Abstract

Multiple scattering of electromagnetic waves by a plane layer of a turbulent magnetized collision plasma is considered. The influence of the distance between both the emitter and the receiver and the layer boundaries is analysed. It is found that the width of the angular spectrum of the received radiation for sufficiently strong absorption in the plasma is greater than in the collisionless plasma; the spectral maximum is substantially displaced with respect to the direction of the source. It is shown that these effects are weakened when the emitter approaches the layer. The relationship between the spectral width and also the displacement of its maximum and the distance from the receiver to the layer boundary may be substantially non-monotonic.  相似文献

We consider multiple scattering of electromagnetic waves by a layer of turbulent magnetized collisional plasma. We find out that, provided absorption in the plasma is strong enough, the width of the angular spectrum of the received radiation can be larger than in the collisionless plasma, and the maximum of the spectrum is substantially shifted with respect to the direction to the source. It is shown that these effects weaken as the emitter approaches the layer. The dependence of the width of the spectrum and the shift of its maximum on distance from the receiver to the layer's boundary can be substantially nonmonotonic. 采用部分相干光交叉谱密度理论,给出了适用于任意大气湍流条件的斜程湍流大气传输J0相关部分相干光束在接收面内的长期平均光强分布、光束长期扩展和质量因子的解析表达式,分析了天顶角、传输距离、光源相干性以及湍流外尺度对接收面光强分布特性和光束扩展的影响.研究结果表明:在天顶角和传输距离一定的条件下,通过选择合适的光源相干性可控制焦面光强为平顶分布或中心光强为最大;在传输距离给定的条件下,随着天顶角或大气湍流外尺度的增加,焦斑光强分布均由中央凹陷分布逐渐变为高斯分布.焦面附近光强的中央凹陷比焦面的中央凹陷浅.J0相关部分相干光束实际焦斑位置随天顶角、湍流外尺度的增加以及相干性减弱而移向发射端. 关键词: 部分相干束 大气湍流 0相关')" href="#">J0相关 斜程传输  相似文献

根据声波在2个换能器之间多次反射和声波在空气中的衰减,研究了驻波法测量声速实验中接收器输出信号随接收器到发送器间距离的变化.理论推导结果表明:声波在一般情况下不是严格的驻波,但是当反射比接近-1时则是双曲函数形式的驻波,这与实验测量结果一致.只有接收器到发送器的距离比较远,反射比接近-1时,才能得到几乎理想的驻波.  相似文献

本文首先简述了1.3μm场助TE光阴极InP(衬底)/In1-xGaxAsyP1-y(光吸收层)/InP(发射层)/Ag/CsO的工作原理,并对其能带结构进行了计算,得到了In1-xGaxAsyP1-y(光吸收层)/InP(发射层)的势垒高度、掺杂、InP发射层厚度、组份、渐变区宽度,偏压及耗尽层宽度间的定量关系。并由此出发,对光阴极各参数的设计进行了分析讨论。  相似文献

A micro-scale Fabry–Perot interferometer with high spectral resolution and tunable transmission frequency is proposed. In this scheme, two partially reflecting mirrors with a separation of several wavelengths is fabricated in a waveguide, and a two-level emitter is located between the mirrors and coupled to the waveguide with chiral interaction. We analytically show that the single emitter plays the role of a strongly dispersive medium and the full width at half maximum (FWHM) of the transmission fringes around the resonance frequency of the emitter can be narrowed by 5 orders of magnitude. The proposed micro-scale interferometer can have the same spectral resolution as meter-scale traditional interferometers. We also show that the central frequency of the narrowed transmission fringe can be tuned by adjusting the asymmetry of the emitter-waveguide coupling. Our scheme has potential applications in the fields of integrated optical circuit and quantum information processing.  相似文献

The electromagnetic field transfer by diffraction from a spherical emitter to a spherical receiver is expressed by a fractional Fourier transform whose order depends on the distance between the emitter and the receiver and their curvature radii. Special attention is paid to complex order transforms: scaled variables and scaled field amplitudes are defined by complying with mathematical consistency. For a given distance of observation, a simple geometrical condition is set up to determine whether the corresponding transform order is a real or a complex number. In this paper, a modified small signal analysis for power penalty at different spectral width of the light source has been investigated by incorporating the higher-order dispersion parameters. Further, we have analyzed the individual and combined effects of second- and third-order dispersion parameter on power penalty at different spectral line widths. The results have been reported over the range of 10-1000 km by considering the impact of individual and the combined higher-order dispersion terms. It has been observed that by reducing the spectral line width of the light source, the power required at the receiver can be minimized. The power penalty is further reduced if only third-order dispersion parameter is considered. Further, the transmitter distance can be maximized if the spectral width of the light reduces to 100 kHz.  相似文献

