The ion exchange kinetics of polycrystalline Na/K β/β″-Al2O3 soaked in H2SO4 were studied. The rate of ion exchange in hot concentrated H2SO4 was determined by monitoring the change of solution alkali content. The H3O+ diffusion coefficient was estimated from the resulting time dependence data and the ceramic conductivity calculated. Dilute H2SO4 with a constant applied voltage was also studied and the ceramic conductivity calculated from the change of current with time. The estimated conductivities obtained by the two methods are compared with reported values for H3O+-β- and β″-Al2O3 single crystals. Utilising an H3O+ jump model, the estimated values reflect intragranular conduction.  相似文献

利用辉光放电技术采用等离子体质谱诊断的方法研究了不同工作 压强下H2/C4H8混合气体等离子体中 主要正离子成分及其能量的变化规律, 并分析了压强对H2/C4H8混合气体的离解机理以及主要正离子形成过程的影响. 结果表明: 随着工作压强的增加, 碳氢碎片离子的浓度和能量均逐渐减小. 当工作压强为5 Pa时, H2/C4H8混合气体等离子体中C3H5+相对浓度最大; 压强为10 Pa时, C3H3+相对浓度最大; 压强为15, 20 Pa时, C2H5+相对浓度最大; 压强为25 Pa时, C4H9+相对浓度最大. 对H2/C4H8等离子体中的主要组分及其能量分布所进行的定性分析, 将为H2/C4H8混合气体辉光放电聚合物涂层的工艺参数优化提供参考技术基础. 关键词: 辉光放电技术 等离子体质谱诊断 工作压强  相似文献

测量了Tm3+离子不同浓度(0.5at.%, 3 at.%, 5 at.%)掺杂的NaY(WO4)2晶体在800nm激光二极管激发下的上转换发射光谱.结合吸收谱、荧光谱和由Judd-Ofelt理论计算的光谱参数,详细分析了Tm3+:NaY(WO4)2晶体中上转换能量传递机理和离子浓度对上转换发射的影响.讨论了四种影响上转换发光效率的离子间相互作用机理:3H5+1G43H6+1D23H5+3H53H6+3F31G4+3H63F4+3F31G4+3H63F3+3F4,并根据Miyakawa-Dexter理论定量计算了各过程的发生概率.论证了交叉弛豫和共协上转换等浓度猝灭效应是影响Tm3+离子蓝色上转换荧光发射效率的主要因素. 关键词: 3+离子')" href="#">Tm3+离子 4)2晶体')" href="#">NaY(WO4)2晶体 上转换 浓度猝灭  相似文献

We re-examined the submillimeter-wave transition frequencies of H2D+ (J = 110 − 111 at 372.4 GHz) and D2H+ (J = 110 − 101 at 691.7 GHz) to resolve suggested slight difference in velocity (vLSR) of these species detected in the cold pre-stellar core 16293E recently. Both H2D+ and D2H+ were generated in a magnetically confined extended-negative glow discharge of a gaseous mixture of H2/D2/Ar. A combination of small improvements in various aspects of the measurements such as double modulation technique combined with a conventional frequency modulation and magnetic field modulation and more efficient signal accumulation method allowed us to improve signal-to-noise ratio, and thus to determine the transition frequencies more accurately. Both transition frequencies for the H2D+ and D2H+ lines have been thus determined to be 372421.385(10) and 691660.483(20) MHz, respectively. These precise rest frequencies suggest that the vLSR of H2D+ and D2H+ in the pre-stellar core 16293E are indeed different as indicated in a recent astronomical observation. In addition, in this investigation, another transition of H2D+ which falls in this frequency region, J = 321 − 322 transition, has been observed at 646430.293(50) MHz. As H2D+ is a lightest asymmetric-top molecule and it is difficult to predict the rotational transition frequencies by using the effective asymmetric rotor Hamiltonian, any new observation of the rotational lines will be useful to improve the molecular parameters. The molecular constants for the ground state have been obtained for H2D+ and D2H+ by fitting these new measured frequencies together with the combination differences.  相似文献

A new Penning-electron-Penning-ion coincidence method is described. It is applied to the study of the thermal reaction of He(23S) with H2. The main results reported are separate electron energy spectra that are coincident with the three different ions formed: HeH2+, HeH+ and H2+. Based on these results it is shown that the Penning reaction of the He(23S)/H 2 system proceeds in two well-separated steps: (i) ionization at distances R (HeH2) ? 6a0 in which H2+ (v) is formed in different vibrational states; and (ii) reactive collision of H2+ (v) with He. For the second step the variation of the branching ratios with vibrational quantum numbers v = 0 to v = 10 is derived, and it is shown that these branching ratios may be regarded as relative vibrational-energy-dependent cross-sections for the collision of H2+ (v) with He at an average relative kinetic energy of ~20 meV.  相似文献

