动态移动切削阻力载荷对高速数控裁床加工过程中刀具形变及其剪裁误差具有的重要影响,提出了一种适用多层布料/皮革曲线剪裁路径的刀具形变及其误差计算方法;建立了动态负载条件下可伸缩刀具的挠度与转角方程,进而推导出高频振动裁刀剪裁误差及其随切削深度变化规律;计算结果表明,数控布料/皮革剪裁刀的动态载荷、高频振动参数、切削深度对剪裁误差具有重要影响,深入剖析高层数控裁床的加工机理,动态参数数据分析,对于提高机床加工效率,降低加工误差,提高刀具使用寿命具有一定的工程应用价值。  相似文献

The dynamic instability of a spinning lead screw in contact with a screw nut is investigated analytically. The lead screw is modeled as a circular beam vibrating in transverse and torsion direction. The contact kinematics between the lead screw and the nut is described on the contact threads in the lead screw. The onset of squeak noise is numerically predicted with a variety of system parameters. Stability analysis shows that the transverse vibration modes can generate squeak noise in the lead screw system. It is highlighted that squeak noise can be controlled by system design parameters in such a manner that the squeak propensity is dependent on rotation speed, screw radius, axial load, contact location, and so on.  相似文献

In this paper, the vertical acceleration response of a simple beam traveled by a series of equally spaced moving loads at constant speeds is studied by the superposition method. From the closed-form solution derived, the key parameters dominating the resonant response of the beam are identified, along with the effect of higher modes of vibration on the acceleration response investigated. For the loads moving at resonant speeds, the higher modes can have significant influence on the acceleration amplitude. This is true especially for beams with light damping, for which the maximum acceleration on the beam depends on which vibration mode is excited. As such, the maximum acceleration of the beam need not occur at the mid-point. By considering the resonant speeds associated with the first and second modes, a simplified formula is proposed for checking whether the maximum acceleration may occur at the mid-point of the beam. For the case when the structural damping is taken into account, the contribution of higher modes to the acceleration response tends to be damped out. It is concluded that for a beam properly damped, the maximum acceleration response of the beam is dominated by the fundamental vibration mode.  相似文献

A laser-based measurement system for evaluation of the scraping workpiece quality that can eliminate contact-induced measurement errors and increase measurement accuracy is proposed. The laser-based measurement system comprises a light-scattering-type triangulation laser, a computer numerical control (CNC) machine tool, and an analog-to-digital (A/D) card. The triangulation laser measures the depth of the scraping spots and the CNC machine tool locates their position. The 3D data of the scraping workpiece is then drawn using the least squares method. Cast iron and Turcite workpieces can be measured. Five parameters of the scraping workpiece, namely peak points per square inch, percentage of points, distribution of heights of points or depth of surroundings, edge shape of the grooves, and flatness, can be evaluated. The scanning rate and sampling rate of the laser-based measurement system are 100 mm/s and 10 KHz, respectively. In the future, an appliance machine based on the proposed system will be designed for the on-line detection of scraping workpieces.  相似文献

This paper presents an investigation of the process factors affecting the surface roughness in ultra-precision diamond turning with ultrasonic vibration. Stainless steel was turned by diamond tools with ultrasonic vibration applied in the feed direction with an auto-resonant control system. Surface roughness was measured and compared along with the change of the cutting parameters. The relation curves between the cutting parameters and surface roughness were achieved by comparing the experimental results with different cutting speeds, feed rates, cutting depths. Experimental results indicate that cutting parameters have an obvious effect on the surface roughness. The conclusions are draw in given conditions, the smaller amplitude of the vibration, the worse the surface quality and the higher vibrating frequency, the better surface quality, and the deeper the cutting depth and the more the feed rate, the worse the surface quality. Among these parameters, the feed rate was the most important factor on surface quality.  相似文献

In this paper, a passive approach to reduce transmitted vibration generated by gear mesh contact dynamics is presented. The approach utilizes the property of periodic structural components that creates stop band and pass band regions in the frequency spectra. The stop band regions can be tailored to correspond to regions of the frequency spectra that contain harmonics and sub-harmonics of the gear mesh frequency, attenuating the response in those regions. A periodic structural component is comprised of a repeating array of cells, which are themselves an assembly of elements. The elements may have differing material properties as well as geometric variations. For the purpose of this research, only geometric variations are considered and each cell is assumed to be identical. A periodic shaft is designed and machined in order to reduce transmitted vibration of a pair of spur gears. Analytical and experimental results indicate that transmitted vibrations from gear mesh contact to the bearing supports are reduced at a variety of operational speeds under static torque preload.  相似文献

This work develops an analytical model of centrifugal pendulum vibration absorber systems with equally spaced, identical absorbers and uses it to investigate the structure of the modal vibration properties. The planar model admits two translational and one rotational degrees-of-freedom for the rotor and a single arclength degree-of-freedom for each absorber. The gyroscopic effects from rotor rotation are taken into account. Examination of the associated eigenvalue problem reveals well-defined structure of the vibration modes resulting from the cyclic symmetry of the absorbers. The vibration modes are classified into rotational, translational, and absorber modes. Characteristics of each mode type are analytically proved. The effects of the absorber tuning order on the modes are derived. The critical speeds and flutter instability of the system are studied numerically and analytically.  相似文献

