Spin transfer-related phenomena in nanomagnets have attracted extensive studies. In this paper we shall focus on analysis of individual and combined effects of the external, anisotropy, and demagnetization fields on magnetization dynamics and spin transfer noise. It is found that individual roles of the external, anisotropy, and demagnetization fields, as well as the combined roles of external plus anisotropy fields and anisotropy plus demagnetization fields, do not change the behavior of current induced magnetization switching. Such magnetization reversal procedures are of low noise. Our dynamics and power spectral density calculations show that it is the demagnetization field that plays a major role in inducing spin transfer noise: the demagnetization field itself or in combination with the anisotropy field will result in wave-like switching; moreover, the demagnetization field, together with the external field (not too small), will lead to precession and hence the system would be in noisy states. Our modeling work for an elliptical Py alloy is qualitatively consistent with Cornell's experiment and simulation [Science 307 (2005) 228].  相似文献

风洞试验是进行民用飞机机体噪声研究的重要手段。为了满足航空飞行器低噪声设计在大型风洞中进行气动噪声试验的需求,气动院建设了FL-10大型低速风洞全消声室。通过在FL-10风洞试验大厅壁面安装吸声尖劈、对洞体外表面进行声学处理、对支撑系统进行隔声处理、对消声换气窗进行降噪处理等手段,建成了气动噪声风洞试验所需的声学环境。按照国标中给定的方法,利用张线方法实现了校准声源的布置,测量了消声室内沿不同路径、不同频率噪声的衰减规律,表明FL-10风洞消声室自由场特性达到了相应标准的要求,为后续在该风洞中进行大尺寸机体模型噪声试验奠定了基础。  相似文献

Single point spacecraft observations of the turbulent solar wind flow exhibit a characteristic nonaxisymmetric anisotropy that depends sensitively on the perpendicular power spectral exponent. We use this nonaxisymmetric anisotropy as a function of wave vector direction to test models of MHD turbulence. Using Ulysses magnetic field observations in the fast, quiet polar solar wind we find that the Goldreich-Sridhar model of MHD turbulence is not consistent with the observed anisotropy, whereas the observations are well reproduced by the "slab+2D" model. The Goldreich-Sridhar model alone cannot account for the observations unless an additional component is also present.  相似文献

Results of field studies of underwater dynamic noise energy flux directivity at two wind speeds, 6 m/s and 12 m/s, in the 400 Hz to 700 Hz frequency band in the deep open ocean are presented. The measurements were made by a freely drifting telemetric combined system at 500 m depth. Statistical characteristics of the horizontal and vertical dynamic noise energy flux directivity are considered as functions of wind speed and direction. Correlation between the horizontal dynamic noise energy flux direction and that of the wind was determined; a mechanism of the horizontal dynamic noise energy flux generation is related to the initial noise field scattering on ocean surface waves.  相似文献

The modeling of the surface pressure spectrum beneath a turbulent boundary layer is investigated, focusing on the case of airfoil flows and associated trailing edge noise prediction using the so-called TNO model. This type of flow is characterized by the presence of an adverse pressure gradient along the airfoil chord. It is shown that discrepancies between measurements and results from the TNO model increase as the pressure gradient increases. The original model is modified by introducing anisotropy in the definition of the turbulent vertical velocity spectrum across the boundary layer and by considering a frequency-dependent vertical correlation length. The degree of anisotropy is directly related to the strength of the pressure gradient. It is shown that by appropriately normalizing the pressure gradient and by tuning the degree of anisotropy, experimental results can be closely reproduced by the modified model. The model is validated against Large Eddy Simulation results and additional wind tunnel measurements. It is further validated in the context of trailing edge noise for which the model formulation makes use of the above surface pressure spectrum.  相似文献

Scatterometer is an instrument which provides all-day and large-scale wind field information, and its application especially to wind retrieval always attracts meteorologists. Certain reasons cause large direction error, so it is important to find where the error mainly comes. Does it mainly result from the background field, the normalized radar cross-section (NRCS) or the method of wind retrieval? It is valuable to research. First, depending on SDP2.0, the simulated `true' NRCS is calculated from the simulated 'true' wind through the geophysical model function NSCAT2. The simulated background field is configured by adding a noise to the simulated 'true' wind with the non-divergence constraint. Also, the simulated 'measured' NRCS is formed by adding a noise to the simulated 'true' NRCS. Then, the sensitivity experiments are taken, and the new method of regularization is used to improve the ambiguity removal with simulation experiments. The results show that the accuracy of wind retrieval is more sensitive to the noise in the background than in the measured NRCS; compared with the two-dimensional variational (2DVAR) ambiguity removal method, the accuracy of wind retrieval can be improved with the new method of Tikhonov regularization through choosing an appropriate regularization parameter, especially for the case of large error in the background. The work will provide important information and a new method for the wind retrieval with real data.  相似文献

