A novel fiber-optic curvature sensor, which can measure curvature directly, has been developed in recent years. The electric current measurements system based on fiber-optic curvature sensor and electromagnetic principle is developed. A fiber-optic curvature sensor is bonded to a thin-walled cantilever and two circular magnet targets with the same parameters are configured at the tip of the cantilever symmetrically. In this case, the throughput of the sensor will be changed due to the bending deformation of cantilever, which is proportional to the electromagnetic force caused by measured electric current. Direct and alternate characteristics of the proposed measurement system are studied experimentally. The results show that the measurement errors are within the range of ±5.5 mA and the corresponding accuracy is within 1% at the current measurement range from −300 mA to 300 mA, which indicate the feasibility of the proposed measurement system.  相似文献

Wireless underground sensor networks (WUSNs) constitute one of the promising application areas of the recently developed wireless sensor networking techniques. The main difference between WUSNs and the terrestrial wireless sensor networks is the communication medium. The propagation characteristics of electromagnetic (EM) waves in soil and the significant differences between propagation in air prevent a straightforward characterization of the underground wireless channel. To this end, in this paper, advanced channel models are derived to characterize the underground wireless channel and the foundational issues for efficient communication through soil are discussed. In particular, the underground communication channel is modeled considering not only the propagation of EM waves in soil, but also other effects such as multipath, soil composition, soil moisture, and burial depth. The propagation characteristics are investigated through simulation results of path loss between two underground sensors. Moreover, based on the proposed channel model, the resulting bit error rate is analyzed for different network and soil parameters. Furthermore, the effects of variations in soil moisture are investigated through field measurement results. The theoretical analysis and the simulation results prove the feasibility of wireless communication in underground environment and highlight several important aspects in this field. This work will lead to the provision of a generic framework for underground wireless communication and the realization of WUSNs.  相似文献

Optical diffraction tomography (ODT) applied to measurement of optical microelements is limited by low dynamic range, i.e., only objects with small deviations of refractive-index distribution can be measured. Therefore in this paper the limitations and errors of ODT are investigated throughout extensive numerical experiments. It is shown that these errors can be reduced by introduction of additional numerical focusing in the tomographic reconstruction algorithm. Additionally, new tomographic reconstruction algorithm using back propagation in reference medium for optical microelements measurement with known design is proposed. This hybrid reconstruction algorithm allows significant extension of ODT applicability in measurement of elements having large deviations of refractive-index distribution.  相似文献

金属纳米结构的表面等离激元可以突破光学衍射极限,为光子器件的微型化和集成光学芯片的实现奠定基础.基于表面等离激元的各种基本光学元件已经研制出来.然而,由于金属结构的固有欧姆损耗以及向衬底的辐射损耗等,表面等离激元的传输能量损耗较大,极大地制约了其在纳米光子器件和回路中的应用.研究能量损耗的影响因素以及如何有效降低能量损耗对未来光子器件的实际应用具有重要意义.本文从纳米线表面等离激元的基本模式出发,介绍了它在不同条件下的场分布和传输特性,在此基础上着重讨论纳米线表面等离激元传输损耗的影响因素和测量方法以及目前常用的降低传输损耗的思路.最后给出总结以及如何进一步降低能量损耗方法的展望.表面等离激元能量损耗的相关研究对于纳米光子器件的设计和集成光子回路的构建有着重要作用.  相似文献

研制了一套用于小空间电磁脉冲测试的光纤传输电磁脉冲三维电场传感器。通过电磁仿真软件CST2011,研究了天线结构对被测场的影响,发现嵌入式探头与球形结构可以有效减小屏蔽壳体对电场扰动。讨论了传感器极间耦合及三维场合成误差,确定了主要设计参数。研制的三维传感器采用了屏蔽结构与偶极子天线的一体化设计,对外部电场屏蔽可达60 dB。在有界波电磁脉冲模拟器中的实验表明,传感器系统对于三维电场测量可达到设计要求,对被测电场扰动较小,极间耦合系数小于6%,三维场角度与峰值合成误差小于5%。传感器采用对称结构,满足自由空间场测量的需要。  相似文献