对空气中声速测量实验原理进行了讨论,考虑了空气对声波的吸收,分别用平面波和球面波表示发射探头和接收探头之间的声波,导出了接收声压的表达式,分析了声压随探头间距的变化规律.结果表明,尽管声场不是理想驻波,但声压极值随探头间距按半波长周期性的变化规律与驻波共振原理得到的结论相一致,然而3种原理在解释接收声压幅值衰减规律时存在差异,其中球面波原理与实验现象最吻合.  相似文献

The evolution of the experimental frequency width of symmetric modes of an aluminum plate is studied as a function of the angle of incidence below the first critical angle. It is found that the frequency width predicted by resonant scattering theory, corrected for the directivity of emitter and receiver, generally explains the experimental frequency width well. However, large discrepancies remain for the frequency width of the S1 mode at angles of incidence larger than 9 degrees. It is demonstrated that these are caused by not taking into account the complex nature of the slowness of the plate mode. This suggests that there is a need for a theory that models the interaction of a beam of ultrasound, bounded in space and time, with an elastic plate.  相似文献

The influence of nonuniformity of the atom arrival rate, of the emitter temperature and of the adsorption properties of its surface on characteristics of thresholds and hysteresis of the surface ionization is analyzed. It is shown that, unlike the uniform conditions, in the threshold zone the ion current changes with the emitter temperature monotonically and not in a form of a jump ; the width of hysteresis is substantially diminished ; the slope of the first threshold curve is not obligatory equal to the heat of ion adsorption; for a polycrystalline surface the critical temperature for hysteresis to vanish is related to the minimum work function and not to the effective work function.  相似文献

Results of the investigation of the pulse control of an electronic emitter with a plasma limited to a boundary ionic layer are presented. The control of the emitter current was realized by modulating the plasma area by means of varying the extent of the ionic layer in the emission channel. It is shown that the time for the formation of the front and trailing edge of the current pulse depends on the time for establishing a stationary distribution of ions in the boundary layer. For an electronic emitter, based on a reflective discharge with a field cathode, this time is of about 10–8 sec. 星地激光通信中,发射机对准误差及大气湍流会引起接收信号衰落,对带前置光放大的阵列接收机,分析了分布式接收阵列的抗衰落性能。研究表明,分布式接收阵列对发射机对准误差引起的衰落具有一定抑制作用,阵列中各子接收孔径之间的距离可根据发射机对准误差及湍流的强弱进行优化设计。与传统式阵列相比,分布式阵列可以采用更窄的发射光束宽度,降低对发射功率的要求。分布式阵列的另一个重要特性还在于:当实际发射机对准误差标准差大于设计值时,通过调整阵列各子接收孔径之间的距离,可以在很大程度上降低发射机对准误差引起的功率损失。  相似文献

采用等离子体的分段线性电流密度卷积时域有限差分算法研究了横磁波入射时具有单一线缺陷的二维非磁化等离子体光子晶体的缺陷模特性. 从频域角度分析得到微分高斯脉冲的透射系数,并讨论该光子晶体的晶格常数、介质圆柱半径、周期常数、缺陷层参数和等离子体参数对缺陷模特性的影响. 结果表明,改变周期常数、缺陷层位置和等离子体碰撞频率不会改变缺陷模的频率,改变缺陷层介质圆柱的相对介电常数、半径和缺陷层到介质层的中心距离可以在不改变禁带宽度的前提下实现对缺陷模的调节,改变晶格常数、介质圆柱半径和等离子体频率能同时实现对禁带宽度和缺陷模的调节. 关键词: 等离子体 光子晶体 缺陷模 时域有限差分算法  相似文献

