针对水下运动小目标被动探测与定位问题,提出了分段组合子阵联合处理探测方法,各探测子阵采用相互垂直结构布局,克服了单阵方位模糊及无法定位等问题。研究了分段组合子阵的宽带最小方差无畸变失真响应近场聚焦目标定位方法,实现了近程蛙人等水下小目标被动高精度定位。在此基础上,采用卡尔曼滤波算法对目标运动轨迹进行预测估计,将目标定位信息与跟踪轨迹信息进行匹配,实现高背景噪音下的运动小目标的跟踪处理。理论分析及仿真结果表明,分段子阵联合处理能有效对水下运动小目标进行定位和跟踪,海试试验进一步验证了该方法的有效性。  相似文献

波导不变量是描述海洋波导环境声信号水平距离与频率干涉结构现象的特征参量。运动目标波导不变量测距方法需要已知目标速度值,运动目标速度一般是未知的。针对这一问题,本文提出了一种利用水平线阵估计目标运动速度的浅海波导不变量测距方法。该方法通过不同时刻波束域声信号互谱分析进行声源速度估计,结合HOUGH变换提取的LOFAR图斜率和波导不变量进行运动目标测距。仿真结果表明,该方法能够有效的进行运动目标的距离估计。利用2013年7月浅海实验数据,该方法估计出了发射船的距离,并与GPS测量的距离进行对比,相对误差小于10%。   相似文献

浅海条件下,目标运动速度是基于波导不变量声源被动定位的关键因素,利用浅海波导环境下的声场简正波理论,研究了浅海随机相位起伏的波束域声场互相关信号的特点,并通过声速剖面的二阶统计量对随机相位扰动进行了有效的补偿,提出利用波束域声场互相关信号进行谱分析的速度估计方法,仿真实验表明了该方法的有效性。利用2013年7月海试实验数据,该方法准确的估计出了目标的速度,并与GPS实测速度对比,速度估计的相对误差在10%以内。  相似文献

When designing a new radar system, standard resolution trade-offs play a major role, providing the basic parameters of the radar, such as size, update rate, and range. Besides, diversity has long been used for mitigating fading effects due to the fluctuation of targets and clutter.However, with the arrival of more flexible systems, using multiple parallel channels on transmit and receive, and wider instantaneous bandwidths, these standard trade-offs are becoming less simple—and more flexible. In this communication, we will analyse the benefits of diversity and its relations with range, Doppler, and angle, for detection and location of moving targets with wideband/wide-beam radar systems. The idea is to contribute to a better understanding of the real benefits of agile transmissions for detection/localization of moving targets, focusing on range, velocity, and angular measurement improvements, as well as on the benefits for detection of moving targets.Special attention will be given to the quality of the different wideband wide-beam sensor modes for long-range surveillance, and new results on detection of moving targets in clutter will be provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of these new architectures for small target detection at long range, in difficult environments.  相似文献

Acoustic channel properties in a shallow water environment with moving source and receiver are difficult to investigate. In fact, when the source-receiver relative position changes, the underwater environment causes multipath and Doppler scale changes on the transmitted signal over low-to-medium frequencies (300 Hz-20 kHz). This is the result of a combination of multiple paths propagation, source and receiver motions, as well as sea surface motion or water column fast changes. This paper investigates underwater acoustic channel properties in a shallow water (up to 150 m depth) and moving source-receiver conditions using extracted time-scale features of the propagation channel model for low-to-medium frequencies. An average impulse response of one transmission is estimated using the physical characteristics of propagation and the wideband ambiguity plane. Since a different Doppler scale should be considered for each propagating signal, a time-warping filtering method is proposed to estimate the channel time delay and Doppler scale attributes for each propagating path. The proposed method enables the estimation of motion-compensated impulse responses, where different Doppler scaling factors are considered for the different time delays. It was validated for channel profiles using real data from the BASE'07 experiment conducted by the North Atlantic Treaty Organization Undersea Research Center in the shallow water environment of the Malta Plateau, South Sicily. This paper provides a contribution to many field applications including passive ocean tomography with unknown natural sources position and movement. Another example is active ocean tomography where sources motion enables to rapidly cover one operational area for rapid environmental assessment and hydrophones may be drifting in order to avoid additional flow noise.  相似文献

