一种基于傅里叶变换的分析载波条纹的新方法 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
针对传统傅里叶变换法处理光载波干涉条纹图时会有边缘效应产生的问题,提出了一种基于傅里叶变换法的外推延拓方法,并从理论上进行了数学推导。为了验证这种方法的正确性,分别对一维数字信号和二维空间载波条纹图进行了数值模拟,进一步分析了误差产生的原因,并与传统的傅里叶变换法对比。结果表明该法可以有效抑制传统傅里叶变换法处理光载波干涉条纹图时边缘效应所造成的较大误差,在基于空间域相位调制技术的波面干涉测量中,对空间载波条纹图进行处理,可以使相位的计算精度达到3.3 mrad。 相似文献

在激光与物质相互作用的实验中,气体靶通常由超声速喷嘴在高背压下向真空中高速喷射气体产生。激光与气体靶相互作用时确定打靶条件对整个实验有着十分重要的意义。为了得到不同实验条件下气体靶密度的分布特性,采用马赫-曾德尔干涉法测量了气体靶密度分布,获取了干涉图样。使用基于傅里叶变换的条纹处理方法测得的干涉图样,得到不同实验条件下气体分子密度的全空间分布。实验表明:用M-Z干涉仪测量超声速气体喷嘴产生的气体靶密度分布十分有效。基于傅里叶变换的条纹处理方法具有精度高、实时性好的优点,为打靶时气体靶密度的实时测量提供了可能。 相似文献

提出了一种新的应用希尔伯特变换解调干涉条纹相位的算法,可以从单幅干涉条纹图中解调出全场相位分布.在实际应用中,常借助傅里叶变换实现希尔伯特变换算法,但是会忽略负频率成分,造成相位信息的丢失.对于相位分布非单调变化的干涉条纹,提出了一种判断函数,用来计算相位信息零频率点的分布.利用相位的零频率点分布构造了一个二元模板,使用该模板对本文提出的两次希尔伯特变换法产生的包裹相位图进行修正.对修正后的包裹相位图进行解包裹处理,可以得到连续的全场相位分布.对该方法用计算机模拟进行了验证. 相似文献

在快速傅里叶变换(FFT)方法处理单幅干涉图原理的基础上,提出一种基于样本块匹配的干涉图延拓方法,利用干涉图像的可信度和等照度线特征,来确定待填充块的优先权,然后在干涉图的已知区域寻找与待填充块最相似的样本块来进行填充。充分利用了干涉图的条纹特征,结合梯度变化方向有效地合成纹理信息,具有很好的延拓效果。最后将该干涉图延拓方法与傅里叶变换,合适的滤波函数和相位解包方法结合起来形成整套单幅干涉图处理方法。采用该单幅干涉图处理方法获得的波面峰谷值与Zygo移相干涉仪得到的平均相差不到λ/100,并且两种方法获得的波面均方根值平均相差不到λ/200。 相似文献

设计并建立了一套完整的线成像激光干涉测速系统,用于激光驱动技术中小尺寸飞片或样品一条线上所有点的速度测量。它将激光压缩为线状照射到靶面,用成像物镜收集靶面的漫反射光并传递到广角迈克尔逊干涉腔中形成干涉,产生的梳妆干涉条纹作为信号载体,用变像管扫描相机记录条纹随时间的变化,用不同位置的条纹移动量反推出不同位置的速度分布,实现空间分辨。系统具有50 ps响应时间和20μm空间分辨能力。用该系统测量了激光驱动飞片的速度场,清晰的扫描干涉图像直观显示了飞片的运动过程和各点的速度差异。用傅里叶变换方法对干涉图像进行处理,得到了靶面一条线的速度和位移分布。 相似文献

偏离中心条纹的抽样以及光纤干涉仪的缺陷引起光纤傅里叶变换光谱仪(FFTS)输出的干涉图不对称,导致由傅里叶余弦变换计算得到的光谱带有相位误差,影响光谱的线型。文章首次将卷积方法应用到光纤傅里叶变换光谱仪中干涉图的对称化处理,利用干涉图的中心部分计算出相位误差,通过傅里叶变换得到了对称化处理函数,用卷积运算在时域完成了光谱的相位误差校正。实验研究表明,在FFTS中该方法能在时域有效地实现干涉图对称化,校正了光谱的相位误差。该方法不仅克服了双边干涉图的缺点,而且校正的结果有较高的准确度。 相似文献

在使用任意反射面速度干涉仪(VISAR)测量运动表面速度的过程中,利用双灵敏度方法可以获得唯一的速度。由于双灵敏度方法对速度的判断需要人为干预,所以就会出现速度的非唯一性问题。在成像型VISAR中,由于散斑和条纹质量下降等问题,该现象更加严重。提出了一种可进行自校准判断的靶型,可以在获得冲击波速度的同时获得唯一冲击波速度,从而改进了双灵敏度方法。通过积分速度曲线的面积,获得运动表面所经历的距离。比较几组相近速度曲线的积分值与已知样品的厚度,可以获得准确的冲击波速度历史曲线图。同时该方法也是一种从实验上验证VISAR系统不确定度的方法,与理论上的评估结果相互吻合,证明了该方法的正确性。这种改进的双灵敏度测速方法和不确定度评估方法,可为未来的VISAR诊断精密化发展提供技术思路。 相似文献

