本文阐述了超声波用于树脂再生的最新技术,超声脱附以及它的原理一超声场聚能效应。该方法和传统的化学方法相比较:不仅具有操作简单,化学药品消耗少,排污量少等优点。而且还能增加树脂的脱附速率,减少脱附时间,增加解吸平衡物的浓度。本文综述了在这一领域的最近研究进展,各种不同频率和功率对树脂再生效果的影响,为该领域的研究工作提供参考。  相似文献

采用腔内和腔外两种方法对激光脉冲进行光谱整形。在掺钛蓝宝石再生放大器中插入一定厚度的石英双折射晶体片,通过调节晶体光轴的空间取向,对再生放大器输出的脉冲光谱进行腔内整形,使再生放大器输出脉冲的谱宽从20nm左右增加到35nm左右,接近进入再生放大器的激光种子脉冲的谱宽。另外用镀反射膜的平板滤光片进行了腔外光谱整形的实验,使再生放大器输出脉冲谱宽展宽到28nm左右。  相似文献

提出了分级再生式转轮除湿和蒸发冷却相结合的空调系统,依据除湿和再生过程的质量守恒和能量守恒方程,结合边界条件和初始条件建立除湿转轮和空调系统的数学模型,对比分析了分级再生空调系统的性能。研究结果表明:采用分级再生的转轮可达到与一般再生转轮相同的除湿效果。与一般再生的空调系统相比,分级再生式空调系统的再生能耗降低了约50%,热力性能系数提高了约90%。  相似文献

在对液体除湿和再生机理研究的基础上,建立了太阳能液体除湿空调系统,其中的再生器采用逆流式填料塔,塔体采用不锈钢材质,有效克服了除湿溶液对它们的腐蚀。本实验采用氯化钙作为除湿剂重点研究了再生过程,分析了各种进口参数对再生效果的影响。结果表明:空气流量和含湿量以及除湿溶液的流量和再生温度对再生过程的传热和传质有不同程度的影响。  相似文献

给出了适用于多波长再生的数据抽运简并四波混频(FWM)耦合模方程组,提出了时隙交织波长信道再生的准相位匹配均衡方法。从优化设计简并FWM相位失配因子入手,针对实验室已有的光纤,实现了4个固定波长信道的均衡再生;通过设计光纤参数,在一定带宽范围内可实现任意4个波长的均衡再生。计算结果表明,再生输出信号的脉冲峰值功率、消光比(ER)和Q值之间的差异分别不超过0.25dB、0.42dB和1.5。  相似文献

在固体激光脉冲放大器中,再生放大器具有增益高、光束质量好以及结构简单等优点,得到了广泛的关注和应用。经过几十年的不断发展,再生放大器已经能够实现数百mJ脉冲能量以及数kW均值功率的稳定输出。增益材料特性、腔型结构、泵浦能力、热效应、元器件性能等诸多方面都会影响再生放大器的输出特性,其中增益材料特性是最根本的因素。由于特性不同,基于不同增益材料体系的再生放大器在结构和功能上都会有较大的差异。基于不同的材料体系,介绍了各类体系下的再生放大器在发展过程中遇到的关键共性问题,以及几类典型的再生放大器及其特点。讨论了再生放大器未来的发展趋势。  相似文献

针对现有相位保持幅度再生方案仍然存在残余相位扰动的问题,提出光学相位共轭器辅助的非线性光纤环形镜(OPC-NOLM)方案,该方案可实现多电平全光幅度再生功能,具有相位扰动几乎为零的完美相位保持能力。以16阶正交幅度调制(16QAM)信号为例,仿真了OPC-NOLM再生方案性能。研究表明,在输入信噪比为15 dB时,与不使用OPC的单一非线性光纤环形镜(NOLM)情形相比,所提方案的噪声抑制比提高了3.8 dB。  相似文献