The sensitivities of heterodyne and direct-detection systems at CO2 laser wavelengths are compared to illuminate the design principles involved. It is shown that destruction of the temporal coherence of scattered radiation is a significant effect when heterodyne systems are used on targets with internal motion. The complete system and the results obtained are then described. The compact optics head contains a waveguide laser, an acousto-optic modulator and SAW chirp devices; it has 45 mm diameter transmit and receive apertures. Whem many returns are integrated, ranges of several kilometres are obtained off natural targets with an accuracy of 10 m. From the Doppler shift off a moving target, radial velocity can be determined simultaneously with the range when an up-chirp/down-chirp technique is used; an accuracy of better than 1 m s–1 is demonstrated.  相似文献

We have proposed a configuration of an integrated multi-point differential laser Doppler velocimeter (LDV) using arrayed waveguide gratings (AWGs) as grating elements. This paper demonstrates two-point velocity measurement using the proposed configuration with diffraction grating elements. An experiment was conducted using a free-space optical setup with bulk diffraction gratings instead of AWGs. The experimental results indicate that velocities at different positions can be measured using the proposed configuration. The measured separation of the two measurement positions was about 20.5 mm, about 11% of the working distance.  相似文献

We demonstrate a novel approach to the moving grating technique for removal of velocity ambiguity in a laser Doppler velocimeter. The method replaces the continuous motion of a moving grating with a grating which can be positioned or switched to three distinct phase positions. Advantages of this approach are its potential for compact implementation and high stability of the velocity offset.  相似文献

A dual-frequency laser Doppler velocimeter implemented by a dual-polarization fiber grating laser is proposed,with the two laser frequencies produced by the two orthogonally polarized laser outputs of the fiber grating laser.The reflected laser outputs from a moving target experience the Doppler frequency shift,which is shown to be linearly related to the velocity and the beat note frequency difference between the laser outputs and the reflected light. With a digital frequency demodulation scheme,a high sensitivity of 0.64 MHz/(m/s) and a velocity resolution of less than 0.5% of the velocity for velocity measurement are demonstrated,which shows that the proposed laser Doppler velocimeter is capable of measurement of wide range of velocity.  相似文献

为克服单线阵难以无源测距、测速的缺点,提出了利用目标辐射低频声场干涉结构和波导不变量的运动单线阵无源测距、测速方法。定义了运动目标的距离距变率比(目标距离与距离变化率的比值),并利用与目标辐射声场的时间-频率干涉结构和波导不变量相关的变量来表征距离距变率比。根据此定义,通过对目标辐射声场的时间-频率干涉结构图进行Radon变换等处理,实现对距离距变率比的估计。利用所估计的距离距变率比,结合平台速度、目标方位角和目标航向角实现对目标距离和速度的同时估计。仿真实验验证了所提方法在测距、测速时的正确性和有效性。结果表明:所提方法在目标航向角较大时有较高的距离、速度估计精度;同时,目标方位估计误差越小,所提方法的距离、速度估计精度越高。   相似文献

全光纤光子多普勒速度测量(PDV)系统是一种新型的激光测速系统,可广泛用于冲击波、爆轰波以及其他短时高速运动物体的速度测量。多点测量可以获得靶面不同位置的速度,以测量靶面的形变。为提高测量的空间分辨率,提出使用裸光纤束为PDV系统的探头,并在实验上实现了空间分辨率为375μm的双点速度测量。裸光纤探头的间距较小,一个探头的测量结果可能受到另一个探头反射光的干扰。理论和实验的研究结果表明,当靶面各点速度相同时,测量结果不受干扰光的影响;当各点速度不同时,其测速误差不但与两被测点的速度差有关,还与传感光和干扰光的光强和相位有关。  相似文献