The screen-induced refraction of sound by wind results in a reduced noise shielding for downwind receivers. Placing a row of trees behind a highway noise barrier modifies the wind field, and this was proven to be an important curing measure in previous studies. In this paper, the wind field modification by the canopy of trees near noise barriers is numerically predicted by using common quantitative tree properties. A realistic range of pressure resistance coefficients are modeled, for two wind speed profiles. As canopy shape influences vertical gradients in the horizontal component of the wind velocity, three typical shapes are simulated. A triangular crown shape, where the pressure resistance coefficient is at maximum at the bottom of the canopy and decreases linearly toward the top, is the most interesting configuration. A canopy with uniform aerodynamic properties with height behaves similarly at low wind speeds. The third crown shape that was modeled is the ellipse form, which has a worse performance than the first two types, but still gives a significant improvement compared to barriers without trees. With increasing wind speed, the optimum pressure resistance coefficient increases. Coniferous trees are more suited than deciduous trees to increase the downwind noise barrier efficiency.  相似文献

基于2015年秋季南海深海区域43天的观测噪声与同步风速预报数据,研究南海风占主导海洋环境噪声风关特性,并对风生噪声源级公式进行修正。本地风速在3~14 m/s范围内变化时,在频段0.5~1.28 kHz,噪声强度近似正比于风速对数的2倍。据此关系,获得不同风速条件下的风生噪声谱级。将Harrison风生噪声源级公式和海面噪声传输模型结合,构建深海风生噪声数值计算模型,通过求取最优的风生噪声源级公式系数项,使得在风占主导频段和风速范围内实验谱级与数值结果误差平方和最小,对Harrison风生噪声源级公式进行修正,并使其适用频段范围拓宽两倍。最后,利用南海其它区域实验数据检验模型的适用性,结果表明,模型预报噪声级与实验值吻合度较高,可供预报南海风生海洋环境噪声级实际应用参考。   相似文献

The noise field anisotropy of surface sources in a coastal region with an arbitrary three-dimensional bottom relief and an arbitrary sound velocity profile is investigated. The results of computations performed by a computer code in two stages are presented. The first stage consists in the computation of horizontal rays, i.e., the projections of the real rays multiply reflected from the bottom and sea surface onto the horizontal plane. The second stage summarizes the contributions of the noise sources lying within the surface elements that are cut out on the sea surface by a narrow ray tube launched from the point of observation in a given direction. The computations show that, in the coastal region, the noise field is essentially anisotropic, and this anisotropy occurs not only in the vertical plane, which is characteristic of the deep ocean, but in the horizontal plane as well.  相似文献

利用变分结合正则化方法,对高度计风速资料在无辐散和有辐散两种情形下的背景风场进行调整,同时进行了数值试验.试验表明:高度计风速对背景风场的调整有积极作用,特别是高度计沿轨区域风场调整效果更为明显.对高度计后向散射截面进行了敏感性试验,当后向散射截面存在随机扰动时,利用高度计风速调整海面风场具有较强的抗噪性.最后进行实例试验,结果表明该方法是切实可行的.  相似文献

Influence of strong uniaxial small-scale anisotropy on the stability of inertial-range scaling regimes in a model of a passive transverse vector field advected by an incompressible turbulent flow is investigated by means of the field theoretic renormalization group. Turbulent fluctuations of the velocity field are taken to have the Gaussian statistics with zero mean and defined noise with finite correlations in time. It is shown that stability of the inertial-range scaling regimes in the three-dimensional case is not destroyed by anisotropy, but the corresponding stability of the two-dimensional system can be corrupted by the presence of anisotropy. A borderline dimension d c below which the stability of the scaling regime is not present is calculated as a function of anisotropy parameters. A mechanism of unidirectional anisotropy formation in an exchange-coupled ferromagnetic-ferrimagnetic film structure with orthogonal effective magnetizations in the layers is investigated. The reason for unidirectional anisotropy is the magnetic heterogeneity of the ferrimagnetic layer in the compensation range. Magnetization reversal in the magnetically soft layer of an (REE–transition metal)/NiFe film structure is discussed based on a model of uniform rotation of magnetization. It is found that unidirectional anisotropy sharply decreases the magnetic noise level in the magnetically soft layer. The field of application of these materials is outlined.  相似文献

