研究了Pd40Ni40P20合金在重力(1g)及微重力(μg)条件下凝固组织中溶质原子的分布.与重力条件相比,微重力条件下凝固的样品组织中,初生相的P含量较低,而Pd的含量较高;共晶区域内的平均P含量较高而平均Pd含量较低.深入分析初生树枝晶一次枝晶间距L与冷却率υ以及固液界面前沿液相中溶质综合输运系数D的相互关系,发现地面条件下的固液界面前沿液相中溶质综合输运系数D1g比空间的Dμg大1.7倍. 关键词:  相似文献

Ni-Co/nano-Al2O3 (Ni-Co/Al2O3) composite coatings were prepared under pulse reversal current (PRC) and direct current (dc) methods respectively. The microstructure of coatings was characterized by means of XRD, SEM and TEM. Both the Ni-Co alloy and composite coatings exhibit single phase of Ni matrix with face-centered cubic (fcc) crystal structure, and the crystal orientation of the Ni-Co/Al2O3 composite coating was transformed from crystal face (2 0 0) to (1 1 1) compared with alloy coatings. The hardness, anti-wear property and macro-residual stress were also investigated. The results showed that the microstructure and performance of the coatings were greatly affected by Al2O3 content and the electrodeposition methods. With the increasing of Al2O3 content, the hardness and wear resistance of the composite coatings enhanced. The PRC composite coatings exhibited compact surface, high hardness, better wear resistance and lower macro-residual stress compared with that of the dc composite coatings.  相似文献

The precipitation microstructure of the γ′ (AlAg2) intermetallic phase has been examined in aluminium-silver-copper alloys. The microstructure developed in an Al-0.90at.%Ag-90at.Cu alloy was significantly different from that reported for binary Al-Ag alloys. The orientation relationship between the matrix and precipitate was unchanged; however, the γ′ phase formed assemblies with a two-dimensional, open arrangement of precipitates. Each such assembly contained two variants of the γ′ phase alternately arranged to form a faceted elliptical unit. The θ′ (Al2Cu) phase formed on these assemblies after further ageing. Each assembly was formed via repeated precipitation of the γ′ phase on dissociated segments of a single dislocation loop. This faceted elliptical assembly has not been previously reported for the γ′ precipitate. The difference between the precipitation behaviour of the γ′ phase in Al-Ag and Al-Ag-Cu alloys was attributed to copper modifying the as-quenched defect structure of the matrix. The formation of faceted elliptical γ′ phase assemblies clarifies earlier observations on the precipitate number density and mechanical properties of aluminium-silver-copper alloys.  相似文献

The phase separation and rapid solidification of liquid ternary Co45Cu42Pb13 immiscible alloy have been investigated under both bulk undercooling and containerless processing conditions. The undercooled bulk alloy is solidified as a vertical two-layer structure, whereas the containerlessly solidified alloy droplet is characterized by core-shell structures. The dendritic growth velocity of primary α(Co) phase shows a power-law relation to undercooling and achieves a maximum of 1.52 m/s at the undercooling of 112 K. The Pb content is always enriched in Cu-rich zone and depleted in Co-rich zone. Numerical analyses indicate that the Stokes motion, solutal Marangoni convection, thermal Marangoni convection, and interfacial energy play the main roles in the correlated process of macrosegregation evolution and microstructure formation.  相似文献

Plasma sprayed nanostructured coatings were successfully fabricated on a titanium alloy (Ti-6Al-4V) substrate using the as-prepared nanostructured Al2O3-13wt%TiO2 feedstock. A CO2 laser was used to remelt the plasma sprayed coatings. The effects of laser remelting on the phase constituents, microstructure and properties of the ceramic coatings were investigated. The laser remelted coatings (LRmC) possessed a much denser and more homogenous structure and excellent metallurgical bonding to the substrate. The average porosity of the LRmC was reduced to 0.9%, compared with 6.2% of the as-sprayed coatings. The net-like structure in the as-prepared feedstock remained in the coatings before and after laser remelting. The metastable γ-Al2O3 phase in the as-sprayed coatings transformed to stable α-Al2O3 during laser remelting. The LRmC could remain nanostructure. The microhardness of the coatings was enhanced to 1000-1400 HV0.3 after laser remelting, which was much higher than that of the plasma sprayed coatings and 2-3 times higher that of the substrate. Significant decreases in surface roughness were also found in the LRmC.  相似文献

