弹药综合保障系统信息化建设构想

文中立足于未来信息化战争形态发展趋势,以提高我军在信息化战争中制导弹药综合保障能力为目标,分析了新形势下制导弹药综合保障系统信息化建设的必要性;并从制导弹药综合保障系统的可视化管理、故障预测、专家远程协助、快速加装等方面分析了信息化建设的构想与信息化建设系统架构。     

Φ1米高超声速风洞自主式维修保障系统设计

为了解决Φ1米量级高超声速风洞装备试修矛盾,提高风洞参试效率并拓展风洞技术性能,实现风洞装备管理信息化和过程质量控制精细化,满足国家高超声速武器装备和航天飞行器研制中地面试验的需求,提出了建设Φ1米量级高超声速风洞自主式维修保障系统。文章分析了风洞的设备组成、运行方式、试验任务特点以及风洞装备维修保障的现状,按照“增强的基于状态维修”的装备保障新模式,进行了系统设计架构,明确了硬件系统组成和软件各模块的功能。对风洞装备故障模式分析、基于振动特性分析的诊断和测试技术、基于应变特性分析的诊断和测试技术等关键性问题进行了实验探索与验证。     

指挥控制装备软件保障系统设计及实现

作为软件密集型装备,指挥系统的软件保障需求明显;简要介绍装备系统软件结构及主要功能,对其在部队使用过程中出现的问题进行分析;提出软件保障工具的主要功能及系统设计方案,并对系统实现方法进行详细说明。应用表明:指挥系统软件保障系统对提高部队软件保障能力具有重要意义。     

装备保障方案综合评价系统研究

为了科学合理地进行装备保障方案评价,保证装备保障系统在作战过程中高效运转,运用综合集成研讨法针对装备保障方案评价需求构建了装备保障方案综合评价系统,详细分析了其体系结构、内部组成和功能,最后与系统中各角色在系统运行过程中的各项活动相结合,给出系统运行进行方案评价的一般流程。     

应变式负荷传感器温度补偿研究

作为软件密集型装备,指挥系统的软件保障需求明显。简要介绍装备系统软件结构及主要功能,对其在部队使用过程中出现的问题进行分析;提出软件保障工具的主要功能及系统设计方案,并对系统实现方法进行详细说明。应用表明：指挥系统软件保障系统对提高部队软件保障能力具有重要意义。     

信息化条件下光电装备保障信息系统技术研究

随着信息化的不断深化和我军光电装备建设实现历史性突破,急需把握信息化条件下光电装备保障信息系统的新特点和规律。深入揭示了光电装备保障信息系统是提升光电装备保障能力水平的根本保证。在明确信息化光电装备保障内涵的基础上,分析了信息化光电装备保障系统的军事需求及体系能力,给出了信息化条件下光电装备保障信息对象、系统组成和基本功能,以及使用计算机和信息化技术设计光电装备保障信息系统的过程和关键技术。     

面向ALS的无人机装备维修管理模式与系统设计

针对无人机使用部队对装备维修保障信息利用率不高,致使对维修周期计划制定不科学、维修器材备件管理效率较低等情况,以无人机装备为研究对象,借助健康管理理念,构建了面向自主式保障系统(ALS)的无人机装备维修管理体系框架。在分析了体系运行的基础上,设计了面向ALS的无人机装备维修管理系统构架、系统方案和系统功能。以期为无人机装备开展数字化维修及自主维修保障提供依据。     

交通装备售后绩效保障系统控制策略研究

针对装备售后保障逐渐向绩效保障模式转变的趋势,文章研究绩效模式下的交通装备售后保障系统控制策略,分析部件损耗特征并给出不同模拟情境下的最优控制策略;首先,从仓库备件库存出发推导出备件库存水平状态概率分布,并获得如可用度等系统绩效性能指标,然后,建立绩效约束的保障系统优化模型并设计出有效的遗传算法;最后,进行数值实验;结果表明,平均故障间隔时间对保障系统控制策略的影响大,而备件可修复率对保障系统控制策略的影响较小。     