This paper applies Bayesian inversion to bottom-loss data derived from wind-driven ambient noise measurements from a vertical line array to quantify the information content constraining seabed geoacoustic parameters. The inversion utilizes a previously proposed ray-based representation of the ambient noise field as a forward model for fast computations of bottom loss data for a layered seabed. This model considers the effect of the array's finite aperture in the estimation of bottom loss and is extended to include the wind speed as the driving mechanism for the ambient noise field. The strength of this field relative to other unwanted noise mechanisms defines a signal-to-noise ratio, which is included in the inversion as a frequency-dependent parameter. The wind speed is found to have a strong impact on the resolution of seabed geoacoustic parameters as quantified by marginal probability distributions from Bayesian inversion of simulated data. The inversion method is also applied to experimental data collected at a moored vertical array during the MAPEX 2000 experiment, and the results are compared to those from previous active-source inversions and to core measurements at a nearby site.  相似文献

利用非对称空间外差光谱技术和多普勒效应,通过测量中高层大气气辉谱线的干涉图,采用傅里叶变换的方法求解相位,获得大气的风速信息。分析了干涉数据的处理方法,并针对干涉相位的求解进行推导。相比于传统观空间外差数据处理,不仅要考虑噪声和系统误差,而且要考虑用于光谱隔离的窗函数引入的相位误差。通过软件模拟了窗函数的类型和窗长度对干涉数据和风速误差曲线的影响;在此基础上选择合适的窗函数模拟了对干涉图添加噪声和平场因子情况下的风速反演误差。结果说明,虽然窗函数造成了干涉图和相位的畸变,但是使用汉宁窗在合适的光程差处能够使其引入的误差低于5%;同时,噪声的仿真说明,风速误差随着系统噪声的增加而增大,在实验过程中控制噪声以及实验数据预处理对于控制风速精度的必要性。数据处理方法的研究和相关的仿真,对于提高空间外差风速测量精度及系统设计提供了理论参考,具有一定的指导意义。  相似文献

Using a computer-based simulation method, we consider the noise immunity of an individual combined receiver consisting of sound pressure and vibration velocity receivers, as well as the noise immunity of a plane acoustically transparent array consisting of such receivers, are considered. The computer simulation results verify the earlier developed analytic method of calculating the noise immunity coefficient of hydroacoustic arrays for the multiplicative processing algorithm for processes in their channels. It is shown that if the anisotropy of the noise field acting on the combined receiver and array varies in a very wide range, the maximum noise immunity is ensured not by multiplicative but by additive processing.  相似文献

Stochastic resonance is investigated theoretically in a thermally activated system of small magnetic particles with easy-axis anisotropy. Calculations are performed within a discrete-orientation model using a quasi-adiabatic approximation. The output power of thermal noise of superparamagnetic particles is calculated and the magnitude of the noise suppression effect in the presence of a radio-frequency field is estimated at different temperatures. Estimates for actual iron samples are made with allowance for a spread in the particle sizes and easy-axis orientations.  相似文献

A detailed study has been conducted on the long-term changes in the diurnal, semi-diurnal and tri-diurnal anisotropies of cosmic rays in terms of the high/low amplitude anisotropic wave train events (HAE/LAE) during the period 1981–94 using the neutron monitor data from Deep River Neutron Monitoring Station. In all, 38 HAE and 28 LAE cases have been studied. An inter-comparison of the first three harmonics during these events has been made so as to understand the basic reason for the occurrence of these types of events. It has been observed that the phase of diurnal anisotropy shifts towards earlier hours for HAEs and it shifts towards earlier hour as compared to 18-h direction for LAEs. For semi-diurnal anisotropy, phase remains statistically the same for both HAE and LAE. In the case of tri-diurnal anisotropy, phase is evenly distributed for both types of events. The interplanetary magnetic field (IMF) and solar wind plasma (SWP) parameters during these events are also investigated. It has also been observed that HAE/LAEs are weakly dependent on high-speed solar wind velocity. The two types of solar wind streams (corotating streams and flare-generated streams) produce significant deviations in cosmic ray intensity during HAE/LAE.   相似文献

It is well established that the free-space Green's function can be recovered from the two-point cross-correlation function of a random noise field if the noise is white and isotropic. Ambient noise in the ocean rarely satisfies either of these conditions. However, a non-uniform spectrum could be pre-whitened by the application of a suitable filter but anisotropy cannot be so readily eliminated. To investigate the effects of vertical anisotropy, three azimuthally uniform, spatially homogeneous noise fields are analyzed, two of which are idealized, while the third is representative of ambient noise in the deep ocean. In each case, the coherence function, the cross-correlation function, and the derivative of the latter with respect to the correlation delay, are derived for vertical and horizontal alignments of the sensor pair. With vertical sensors, any step-function discontinuity in the directional density function is mapped into a delta function at an appropriate time delay in the derivative (with respect to time delay) of the cross-correlation function. No such mapping occurs with horizontal sensors. In this case, only horizontally traveling noise can generate delta functions in the derivative of the cross-correlation function, and these always appear at the retarded time on either side of the origin.  相似文献