用中子衍射技术研究了Mn1.074Al0.871C0.055永磁合金的晶体结构和磁结构,Mn1.074Al0.871C0.055为四角体心结构,从中子衍射谱线的拟合结果可以看出:0.992Mn和0.008C占据(0,0,0)晶位;0.082Mn、0.87lAl和0.047C占据(1/2,1/2,1/2)晶位,在不同晶位上的Mn原子的磁矩沿c轴方向反平行排列,把这些结果与Mn1.09Al0.91二元合金的中子衍射结果相比较,可以解释Mn1.074Al0.871C0.055三元合金的磁性和机械性能都可获得明显提高的原因。 关键词:  相似文献

Highly corrosion-resistant nanocrystalline Mg-Zn-Y-Al multi-phase alloys have been prepared by consolidation of rapidly solidified (RS) ribbons. The relation between corrosion behavior and microstructure evolution of Mg-Zn-Y-Al alloys with a long period stacking ordered phase has been investigated. In order to clarify the influence of rapid solidification on the occurrence of localized corrosion such as filiform corrosion, several Mg96.75Zn0.75Y2Al0.5 (at.%) alloys with different cooling rates are fabricated by the gravity casting, copper mould injection casting and melt-spinning techniques and their corrosion behavior and microstructures are examined by the salt water immersion test, electrochemical measurements, GDOES, XRD, SEM and TEM. To clarify the effect of aluminium addition on the improvement in corrosion resistance of the alloys, several Mg97.25−xZn0.75Y2Alx alloys with different aluminium contents are fabricated by consolidating RS ribbons and the formation of corroded films on the Mg-Zn-Y-Al alloys have been investigated. Rapid solidification brings about the grain refinement and an increase in the solid solubility of zinc, yttrium and aluminium into the magnesium matrix, enhancing microstructural and electrochemical homogeneity, which in turn enhanced corrosion resistance. The addition of aluminium to magnesium can modify the structure and chemical composition of surface films and improves the resistance to local breakdown of the films.  相似文献

Micro-arc oxidation (MAO) is an effective approach to improve the properties of aluminum and its alloy by forming ceramic films on the surface. However, the oxide layers often have a porous surface structure, which exhibits relatively high friction coefficients. In this work, in order to enhance the surface and mechanical properties of the films produced by micro-arc oxidation, Al2O3 coatings embedded with Fe micrograins of different thicknesses were produced on aluminum alloys by adding Fe micrograins into the electrolyte during MAO. Compared to the Al2O3 coatings without Fe micrograins, the MAO Al2O3 coatings with Fe micrograins are much denser and harder, and the wear resistance is also improved significantly. The enhancement can be attributed to the enhancement of the surface structure and morphology of the MAO Al2O3 coatings with embedded Fe micrograins.  相似文献

采用Zr靶和Al2O3靶通过在Ar,N2混合气氛中进行反应磁控溅射的方法制备了不同AlON调制层厚和不同ZrN调制层厚的两个系列的ZrN/AlON纳米多层膜.利用X射线能量色散谱仪、X射线衍射仪、高分辨透射电子显微镜和微力学探针研究了多层膜的成分、微结构和力学性能.结果表明,在Ar,N2混合气氛中对Al2O3进行溅射的过程中,N原子会部分取代Al2O3中的氧原子,形成AlON化合物.在ZrN/AlON纳米多层膜中,由于受到ZrN晶体调制层的模板作用,溅射条件下以非晶态存在的AlON层在其厚度小于0.9nm时被强制晶化并与ZrN层形成共格外延生长;相应地,多层膜的硬度明显提高,最高硬度达到33.0GPa.进一步增加多层膜中AlON调制层的厚度,AlON层形成非晶结构,破坏了多层膜的共格外延生长,导致其硬度逐步降低. 关键词: ZrN/AlON纳米多层膜 外延生长 非晶晶化 力学性能  相似文献

研究了Zr65Cu17.5Ni10Al7.5合金定向凝固过程中组织形态的演变特征,探索了不同的凝固方向与重力场方向间的相互取向关系对凝固组织形态的影响.存在着一个临界抽拉速度Vfc,当抽拉速度大于该临界值时组织方向性变差.该合金本身的物理性质决定了它具有一个较小的临界值(Vfc=5mm/min).不同的凝固方向与重力场的相对取向关系改变了液-固界面前沿的浮力对流状态.当凝固方 关键词:  相似文献