某型复杂装备车载状态监测系统设计

某型复杂装备现有设备监测数据达不到对全车的故障诊断与健康状态评估所需数据的要求,通过分析其整车电气信号,为满足复杂装备对整车数据的监测需求,设计了车载状态监测系统;给出了车载监测系统的总体架构,对综合控制处理电路、实时数据采集处理电路、总线数据监控电路和车载显示系统硬件进行了设计,设计了车载采集与报警系统和显示系统软件,最后对系统进行了车载测试,表明系统能够对复杂装备的实时运行状态进行监测,完成基本的故障诊断功能,为早期发现故障缺陷,提出处置措施,开展系统健康管理提供了条件。     

基于Storm的城市消防联网远程监控系统的实时数据处理应用

针对城市消防联网远程监控系统中实时信息数据逐渐增长而引出的大数据问题,传统的消防系统无法实时、高效地处理消防实时数据的问题,提出了一种基于云计算和Storm实时数据处理系统的解决方案;对于开源的Storm框架进行需求和性能分析,实现对其技术架构上的改进,并结合消防系统的特点,提出一套高实时性、高可扩展性的消防联网监控中心的数据实时处理的体系架构,同时也进行了云计算平台的搭建,利用心跳检测机制保证各个监控单位的实时性连接;研究表明,基于云计算和Storm平台架构完全适用于消防联网监控中心的实时消防数据的处理,具有高效性、高可靠性、性能显著等特性。     

Point defects on graphene on metals

Understanding the coupling of graphene with its local environment is critical to be able to integrate it in tomorrow's electronic devices. Here we show how the presence of a metallic substrate affects the properties of an atomically tailored graphene layer. We have deliberately introduced single carbon vacancies on a graphene monolayer grown on a Pt(111) surface and investigated its impact in the electronic, structural, and magnetic properties of the graphene layer. Our low temperature scanning tunneling microscopy studies, complemented by density functional theory, show the existence of a broad electronic resonance above the Fermi energy associated with the vacancies. Vacancy sites become reactive leading to an increase of the coupling between the graphene layer and the metal substrate at these points; this gives rise to a rapid decay of the localized state and the quenching of the magnetic moment associated with carbon vacancies in freestanding graphene layers.     

基于Matlab分析负荷对多联机IPLV的影响

多联机有其特殊的优点,但是不同部分负荷的组合对IPLV的影响仍需进一步研究。文中建立IPLV与部分负荷的相关公式,运用MATLAB软件分析不同卸载级负荷与IPLV的关系,从而确定不同部分负荷的最优组合。     

Note on duality on polarized symplectic manifolds

In this note we use some of the results of [3] to derive a general duality theorem for the cohomologies of foliated structures on a manifold. The result is applied to the special case of a symplectic manifold M on which the foliation is given by a complex polarization F in the sense of geometric quantization. We obtain, for example, a rigorous proof of the fact that for a smooth function ƒ on M whose Hamiltonian vector field leaves F invariant, the spectrum of the corresponding prequantization operator v(ƒ) coincides with the spectrum of its transpose, under the above duality. This latter result was obtained by Simms in [12] under certain hypotheses. Proofs of the validity of those hypotheses are now available in the literature; cf. [3] and [7].     

Space-charge effects on multipactor on a dielectric

Analyzes the effects of space charge shielding on the steady state of a multipactor discharge on a dielectric. Analytic methods are used to obtain an exact function for the potential in the discharge, assuming a Maxwellian distribution of emitted electrons. An equation for the amount of power deposited on the dielectric by the multipactoring electrons, for a given saturation level, is given. A simple method for obtaining the saturation level, for a given material, is obtained     

Remarks on KdV-type flows on star-shaped curves

We study the relation between the centro-affine geometry of star-shaped planar curves and the projective geometry of parametrized maps into RP¹. We show that projectivization induces a map between differential invariants and a bi-Poisson map between Hamiltonian structures. We also show that a Hamiltonian evolution equation for closed star-shaped planar curves, discovered by Pinkall, has the Schwarzian KdV equation as its projectivization. (For both flows, the curvature evolves by the KdV equation.) Using algebro-geometric methods and the relation of group-based moving frames to AKNS-type representations, we construct examples of closed solutions of Pinkall’s flow associated with periodic finite-gap KdV potentials.