利用膨胀管对宽度为45 mm和90 mm的半圆柱模型进行了地球再入高超声速流动试验,再入速度为8 km/s。试验利用配有ICCD相机的光谱仪,测量了具有空间分辨的激波后辐射光谱,光谱范围为250~550 nm,得到了沿流体方向的激波辐射轮廓线。分析发现在该光谱范围内辐射主要为CN(B-X)带系分子光谱。利用卤钨灯对该波段光谱进行定标,得到了激波层辐射的绝对辐射亮度。通过采用两种模型辐射亮度对模型宽度归一化后发现,绕流场高温气体辐射存在较强的自吸收现象,同时观测到了绕流场激波的三维效应。通过实验发现,CN(B-X)Δv=0带系的3-3振动带系385.2 nm波长位置和0-0带系388.4 nm波长位置辐亮度之比随着流场靠近模型边缘而逐渐下降,这表明激波层内辐射的动态非平衡特征。  相似文献

大气压均匀放电等离子体在工业领域具有非常广泛的应用前景,它是利用直流电源激励的空心针-板放电装置,以氩气为工作气体在大气压空气中产生均匀稳定的放电。对氩气流量和气隙间距对辉光放电发光特性的关系进行了研究,结果表明放电所产生的等离子体柱连接两个电极,发光较为均匀(观察不到放电丝)。在板电极附近放电等离子体柱直径最大,最大直径随着电流和气流的增大而增大。放电伏安特性研究发现,与低气压辉光放电相类似,两电极间的电压随着电流的增大而减小,并且随气流和气隙间距的增大而增大。对该大气压直流均匀放电在扫描范围为330~450 nm的光学发射光谱进行分析,获得了放电等离子体的分子振动温度和谱线强度比I391.4/I337.1随氩气流量和气隙间距的变化关系。I391.4/I337.1均随流量和气隙间距的增大而降低。对等离子体柱的I391.4/I337.1沿气流方向(等离子体柱轴向)进行了空间分辨测量,并进行了定性分析,结果表明,振动温度及电子平均能量随着远离空心针口距离的增大而增大。这些结果对大气压辉光放电在工业中的应用具有重要意义。  相似文献

Atmosphere pressure uniform plasma has the broad application prospect in the industrial field. Using hollow needle cathode - plate anode device excited by direct-current voltage, a uniform and stable glow discharge is generated at atmospheric pressure in ambient air with argon used as working gas. The influence of the experimental parameters (including gas flow rate and the gas gap width) on discharge has been investigated by optical method. It can be found that a glow-discharge plasma column can bridge the two electrodes. The plasma column is uniform, and no filaments can be discerned. Near the plate electrode, the diameter of the plasma column is largest of all positions. The maximal diameter of the plasma column increases with increasing the discharge current or the gas flow rate. Through electrical method, the voltage-current characteristic has been investigated. It has been found that the discharge voltage decreases with increasing the current which is similar with the characteristic of glow discharge in low pressure. It increases with increasing the gas gap width or the gas flow rate. By analyzing the optical emission spectrum scanning from 330 to 450 nm emitted from the direct-current glow discharge, the molecular vibrational temperature and the intensity ratio of spectral lines I-391.4/I-337.1 have been investigated as functions of the gas flow rate and gas gap width. Results indicate that both the vibrational temperature and the intensity ratio of spectral lines I-391.4/I-337.1 decrease with increasing the gas flow rate or the gas gap width. In addition, the molecular vibrational temperature and the intensity ratio of spectral lines I-391.4/I-337.1 have been investigated in spatial resolution along the direction of gas flow(plasma column axial), and give a qualitative analysis as well. It is found that the vibrational temperature and the average electron energy increase with increasing the distance from the hollow needle cathode. These results are important to the industrial applications of glow discharge.  相似文献

Narrow profiles of purely electronic zero-phonon lines open up attractive possibilities for spectral investigation with the use of the Doppler effect (Doppler spectroscopy). It is established that, for a 10-MHz-wide zero-phonon line to shift to a new position, the velocity of motion of a receiver with respect to a source needs to be only ~10 m/s. It is shown that the narrower the line or the spectral hole (its negative image), the more efficient the Doppler spectroscopy. The possibility of measuring the shape of spectral holes with the use of Doppler spectroscopy is demonstrated, and the potentialities of supersensitive Doppler spectroscopy are considered. The specific feature revealed in the frequency modulation by Doppler spectroscopy is that it occurs without a perturbation of the internal states of the emitter and absorber. The conclusion is drawn that there is a need to study the interference of a photon with itself when the frequency of “one-half of it” changes with the use of Doppler spectroscopy.  相似文献
