This paper investigates the excited states of Si3O molecule by using the single-excitation configuration interaction and density functional theory. It finds that the visible light absorption spectrum of Si3O molecule comprises the yellow and the purple light without external electric field, however all the visible light is included except the green light under the action of external electric field. Oxygen-deficient defects, which also can be found in Si3O molecule, have been used to explain the luminescence from silicon-based materials but the microstructures of the materials are still uncertain. Our results accord with the experimental values perfectly, this fact suggests that the structure of Si3O molecule is expected to be one of the main basic structures of the materials, so the oxygen-deficient defect structural model for Si3O molecule also has been provided to research the structures of materials.  相似文献

主要对2种Si2O分子异构体的激发特性进行研究,由计算结果可知,外电场对Si2O分子的激发能,振子强度,跃迁偶极矩及吸收光谱有着显著的影响.无外电场时三角型Si2O(C2v,1A1)分子在可见光区无吸收谱,外电场作用下其在可见光区(407.18—526.93nm)有比较弱的吸收谱.直线型Si-Si-O(C∞v,3Σ-)分子在有无外电场作用时在蓝光和紫光区均有一定的吸收谱,其中比较难得的是在蓝色光区(478.88—488.59nm)呈现较强的吸收谱.  相似文献

A series of phosphors with the composition Y3−xMnxAl5−xSixO12 (x=0, 0.025, 0.050, 0.075, 0.150, 0.225, 0.300) were prepared with solid state reactions. The X-ray powder diffraction analysis of samples shows that the substitution of Mn2+ and Si4+ does not change the garnet structure of phosphors, but makes the interplanar distance decrease to a certain extent. The emission spectra show that Mn2+ in Y3Al5O12 emits yellow-orange light in a broad band. With the increment of substitution content, the emission intensity of the phosphors increases firstly then decreases subsequently, and the emission peak moves to longer wavelength. Afterglow spectra and decay curves show that all the Mn2+ and Si4+ co-doped samples emit yellow-orange light with long afterglow after the irradiation of ultraviolet light. The longest afterglow time is 18 min. Thermoluminescence measurement shows that there exist two kinds of traps with different depth of energy level and their depth decreases with the increment of substitution content.  相似文献

A series of phosphors with the composition Y3MnxAl5−2xSixO12 (x=0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6) was prepared through solid state reactions. X-ray powder diffraction analysis of samples shows that when co-doping content does not exceed 16% of Al3+, equimolar co-doping of Mn2+ and Si4+ does not change the garnet structure of phosphors, but makes the interplanar distance to decrease a certain extent. However, if the co-doping content exceeds 16%, new phases will form in the samples. The excitation and emission spectra of samples show that Mn2+ in Y3MnxAl5−2xSixO12 emits broadband orange light (peak wavelength varies from 586 to 593 nm). With an increment in co-doping content, the emission intensity of the phosphors increases when the value of x is lower than 0.1 while it decreases when it is higher than 0.1 and the emission peak moves to a longer wavelength.  相似文献

TiO2 nanotube (NT) arrays modified by Fe2O3 with high sensibility in the visible spectrum were first prepared by annealing anodic titania NTs pre-loaded with Fe(OH)3 which was uniformly clung to the titania NTs using sequential chemical bath deposition (S-CBD). The photoelectrochemical performances of the as-prepared composite nanotubes were determined by measuring the photo-generated currents and voltages under illumination of UV-vis light. The titania NTs modified by Fe2O3 showed higher photopotential and photocurrent values than those of unmodified titania NTs. The enhanced photoelectrochemical behaviors can be attributed to the modified Fe2O3 which increases the probability of charge-carrier separation and extends the range of the TiO2 photoresponse from ultraviolet (UV) to visible region due to the low band gap of 2.2 eV of Fe2O3.  相似文献

采用凝胶-燃烧法合成了Ca3Sc2Si3O12 ∶Ce绿色LED用荧光粉,用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、荧光光谱仪等对合成产物进行了分析和表征.结果表明:通过添加H3BO3做助熔剂,制得的荧光粉晶相纯正,颗粒形貌均呈现为较规则的类球形,而且所得荧光粉的粒径均小于1 μm.发射光谱呈现为一宽带,发射主峰位于505 nm,该宽峰对应于Ce3+关键词: 白光LED 荧光粉 3Sc2Si3O12 ∶Ce')" href="#">Ca3Sc2Si3O12 ∶Ce 发光  相似文献