The rapid solidification of Al-30%Cu-18%Ag ternary alloy is investigated by using the free fall method. Its solidified microstructure is composed of θ(Al2Cu), α(Al) and ξ(Ag2Al) phases. The liquidus temperature and solidus temperature are determined as 778 and 827 K, respectively. The alloy melt undercooled amounts up to ΔT Max=171 K (0.20T L). Its microstructural evolution is investigated based on the theoretical analysis of undercooling behavior and nucleation mechanics. It is found that the undercooling increases with the decrease of the diameter of the alloy droplet. When ΔT<78 K, the primary θ(Al2Cu) phase of the alloy grows into coarse dendrite. When 78 K⩽ΔT⩽171 K, its refined θ(Al2Cu) phase grows alternatively with α(Al) phase. Once ΔT⩾171 K, its microstructure is characterized by the anomalous (θ+α+ξ) ternary eutectic. The columnar-grained structure induced by directional solidification was beneficial to improve the deformability of Fe83Ga17 alloy. Fe83Ga17 wires with diameter of 0.5∼0.9 mm were prepared successfully by hot rotary swaging and warm drawing from the directional solidified rods. The magnetostriction and microstructure of the as-drawn and the annealed Fe83Ga17 wires with diameter of 0.6 mm were investigated. Results demonstrated that the magnetostriction of Fe83Ga17 wires depended on the microstructure and the fiber texture, which were controlled by heat treatment process. The maximum magnetostriction of 160 ppm was detected in the annealed wire, which has the ideal <100> fiber texture. The phase mixture of A2 containing heterogeneous modified-DO3 phase has beneficial effect on magnetostriction.  相似文献

A distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) utilizing the digital alloy Al0.9Ga0.1As was grown by using the molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) method for application in 1.3 μm optical communications and compared to the analog-alloy AlGaAs/GaAs DBR. The transmission electron microscopic (TEM) image showed a highly abrupt boundary of AlAs and GaAs, which supports the formation of a digital-alloy Al0.9Ga0.1As layer. The measurement showed that the digital-alloy AlGaAs/GaAs DBR had similar reflection spectra with enhanced uniform distribution over the whole substrate surface compared to the analog-alloy one. In the digital-alloy Al0.9Ga0.1As/GaAs DBR cavity, the reflection dip position was measured at around 1273 nm and the standard deviation of the distribution of the reflection dip was 1.31 nm in wavelength over 1/4 of a three-inch wafer.  相似文献

Dry-ice blasting, as an environmental-friendly method, was introduced into atmospheric plasma spraying for improving properties of metallic, alloy and ceramic coatings. The deposited coatings were then compared with coatings plasma-sprayed using conventional air cooling in terms of microstructure, temperature, oxidation, porosity, residual stress and adhesion. It was found that a denser steel or CoNiCrAlY alloy coating with a lower content of oxide can be achieved with the application of dry-ice blasting during the plasma spraying. In addition, the adhesive strength of Al2O3 coating deposited with dry-ice blasting exceeded 60 MPa, which was nearly increased by 30% compared with that of the coating deposited with conventional air cooling. The improvement in properties of plasma-sprayed metallic, alloy and ceramic coatings caused by dry-ice blasting was attributed to the decrease of annulus-ringed disk like splats, the better cooling efficiency of dry-ice pellets and even the mechanical effect of dry-ice impact.  相似文献

