仿真分析测量参数对光反馈自混合信号的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对含有光反馈的半导体激光器,在外腔波动条件下,研究其光反馈干涉自混合信号模型。经计算仿真分析,得到了外腔运动参数及激光器本身参数的变化对光反馈自混合信号波形的影响规律。结果表明,利用光反馈自混合干涉效应可以进行多参数传感测量。  相似文献

针对光纤激光器自混合干涉传感应用,研究了光纤激光器自混合干涉特性,运用四镜法布里-珀罗腔模型对掺铒线形腔光纤激光器自混合干涉效应进行了理论分析,对不同反馈水平下的自混合干涉信号进行了数值模拟,获得了光反馈条件下光纤激光器输出特性.外腔长度的改变会调制激光器的输出强度,外腔长度变化半个波长,对应一个干涉条纹,弱反馈条件下,由反馈引起的激光器的频率变化可以忽略.设计了基于光纤激光器的自混合干涉实验,实验结果和理论分析相符合.此研究结果为进一步开展光纤激光器的自混合干涉传感应用研究奠定了理论与实验基础.  相似文献

针对基于相位解调的双光束薄膜干涉型光纤传声器的特性展开了研究,仿真分析了三路信号的直流分项、交流分项以及相位差对双光束薄膜干涉型光纤传声器输出性能的影响。采用对比法,并通过实验研究了基于相位解调的双光束薄膜干涉型光纤传声器的输出特性,实现了灵敏度为193 mV/Pa@1 kHz、频率响应为200 Hz~4 kHz@±3 dB的声信号测量。本研究能够很好地应用于声探测、语音识别等领域。  相似文献

研究了基于3×3耦合器的光纤马赫-曾德尔干涉仪的三路输出干涉信号的特点,针对相位衰落问题,提出了一种根据所得的正交信号来判断反馈正负性的方案。实验通过LabVIEW软件来实现正交信号的获得及反馈输出信号的处理。测量和分析得到了直接输出反馈信号时会出现干涉信号短暂偏离稳定点的情况,整个过程的时间约为35 ms,而采用所提反馈正负判断方案后,相位稳定所需时间约为18 ms。通过一个光纤准直聚焦系统把光入射到被测物体表面并接收反射光,探测到了与输入信号频率一致的1.5 MHz的高频振动信号。验证了正负反馈判断方案及设计干涉系统的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

提出了一种基于Sagnac环干涉结构的光梳状滤波器。该结构利用保偏光纤双折射效应产生梳状滤波响应,通过控制Sagnac环内相位调制器的驱动信号实现光学滤波器陷波深度与滤波波长的独立调谐。利用Jones矩阵对所提出的Sagnac环光滤波器的滤波响应函数进行研究,通过分析得到光滤波器的陷波深度和滤波波长分别与射频信号和直流偏压之间的关系。在此基础上构建实验链路,验证了系统的理论分析,实现了光滤波器陷波深度在0dB~30dB范围内的灵活控制;通过设置直流偏压在0~12V范围内变化,实现了光滤波器滤波波长在一个自由光谱范围(0.5nm)内的连续可调,波长调谐效率为0.043nm/V。  相似文献

本文研究了包层泵浦全光纤调Q激光器。掺Yb光纤为增益介质,光纤光栅和光纤的垂直端面作为腔镜,利用光纤中的受激布里渊散射和光纤干涉环实现了较稳定的自调Q脉冲输出。在连续泵浦方式下得到了脉宽3.6ns、周期约25μs、峰值功率600W的光脉冲。  相似文献

为实现光反馈机理下激光自混合干涉信号相位的精确提取, 本文提出了一种基于经验模态分析(EMD)的方法.首先, 采用EMD算法对含噪的自混合干涉信号进行了降噪预处理, 提取有效的干涉信号.然后在对含有外腔物体运动信息的光反馈相位求解的过程中, 利用希尔伯特黄变换(HHT)原理实时提取每一时刻的瞬时相位, 将其去包裹处理后得到真实相位. 在弱、适度、强光反馈条件下, 分别对基于EMD的相位提取算法进行了仿真研究.最后, 搭建了基于自混合干涉效应的微位移测量实验平台, 进行实验研究.实验结果表明, 利用该方法可以实现对自混合干涉信号的相位提取, 最大误差小于1.6 rad.仿真和实验结果的一致性, 说明了EMD方法的有效性.  相似文献