The layered perovskite type oxides, K2La2Ti3O10 and zinc(Zn)-doped K2La2Ti3O10 were prepared by sol-gel method and were characterized by power X-ray diffraction, UV-vis diffuse reflectance and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The photocatalytic activity for water splitting of the catalyst powders was investigated with I as electron donor under ultraviolet and visible light irradiation respectively. The electronic structure of the powders has been analyzed by the first principles calculation, which reveals the photo responses in the visible region and the improvement of the photocatalytic activity of K2La2Ti3O10. Conclusions were made that zinc(Zn)-doped K2La2Ti3O10 exhibited higher reactivity for hydrogen production. When I was used as electron donor, the optimum doping concentration of zinc(Zn) was found to be 0.015:1 (nZn:nTi). The average hydrogen production rates were 126.6 μmol/(gcat h) under ultraviolet irradiation and 55.5 μmol/(gcat h) under visible light irradiation which were raised by 131% and 251% compared with undoped K2La2Ti3O10 photocatalyst, respectively.  相似文献

Nanocrystalline Y2Si2O7:Eu phosphor with an average size about 60 nm is easily prepared using silica aerogel as raw material under ultrasonic irradiation and annealing temperature at 300-600 °C and this nanocrystalline decomposes into Y2O3:Eu and silica by heat treatment at 700-900 °C. The excitation broad band centered at 283 and 254 nm results from Eu3+ substituting for Y3+ in Y2Si2O7 and Y2O3/SiO2, respectively. Compared with Y2O3:Eu/SiO2 crystalline, the PL excitation and emission peaks of Y2Si2O7:Eu nanocrystalline red-shift and lead to the enhance of its luminescence intensity due to the different chemical surroundings of Eu3+ in above nanocrystallines. The decrease of PL intensity may be ascribed to quenching effect resulting from more defects in Y2O3:Eu/SiO2 crystalline.  相似文献

20LiF-(30−x)Sb2O3-50B2O3:xNiO glasses with the value of x (ranging from 0 to 1.0 mol% in steps of 0.2) were prepared. A number of studies, viz. differential scanning calorimetry, optical absorption, magnetic susceptibility and thermoluminescence, on these glasses were carried out as a function of nickel ion concentration. An anomaly has been observed in all the properties of these glasses when NiO concentration is about 0.6 mol%. The results of these studies were analysed in the light of different environments of nickel ions in the glass network.  相似文献

Oxonitridosilicate phosphors with compositions of (Y1−xCex)2Si3O3N4 (x=0−0.2) have been synthesized by solid state reaction method. The structures and photoluminescence properties have been investigated. Ce3+ ions have substituted for Y3+ ions in the lattice. The emission and excitation spectra of these phosphors show the characteristic photoluminescence spectra of Ce3+ ions. Based on the analyses of the diffuse reflection spectra and the PL spectra, a systematic energy diagram of Ce3+ ion in the forbidden band of sample with x=0.02 is given. The best doping Ce content in these phosphors is ∼2 mol%. The quenching temperature is ∼405 K for the 2 mol% Ce content sample. The luminescence decay properties were investigated. The primary studies indicate that these phosphors are potential candidates for application in three-phosphor-converted white LEDs.  相似文献

The phosphors in the system Y3−xAl5-yO12:xCe3+,yCr3+ were synthesized by solid-state reactions and their photoluminescence properties were investigated. These phosphors have absorption in the visible light region and give luminescence in the far-red region (∼688 nm), which are suitable for the application in the device of luminescent solar concentrator (LSC). In these phosphors, Ce3+ located at Y3+ site can effectively transfer its absorbed energy to Cr3+ at Al3+ site.  相似文献

Geometry and vibrational frequencies of the ground state of Si 2 O 2 molecule are studied using density function theory (DFT) at the level of cc-pvtz and 6-311++G.It is found that the optimizing value by B3lyp/cc-pvtz is closer to the experimental data.The excited properties under different external electric fields are also investigated by the time-dependent-DFT method.Transitions from the ground state of Si 2 O 2 molecule to the first singlet state under different external electric fields can take place more easily.The corresponding absorption spectral line is about 360 nm in wavelength and the excitation energy is about 3.4 eV.  相似文献

The luminescence properties of Ce3+ in La3F3[Si3O9] are reported. Excitation and emission bands corresponding to 4f1→5d1 transitions of Ce3+ were identified. The center of gravity of the 5d states lies at remarkable high energy (43.2×103 cm−1) for Ce3+ in a silicate compound. This high value is attributed to the combined oxygen/fluoride coordination of the Ce3+ ion. Emission from the lowest 4f5d level to the 2F5/2 and 2F7/2 levels was found at 32.4×103 and 30.4×103 cm−1. These results are compared with literature data on silicates and fluorides. From the values found for Ce3+, predictions are made for the positions of the 4f5d bands of Pr3+ and Er3+ in La3F3[Si3O9]. For both ions, it is concluded that in this host lattice emission is expected from high lying 4fn energy levels.  相似文献

