用分离变量方法讨论了在一般Hartmann标量势和矢量势相等条件下Klein-Gordon方程的束缚态解.体系的性质与三个量子数及一般Hartmann势的势参数有关.给出了用广义连带勒让德多项式表示的归一化角向波函数和用合流超几何函数表示的归一化径向波函数,获得了精确的束缚态能谱方程.氢原子势、类氢原子势和Hartmann势是本文一般Hartmann势的三个特例.  相似文献

在球坐标系中研究了具有离心项的Manning-Rosen型标量势与矢量势的Klein-Gordon方程.在标量势等于矢量势的条件下,运用合适的指数近似将具有离心项的径向Klein-Gordon方程转化成超几何微分方程,从而获得了系统的任意l波Klein-Gordon方程解析束缚态径向波函数.最后,对l=0和α=0或1两种特殊情况进行了简单讨论. 关键词: Manning-Rosen势 Klein-Gordon方程 束缚态 近似解析解  相似文献

在标量势等于矢量势的条件下,本文获得了具有Hartmann型势的Klein-Gordon方程的精确解.给出了束缚态的精确的能谱方程和归一化的径向波函数,对于散射态,获得了按“k/2π标度”归一化的径向波函数和相移的解析计算公式.讨论了散射振幅的解析性质和波函数、能谱方程以及相移的非相对论近似.  相似文献

提出了一种新的环状非球谐振子势, 在标量势与矢量势相等的条件下,给出了其Klein-Gordon方程和Dirac方程的束缚态解. Klein-Gordon方程的θ角向波函数以超几何函数表示,径向波函数可用合流超几何函数或广义拉盖尔多项式表示,能谱方程由径向波函数满足的束缚态边界条件得到. Dirac方程的旋量波函数可用Klein-Gordon方程的解构造. 关键词: 环状非球谐振子势 Klein-Gordon方程 Dirac方程 束缚态  相似文献

We consider the one-dimensional Dirac equation with the Woods–Saxon potential in the Framework of position dependent mass and pseudoscalar interaction. By imposing appropriate constraints on the mass function and the pseudoscalar term new exact solvable models are obtained. A detailed study of the scattering and bound-states problems for these models is presented. Meanwhile, we work out the exact expressions for the transmission and reflection probabilities of scattered states and obtain the exact equation for the energy eigenvalues associated to bound states. In particular, transmission resonance at zero-momentum is observed for supercritical states.  相似文献

The zero-energy bound states at the edges or vortex cores of chiral p-wave superconductors should behave like Majorana fermions. We introduce a model Hamiltonian that describes the tunneling process when electrons are injected into such states. Using a nonequilibrium Green function formalism, we find exact analytic expressions for the tunneling current and noise and identify experimental signatures of the Majorana nature of the bound states to be found in the shot noise. We discuss the results in the context of different candidate materials that support triplet superconductivity. Experimental verification of the Majorana character of midgap states would have important implications for the prospects of topological quantum computation.  相似文献

Approximate expressions for the eigenvalue of a three-term recurrence relation with a general form describing various physical problems are proposed. Their range of availability is examined by comparison with exact values for two different problems: the bound and continuum states of monoelectronic diatomic ions and the Schr?dinger equation describing molecular alignment in intense laser fields. For each case, very good predictions have been obtained, which may be useful as initial values in iterative procedures for deriving exact solutions. It is shown that by a suitable choice of the bound- and continuum-state functions used to perform shell-model calculations, the continuum-continuum interaction may be minimized. Approximate expressions for the scattering matrix elements are derived that are easily evaluated by simple extensions of the conventional shell-model calculations for bound states. Numerical calculations are performed for neutron scattering from 12C within the framework of the deformed rotor model and compared with exact coupled-channel calculations.  相似文献

An exact solution is analyzed for the analogs of bound and scattering states in a nonstationary quantum mechanical system whose potential has the form of two dispersing delta-wells. The exact energy eigenvalues and wavefunctions are derived analytically by using the Nikiforov and Uvarov method. The explicit expressions of energy eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of bound states for a three-dimensional diatomic molecule oscillator with a hyperbolic potential function are obtained approximately by means of the hypergeometric series method. Then for a one-dimensional system, the rigorous solutions of bound states are solved with a similar method. The eigenfunctions of a one-dimensional diatomic molecule oscillator, expressed in terms of the Jacobi polynomial, are employed as an orthonormal basis set, and the analytic expressions of matrix elements for position and momentum operators are given in a closed form.  相似文献

The Clausius inequality is rectified to obtain expressions for the entropy produced as the result of irreversible work and/or heat exchanges. These are combined with the Jarzynski equality and its generalizations to explicitly relate mean (as opposed to transient) entropy dissipation to experimental or simulation observables. The results are extended to nonisothermal processes which begin and end at nonequilibrium steady states, leading to a new exact expression and positive lower bound for the resulting average entropy dissipation. The Carnot engine emerges as a limiting case of a family of irreversible processes arising from an interface between materials at different temperatures, whose mapping onto reversible and irreversible molecular extension experiments is discussed.  相似文献

For plasmas consisting of charged particles an improvement of the RPA dielectric function is considered which accounts especially for the possibility of the formation of bound states. The polarizability contains contributions of bound states as well as of scattering states. The imaginary part of the dielectric function describes optical transitions, and expressions for the electrical conductivity are obtained.  相似文献
