We show that, in four dimensional field-theoretical model containing fermion field and background isovector scalar field, an induced magnetic monopole field emerges as a result of adiabatical evolution of the scalar field. For the corresponding Dirac Hamiltonian the degenerate eigenmodes of the vacuum are known to exist. The effective system is then shown to give fractional fermion number on vacuum. In the present approach the magnetic monopole field is not quite essentially given as a topologically non-trivial external field but induced as the result of adiabatic evolution of a scalar field.  相似文献

An exact solution is obtained for coupled dilaton and electromagnetic field in a cylindrically symmetric spacetime where an axial magnetic field as well as a radial electric field both are present. Depending on the choice of the arbitrary constants our solution reduces either to dilatonic gravity with pure electric field or to that with pure magnetic field. In the first case we have a curvature singularity at a finite distance from the axis indicating the existence of the boundary of a charged cylinder which may represent the source of the electric field. For the second case we have a singularity on the axis. When the dilaton field is absent the electromagnetic field disappears in both the cases. Whereas the contrary is not true. It is further shown that light rays except for those proceeding in the radial direction are either trapped or escape to infinity depending on the magnitudes of certain constant parameters as well as on the nature of the electromagnetic field. Nature of circular geodesics is also studied in the presence of dilaton field in the cylindrically symmetric spacetime.  相似文献

Magnetorheological fluid (MRF) is a class of smart material whose acoustic properties can be varied rapidly and reversibly by the applied magnetic field. The MRF is proposed to be as actively sound barriers or acoustical metamaterial. This paper presents a theoretical model to study acoustic propagation in MRF under fields based on the Biot–Stoll model. The model considers the coupling interaction between ferro particle and base fluid. This paper investigated the acoustic velocity and attenuation of a commercial MRF dependence on the different parameters such as carrier fluid viscosity, permeability and intensity of magnetic field. The calculated results show that the attenuation is increased with small field strengths and independent on field strength when the magnetization begins to saturate.  相似文献

考虑自发与压电极化引起的内建电场,自由电子-空穴气屏蔽效应和外加电场,基于常微分数值计算,自洽求解电子与空穴的薛定谔方程和泊松方程以获得基态能级。以典型的GaN/A lxGa1-xN纤锌矿氮化物应变量子阱为例,通过数值求解,得到电子与空穴的本征基态能和相应本征波函数。计算结果表明:沿量子阱生长方向所施加的外加电场将抵消阱中内建电场的作用,阱结构的弯曲程度略显平缓,使电子(空穴)本征波函数逆(顺)着外电场方向移动,且均向阱中心移动,波峰峰值增加,隧穿几率减小;在固定外电场情况下,电子与空穴基态能级随阱宽的增加而减小,随掺杂组分的增加而增加,表明外加电场对内建电场有所削弱以及量子限制作用对电子(空穴)基态能有显著的影响。  相似文献

In quantum gauge theory of gravity, the gravitational field is represented by gravitational gauge field.The field strength of gravitational gauge field has both gravitoelectric component and gravitomagnetic component. In classical level, gauge theory of gravity gives classical Newtonian gravitational interactions in a relativistic form. Besides,it gives gravitational Lorentz force, which is the gravitational force on a moving object in gravitomagnetic field The direction of gravitational Lorentz force is not the same as that of classical gravitational Newtonian force. The theoretical analysis and actual performance of the single-surface multipactor discharge model in the presence of a magnetic field are conducted through simulations. The effects of the magnitude of the insulated magnetic field and the oblique incidence of electrons on the multipactor are analysed. The results show that the multipactor susceptibility region shrinks gradually as the magnetic field increases when the electron cyclotron frequency is close to the RF frequency of the electric field. As a result, the evolution of the multipactor discharge will reach saturation earlier and become saturated at a higher level than the case when the magnetic field is absent, but the change of evolution and saturation as the insulated magnetic field increases is not obvious.  相似文献

The propagation of a probe field through a four-level Y-type atomic system is described in the presence of two additional coherent radiation fields, namely, the control field and the coupling field. An expression for the probe response is derived analytically from the optical Bloch equations under steady state condition to study the absorptive properties of the system under probe field propagation through an ensemble of stationary atoms as well as in a Doppler broadened atomic vapor medium. The most striking result is the conversion of electromagnetically induced transparency(EIT) into electromagnetically induced absorption(EIA) as we start switching from weak probe regime to strong probe regime. The dependence of this conversion on residual Doppler averaging due to wavelength mismatch is also shown by choosing the coupling transition as a Rydberg transition.  相似文献