Alumina-zirconia eutectic composites are directionally solidified using the Stepanov (EFG) technique. The 58.6 m/o Al2O3+39.2 m/o ZrO2+2.2 m/o Y2O3 composites contain a cubic 5.6 Y-FSZ phase and the 59 m/o Al2O3+40 m/o ZrO2+1 m/o Y2O3 composites contain a tetragonal 2.5 Y-PSZ phase with a small amount of monoclinic zirconia. Relationships between nominal composition, preparation conditions, phase composition, microstructure, and physical properties (fast ionic conductivity, dielectric response, microhardness, cracking process) are reported. It is shown that the properties depend not only on well defined parameters (nominal and phase compositions, growth rate, annealing etc.) but also on a spurious contamination of the melt which results in growth irregularities and a porosity of the composites. The solidification microstructure plays a critical role in determining the surface properties of laser-treated magnesium alloys. The purpose of this paper is to study the solidification microstructures of AZ91D Mg alloy following millisecond- and nanosecond-pulse Nd:YAG laser irradiation. The solidification microstructural evolution of laser-melt AZ91D Mg alloy was investigated using X-ray diffractometry, scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometer and transmission electron microscopy. Much refined α-Mg phase and β-Mg17Al12 intermetallics were observed in the microstructure after laser surface melting. Periodic and successive structure was observed in the millisecond irradiated surface and the melt depth was more than 100 μm. The solidification microstructure was mainly cellular/dendrite structures together with a large number of β-Mg17Al12 nano-particles. Micron holes were found in the nanosecond irradiated surface and the melt depth was shallow at 50 μm. Millisecond-pulse Nd:YAG laser was found to be more suitable for Mg alloy surface treatment due to sufficient melt depth.  相似文献

采用多靶磁控溅射法制备了一系列具有不同Al2O3调制层厚度的TiN/Al2O3纳米多层膜. 利用X射线能量色散谱、X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、高分辨透射电子显微镜和微力学探针表征了多层膜的成分、微结构和力学性能. 研究结果表明,在TiN/Al2O3纳米多层膜中,单层膜时以非晶态存在的Al2O3层在厚度小于1.5 nm时因TiN晶体层的模板效应而晶化,并与TiN层形成共格外延生长,相应地,多层膜产生硬度明显升高的超硬效应,最高硬度可达37.9 GPa. 进一步增加多层膜中Al2O3调制层的层厚度,Al2O3层逐渐形成非晶结构并破坏了多层膜的共格外延生长,使得多层膜的硬度逐步降低. 关键词: 2O3纳米多层膜')" href="#">TiN/Al2O3纳米多层膜 外延生长 非晶晶化 超硬效应  相似文献

The present work has investigated the influence of direct aging treatment on the precipitation sequence and properties of the Cu-15Ni-8Sn alloy coatings prepared by laser cladding. The experimental results show that the tendency of Sn segregation in the conventional Cu-15Ni-8Sn solidification microstructure is effectively relieved. Before aging, there are only two phases in the coating: the α-Cu solid solution dendrites with 7 wt.% Sn solubility, and a small fraction of Sn-enriched δ-phase at the interdendrites in rapid solidified microstructure. After the coating was directly aged at 370 °C without traditional solution pretreatment, the α-Cu solid solution dendrites experience precipitations in the order of pure spinodal decomposition, DO22-ordered structure and discontinue γ-DO3. The microhardness of the coating treated by direct aging reached 390 HV 0.5, which was higher than that treated by conventional solution and aging process owing to the solidified fine grains and hardening effect of spinodal decomposition. In addition, the Sn-enriched δ-phase at the interdendrites also decomposes to laminar discontinuous precipitated γ-DO3 phase after aging. Precipitation sequence and properties of the clad coatings change obviously during the direct aging treatment.  相似文献

研究了高矫顽力型FeCrCo合金力学性能和微观结构间的关系.对抗弯强度和断裂韧性的测试 结果表明,高矫顽力型FeCrCo合金的力学性能远低于普通FeCrCo合金.透射电镜照片显示高 矫顽力合金的两相成分差较大;x射线衍射结果反映高矫顽力合金衍射峰强度较弱而半高宽 较大,说明高矫顽力合金中调幅分解进行彻底.合金中α1,α2两 相成分差的扩 大使晶格错配度增加,强度提高,韧性降低.这就是高矫顽力合金力学性能变差的原因. 关键词: 力学性能 调幅分解 抗弯强度 断裂韧性  相似文献

Electron microscopic and differential scanning calorimetric (DSC) studies have been performed to investigate the phase transitions in the rapidly solidified Al6CuMg4 alloy system. We present evidence, for the first time, that anendothermic quasicrystalline to crystalline transition occurs in this system around 340°C. This is an unexpected feature—for conventional wisdom would lead one to expect exothermic behaviour as was seen in Al86Mn14—and points to the fact that stability of certain quasicrystalline phases may be much larger than hitherto expected. Some comments on the recently reported large quasicrystal for the Al6CuLi3 system are also made in the light of our observation.  相似文献
