研究了系列Ce:Fe掺杂以及不同后处理态(生长态、还原态和氧化态)铌酸锂晶体的透过率光谱和光折变全息存储特性。实验结果表明单掺Ce铌酸锂晶体具有较好的图像存储质量和较宽的透过率光谱范围,二波耦合增益相对较低;高掺杂铌酸锂样品的透过率光谱范围较窄,光折变二波耦合增益较低。晶体的后处理对铌酸锂样品的光折变特性影响明显,双掺Ce:Fe还原态铌酸锂晶体具有较高的二波耦合增益;氧化态样品具有较大的透过率光谱范围;还原态样品具有较大的光折变二波耦合增益特性。实验结果还表明在同种样品中难于同时获得大的二波耦合增益和图像存储质量。 相似文献

We consider holographic optical data storage systems implemented with photorefractive media. Our viewpoint emphasizes the close interaction between materials and device issues. First we discuss our current understanding of photorefractive physics as it pertains to the holographic data storage problem. Then we consider architecture issues, including angular, phase-encoded, and wavelength-multiplexing techniques, and several approaches to increasing the signal-to-noise ratio of the recordings. Finally, we discuss materials issues related to crystal growth and how crystal quality impacts the performance of data storage systems. Both bulk and fibre crystal growth techniques are reviewed. 相似文献

This work presents a novel optical holographic encrypted data storage approach based on a phase encoding multiplexed scheme.
In the proposed data storage scheme, patterns to be encrypted are stored holographically in a photorefractive LiNbO3:Fe crystal using a lenticular lens array (LLA) sheet phase-encoded multiplexing. Experimental results reveal that rotating
an LLA placed as a phase modulator in the path of the reference beam is a simple but effective method of increasing the phase
addresses for holographic memory in a crystal. Combining this rotational multiplexing with two-axis rotating multiplexing

Holographic dark (bright) screening solitons are predicted
in one dimension for a series circuit consisting of two
photorefractive crystals connected electronically by electrode leads
in a chain with a voltage source. Each crystal can support a
holographic screening soliton. The two solitons are known
collectively as a separate holographic screening soliton pair with
three types: bright--bright, bright--dark and dark--dark. The
numerical results show that the two solitons in a soliton pair can
affect each other through a light-induced current and their coupling
can affect their spatial profiles under the limit in which the
optical wave has a spatial extent much less than the width of the

Brightness improvement of high-power semiconductor lasers can be achieved by placing a broad-area laser diode, used as a pure
optical amplifier, in an extended cavity. We report the modal behavior of an extended cavity which contains a photorefractive
crystal. The dynamic holographic medium that plays the role of a spatial and spectral filter acts on the transverse and axial
structure of the extended cavity modes and improves the single-mode operating range of the laser. An enhancement of the brightness
in single-mode operation by a factor of seven has been experimentally observed thanks to the intracavity photorefractive crystal.

In this note attention is given to the holographic characterization of photorefractive sensitivity by the spatial light modulation dependence in a Bi12TiO20 crystal. A sample in the diffusion-only Bragg regime was used. The experiment improves the anisotropic self-diffraction properties of the material. Through this method, it is possible to find the best conditions for the fast response of the material when used as an optical holographic processor. 相似文献