A three-dimensional Cartesian parabolic-equation model with a higher-order approximation to the square-root Helmholtz operator is presented for simulating underwater sound propagation in ocean waveguides. The higher-order approximation includes cross terms with the free-space square-root Helmholtz operator and the medium phase speed anomaly. It can be implemented with a split-step Fourier algorithm to solve for sound pressure in the model. Two idealized ocean waveguide examples are presented to demonstrate the performance of this numerical technique.  相似文献

Spectral and normal mode formulations for the three-dimensional field scattered by an object moving in a stratified medium are derived using full-field wave theory. The derivations are based on Green's theorem for the time-domain scalar wave equation and account for Doppler effects induced by target motion as well as source and receiver motion. The formulations are valid when multiple scattering between the object and waveguide boundaries can be neglected, and the scattered field can be expressed as a linear function of the object's plane wave scattering function. The advantage of the spectral formulation is that it incorporates the entire wave number spectrum, including evanescent waves, and therefore can potentially be used at much closer ranges to the target than the modal formulation. The normal mode formulation is more computationally efficient but is limited to longer ranges. For a monochromatic source that excites N incident modes in the waveguide, there will be roughly N2 distinct harmonic components in the scattered field. The Doppler shifts in the scattered field are highly dependent upon the waveguide environment, target shape, and measurement geometry. The Doppler effects are illustrated through a number of canonical examples.  相似文献

Signal design in cf-bats is hypothesized to be commensurate with the evaluation of time-variant echo parameters, imposed by changes in the sound channel occurring as the bat flies by a target. Two such parameters, the proportional changes in Doppler frequency and sound pressure amplitude, are surveyed, employing a simplified acoustic model in order to assess their fitness for target localization given a translational movement within a plane. This is accomplished by considering the properties of the scalar fields given by the value of these putative sensory variables as a function of position in a plane. The considered criteria are: existence and extent of ambiguity areas (i.e., multiple solutions for target position), magnitude of the variables (relevant with regard to perceptual thresholds), as well as magnitude and orthogonality of the gradients (relevant to localization accuracy). It is concluded that these properties render the considered variables compatible with gross judgements of target position. This may be sufficient for behavioral contexts like obstacle avoidance, where adoption of suitable safety margins could compensate for the variance and bias associated with estimates of target location.  相似文献

水下运动目标产生的声场由一系列不同模态的简正波组成,不同模态简正波具有不同的多普勒频率移动,携带了运动目标速度、频率等参数的信息。针对快速运动目标水下辐射声场的这一特点,采用高分辨谱估计Burg算法估计不同模态简正波多普勒频移,进而获得运动目标的速度、频率参数估计。数值仿真结果表明,高分辨谱估计Burg算法获得了高频率分辨率,在较短的观测时间或是阵元不足的情况下,较准确地估计了多普勒频移,获得了目标运动速度和初始频率等运动参数。  相似文献

The possibility of determining the actual paths of moving sound sources from the signals received by a linear horizontal array whose size is large compared to the wavelength is investigated with the use of procedures suggested earlier for the imaging of dynamic objects moving below an inhomogeneous layer. Two cases of signal reception are considered: when the signals propagate in the oceanic waveguide and when the signals propagate through an inhomogeneous layer located near the array. It is shown that, unlike the standard spatial processing procedures, the proposed methods allow one to measure the absolute angular displacements to within the diffraction resolution of the array and to eliminate the ambiguity in angular measurements. An important point is that the proposed methods require no prior data on the parameters of the inhomogeneous layer or the multimode waveguide.  相似文献

A model is been developed for the coherence of high-frequency hydroacoustic fields of noise sources in a randomly inhomogeneous ocean. We analyze the dependences of the coherence of hydroacoustic fields of noise sources on the mutual position of the source and receiver system, the type of waveguide, and the parameters of random inhomogeneities of an oceanic waveguide.