利用直接电流调制光反馈半导体激光器产生了符合美国联邦通信委员会关于室内无线通信频谱限定的超宽带(UWB)微波信号.基于光反馈半导体激光器速率方程组, 数值分析了偏置电流、反馈强度对混沌UWB脉冲信号的影响.研究表明, 混沌UWB脉冲频谱的-10 dB带宽分别随着偏置电流的增大和反馈强度的增强而逐渐增加; 中心频率分别随着偏置电流的增大和反馈强度的增强而逐渐增大.实验中, 产生了中心频率为6.6 GHz, -10 dB带宽为9.6 GHz的混沌UWB信号. 进一步, 通过调节偏置电流和反馈强度, 可实现混沌UWB信号的中心频率和-10 dB带宽的可调谐输出, 实验结果和数值分析相符合.此外, 实验产生的混沌UWB信号经过34.08 km的光纤传输后, 其频谱形状几乎没有发生变化, 表明该方法所产生的混沌UWB信号对光纤色散有较大的容忍度. 关键词: 超宽带 混沌激光 光反馈 直接调制  相似文献

鉴于光纤传感器具有体积小、结构简单、灵敏度高、抗电磁干扰且光纤本身的低损耗、耐腐蚀和安全可靠等优良特性,将光纤传感器应用到麦克风中可使麦克风的体积显著降低而灵敏度和抗电磁干扰性显著提高。提出一种新型反射式光纤麦克风的设计方法,采用Y形单根多模反射式光纤传感探头结构形式,给出了光纤麦克风的系统框图。由光纤出射光场分布理论出发,给出弹性膜片在声场作用下,中心形变大小h与出射光光强调制函数I(Z″)的关系。根据实际应用中有关参数的取值,用Matlab软件模拟出膜片形变后变形量h与光强调制函数I(Z″)的关系曲线。  相似文献

声传感器和光声池是激光光声光谱技术的核心组件。结合光纤迈克耳孙干涉仪、相位载波解调技术和纵向共振光声池,提出一种共光声池腔的芯轴型空气衬底光纤麦克风。光纤麦克风中的铜毛细管被用作光声池的共振腔,传感臂由10 m长的超细光纤缠绕在铜毛细管上构成,参考臂为5 cm长的短臂且已进行隔声隔振处理。基于结构共振频率稳定的特点,优化光纤麦克风的共振频率,使其略低于光声池的一阶纵向共振频率,以实现准双共振。实验结果表明,麦克风在共振频率为1443 Hz处的最小可检测声压为0.69μPa√Hz。在1 kHz处,声压电压响应线性度为99.98%(5 mPa~3 Pa),动态范围为112.52 dB。该光纤麦克风适用于高温、易爆和高电磁干扰等特殊环境下痕量气体的高精度检测。  相似文献

A new architecture for tunable broadband wavelength conversion in a dispersion-shifted fiber is presented. Conversion is achieved by using four-wave-mixing in a dispersion-shifted fiber in a single fiber-ring cavity. Wide tunability is achieved by the self-generation of two tunable orthogonal pumps in the cavity. This effect is due to the introduction of two tunable fiber Bragg gratings written in high birefringence fibers which act as selective polarization and wavelength filters. The results show conversion efficiencies up to −2 dB with the signal-to-noise ratio of the converted signal up to 26 dB.  相似文献

针对远场声全息成像分辨率较差的问题,提出多孔声全息方法。利用多个小型传声器阵列进行优化布置,可以有效地提高分辨率,达到等效大阵列的声场可视化效果。首先推导了空间多孔加窗对远场Kirchhoff衍射积分声全息带来的干涉叠加效应;然后对主瓣宽度和旁瓣高度进行了定量计算,阐述了多孔优化布置方法,实现了旁瓣抑制条件下的分辨率最优;最后利用双音箱实验,验证了多孔声全息的可行性和理论分辨率,证明了多孔声全息方法的有效性。研究表明,多孔声全息的干涉叠加方法可以有效提高远场测量的重建分辨率,多孔声全息的优化设计方法可以实现旁瓣抑制条件下的分辨率最优。   相似文献

