We show that there do not exist computable functions f 1(e, i), f 2(e, i), g 1(e, i), g 2(e, i) such that for all e, iω, (1) $ {\left( {W_{{f_{1} {\left( {e,i} \right)}}} - W_{{f_{2} {\left( {e,i} \right)}}} } \right)} \leqslant _{{\rm T}} {\left( {W_{e} - W_{i} } \right)}; $ (2) $ {\left( {W_{{g_{1} {\left( {e,i} \right)}}} - W_{{g_{2} {\left( {e,i} \right)}}} } \right)} \leqslant _{{\rm T}} {\left( {W_{e} - W_{i} } \right)}; $ (3) $ {\left( {W_{e} - W_{i} } \right)} \not\leqslant _{{\rm T}} {\left( {W_{{f_{1} {\left( {e,i} \right)}}} - W_{{f_{2} {\left( {e,i} \right)}}} } \right)} \oplus {\left( {W_{{g_{1} {\left( {e,i} \right)}}} - W_{{g_{2} {\left( {e,i} \right)}}} } \right)}; $ (4) $ {\left( {W_{e} - W_{i} } \right)} \not\leqslant _{{\rm T}} {\left( {W_{{f_{1} {\left( {e,i} \right)}}} - W_{{f_{2} {\left( {e,i} \right)}}} } \right)}{\text{unless}}{\left( {W_{e} - W_{i} } \right)} \leqslant _{{\rm T}} {\emptyset};{\text{and}} $ (5) $ {\left( {W_{e} - W_{i} } \right)} \leqslant _{{\rm T}} {\left( {W_{{g_{1} {\left( {e,i} \right)}}} - W_{{g_{2} {\left( {e,i} \right)}}} } \right)}{\text{unless}}{\left( {W_{e} - W_{i} } \right)} \leqslant _{{\rm T}} {\emptyset}. $ It follows that the splitting theorems of Sacks and Cooper cannot be combined uniformly.  相似文献

We consider the following system of integral equations $${u_{i}(t)=\int\nolimits_{I} g_{i}(t, s)f(s, u_{1}(s), u_{2}(s), \cdots, u_{n}(s))ds, \quad t \in I, \ 1 \leq i\leq n}$$ where I is an interval of $\mathbb{R}$ . Our aim is to establish criteria such that the above system has a constant-sign periodic and almost periodic solution (u 1, u 2,…,u n ) when I is an infinite interval of $\mathbb{R}$ , and a constant-sign periodic solution when I is a finite interval of $\mathbb{R}$ . The above problem is also extended to that on $\mathbb{R}$ $$u_{i} {\left( t \right)} = {\int_\mathbb{R} {g_{i} {\left( {t,s} \right)}f_{i} {\left( {s,u_{1} {\left( s \right)},u_{2} {\left( s \right)}, \cdots ,u_{n} {\left( s \right)}} \right)}ds\quad t \in \mathbb{R},\quad 1 \leqslant i \leqslant n.} }$$   相似文献

Let ${f:\Omega \rightarrow \mathbb{R}}$ be a smooth function on a domain   ${\Omega \subset \mathbb{C}^n}$ with its Hessian matrix ${\left( \frac{\partial^2 f}{\partial z^i \partial\bar{z}^j}\right)}$ positive Hermitian. In this paper, we investigate a class of partial differential equations $$\Delta \ln \det (f_{i\bar{j}}) = \beta \;\| \text{grad} \ln \det (f_{i\bar{j}}) \|^2, $$ where Δ and ${\| \cdot \|}$ are the Laplacian and tensor norm, respectively, with respect to the metric ${G = \sum f_{i\bar{j}} \,dz^i \otimes d\bar{z}^j}$ , and β > 1 is some real constant depending on the dimension n. We prove that the above PDEs have a Bernstein property when the metric G is complete, provided that ${\det (f_{i\bar{j}})}$ and the Ricci curvature are bounded.  相似文献

The paper is devoted to the study of the weak norms of the classical operators in the vector-valued setting.
  1. Let S, H denote the singular integral involution operator and the Hilbert transform on $L^p \left( {\mathbb{T}, \ell _\mathbb{C}^2 } \right)$ , respectively. Then for 1 ≤ p ≤ 2 and any f, $$\left\| {\mathcal{S}f} \right\|_{p,\infty } \leqslant \left( {\frac{1} {\pi }\int_{ - \infty }^\infty {\frac{{\left| {\tfrac{2} {\pi }\log \left| t \right|} \right|^p }} {{t^2 + 1}}dt} } \right)^{ - 1/p} \left\| f \right\|p,$$ $$\left\| {\mathcal{H}f} \right\|_{p,\infty } \leqslant \left( {\frac{1} {\pi }\int_{ - \infty }^\infty {\frac{{\left| {\tfrac{2} {\pi }\log \left| t \right|} \right|^p }} {{t^2 + 1}}dt} } \right)^{ - 1/p} \left\| f \right\|p.$$ Both inequalities are sharp.
  2. Let P + and P ? stand for the Riesz projection and the co-analytic projection on $L^p \left( {\mathbb{T}, \ell _\mathbb{C}^2 } \right)$ , respectively. Then for 1 ≤ p ≤ 2 and any f, $$\left\| {P + f} \right\|_{p,\infty } \leqslant \left\| f \right\|_p ,$$ $$\left\| {P - f} \right\|_{p,\infty } \leqslant \left\| f \right\|_p .$$ Both inequalities are sharp.
  3. We establish the sharp versions of the estimates above in the nonperiodic case.
The results are new even if the operators act on complex-valued functions. The proof rests on the construction of an appropriate plurisubharmonic function and probabilistic techniques.  相似文献

