In this paper, a discrete KdV equation that is related to the famous continuous KdV equation is studied. First, an integrable discrete KdV hierarchy is constructed, from which several new discrete KdV equations are obtained. Second, we correspond the first several discrete equations of this hierarchy to the continuous KdV equation through the continuous limit. Third, the generalized (m, 2Nm)-fold Darboux transformation of the discrete KdV equation is established based on its known Lax pair. Finally, the diverse exact solutions including soliton solutions, rational solutions and mixed solutions on non-zero seed background are obtained by applying the resulting Darboux transformation, and their asymptotic states and physical properties such as amplitude, velocity, phase and energy are analyzed. At the same time, some soliton solutions are numerically simulated to show their dynamic behaviors. The properties and results obtained in this paper may be helpful to understand some physical phenomena described by KdV equations.  相似文献

Under investigation in this paper is a relativistic Toda lattice system with one perturbation parameter α abbreviated as RTL_(α) system by Suris, which may describe the motions of particles in lattices interacting through an exponential interaction force. First of all, an integrable lattice hierarchy associated with an RTL_(α) system is constructed, from which some relevant integrable properties such as Hamiltonian structures, Liouville integrability and conservation laws are investigated. Secondly, the discrete generalized(m, 2 N-m)-fold Darboux transformation is constructed to derive multi-soliton solutions, higher-order rational and semirational solutions, and their mixed solutions of an RTL_(α) system. The soliton elastic interactions and details of rational solutions are analyzed via the graphics and asymptotic analysis. Finally, soliton dynamical evolutions are investigated via numerical simulations, showing that a small noise has very little effect on the soliton propagation. These results may provide new insight into nonlinear lattice dynamics described by RTL_(α) system.  相似文献

The nonlocal nonlinear Gerdjikov-Ivanov (GI) equation is one of the most important integrable equations, which can be reduced from the third generic deformation of the derivative nonlinear Schrödinger equation. The Darboux transformation is a successful method in solving many nonlocal equations with the help of symbolic computation. As applications, we obtain the bright-dark soliton, breather, rogue wave, kink, W-shaped soliton and periodic solutions of the nonlocal GI equation by constructing its 2n-fold Darboux transformation. These solutions show rich wave structures for selections of different parameters. In all these instances we practically show that these solutions have different properties than the ones for local case.  相似文献

A new discrete spectral problem is introduced and the corresponding hierarchy of the lattice soliton equations are derived by means of the trace identity. We find a new Darboux transformation of the lattice soliton equation, through which the explicit solutions are shown.  相似文献

A special integrable nonlocal nonlinear Schrödinger equation, NNLS, or namely Alice-Bob NLS (ABNLS) equation is investigated. By means of the general N-th Darboux transformation, one can get various interesting solutions to display different types of structures especially for solitons. By using the Darboux transformation, its soliton solutions are obtained. Finally, by adjusting the values of free parameters, different kinds of solutions such as kinks, complexitons and rogue-wave solutions are explicitly exhibited. It is found that these solutions are quite different from the ones of the classical NLS equation.  相似文献

In this letter, we investigate multisoliton solutions with even numbers and its generated solutions for nonlocal Fokas-Lenells equation over a nonzero background. First, we obtain 2n-soliton solutions with a nonzero background via n-fold Darboux transformation, and find that these soliton solutions will appear in pairs. Particularly, 2n-soliton solutions consist of n ‘bright' solitons and n ‘dark' solitons. This phenomenon implies a new form of integrability: even integrability. Then interactions between solitons with even numbers and breathers are studied in detail. To our best knowledge, a novel nonlinear superposition between a kink and 2n-soliton is also generated for the first time. Finally, interactions between some different smooth positons with a nonzero background are derived.  相似文献