通过理论分析结合计算机仿真试验剖析了磁共振成像(MRI)中梯度场线性对图像质量影响的原理,在梯度场线性有缺陷的情况下,用实例和计算机模拟直观的展示了重建图像和模拟结果. 结合研发实践发现,在永磁微小口径、低场强用于鼠类等小动物成像情况下,对梯度场线性度的要求远高于文献中提出的指标. 依靠软件改进,图像没有本质的提高,尝试补偿技术耗时费力效果也不理想. 说明了对永磁微小口径成像仪研发线性度更好的梯度线圈是提高图像质量的关键技术之一. 揭示了在理想条件下普适的理论原理,在不同的实践条件下有不同的趋近理想条件要求. 将具有独立知识产权的高线性梯度线圈安装在自行研制的仪器上得到了较好的图像.  相似文献

In this paper, propagation characteristics of electromagnetic electron cyclotron(EMEC) waves based on kappa-Maxwellian distribution have been investigated to invoke the interplay of the electric field parallel to the Earth's magnetic field and auroral trapped electrons. The dispersion relation for EMEC waves in kappa-Maxwellian distributed plasma has been derived using the contribution of the parallel electric field and trapped electron speed. Numerical results show that the presence of the electric field has a stimulating effect on growth rate, which is more pronounced at low values of wave number. It is also observed that as the threshold value of trapped electron speed is surpassed, it dominates the effect of the parallel electric field and EMEC instability is enhanced significantly. The electric field acts as another source of free energy, and growth can be obtained even in the absence of trapped electron drift speed and for very small values of temperature anisotropy. Thus the present study reveals the interplay of the parallel electric field and trapped electron speed on the excitation of EMEC waves in the auroral region.  相似文献

Pair creation in a uniform classical electromagnetic field (Schwinger mechanism) is studied focusing on the time evolution of the distribution of created particles. The time evolution of the distribution in time-dependent fields is also presented as well as effects of back reaction. Motivated by the Glasma flux tube, which may be formed at the initial stage of heavy-ion collisions, we investigate effects of a magnetic field parallel to an electric field, and find that the magnetic field makes the evolution of a fermion system faster.  相似文献

基于教室人群疏散实验, 从中归纳出疏散过程中行人的基本运动特征. 将桌椅分别视为不可穿越和可穿越的静态障碍物, 而行人则被当成可移动的障碍物, 这将导致背景场随人群的运动而动态更新, 因此可以更好地反映前方拥挤程度对后面人群路径选择行为的影响. 采用基于动态背景场的元胞自动机模型研究了不同桌椅排列和出口宽度的教室人群疏散过程, 给出了疏散时间的空间分布以及平均和最大疏散时间, 再现了实验中人群疏散的基本特征. 数值模拟结果表明, 疏散时间取决于桌椅的排列方式和教室出口的宽度. 对于同一种排列, 出口越小则疏散时间越长; 对于给定的出口宽度, 通常随着过道数的增加, 疏散时间随之减少; 当过道数增加且过道宽度不足以两人并行, 从两侧进入过道的行人会发生冲突, 使疏散效率有所降低; 靠近出口一侧墙壁设置过道有利于人群的疏散. 文中进一步分析了模拟与实验结果存在差异的原因.  相似文献

The electromagnetic field and its interaction with the leptons is introduced in Finsler space. This space is also considered as the microlocal space-time of the extended hadrons. The field equations for the Finsler space have been obtained from the classical field equations by quantum generalization of this space-time below a fundamental length-scale. On the other hand, the classical field equations are derived from a property of the fields on the autoparallel curve of the Finsler space. The field equations for the associated spaces of the Finsler space, which are macroscopic spaces, such as the large-scale space-time of the universe and the usual Minkowski space-time, can also be obtained for the case of Finslerian bispinor fields separable as the direct products of fields depending on the position coordinates with those depending on the directional arguments. The equations for the coordinate-dependent fields are the usual field equations with the cosmic time-dependent masses of the leptons. The other equations of the directional variable-dependent fields are solved here. Also, the lepton current and the continuity equation are considered. The form-invariance of the field equations under the general coordinate transformations of the Finsler spaces has been discussed.  相似文献

The reflection and transmission of a finite-power Airy beam incident on a dielectric slab are investigated by an analytical method. Based on the plane-wave angular spectrum expansion and Fresnel approximation, the analytical expressions of the reflected field, internal field as well as transmitted field in each region are obtained. Through numerical simulations, the intensity distributions of the incident beam, reflected beam, internal beam as well as transmitted beam are presented at oblique incidence. Besides, we also compare the intensity distributions of the geometrical-optics beam field, the first order beam mode field and the actual beam field, which indicates that the contribution of each order beam mode field to the actual beam field is related to the refractive index of the dielectric slab. Meanwhile, the reflection characteristics of the Airy beams in the special cases of Brewster incidence and total reflection are investigated. Finally, the effects of the optical thickness and refractive index of the dielectric slab on the peak intensity distributions and beam shifts of the reflected and transmitted beams are also discussed in detail. The analytical and numerical results will be useful to analyze the propagation dynamics of Airy beam in the dielectric slab and provide some theoretical supports to the design of optical film.  相似文献

