本文就一种双弯曲板结构的光纤水听器单元,利用弹性力学方法对其传感板上的应力与应变分布进行详细的分析,建立两种边界条件下的声灵敏度计算数学模型。讨论这种光纤水听器的结构参数及光纤圈几何尺寸与灵敏度的关系。还指出传感板材料对灵敏度的影响。 相似文献

介绍了分布式光纤温度传感检测原理及采用拉曼散射型分布式光纤温度传感器并将其与高速采集处理电路集成的检测方式。分析了分布式光纤温度传感技术应用于隧道火情监控的优越性。结合计算机及现场Modbus网络构建了隧道监测网络,同时还介绍了开发隧道监测网络的软硬件设计过程。现场实验表明,分布式光纤温度传感技术具有良好的应用前景和较高的推广价值。 相似文献

We describe a systematic investigation on void structures fabricated by femtosecond laser irradiation inside dielectric materials
for fabrication of a compact optical circuit. Void shapes fabricated in 5 different dielectric materials were compared and
the physical constants determining the void shape were discussed. A long void array is obtainable in a material which has
a low critical power for self-focusing. It was also indicated that the coefficient of thermal expansion is a dominant governing
factor to fabricate a precise void which has a clear boundary. Furthermore, we propose and design a Mach-Zehnder interferometer
in fused silica composed of optical waveguides and photonic crystals to verify practical application of a void array. Simulation
results of the optical propagation in a Mach-Zehnder interferometer indicated that the photonic crystals using a void array

This paper presents a hybrid CMOS-SEED multiprocessor network interface smart pixel design that implements a reservation-based channel control protocol for collisionless concurrent access to multiple optical interprocessor communication channels. An asynchronous optical token is used as the arbitration mechanism for reservation control instead of slotted access. A smart pixel optical sensor based on positive optical feedback is described and demonstrated. The scheme uses the reflectance of an external scene as part of the positive feedback loop and uses the nonlinear characteristics of a vertical-cavity surface-emitting laser to obtain bistability and hysteresis. As a result, the continuous reflectance variation of the scene is mapped to a digital output with increased noise immunity for each pixel of the array. 相似文献

An optical implementation of CMOS/SEED optoelectronic integrated crossbar interconnection network is reported. The CMOS/SEED smart pixel arrays with O/E light windows are used as logical controlling switch nodes. High/lower modulating ratio of the output light density is about 1.4. The light beam is supplied by a 0.85 μm semiconductor laser diode. 8×2 spot arrays formed by a computer-generated phase grating are used as the pumping light beams for CMOS/SEED light modulators. High-precision 2-D optical fiber bundle arrays are used as the I/O access devices. 16×16 optical crossbar interconnection network is realized using our experimental setup. It is easy to couple with CMOS/SEED smart pixel arrays by using 2-D optical fiber bundle arrays as the I/O access devices. Compact in comparison with other optical interconnection systems. 相似文献