In this paper, we study an integrable generalization of the associated Camassa–Holm equation. The generalized system is shown to be integrable in the sense of Lax pair and the bilinear Bäcklund transformations are presented through the Bell polynomial technique. Meanwhile, its infinite conservation laws are constructed, and conserved densities and fluxes are given in explicit recursion formulas. Furthermore, a Darboux transformation for the system is derived with the help of the gauge transformation between two Lax pairs. As an application, soliton and periodic wave solutions are given through the Darboux transformation.  相似文献

We investigated the soliton solution for NN coupled nonlinear Schrödinger (CNLS) equations. These equations are coupled due to the cross-phase-modulation (CPM). Lax pair of this system is obtained via the Ablowitz–Kaup–Newell–Segur (AKNS) scheme and the corresponding Darboux transformation is constructed to derive the soliton solution. One and two soliton solutions are generated. Using two soliton solutions of 3 CNLS equation, nonlinear tunneling of soliton for both with and without exponential background has been discussed. Finally cascade compression of optical soliton through multi-nonlinear barrier has been discussed. The obtained results may have promising applications in all-optical devices based on optical solitons, study of soliton propagation in birefringence fiber systems and optical soliton with distributed dispersion and nonlinearity management.  相似文献

A generalized Drinfel'd Sokolov-Wilson (DSW) equation and its Lax pair are proposed. A Daorboux transformation for the generalized DSW equation is constructed with the help of the gauge transformation between spectral problems, from which a Darboux transformation for the DSW equation is obtained through a reduction technique. As an application of the Darboux transformations, we give some explicit solutions of the generalized DSW equation and DEW equation such as rational solutions, soliton solutions, periodic solutions.  相似文献

We investigate some novel localized waves on the plane wave background in the coupled cubic–quintic nonlinear Schr o¨dinger(CCQNLS) equations through the generalized Darboux transformation(DT). A special vector solution of the Lax pair of the CCQNLS system is elaborately constructed, based on the vector solution, various types of higherorder localized wave solutions of the CCQNLS system are constructed via the generalized DT. These abundant and novel localized waves constructed in the CCQNLS system include higher-order rogue waves, higher-order rogues interacting with multi-soliton or multi-breather separately. The first-and second-order semi-rational localized waves including several free parameters are mainly discussed:(i) the semi-rational solutions degenerate to the first-and second-order vector rogue wave solutions;(ii) hybrid solutions between a first-order rogue wave and a dark or bright soliton, a second-order rogue wave and two dark or bright solitons;(iii) hybrid solutions between a first-order rogue wave and a breather, a second-order rogue wave and two breathers. Some interesting and appealing dynamic properties of these types of localized waves are demonstrated, for example, these nonlinear waves merge with each other markedly by increasing the absolute value of α.These results further uncover some striking dynamic structures in the CCQNLS system.  相似文献

The integrable nonlocal Lakshmanan-Porsezian-Daniel (LPD) equation which has the higher-order terms (dispersions and nonlinear effects) is first introduced. We demonstrate the integrability of the nonlocal LPD equation, provide its Lax pair, and present its rational soliton solutions and self-potential function by using the degenerate Darboux transformation. From the numerical plots of solutions, the compression effects of the real refractive index profile and the gain-or-loss distribution produced by are discussed.  相似文献

Plasmas are the main constituent of the Universe and the cause of a vast variety of astrophysical, space and terrestrial phenomena. The inhomogeneous nonlinear Schrödinger equation is hereby investigated, which describes the propagation of an electron plasma wave packet with a large wavelength and small amplitude in a medium with a parabolic density and constant interactional damping. By virtue of the double Wronskian identities, the equation is proved to possess the double-Wronskian soliton solutions. Analytic one- and two-soliton solutions are discussed. Amplitude and velocity of the soliton are related to the damping coefficient. Asymptotic analysis is applied for us to investigate the interaction between the two solitons. Overtaking interaction, head-on interaction and bound state of the two solitons are given. From the non-zero potential Lax pair, the first- and second-order rogue-wave solutions are constructed via a generalized Darboux transformation, and influence of the linear and parabolic density profiles on the background density and amplitude of the rogue wave is discussed.  相似文献