This work presents a Boundary Element Method (BEM) formulation for contactless electromagnetic field assessments. The new scheme is based on a regularised BEM approach that requires the use of electric measurements only. The regularisation is obtained by leveraging on an extension of Calderón techniques to rectangular systems leading to well-conditioned problems independent of the discretisation density. This enables the use of highly discretized Huygens surfaces that can be consequently placed very near to the radiating source. In addition, the new regularised scheme is hybridised with both surfacic homogeneous and volumetric inhomogeneous forward BEM solvers accelerated with fast matrix–vector multiplication schemes. This allows for rapid and effective dosimetric assessments and permits the use of inhomogeneous and realistic head phantoms. Numerical results corroborate the theory and confirms the practical effectiveness of all newly proposed formulations.  相似文献

利用海洋环境中大气波导的参数化模型及电磁波传播的地型抛物方程,建立电磁波传播正问题,获得电磁波传播功率损耗.结合正演模式,通过遗传算法反演出大气波导参数,并对遗传算法参数的设置进行了讨论,对反演系统进行了抗噪能力的分析.发现当误差小于10%时,遗传算法仍能保持较高的反演精度;当误差大于10%时,该算法的精度开始受到显著的影响.研究结果可能会对雷达仪器设计和应用提供参考. 关键词: 波导 电磁波传播方程 遗传算法 反演  相似文献

The aim of this work is to investigate the sources of errors related to digital image correlation (DIC) technique applied to strain measurements. The knowledge of such information is important before the measured kinematic fields can be exploited. After recalling the principle of DIC, some sources of errors related to this technique are listed. Both numerical and experimental tests, based on rigid-body motion, are proposed. These tests are simple and easy-to-implement. They permit to quickly assess the errors related to lighting, the optical lens (distortion), the CCD sensor, the out-of-plane displacement, the speckle pattern, the grid pitch, the size of the subset and the correlation algorithm. The errors sources that cannot be uncoupled were estimated by amplifying their contribution to the global error. The obtained results permit to address a classification of the error related to the used equipment. The paper ends by some suggestions proposed in order to minimize the errors.  相似文献

Momentum transfer between matter and electromagnetic field is analyzed. The related equations of motion and conservation laws are derived using relativistic formalism. Their correspondence to various, at first sight self-contradicting, experimental data (the so-called Abraham-Minkowski controversy) is demonstrated. A new, Casimir-like, quantum phenomenon is predicted: contribution of vacuum fluctuations to the motion of dielectric liquids in crossed electric and magnetic fields. Velocities of about 50 nm/s can be expected due to the contribution of high frequency vacuum modes. The proposed phenomenon could be used in the future as an investigating tool for zero fluctuations. Other possible applications lie in fields of microfluidics or precise positioning of micro-objects, e.g., cold atoms or molecules.  相似文献

雷击近场等强电场环境下的磁场测量是电磁脉冲测量技术中的难点之一,由于输出端结构的径向非对称性,传统的环天线很难避免电场干扰。针对于此,研制了一种基于双环差分结构的脉冲磁场传感器,该传感器由双环天线和光传输系统组成。根据近场电磁场量的分布特性,双环天线选择平行镜像对称放置的方式,从而能够将终端电压区分为磁场响应分量和电场响应分量,再通过末端差分电路即可去除电场响应分量,得到纯净的磁场响应分量。试验表明,在邻近雷击环境模拟装置中,双环传感器相较于单环传感器具备更强的抗电场干扰能力,能够实现磁场的准确测量。  相似文献

Wave-front reconstruction for ultrabroadband laser pulses is verified by use of a Hartmann-Shack sensor. We estimate the accuracy of numerical wave-front propagation by comparing numerical with experimental results and verify that wave fronts of ultrabroadband laser pulses from a hollow fiber can be propagated correctly by a single polychromatic wave-front measurement to a place where detection is not practicable, e.g., inside a vacuum chamber or laser focus.  相似文献

报道了一种用高频CO2 激光脉冲写入的新型长周期光纤光栅 (LPFG) .发现该LPFG具有独特的应变、温度、弯曲、扭曲和横向负载特性 .分析表明这些特性与单侧CO2 激光加热导致光栅横截面折射率分布不均匀有关 .基于这些独特的特性提出了几种新型的LPFG传感器 :1)能彻底解决弯曲与其他参量之间交叉敏感问题的弯曲不敏感的传感器 ;2 )不仅能绝对测量扭曲率而且能判断扭曲方向的扭曲传感器 ;3 )单个LPFG实现温度和横向负载同时测量的传感器 .这些新型的传感器具有方法简单易行、体积小、能埋入智能材料的优点 ,可实现对工程结构的实时监测 ,具有广泛的应用前景  相似文献