We develop and build a new type of inspection car.A beam that is not rigidly connected to the train axle boxes and can absorb the vibration and impact caused by the high speed train is used,and a laser-camera measurement system based on the machine vision method is adopted.This method projects structural light onto the track and measures gauge and longitudinal irregularity.The measurement principle and model are discussed.Through numerous practical experiments,the rebuilt car is found to considerably eliminate the measurement errors caused by vibration and impact,thereby increasing measurement stability under high speeds.This new kind of inspection cars have been used in several Chinese administration bureaus.  相似文献

An electrostatic transport system for lunar and Martian regolith particles was developed to realize In-Situ Resource Utilization for the successful long-term exploration of the Moon and Mars. The new system utilizes the dielectric elastomer actuator (DEA), which consists of a dielectric elastomer film sandwiched between elastic plate electrodes. When a high AC voltage is applied to the electrodes, the dielectric elastomer is driven by Maxwell stress and the resultant vibration is utilized to transport the regolith. The system has no mechanical drives and does not need complicated controls or high power consumption; thus, it is highly reliable for space application. In this study, the motions of regolith particles on a vibrating plate in the Earth and Moon environments were firstly investigated using a simple model calculation. Then, two types of vibration transport systems using DEA were developed based on the calculation results, and the basic characteristics of vibration transport for regolith were experimentally determined. The calculation result shows that the acceleration of the vibrating plate is the key factor for the success of vibration transport, and the lunar regolith simulant FJS-1 could be experimentally transported at a feed rate of approximately 1.95 g/s on the Earth using one of the developed system types when the plate acceleration exceeded 14.7 m/s2. It is expected that the transport performance of the system will be improved in the Moon environment owing to the absence of air drag and the small gravitational force.  相似文献

针对某纯电动前驱汽车在急加速时驱动轴出现的异响问题,测试了异响产生时的振动和噪声数据,并利用希尔伯特变换识别了异响源的优先级,锁定异响至驱动轴。然后,结合驱动轴的三销轴式万向节、球笼式万向节的工作特性和轮心振动的分析结果,识别异响来源于球笼式万向节内部高速运动时的挤压摩擦。最后,通过改善润滑油脂的成分比例,提升润滑油脂的润滑性能,保证万向节内部润滑油膜具有一定厚度,结合实车验证了该方案的有效性,可为后续排查此类问题提供参考。  相似文献

Vibration analysis of rail grinding using a twin-wheel grinder   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Grinding is the final process of machining a rail. Conventionally, the rail’s surfaces are ground by a single-wheel grinder. The vibrations caused by the grinding process can greatly influence the final surface roughness and dimensional accuracy of the rail. This research investigates performance achieved by using two grinding wheels simultaneously and symmetrically on two opposite surfaces of a rail. In practical terms, the feed force from the two grinding wheels cannot be aligned perfectly, and the imbalance and/or imperfect roundness of the grinding wheels will certainly result in vibrations during the grinding process. This study applies an impedance method to determine rail vibration and the grinding instability, such as chatter caused by feed force misalignment and grinding wheel imbalance. When compared to conventional single-wheel grinding, the results indicate twin-wheel grinding reduces rail vibration, leading to low incidence of grinding chatter and better grinding performance. However, feed force misalignment between the two grinding wheels can lead to increased chatter, and both resonance and chatter may occur at lower grinding speeds as feed force misalignment increases. Results also show that feed force misalignment has a greater effect on rail vibration and chatter than imbalance asynchronization between the two grinding wheels.  相似文献

柔性铰链作为快速反射镜(fast steering mirror,FSM)的关键部件之一,分析其结构特性对FSM性能的影响,用于指导FSM结构设计。通过将柔性铰链简化为弹性环节,等效为3轴的平动刚度和3轴的转动刚度,基于欧拉动力学,建立了两轴FSM的运动微分方程,搭建了FSM控制系统的Simulink仿真模型;在给定振动环境下,仿真分析了结构谐振频率对FSM性能的影响,指出平动固有频率越大,FSM锁零精度越高,平动固有频率选择在伺服系统增益交界频率2倍以上;考虑到锁零精度要求和电机力矩限制,转动固有频率选择在25 Hz~50 Hz。最后结合实物进行了振动试验,仿真结果与振动试验结果一致,验证了仿真模型的正确性。  相似文献

An analytical model which describes the vibration characteristics of a non-isolated chain saw has been developed. The chain saw was treated as a rigid body and only the forces due to the dynamic properties of the engine slider-crank mechanism, clutch and flywheel were included in the model. The non-rigid structural characteristics 0f the chain saw body and the impulse forces due to the exploding gas-air mixture of the engine were not included. The resulting differential equations were programmed for use 0n a digital computer and the predicted results were obtained in terms of the frequency spectra of the acceleration signals at the chain saw handles. The acceleration spectra predicted by the model correlated very well with the measured spectra at the chain saw handles for the frequencies corresponding to the chain saw operating speeds.  相似文献