We draw motivation from recent experimental studies and present a comprehensive study of magnetothermoelectric transport in a graphene monolayer within the linear response regime. We employ the modified Kubo formalism developed for thermal transport in a magnetic field. Thermopower as well as thermal conductivity as a function of the gate voltage of a graphene monolayer in the presence of a magnetic field perpendicular to the graphene plane is determined for low magnetic fields (~1 T) as well as high fields (~8 T). We include the effects of screened charged impurities on thermal transport. We find good qualitative and quantitative agreement with recent experimental work on the subject. In addition, in order to analyze the effects of modulation, which can be induced by various means, on the thermal transport in graphene, we evaluate the thermal transport coefficients for a graphene monolayer subjected to a periodic electric modulation in a magnetic field. The results are presented as a function of the magnetic field and the gate voltage.  相似文献

We studied the influence of dilaton field on the dynamical collapse of a charged scalar one. Different values of the initial amplitude of dilaton field as well as the altered values of the dilatonic coupling constant were considered. We described structures of spacetimes and properties of black holes emerging from the collapse of electrically charged scalar field in dilaton gravity. Moreover, we provided a meaningful comparison of the collapse in question with the one in Einstein gravity, when dilaton field is absent and its coupling with the scalar field is equal to zero. The course and results of the dynamical collapse process seem to be very sensitive to the amplitude of dilaton field and to the value of the coupling constant in the underlying theory.  相似文献

Temporal evolution is studied for total entropy, the entropy difference and the sum of negative eigenvalues of the partially transposed density matrix as quantitative entanglement measurements for JC model in a phase-damped cavity in the dispersive approximation. The cavity field is assumed to be coupled to a reservoir with a phase-damping coupling. The case of a statistical mixture (SM) of coherent states is considered as initial field state. The quantized free Dirac field is considered on Minkowski spacetime (of general dimension). The Dirac field is coupled to an external scalar potential whose support is finite in time and which acts by a Moyal-deformed multiplication with respect to the spatial variables. The Moyal-deformed multiplication corresponds to the product of the algebra of a Moyal plane described in the setting of spectral geometry. It will be explained how this leads to an interpretation of the Dirac field as a quantum field theory on Moyal-deformed Minkowski spacetime (with commutative time) in a setting of Lorentzian spectral geometries of which some basic aspects will be sketched. The scattering transformation will be shown to be unitarily implementable in the canonical vacuum representation of the Dirac field. Furthermore, it will be indicated how the functional derivatives of the ensuing unitary scattering operators with respect to the strength of the non-commutative potential induce, in the spirit of Bogoliubov’s formula, quantum field operators (corresponding to observables) depending on the elements of the non-commutative algebra of Moyal-Minkowski spacetime.  相似文献

The routine wave superposition approach cannot be used in reconstruction and prediction of a coherent acoustic field, because it is impossible to separate the pressures generated by individual sources. According to the superposition theory of the coherent acoustic field , a novel method based on the combined wave superposition approach is developed to reconstruct and predict the coherent acoustic field by building the combined pressure matching matrixes between the hologram surfaces and the sources. The method can reconstruct the acoustic information on surfaces of the individual sources, and it is possible to predict the acoustic field radiated from every source and the total coherent acoustic field can also be calculated spontaneously. The experimental and numerical simulation results show that this method can effectively solve the holographic reconstruction and prediction of the coherent acoustic field and it can also be used as a coherent acoustic field separation technique. The study on this novel method extends the application scope of the acoustic holography technique.  相似文献

Mechanism of axial astigmatism production in the hairpin-type cathode gun was investigated by numerical calculation. The electrostatic potential in the gun was first decomposed into the axially symmetric and quadrupole components, and then the trajectory behavior was investigated by the generalized trajectory method. The axial astigmatism of the hairpin-type cathode gun was found to depend strongly on the Wehnelt voltage; it is small as long as the Wehnelt voltage is close to cutoff condition but starts to increase rapidly when the drive voltage exceeds a certain threshold. The reason for a negligible axial astigmatism at or close to the cutoff lies in the mutual dependence of the tip electric field intensity and the quadrupole field strength near the cathode. The tip quadrupole field strength is given by the product of the tip field intensity and the difference in the cathode curvature in the two orthogonal cross sections. A negligible axial astigmatism of the hairpin-type cathode gun in usual operations is due to a small quadrupole field close to the cutoff condition where the tip field is weak.  相似文献