There are two major difficulties in the TiO2 liquid-solid photocatalytic system: effective immobilization of the TiO2 particles; and improving the catalytic activity under visible light. To simultaneously solve these two problems, Fe2O3-TiO2 coatings supported on activated carbon fiber (ACF), have been prepared in one step by a convenient and efficient method—metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). XRD results revealed that Fe2O3-TiO2 coatings mainly composed of anatase TiO2, α-Fe2O3 phases and little Fe2Ti3O9. The pore structure of ACF was preserved well after loading with Fe2O3-TiO2 coatings. UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectra showed a slight shift to longer wavelengths and an enhancement of the absorption in the visible region for Fe2O3-TiO2 coatings, compared to the pure TiO2 sample. A moderate Fe2O3-TiO2 loading (13.7 wt%) was beneficial to mineralizing wastewater because the intermediates could be adsorbed onto the surface of photocatalyst following decomposition. The stable performance revealed that the Fe2O3-TiO2 coatings were strongly adhered to the ACF surface, and the as prepared catalysts could be reused showing potential application for wastewater treatment.  相似文献

The glasses of the composition (40−x) PbO-15Bi2O3-45As2O3-xCoO, with 0≤x≤0.6 mol% in the steps of 0.1 were synthesized. The dielectric properties viz., dielectric constant, loss and ac conductivity over moderately larger ranges of frequency and temperature were investigated. The results were analyzed with the aid of the data on optical absorption and IR spectra. The analysis indicated that there is an increase in the insulating strength of the glasses with increase in the concentration of CoO up to 0.4 mol%.  相似文献

采用基于密度泛函理论的平面波超软赝势法研究了Magnéli相亚氧化钛Ti8O15的电子结构和光学性能. 计算出的能带结构显示Ti8O15相比锐钛型TiO2禁带宽度大幅度降低. 态密度分析表明, 其原因在于Ti8O15的O原子的2p轨道以及Ti原子的3p, 3d轨道相对于TiO2的相应轨道向左产生了偏移, 同时由于O原子的缺失使得Ti原子的3d, 3p轨道多余电子在Fermi能级附近聚集形成新的电子能级. 态密度分析结果还显示, 相对于TiO2, Ti8O15 Fermi能级附近电子格局发生了如下变化: O原子的2p轨道电子贡献减少, Ti原子的3d轨道的电子对Fermi能级贡献增大. 光吸收计算图谱表明, TiO2仅在紫外光区有较高的光吸收能力, 而Ti8O15由于禁带宽度变窄引起光吸收范围红移到可见光区, 从而在紫外光区和可见光区都有较高的光吸收能力, 计算结果与实验得到的紫外-可见漫反射吸收光谱结果一致. 关键词: 第一性原理 8O15')" href="#">Magnéli相亚氧化钛Ti8O15 电子结构 光学性能  相似文献

Mn2O3/TiO2 solid solution was prepared from two different oxides, manganese oxide (from KMnO4 and ethanol) and TiO2, these samples were characterized by BET, XRD, EDAX, SEM, FT-IR, ESR, XPS and UV–vis absorption spectroscopy. Photocatalytic activities of Mn2O3/TiO2 powder was investigated by photooxidation of different dyes like Rhodamine B, thymol blue, methyl orange and Bromocresol green under visible light (300-W Xe lamp; λ > 420 nm). The results show that the alloy of TiO2 with 1 mol% of Mn2O3 (MNT1) exhibit photocatalytic activity 3–5 times higher than that of P25 TiO2 for oxidation of various dyes (RB, TB, MO and BG). The average particle size and crystallite size of MNT1 were found to be 100 nm and 12 nm measured from SEM and XRD, respectively. The EPR spectra of the Mn2O3/TiO2 samples is a sharp five-line Mn(III) component centered on geff = 1.99.  相似文献

以棉花纤维为模板,以钛酸四正丁酯、硝酸铈铵和磷钨酸为原料采用模板法制备了一系列铈和磷钨酸共掺杂的、具有中空纤维结构的TiO2光催化材料, 利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射、BET和紫外-可见光谱等技术对其形貌、晶体结构及表面结构、光吸收特性等进行了表征. 以苯酚溶液的光催化降解为模型反应,考察了不同掺杂量的样品在紫外和可见光下的光催化性能. 结果表明,用模板法制备的TiO2纤维材料具有中空结构,共掺杂的TiO2纤维在紫外和可见光条件下较纯TiO2纤维和单掺杂TiO2纤维对苯酚溶液具有更好的光催化降解效果, 且铈和磷钨酸的掺杂量显著影响该纤维材料的催化性能;当铈掺杂量为0.3mol%和磷钨酸掺杂量为2mol%,在500 oC焙烧2 h所得中空纤维材料的催化性能最佳,4 h即可使苯酚溶液的降解率达98.5%;重复使用4次仍可使苯酚溶液的降解率保持在87%以上,且该催化剂材料易于离心分离去除.  相似文献