This paper investigates vibration characteristics of footbridge induced by crowd random walking, and presents the application of multiple tuned mass dampers (MTMD) in suppressing crowd-induced vibration. A single foot force model for the vertical component of walking-induced force is developed, avoiding the phase angle inaccessibility of the continuous walking force. Based on the single foot force model, the crowd-footbridge random vibration model, in which pedestrians are modeled as a crowd flow characterized with the average time headway, is developed to consider the worst vibration state of footbridge. In this random vibration model, an analytic formulation is developed to calculate the acceleration power spectral density in arbitrary position of footbridge with arbitrary span layout. Resonant effect is observed as the footbridge natural frequencies fall within the frequency bandwidth of crowd excitation. To suppress the excessive acceleration for human normal walking comfort, a MTMD system is used to improve the footbridge dynamic characteristics. According to the random vibration model, an optimization procedure, based on the minimization of maximum root-mean-square (rms) acceleration of footbridge, is introduced to determine the optimal design parameters of MTMD system. Numerical analysis shows that the proposed MTMD designed by random optimization procedure, is more effective than traditional MTMD design methodology in reducing dynamic response during crowd-footbridge resonance, and that the proper frequency spacing enlargement will effectively reduce the off-tuning effect of MTMD.  相似文献

Power flow transmissibility is proposed as a performance index to evaluate the performance of isolation system. It is defined as the ratio of the power flow input into the equipment and the power flow transmitted into the receiver. Based on a simple vibration isolation system, its relationship with other performance indices is given by theoretical and numerical analysis. The results show that power flow transmissibility can reflect the response characteristics of the whole isolation system effectively. In addition, power flow transmissibility can be estimated easily according to vibration acceleration level difference and does not involve the measurement of power flow. Furthermore, the influences of several parameters such as the damping, loss factor and stiffness of isolator on power flow transmissibility are analyzed.  相似文献

Resilient vibration isolators and inertia blocks are commonly used by building services engineers to isolate vibratory machines in buildings. They are selected in practice according to the force transmissibility method and some crude methods or the experience of building services engineers. These methods, however, can produce inaccurate predictions, and a power transmissibility method has recently been proposed to assess the performance of vibration isolation. In this paper, normalized average vibration velocities and overall rotational velocities are proposed to study the stability of the vibratory system. The result shows that the use of an inertia block primarily does not improve the performance of vibration isolation, but does increase the stability of the vibratory system regardless of whether the machine is of even or uneven mass distribution and whether it is driven by the vibratory force or the rocking moment.  相似文献

Linear parameter varying (LPV) control is a model-based control technique that takes into account time-varying parameters of the plant. In the case of rotating systems supported by lubricated bearings, the dynamic characteristics of the bearings change in time as a function of the rotating speed. Hence, LPV control can tackle the problem of run-up and run-down operational conditions when dynamic characteristics of the rotating system change significantly in time due to the bearings and high vibration levels occur. In this work, the LPV control design for a flexible shaft supported by plain journal bearings is presented. The model used in the LPV control design is updated from unbalance response experimental results and dynamic coefficients for the entire range of rotating speeds are obtained by numerical optimization. Experimental implementation of the designed LPV control resulted in strong reduction of vibration amplitudes when crossing the critical speed, without affecting system behavior in sub- or super-critical speeds.  相似文献

In this paper, a finite element formulation, used to analyze the contact-impact behavior of geared rotor systems coupled with the rotational, lateral, and axial vibrations between gears at high rotational speeds, has been developed. A gear impact element to model the contact-impact behavior between gears has been developed and its numerical method is discussed. A relative displacement measurement idea has been proposed to measure vibration parameter for contrast experiment in high rotational geared system. The equations of motion are derived and solved iteratively during each time increment until the unbalanced force decrease to an acceptable tolerance level. Based on the proposed method, an analysis program, GEARS, has been developed. The contact-impact behavior of geared rotor systems is analyzed especially under high rotational speed condition as numerical examples, which are demonstrated to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This work aims to develop the algorithm for modal analysis by free vibration response only (MAFVRO), in particular for the general or non-proportional viscous damping system model. If the structural displacement or acceleration response due to free vibration can be measured, the system response matrices, including the displacement, velocity and acceleration, can be obtained through numerical differential or integration methods. These response matrices can then be applied to the developed MAFVRO method to determine the structural modal parameters. The numerical differential and integration methods are introduced and adopted to establish the modal parameter prediction program for the non-proportional damping model of MAFVRO. This work also shows the applications of MAFVRO to the multiple degree-of-freedom (mdof) systems and the cantilever beam, respectively. Both the discrete and continuous systems are demonstrated for the feasibility of the MAFVRO algorithm. The developed method uses the free vibration output response only and can obtain the structural modal parameters successfully.  相似文献