Infrared spectra of H+(H2O)nβ″ alumina show than the dehydrated samples contain H3O+ ions as dominant species while the hydrated ones consists mainly of H3O+ and H5O+2 entities. Oxonium ions can occupy many different positions more or less distant form the ideal prismatic sites. This structural disorder in the conductivity plane is believed to be the main factor responsible for the high conductivity of the material.  相似文献

Infrared and Raman spectra of polycrystalline KUO2PO4 · 3 H2O (KUP) and its isotopic derivatives KUO2P18O4 · 3 H2O and KUO2PO4 · 3 D2O have been investigated in the 4000-10-cm?1 range at different temperatures. An assignment of the bands in terms of UO2, PO4 and H2O vibrations has been proposed. Combined differential scanning calorimetry and spectroscopic data show two diffuse phase transitions near 130 and 230 K. Comparison of the vibrational spectra of phase I at 300 K and phase IV at 100 K indicates that ordering of the water molecules with subsequent ordering of PO4 tetrahedra on a site with lower symmetry appears to be the main mechanism responsible for the phase transformation. All the six O-H distances of water molecules in phase IV are found to be crystallographically nonequivalent. Conducting ion frequencies and the corresponding force constants have been determined for the analogous compounds MUP with M = K+, Na+, Ag+, NH+4, Tl+ and H3O+ and compared with other properties of these ionic conductors. Conductivity mechanisms in these materials are discussed.  相似文献

We have measured the second moment, the linewidth and the relaxation times T1 and T2 of the 1H magnetic resonance signal from 4.2 to 380 K in the fact proton conductors H2Sb4O11·nH2O. Our results reveal that the high ionic conductivity of these materials is due to a Grotthuss-type proton diffusion mechanism with succession of molecular reorientations of H3O+ ions or H2O molecules and of proton jumps from H3O+ to H2O.  相似文献

Slow ion production cross sections for collisions of H+3 and D+3 ions with H2 and D2 have been measured at collision energies between 100 eV and 500 eV. The values vary from 2 × 10-17 cm2 to 6 × 10-17 cm2. The smaller cross sections for D3 projectiles may be explained as an internal energy effect.  相似文献

The velocity dependence for the ionization of H2O and D2O to form H2O+ and D2O+ in collisions with both 23S and 21S metastable helium atoms has been measured in a crossed molecular beam apparatus using a mechanical velocity-selector on the metastable beam. The cross-sections are found to be proportional to the —n power of the relative collision energy, with n ? 0.4 for both metastable atoms in both gases. The branching ratios H2O+/OH+ and D2O+/OD+ were both found to be 4.3 for both metastable helium atoms, and to be independent of the relative collision energy.  相似文献

Yields, Y, of H+ and He+ emerging specularly with the energy for single binary elastic collisions have been measured from polycrystalline Ag and Pd surfaces bombarded with mixed monoenergetic (300 < E0 < 2600 eV) beams of H2+3He+ impinging at an angle of 45° from the surface normal. The surfaces were exposed to H2+ at a dynamic pressure of 8 × 10?3 Pa (6 × 10?5 Torr) during the measurements. The He+ yields from Pd are slightly larger than from Ag, and the H+ yields from Pd are 10 to 40 times as large as those from Ag. These results suggest that differences between Pd and Ag in the amount of hydrogen adsorbed and in the character of the hydrogen-metal bond may be responsible for the yield differences through shadowing by, and possibly the sputtering of, adsorbed hydrogen. The Y versus E0 curves for all four systems have qualitatively the same singly peaked shape which implies that reactive and noble gas ions undergo similar neutralization processes during elastic surface collisions. The ratios of the yields from Ag and Pd do not exhibit the theoretically expected exponential dependence on collision time over the entire range studied, but at the lowest energies the ratios lead to estimates of the difference of neutralization constants which do agree with theory. The potential utility of the large difference in proton yields from Ag and Pd for studying the Ag-Pd alloy system is noted.  相似文献

Multiphoton Ionization (MP) Mass Spectra of n-C3H7I AND i-C3H7I are obtained using a time-offlight mass spectrometer at 532 nm. No parentions are observed in MPI of both isomers. N-propyl cation dissociates more extensively than isopropyl cation. The C2H+5(M/Z=29) ion is observed instead of C2H+4(M/Z=28) ion in MPI of n-C3H7I, in contrast to i-C3H7I. It is found that parent molecules are first two-photon resonantly excited to A-band, then go through dissociation. Fragment ions are produced by ionization and dissociation of neutral fragments. We present directly the diss ociation pathways of n-propyl cation according to the results proposed by Levine using maximum entropy formalism. Moreover, those of isopropyl cation are discussed in this paper through branching ratio analyses.  相似文献