In the field of noise identification with microphone arrays, conventional delay-and-sum (DAS) beamforming is the most popular signal processing technique. However, acoustic imaging results that are generated by DAS beamforming are easily influenced by background noise, particularly for in situ wind tunnel tests. Even when arithmetic averaging is used to statistically remove the interference from the background noise, the results are far from perfect because the interference from the coherent background noise is still present. In addition, DAS beamforming based on arithmetic averaging fails to deliver real-time computational capability. An observer-based approach is introduced in this paper. This so-called observer-based beamforming method has a recursive form similar to the state observer in classical control theory, thus holds a real-time computational capability. In addition, coherent background noise can be gradually rejected in iterations. Theoretical derivations of the observer-based beamforming algorithm are carefully developed in this paper. Two numerical simulations demonstrate the good coherent background noise rejection and real-time computational capability of the observer-based beamforming, which therefore can be regarded as an attractive algorithm for acoustic array signal processing.  相似文献

We demonstrate the passive suppression of stimulated Brillouin scattering in meter-length fiber-ring cavities through careful control of the fiber length. Experimentally we are able to demonstrate an over sixty-times increase in the Brillouin threshold of a 0.4 m fiber ring. This very simple suppression technique greatly simplifies the design of optical parametric devices based on fiber-ring cavities.  相似文献

The internal noise spectrum in miniature electret microphones of the type used in the manufacture of hearing aids is measured. An analogous circuit model of the microphone is empirically fit to the measured data and used to determine the important sources of noise within the microphone. The dominant noise source is found to depend on the frequency. Below 40 Hz and above 9 kHz, the dominant source is electrical noise from the amplifier circuit needed to buffer the electrical signal from the microphone diaphragm. Between approximately 40 Hz and 1 kHz, the dominant source is thermal noise originating in the acoustic flow resistance of the small hole pierced in the diaphragm to equalize barometric pressure. Between approximately 1 kHz and 9 kHz, the noise originates in the acoustic flow resistances of sound entering the microphone and propagating to the diaphragm. To further reduce the microphone internal noise in the audio band requires attacking these sources. A prototype microphone having reduced acoustical noise is measured and discussed.  相似文献

Underwater Acoustic Sensor with Fiber Bragg Grating   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A new type of underwater acoustic sensor is proposed with an optical fiber Bragg grating (FBG). Because of the photoelasticity with respect to the refractive index and the elasticity of the fiber, the sound pressure in water modulates the Bragg reflection wavelength and, in turn, the intensity of the laser light transmitted through the FBG fiber. Good linearity between the detected signal and the sound pressure is obtained in the range from 81 dB to 140 dB re 1 μPa. Since the upper and lower limits of the acoustic signal level for operation of the sensor are limited by the driving circuit and the transduction of the sound in water, the sensor is expected to operate with much larger dynamic range both at higher and lower pressure levels. Operation of the sensor is very stable with the insertion of optical isolators into the system, although without the isolators the output signal fluctuates at low frequency due to the Fabry-Perot interference effect between the FBG and the various facets.  相似文献

We investigate an improvement in the pump slope efficiency for an erbium-doped fiber-ring laser. The method is based on the residual pump power reused by means of a fiber mirror. Under the conditions of a 4-m erbium-doped fiber (EDF), 10 mW of pump power, and a 99% reflectivity of a fiber-Bragg grating, the pump slope efficiency may reach 19.70% compared to 15.37% for a conventional fiber-ring laser. The maximum lasing power is increased from 14.6 to 18.7 mW corresponding to a 1.07-dB lasing power enhancement. The side-mode suppression ratio is as high as 67.6 dB with a line width of less than 0.05 nm.  相似文献