利用高非线性光子晶体光纤中的自相位调制效应产生的超连续谱,理论上推导了超窄脉冲信号的再生机制。分别从频域和时域上形象的解释了脉冲再生的原理,该本再生方法可以适用于OTDM的信号再生。实验上对劣化了的脉冲宽度为1.7ps的携带信息的超窄脉冲信号进行了再生,再生之后的信号峰值均衡,消光比达到了15dB。再生前信号中心波长是1548.2nm,重复频率是9.96872GHz。实验中,在1554nm—1570nm和1530nm—1543nm范围内都可以得到10dB以上的再生质量。同时拟合了信号峰值功率和波长关系,得到的曲线和超连续谱曲线相吻合。  相似文献

The so called “direct powder molding” is a compressions molding process which can be directly applied to ground rubber tire (GRT). This study shows that the GRT can be re-used to produce medium-size parts with good mechanical properties without any addition of virgin rubber. For rubber sheets prepared from the mechanically ground rubber tire (MGRT) and the cryogenically ground rubber tire (CGRT), the densities and crosslink densities of the rubber sheets increased with a decrease of the particle size of the waste tire powder. The tensile strength of the rubber sheets increased with the decreasing of the particle size for the two types of waste tire powder to 250 μm and 120 μm, respectively, and then became level. The moulding pressure had no effect on the densities, tensile strength or elongation at break of the rubber sheets. These results suggested that the effect of the particle size is important and is correlated with the mechanical properties of the rubber sheets produced by direct powder moulding technology. In general, the best mechanical properties were obtained with waste tire rubber with a size of about 250 μm for the rubber particles obtained from the mechanical grinding method of waste tire powdering.  相似文献

本文介绍了用红外光谱法测定羧基丁苯胶乳中结合苯乙烯含量的方法,通过该方法分别选择1495cm~(-1)作为苯乙烯的芳烃C=C伸缩振动特征吸收带和970cm~(-1)作为丁二烯的反式C=C非平面摇摆振动特征吸收带。结果求得直线回归方程,相关系数,相对标准偏差,精度范围等。本方法简单、快速、选择生强,已成功地应用于羧基丁苯胶乳中结合苯乙烯含量的测定。  相似文献

In this paper, silver coating on the surface of cenosphere particles was prepared by electroless plating method. The adhesion, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance properties of silver coating mixed in silicone rubber were investigated. The corrosion characteristic of silver coating was evaluated by anodic polarization curves of the silicone rubber composite in sulfuric acid solution. The results showed that the silver coating on the surface of cenosphere particles was smooth and uniform. The silver film was not oxidized and peeling off during preparation of composite silicone rubber. The adhesion between the cenosphere particle and silver film was good enough. The anodic polarization curves of the silicone rubber composite showed typical activation and passivation transformation. The values of corrosion potential, the initiating passive potential and maintaining passivity potential of composites filled with different contents of Ag-coated cenosphere particles were the same and related to the nature of silver coating. The passive current density of composite increased with increase of the amount of Ag-coated cenosphere particles and was inversely proportional to the resistance of silicone rubber composite. The better the conductivity of silicone rubber composite is, the higher corrosion rate will be.  相似文献

Air-jet texturing of conventional poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) yarns, having the same chemical structure with high modulus and tenacity PET yarns, are studied in order to improve their adhesion to rubber. Air-jet texturing of these yarns is performed without any visible loop formation in order to minimize the mechanical loss, and an improvement in the adhesion to rubber of conventional PET yarns is achieved. This improvement is investigated by means of surface changes of single filaments and yarn geometry changes due to air-jet texturing. Changes of the cross-sectional structure of the yarns after air-jet texturing and therefore a higher surface area is found to be the main reason for this improvement.  相似文献

