the laser model are derived. We found that: (1) the fluctuation of light intensity with negative correlations between the noise terms are reduced in comparison with those for positive correlations; (2) the coupling between additive and multiplicative noises enhances the rate of decay of intensity correlation; (3) the effects of negative correlations between the noise terms are more remarkable than those of positive correlations. 相似文献

Stochastic resonance (SR) for bias signal modulation is studied in a single-mode laser system. By investigating a gain-noise model driven by correlated pump noise and quantum noise, we find that, whether the correlation coefficient between both the noises is positive or negative, SR always appears in the dependence of signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) upon the noise correlation time and the frequency of the modulation signal. However, only when the correlation coefficient between both noises is negative can SR occur in the dependence of SNR upon the quantum noise intensity and pump noise intensity, while when the correlation coefficient between both noises is positive, it shows monotonically. 相似文献

Based on the frequency-domain multimode theoretical model, detailed investigations on the noise characteristic of the semiconductor ring laser (SRL) are first performed in this paper. The comprehensive nonlinear terms related to the third order nonlinear susceptibility Z3 are included in this model; the Langevin noise sources for electric field and carrier density fluctuations are also taken into account. As the injection current increases, the SRL may present several operation regimes. Remarkable and unusual low frequency noise enhancement in the form of a broad low frequency tail extending all the way to the relaxation oscillation peak is observed in any of the operation regimes of SRLs. The influences of the backscattering coefficient on the relative intensity noise (RIN) spectrum in typical operation regimes are investigated in detail. 相似文献

噪声是影响激光相干场高分辨成像系统像质的重要因素,激光相干场成像系统既受背景光加性噪声影响,又受激光乘性散斑噪声影响.为解决激光相干场成像系统受激光乘性散斑噪声和背景光加性噪声叠加引起的成像像质退化效应问题,从噪声抑制角度提高激光相干场系统高分辨成像像质,研究建立了激光散斑乘性噪声和背景光加性噪声对大气下行链路激光回波场信号影响干扰模型,并基于该模型提出了一种基于同态滤波和稀疏基追踪级联复合去噪算法.首先基于同态滤波理论将激光乘性散斑噪声转化为加性噪声,再由高通滤波器滤除散斑噪声,最后采用基追踪稀疏理论方法抑制背景光等加性噪声对像质的影响.研究表明,较现有单一去噪方法,该级联复合去噪方法可一次性消除激光乘性散斑噪声和背景加性噪声两种不同性质的噪声,有效改善了激光相干场成像质量. 相似文献

We investigated noise and fluctuations of the output power of cataphoretic HeSe+ lasers in positive column plasma. Direct coupling of laser output power noise and fluctuations of the local population inversion was found. An investigation of the positive column plasma showed moving striations being responsible for the gain fluctuations. Whereas the local plasma properties are dominated by high frequency striations in the 100 kHz range, integrated quantities such as laser gain per pass are most strongly influenced by low-frequency waves with a continuous noise spectrum below 200 kHz. External modulation of the discharge voltage or current at a frequency near thehf striations reduces laser noise and increases laser output power. 相似文献

We revisit the quantum noise problem in the mirror–field system by a field-theoretic approach. Here a perfectly reflecting mirror is illuminated by a single-mode coherent state of the massless scalar field. The associated radiation pressure is described by a surface integral of the stress-tensor of the field. The read-out field is measured by a monopole detector, from which the effective distance between the detector and mirror can be obtained. In the slow-motion limit of the mirror, this field-theoretic approach allows to identify various sources of quantum noise that all in all leads to uncertainty of the read-out measurement. In addition to well-known sources from shot noise and radiation pressure fluctuations, a new source of noise is found from field fluctuations modified by the mirror’s displacement. Correlation between different sources of noise can be established in the read-out measurement as the consequence of interference between the incident field and the field reflected off the mirror. In the case of negative correlation, we found that the uncertainty can be lowered than the value predicted by the standard quantum limit. Since the particle-number approach is often used in quantum optics, we compared results obtained by both approaches and examine its validity. We also derive a Langevin equation that describes the stochastic dynamics of the mirror. The underlying fluctuation–dissipation relation is briefly mentioned. Finally we discuss the backreaction induced by the radiation pressure. It will alter the mean displacement of the mirror, but we argue this backreaction can be ignored for a slowly moving mirror. 相似文献