Various algorithms for the extraction of spacing information from an interferometric fringe pattern of the head/tape interface have been proposed. In this paper, a comparison of three algorithms is presented: tape unloading, polynomial fitting and Fourier transform. The relative merits of each method are discussed, together with implementation details. In an experiment with a transparent head and CrO2 tape, it was found that all methods give a similar result to within ±5 nm, with none unilaterally preferable to the others. The Fourier transform method, which has not been used for this application before, gives smooth spacing data for high fringe orders, and is less sensitive to fringe order errors, but produces noisier spacing data in the contact region. 相似文献

This paper describes the application of a digital Fourier transform to phase encoded intensity distribution. Attention is drawn to a method of extracting quantitative information automatically from the interferometric fringe data. To achieve this, a set of carrier fringes has been added to interferometric fringe data. This has made it possible to form a phase map using a FFT (fast Fourier transform) algorithm. A minimum spanning tree (MST) phase unwrapping strategy has been used to create a contiguous map of the whole fringe field. Finally, the measurement parameter related to the fringe field has been calculated from one single image. Experimental results are given for the burner flames, a compressible flow and photoelastic fringe data. It has been shown that the methods developed have the potential for use as reflection analysis systems suitable for applications to non-stationary objects and complicated fringe fields. 相似文献

提出一种基于傅里叶变换解相法的像增强管成像质量多参数同时测量的新方法。将一正弦光栅图输入到像增强管,如果像增强管成像质量存在问题,将使图像输出发生改变,形成一变形条纹,采用傅里叶变换解相法对输出的变形条纹进行解相,可同时获得放大率、放大率不均匀度、枕形畸变、桶形畸变、蛇形畸变、剪切畸变等相关信息,对测量系统进行标定,即可实现对上述参数的同时测量。实验测得中心放大率与设定放大率的差值到了10-3量级,测得的畸变和畸变真值两者差异在0.4 pixel以内,结果证明了方法的有效性。 相似文献

提出在条纹相机前加载异形光纤面板或环转线光纤传像束实现广角任意反射面速度干涉仪(VISAR)条纹采样的诊断设计,发现采样位置坐标处于靶面某圆上。综合运用坐标变换、傅里叶变换、勒让德展开等方法提取广角VISAR条纹相位实现内爆对称性分析,并通过示例验证了其可行性。针对诊断方法的特点、光路设计、装置研发、数据处理等展开讨论,指出广角VISAR诊断内爆对称性的发展方向。运用该方法记录并分析广角VISAR条纹数据,可使靶丸内爆对称性诊断准确、直观、形象,能为惯性约束聚变中激光等离子体不稳定性、流体不稳定性等研究提供支撑。 相似文献

A new method of fringe-pattern analysis by spatial phase stepping (SPS) is presented. SPS combines the computational simplicity of phase stepping with the single image analysis capability of the Fourier transform method. The technique works by subdividing a linearised fringe pattern into three component images, from which the phase is calculated by a three phase step algorithm. A computer simulation has been undertaken to demonstrate the theory and enable an analysis of systematic errors. In addition, two experimental transonic flow fields are solved by SPS and a comparison is made with results derived using the Fourier transform method. 相似文献

The windowed Fourier transform is a useful technique for fringe pattern analysis. It has been shown that the proper selection of the window size is a balance between the linear phase approximation error and the influence of noise [Q. Kemao, On widow size selection in windowed Fourier ridges algorithm. Opt Lasers Eng, 2007, accepted for publication]. Since the fringe intensity and noise level usually vary spatially, the window size should also be spatially adaptive in order to reach a good balance for each pixel of the fringe pattern. This addendum first shows that the windowed Fourier transform with a spatially fixed window size (SFWS) is still practically useful and then discusses the window size competition strategies for the windowed Fourier transform with a spatially adaptive window size (SAWS). The windowed Fourier transform with a SAWS is theoretically better than that with a SFWS but it is also more challenging in use. The windowed Fourier ridges algorithm is used for analysis throughout this paper. This analysis is also applicable to the windowed Fourier filtering algorithm. 相似文献

This article describes a novel fringe analysis technique using stair-shaped virtual grating demodulation algorithm for extracting the phase information from a single fringe pattern. In contrast to the Fourier transform technique and quadrature multiplicative moire method, the new method processes a fringe pattern in the integer signal domain instead of the frequency domain and real-signal domain. The spatial carrier of fringe image is not limited to any particular frequency as long as it fulfills the sampling theorem. Windowed Fourier transform (FT) is introduced into Fourier transform profilometry (FTP) to extract zero component included in deformed fringe pattern without capturing two fringe patterns with π phase difference. First, we extract zero component of deformed fringe image using windowed FT and normalize it, then calculate the normalized Fourier spectra of deformed fringe image, finally subtract the zero component from Fourier spectra of deformed fringe image. We give the theoretical analysis of the proposed method. The experiment is carried out to demonstrate that the method can eliminate zero component and extend the measurable slope of height variation to nearly three times of the conventional FTP. 相似文献