为了对ns级上升沿的电磁脉冲电场进行测量,研制了一种基于D-dot渐进圆锥天线的电场传感器。设计采用单极子渐进圆锥天线作为电场传感器的接收天线,并通过建模仿真验证了该天线的性能;通过电光转换模块将天线感应的电信号转换为光强度信号并通过光纤传输;利用软件积分对传感器测得的电场微分信号进行处理;通过测试试验验证了传感器的性能。研究表明,所研制的电场传感器能够测量上升沿大于1.5ns的脉冲电场,具有体积小、线性度高的优点。  相似文献

基于纤芯失配理论,提出了一种多模单模多模(MSM)结构与光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)级联实现温度和应变同时测量的光纤传感器。利用MSM结构的干涉谱和FBG对温度和应变的不同响应灵敏度,实现了对温度、应变的同时测量。实验结果表明,在20 ℃~80 ℃的温度范围内,MSM结构的干涉谱和FBG的温度灵敏度分别为0.091 nm/℃和0.0102 nm/℃;在0~650 με的应变范围内,应变灵敏度分别为 -0.0013 nm/με和0.0012 nm/με。因此利用敏感矩阵,即可实现对温度和应变的同时测量,且温度和应变的最大测量误差分别为±0.2 ℃和±8.25 με。该结构灵敏度高,结构简单,且不易受电磁等干扰,实验结果具有良好的线性度,在工程领域应用前景良好。  相似文献

The use of spirally polarized beams (SPBs) in polarimetric measurements of homogeneous and deterministic samples is proposed. Since across any transverse plane such beams present all possible linearly polarized states at once, the complete Mueller matrix of deterministic samples can be recovered with a reduced number of measurements and small errors. Furthermore, SPBs present the same polarization pattern across any transverse plane during propagation, and the same happens for the field propagated after the sample, so that both the sample plane and the plane where the polarization of the field is measured can be chosen at will. Experimental results are presented for the particular case of an azimuthally polarized beam and samples consisting of rotated retardation plates and linear polarizers.  相似文献

The adaptive optics system for the second-generation Very Large Telescope-interferometer(VLTI)instrument GRAVITY consists of a novel cryogenic near-infrared wavefront sensor to be installed at each of the four unit telescopes of the Very Large Telescope(VLT).Feeding the GRAVITY wavefront sensor with light in the 1.4–2.4μm band,while suppressing laser light originating from the GRAVITY metrology system requires custom-built optical componets.In this paper,we present the development of a quantitative near-infraredpoint diffraction interferometric characterization technique,which allows measuring the transmitted wavefront error of the silicon entrance windows of the wavefront sensor cryostat.The technique can be readily applied to quantitative phase measurements in the near-infrared regime.Moreover,by employing a slightly off-axis optical setup,the proposed method can optimize the required spatial resolution and enable real time measurement capabilities.The feasibility of the proposed setup is demonstrated,followed by a theoretical analysis and experimental results.Our experimental results show that the phase error repeatability in the nanometer regime can be achieved.  相似文献

对一种短偶极子类小型短电磁脉冲传感器进行了研究,分析了传感器电容、有效面积与结构参数之间的解析关系,给出了传感器的工作原理。根据应用需求设计了不同带宽的该类传感器,并对其波形保真性和有效面积进行了数值分析,仿真结果表明:经传感器接收并还原所得场波形与激励电场波形几乎完全重合,传感器有效面积与理论分析结果偏差小于1%。对传感器的焊接、定位和对轴等制作工艺进行了研究,完成了传感器样品的制作。利用单锥TEM室对传感器的波形保真性和有效面积进行了实验测试,测试结果表明:设计制作的传感器样品可以很好地恢复待测脉冲电场的波形和幅度,两支传感器样品的有效面积实测结果与解析计算结果较为一致,偏差分别小于4%和7%。  相似文献