We study the generalized Darboux transformation to the three-component coupled nonlinear Schr ¨odinger equation.First-and second-order localized waves are obtained by this technique. In first-order localized wave,we get the interactional solutions between first-order rogue wave and one-dark,one-bright soliton respectively.Meanwhile, the interactional solutions between one-breather and first-order rogue wave are also given. In second-order localized wave,one-dark-one-bright soliton together with second-order rogue wave is presented in the first component, and two-bright soliton together with second-order rogue wave are gained respectively in the other two components.Besides,we observe second-order rogue wave together with one-breather in three components. Moreover,by increasing the absolute values of two free parameters, the nonlinear waves merge with each other distinctly. These results further reveal the interesting dynamic structures of localized waves in the three-component coupled system.  相似文献

We present analytical solutions of the one-dimensional nonlinear Schrodinger equations of Bose-Einstein condensates in an expulsive parabolic background with a complex potential and gravitational field, by performing the Darboux transformation from a trivial seed solution. It is shown that under a safe range of parameter, the shape of bright soliton can be controlled well by adjusting the experimental parameter of the ratio of axial oscillation to radial oscillation and feeding condensates from a thermal cloud. The gravitational field can change the contrail of the bright soliton trains without changing their peak and width.  相似文献

A hierarchy of nonlinear lattice soliton equations is derived from a new discrete spectral problem. The Hamiltonian structure of the resulting hierarchy is constructed by using a trace identity formula. Moreover, a Darboux transformation is established with the help of gauge transformations of Lax pairs for the typical lattice soliton equations. The exact solutions are given by applying the Darboux transformation.  相似文献

In this paper, we construct the Darboux transformation (DT) for the reverse-time integrable nonlocal nonlinear Schrödinger equation by loop group method. Then we utilize the DT to derive soliton solutions with zero seed. We investigate the dynamical properties for those solutions and present a sufficient condition for the non-singularity of multi-soliton solutions. Furthermore, the asymptotic analysis of bounded multi-solutions has also been established by the determinant formula.  相似文献

To the best of our knowledge, all nonlinearities in the known nonlinear integrable systems are either local or nonlocal. A natural problem is whether there exist some nonlinear integrable systems with both local and nonlocal nonlinearities, and how to solve this kinds of spectral nonlinear integrable systems with both local and nonlocal nonlinearities. Recently, some novel mixed local-nonlocal vector Schrödinger equations are presented, which are different from the single local and nonlocal coupled Schrödinger equation. We investigate the Darboux transformation of mixed local-nonlocal vector Schrödinger equations with a spectral problem. Starting from a special Lax pairs, the mixed localnonlocal vector Schrödinger equations are constructed. We obtain the one- and two- and N-soliton solution formulas of the mixed local-nonlocal vector Schrödinger equations with N-fold Darboux transformation. Based on the obtained solutions, the propagation and interaction structures of these multi-solitons are shown, the evolution structures of the one-solitons are exhibited, the overtaking elastic interactions among the two-breather solitons are considered. We find that unlike the local and nonlocal cases, the mixed local-nonlocal vector Schrödinger equations have some novel results. The results in this paper might be helpful for understanding some physical phenomena described in plasmas.  相似文献

A one-fold Darboux transformation between solutions of the semi-discrete massive Thirring model is derived using the Lax pair and the dressing method. This transformation is used to find the exact expressions for soliton solutions on zero and nonzero backgrounds. It is shown that the discrete solitons have the same properties as their continuous counterparts.  相似文献

The coupled semi-discrete modified Korteweg-de Vries equation in (2 1)-dimensions is proposed. It is shown that it can be decomposed into two (1 1)-dimensional differential-difference equations belonging to mKdV lattice hierarchy by considering a discrete isospectral problem. A Darboux transformation is set up for the resulting (2 1)- dimensional lattice soliton equation with the help of gauge transformations of Lax pairs. As an illustration by example, the soliton solutions of the mKdV lattice equation in (2 1)-dimensions are explicitly given.  相似文献