The use of material waste, coming from the fibers of fluff (a textile residue from grounded end of life tires, ELTs), in the manufacture of sound absorber products, can help to combat two different kind of problems, the disposal of this kind of waste and the noise control. This paper presents the results of a new absorber material obtained through thermal compression, using a residue that is currently used for its high calorific value. Through this process, a product with a higher added value and a lower cost has been obtained. Through testing of samples made with fluff, results for absorption coefficients and acoustic impedance have been obtained. In addition, composite samples have been tested. One of these samples is a composite made with a layer of ground tire rubber (GTR), obtained by sintering and adding another layer of fluff.  相似文献

Air-coupled ultrasound stimulated optical vibrometry is proposed to generate and detect the resonances of a rubber tube in air. Amplitude-modulated (AM) focused ultrasound radiation force from a broadband air-coupled ultrasound transducer with center frequency of 500 kHz is used to generate a low frequency vibration in the tube. The resonances of several modes of the tube are measured with a laser vibrometer of 633 nm wavelength. A wave propagation approach is used to calculate the resonances of the tube from its known material properties. Theoretical and experimental resonance frequencies agree within 5%. This method may be useful in measuring the in vitro elastic properties of arteries from the resonance measurements in air. It may also be helpful to better understand the coupling effects of the surrounding tissue and interior blood on the vessel wall by measuring the resonance of the vessel in vitro and in vivo.  相似文献

针对传统采用不可控AC/DC变换器的混合动力轮胎式起重机系统,直流母线电压泵升导致的柴油发电机空转,造成能量浪费的问题。采用可控的有源前端变换器取代不可控的二极管整流,建立了AFE功率外环电流内环以及电压外环电流内环两种双环控制方法以实现柴油发电机输出功率的高效利用。运用matlab/simulink搭建了仿真模型,分别进行了锂电池混合动力RTG系统重载、轻载、空载下的动态仿真,仿真结果表明,两种双环控制方法均能实现锂电池混合动力RTG系统柴油发电机的恒功率输出,控制系统具有较好的动态性能。  相似文献

钢渣是冶金工业中产生的主要固体废弃物,其产量约为每年粗钢产量的15%~20%。由于技术的局限,导致我国钢渣利用率较低,仅为年钢渣产量的10%,同时加之管理制度的不健全,导致钢渣大量露天堆放,对土地资源、地下水源,以及空气质量形成严重影响。面对上述问题,以热闷渣、电炉渣和风淬渣研发改性钢渣微粉,并且将改性钢渣微粉与复合橡胶进行复合制备改性钢渣/橡胶复合材料。依据《硫化橡胶或热塑性橡胶热空气加速老化和耐热试验》(GB/T3512—2014)对改性钢渣/橡胶复合材料进行热氧老化处理,采用平衡溶胀法测定改性钢渣/橡胶复合材料的交联密度,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重分析仪(TGA)和傅里叶转换红外光谱仪(FTIR)分别测试其微观形貌、失重率和结构组成,从微观层面阐述改性钢渣/橡胶复合材料的热氧老化机理。结果表明在热氧老化前期老化作用在改性钢渣/橡胶复合材料表面,其内部以交联键形成反应为主;在热氧老化中期老化作用已经作用改性钢渣/橡胶复合材料内部,造成交联键断裂反应速度高于交联键形成反应速度,形成大量断裂交联键;在热氧老化后期由于改性钢渣/橡胶复合材料内部已经存在大量断裂交联键,导致主链及交联键断裂速度降低,交联键形成反应占优势。改性钢渣微粉以热闷渣(SiO2含量高)为原材料,有利于形成聚合物大分子链贯穿炭黑网络的结构,提高综合性能,尤其是物理机械性与滞后性;以电炉渣、风淬渣(Fe2O3含量高)制备改性钢渣微粉,有利于热传导性能的改善,不仅提高改性钢渣/橡胶复合材料的耐热性,而且提高其硬度与脆性。热氧老化过程中改性钢渣/橡胶复合材料内部在橡胶分子链α-H上发生了不同程度的氧化反应,并在橡胶分子链周围生成了羟基、羧基和醇类化合物,双键烯氢含量降低。  相似文献
