通过聚光波导提高光的转换和收集效率,是提高太阳能电池效率、减少电池用量、降低光伏发电系统成本的重要途径。利用PMMA作为波导基质材料,Rhodamine 6G(罗丹明6G)作为荧光染料,通过涂覆方法,在表面积为50 mm×50 mm、厚度为5 mm的洁净PMMA衬底上制备出了荧光层厚度约为32 μm的平面波导型聚光器,并研究了荧光染料的掺杂浓度对其聚光比和光伏性能的影响。结果表明,当掺杂浓度为0.250%时,聚光器的聚光比和器件的光伏性能达到了最优,分别为0.45%和0.49%。 相似文献

为满足聚光光伏系统的聚光需求,解决传统点聚焦式聚光光伏系统中聚焦光斑不均匀、径长比过大和聚光比较小的缺点,在不增加二次匀光器件的前提下,设计了径长比小、聚焦光斑相对均匀、聚光比高的聚光光伏系统。根据几何光学柯勒照明原理、等光程原理和反射定律,通过数值求解等光程方程组获得聚光镜各个面型的轮廓曲线。利用TracePro软件对所设计的聚光系统进行光线追迹模拟,结果表明:在聚光比为725的情况下,聚焦光斑最大照度仅为太阳照度的2300倍,是点聚焦情况下的1/10左右,系统的径长比为0.3,接收角为0.72°。系统设计实现了结构紧凑,聚光性能高的设计目标,为高倍聚光光伏系统的小型化,简单化提供了一种有效的解决途径。 相似文献

为有效提高空间太阳能聚光器的聚光效率,提出了一种用于太阳能热推进器的具有伞状龙骨结构的可折叠展开式抛物面太阳能聚光器设计方案,该方案可以克服充气展开式抛物面聚光器和刚性固定抛物面聚光器具有的技术难题。设计了一个聚光功率100 kW,开口圆半径4.9 m的可折叠展开式伞状龙骨结构正焦抛物面聚光器,利用Fluent软件,对太阳能热推进器进行了模拟和性能预示,以氢气为工质气体,得到系统的推力和比冲可以分别到达10.23 N和701.4 s。结果表明:这种推进器具有比冲高、推力适中的特点,可以用于微小卫星、纳卫星的轨道转换及姿态控制。 相似文献

Thermal modeling optimization and experimental validation for a single, concentrator solar cell system with a heat sink 下载免费PDF全文
A single concentrator solar cell model with a heat sink is established to simulate the thermal performance of the system by varying the number, height, and thickness of fins, the base thickness and thermal resistance of the thermal conductive adhesive. Influence disciplines of those parameters on temperatures of the solar cell and heat sink are obtained. With optimized number, height and thickness of fins, and the thickness values of base of 8, 1.4 cm, 1.5 mm, and 2 mm, the lowest temperatures of the solar cell and heat sink are 41.7℃ and 36.3℃ respectively. A concentrator solar cell prototype with a heat sink fabricated based on the simulation optimized structure is built. Outdoor temperatures of the prototype are tested. Temperatures of the solar cell and heat sink are stabilized with time continuing at about 37℃-38℃ and 35℃-36℃ respectively, slightly lower than the simulation results because of effects of the wind and cloud. Thus the simulation model enables to predict the thermal performance of the system, and the simulation results can be a reference for designing heat sinks in the field of single concentrator solar cells. 相似文献

A solar concentrator combining primary paraboloidal and secondary hyperboloidal mirrors is numerically designed by using the ray tracing method to obtain higher concentration ratio when the concentrator tracing error exists. It is found that, when the concentrator tracing errors are 0.5° or 1°, the concentration ratios are about 2027 or 1220 without the detector in the radial-direction, and the concentration ratios are about 5447 or 4701 with the detector in the radial-direction. It is shown that such method can increase the concentration solar flux by two folds when the concentrator tracing error exists. Obviously, it is an effective method to reduce the effect of concentrator tracing error even when the angle of concentrator tracing error is considered. In addition, when the angle of concentrator tracing error is small than 1°, a set of mirror shapes is suggested where the primary mirror has a f-number of 0.22 and the secondary mirror has a numerical aperture (NA) of 0.61. 相似文献

The design of single element planar hemispherical gradient-index solar lenses that can accommodate the constraints of realistic materials and fabrication techniques are presented, and simulated with an extended and polychromatic solar source for concentrator photovoltaics at flux concentration values exceeding 1000 suns. A metal plate cooling model for 400× single concentrator solar cells was established.The effects of the thickness and the radius of the metal plate,and the air environment on the temperature of the solar cells were analyzed in detail.It is shown that the temperature of the solar cells decreased sharply at the beginning,with the increase in the thickness of the metal plate,and then changed more smoothly.When the radius of the metal plate was 4 cm and the thickness increased to 2 mm or thicker,the temperature of the solar cell basically stabilized at about 53 C.Increasing the radius of the metal plate and the convective transfer coefficient made the temperature of the solar cell decrease remarkably.The effects of Al and Cu as the metal plate material on cooling were analyzed contrastively,and demonstrated the superiority of Al material for the cooling system.Furthermore,considering cost reduction,space holding and the stress of the system,we optimized the structural design of the metal plate.The simulated results can be referred to the design of the structure for the metal plate.Finally,a method to devise the structure of the metal plate for single concentrator solar cells was given. 相似文献

针对可折叠展开式伞状龙骨聚光器具有自重低、功率高、比冲高、推力适中的特点,利用ANSYS和ZEMAX软件对功率为100 kW的可折叠展开式伞状龙骨聚光器在太空环境中的聚光性能进行模拟分析。在太阳风及衬底薄膜表面张力的影响下,伞面最大应力为1.66 MPa,远小于Kevlar材料及Ti-6Al-4V龙骨材料的阈值强度,伞面最大形变仅为0.941 mm,焦斑半径为6.37 cm,几何聚光比可达5 917,比标准抛物面仅减小了1.25%。结果表明:将材质轻、抗拉伸强度高的伞状龙骨结构引入可折叠展开式聚光器的设计方案,在很大程度上抵消了衬底薄膜材料表面张力及太阳风对聚光器工作形态的影响,可消除褶皱,提高可折叠展开式伞状龙骨聚光器的结构稳定性及可展开度,同时证明了伞状龙骨结构及Kevlar材料的选择是合理的。 相似文献

报道了新重丰中子汞同位素209Hg的首次观察.The new neutron rich mercury isotope 209Hg has been identified from the separated mercury products producted in 600 MeV 18O+natPb (thick target) reaction. An on line, gas thermochromatographic technique and a special detection method were used. Four γ rays following the 209Hg decay were assigned. The half life of 209Hg was determined to be 35+9-6 s. 相似文献