We measured the optical emission of H2O and D2O ices in visible region (300-500 nm) induced by energetic hydrogen ions (H+, H2+, and H3+) irradiation. Our analysis of the data of ion-stimulated luminescence (ISL) shows that all spectra of ISL emission are identical, independent of projectile. We show that all lines in the ISL emission spectrum may be assigned to decays from excited particles and/or fragments of H, H2, OH, and H2O. From the independence of emission spectrum on projectile we conclude that the final process causing the emissions may be attributed to the interaction between H+ (and/or H) and the water molecules.  相似文献

Dissociation of molecular hydrogen (H2) is extensively studied to understand the mechanism of hydrogenation reactions. In this study, H2 dissociation by Au1-doped closed-shell titanium oxide cluster anions AuTi3O7- and AuTi3O8- has been identified by mass spectrometry and quantum chemistry calculations. The clusters were generated by laser ablation and massselected to react with H2 in an ion trap reactor. In the reaction of AuTi3O8- with H2, the ion pair Au+-O22- rather than Au+-O2- is the active site to promote H2 dissociation. This finding is in contrast with the previous result that the lattice oxygen is usually the reactive oxygen species in H2 dissociation. The higher reactivity of the peroxide species is further supported by frontier molecular orbital analysis. This study provides new insights into gold catalysis involving H2 activation and dissociation.  相似文献

Infrared and Raman spectra (10–3100 cm?1) of the layered ZnPSs compound and of intercalates with [Co(η5 ? C5H5)2+] and [Cr(η6 ? C6H6)2+] cations in the polycrystalline state have been recorded 300–10 K temperature range. A complete assignment of the spectra is proposed in terms of PSs group motions, Zn2+ ion translations and [Co(η5 ? C5H5)2+] or [Cr(η6 ? C6H6)2+] internal vibrations. New low frequency for the [Co(η5-C5H5)2+] intercalate at low temperature are assigned to librational and torsional modes of C5H5 rings. Moreover, the preresonance Raman spectra of this intercalate show a selective enhancement for the metal-ligand vibrations when the charge transfer band of the cobalticenium is approached. One concludes that guest molecules are intercalated under their cationic form, are weakly interacting with the host lattice and seem to be dynamically disordered at room temperature.  相似文献

The behavior of the desorbing F+ ion current from electron bombarded CCl2F2, C2H2F2 and C2F6 adsorbed on tungsten has been used to investigate the processes of adsorption and desorption of these gases. For tungsten near room temperature, measurements of the F+ ion current as a function of electron bombardment time indicated very similar or even identical F+-yielding adsorbed species resulting from adsorption of either CCl2F2 or C2H2F2 and widely different species from C2F6. Cl+ ions were also observed to desorb from CCl2F2 ad-layers. The behavior of the Cl+ ion current with time during electron bombardment indicated electronic conversion between adsorbed binding modes. Complementary investigations on the interaction of CCl2F2, C2H2F2 and C2F6 with tungsten were carried out by thermal desorption experiments in which the F+ ion signal was used to observe the coverage decrease of the F+-yielding species. The experiments were performed at tungsten temperatures in the 1200–1600 K range. It was concluded that the F+-yielding adsorbed species from CCl2F2 and C2H2F2 were strongly bound to the tungsten surface. The F+-yielding species from C2F6 were found to be weakly bound. From a comparison of the ESD and thermal desorption results, the possibility of dissociative adsorption as well as the nature of the adsorbed species is discussed.  相似文献

Kinetics and mechanisms for reactions of OH with methanol and ethanol have been investigated at the CCSD(T)/6-311 + G(3df2p)//MP2/6-311 + G(3df2p) level of theory. The total and individual rate constants, and product branching ratios for the reactions have been computed in the temperature range 200-3000 K with variational transition state theory by including the effects of multiple reflections above the wells of their pre-reaction complexes, quantum-mechanical tunneling and hindered internal rotations. The predicted results can be represented by the expressions k1 = 4.65 × 10−20 × T2.68 exp(414/T) and k2 = 9.11 × 10−20 × T2.58 exp(748/T) cm3 molecule−1 s−1 for the CH3OH and C2H5OH reactions, respectively. These results are in reasonable agreements with available experimental data except that of OH + C2H5OH in the high temperature range. The former reaction produces 96-89% of the H2O + CH2OH products, whereas the latter process produces 98-70% of H2O + CH3CHOH and 2-21% of the H2O + CH2CH2OH products in the temperature range computed (200-3000 K).  相似文献

The protonic transference number (tH+) of KH2PO4 has been determined at 293 K as a function of hydrogen partial pressure (1>pH2(atm)>10-3) using EMF measurements. The results are consistent with earlier work which indicated that tH+ is essentially unity (>0.97) for this material under the relevant experimental conditions.  相似文献
