装置为光的合成与色散演示仪。通过调制单片机输出脉冲的占空比可以控制三色LED灯红光、绿光及蓝光的输出亮度,从而合成不同的颜色,相当于模拟电脑系统中的24位真彩色颜色输出。利用凸透镜将光聚焦在白屏上以观察到不同颜色光的合成;用透射光栅代替凸透镜,可以演示光的色散现象。装置可以演示纯色输出、两色等比例输出以及三色等比例输出的合成与色散,同时也可以演示不等比例的输出,调节不同颜色单色光的亮度从而合成其他颜色。可以用于课堂演示教学,是一个简易而有效的教具。 相似文献

We present an experimental demonstration of the evolution of localization in frequency of light pulses that are repeatedly kicked by phase modulation and then propagated along equally spaced lengths of fiber with weak dispersion. The deconvolution algorithm is adopted on the fiber Raman distributed temperature sensor (FRDTS) to improve the spatial resolution without reducing the pulse width of the light source. Numerical simulation shows that the spatial resolution is enhanced by four times using the frequency-domain deconvolution algorithm with high temperature accuracy. In experiment, a spatial resolution of 15 m is realized using a master oscillator power amplifier light source with 300-ns pulse width. In addition, the dispersion-induced limitation of the minimum spatial resolution achieved by deconvolution algorithm is analyzed. The results indicate that the deconvolution algorithm is a beneficial complement for the FRDTS to realize accurate locating and temperature monitoring for sharp temperature variations. 相似文献

We present an experimental demonstration of quantum-optical coherence tomography. The technique makes use of an entangled twin-photon light source to carry out axial optical sectioning. It is compared to conventional optical coherence tomography. We give a systematic experimental study of multipulse bunches in a graphene oxide saturable absorber (GOSA) passively mode-locked all-normal dispersion ytterbium-doped fiber laser (YDFL). Some special phenomena such as harmonic multipulse bunches, harmonic mode-locking, and chaotic multipulse states are also obtained. Our experiment reveals that the inserted 2.5-nm narrow bandwidth filter plays an important role in the formation of multipulse in all-normal dispersion fiber lasers. Because of the effective gain bandwidth depends on both the 2.5-nm narrow bandwidth filter and the artificial fiber birefringence filter, the multipulse operation states are sensitive to the polarization. It is the first demonstration of multipulse evolution in a GOSA passively mode-locked all-normal dispersion YDFL. 相似文献