Let ${{\mathbb H}_n, n \geq 1}$ , be the near 2n-gon defined on the 1-factors of the complete graph on 2n?+?2 vertices, and let e denote the absolutely universal embedding of ${{\mathbb H}_n}$ into PG(W), where W is a ${\frac{1}{n+2} \left(\begin{array}{c}2n+2 \\ n+1\end{array}\right)}$ -dimensional vector space over the field ${{\mathbb F}_2}$ with two elements. For every point z of ${{\mathbb H}_n}$ and every ${i \in {\mathbb N}}$ , let Δ i (z) denote the set of points of ${{\mathbb H}_n}$ at distance i from z. We show that for every pair {x, y} of mutually opposite points of ${{\mathbb H}_n, W}$ can be written as a direct sum ${W_0 \oplus W_1 \oplus \cdots \oplus W_n}$ such that the following four properties hold for every ${i \in \{0,\ldots,n \}}$ : (1) ${\langle e(\Delta_i(x) \cap \Delta_{n-i}(y)) \rangle = {\rm PG}(W_i)}$ ; (2) ${\left\langle e \left( \bigcup_{j \leq i} \Delta_j(x) \right) \right\rangle = {\rm PG}(W_0 \oplus W_1 \oplus \cdots \oplus W_i)}$ ; (3) ${\left\langle e \left( \bigcup_{j \leq i} \Delta_j(y) \right) \right\rangle = {\rm PG}(W_{n-i}\oplus W_{n-i+1} \oplus \cdots \oplus W_n)}$ ; (4) ${\dim(W_i) = |\Delta_i(x) \cap \Delta_{n-i}(y)| = \left(\begin{array}{c}n \\ i\end{array}\right)^2 - \left(\begin{array}{c}n \\ i-1\end{array}\right) \cdot \left(\begin{array}{c}n \\ i+1\end{array}\right)}$ .  相似文献

Let \(f(z) = \sum\limits_{h = 0}^\infty {f_h z^h } \) be a power series with positive radius of convergenceR f ≤1,f h algebraic and lacunary in the following sense: Let {r n }, {s n } be two infinite sequences of integers, satisfying $$0 = s_0 \leqslant r_1< s_1 \leqslant r_2< s_2 \leqslant r_3< s_3 \leqslant ..., \mathop {lim}\limits_{n \to \infty } (s_n /F(n)) = \infty $$ such that $$f_h = 0 if r_n< h< s_n ,f_{r_n } \ne 0,f_{s_n } \ne 0 for n = 1,2,3,...;$$ F(n) denotes a certain function ofn, dependent onr n and \(f_0 ,f_1 ,f_2 , \ldots f_{r_n } \) . Using ideas from a note ofK. Mahler, among other results the following main theorem is proved: The function valuef(α) (with α algebraic, 0<|α|<R f ) is algebraic if and only if there exists a positive integerN=N(α) such that $$P_n (\alpha ): = \sum\limits_{h = s_n }^{r_{n + 1} } {f_h \alpha ^h = 0 for all n \geqslant N.} $$   相似文献

In this paper, the relationship between the extended family and several mixing properties in measuretheoretical dynamical systems is investigated. The extended family eF related to a given family F can be regarded as the collection of all sets obtained as"piecewise shifted"members of F.For a measure preserving transformation T on a Lebesgue space(X,B,μ),the sets of"accurate intersections of order k"defined below are studied,Nε(A0,A1,...,Ak)=n∈Z+:μk i=0T inAiμ(A0)μ(A1)μ(Ak)ε,for k∈N,A0,A1,...,Ak∈B and ε0.It is shown that if T is weakly mixing(mildly mixing)then for any k∈N,all the sets Nε(A0,A1,...,Ak)have Banach density 1(are in(eFip),i.e.,the dual of the extended family related to IP-sets).  相似文献

Let KL 1(?) and let fL (?) be two functions on ?. The convolution $$ \left( {K*F} \right)\left( x \right) = \int_\mathbb{R} {K\left( {x - y} \right)f\left( y \right)dy} $$ can be considered as an average of f with weight defined by K. Wiener’s Tauberian theorem says that under suitable conditions, if $$ \mathop {\lim }\limits_{x \to \infty } \left( {K*F} \right)\left( x \right) = \mathop {\lim }\limits_{x \to \infty } \int_\mathbb{R} {\left( {K*A} \right)\left( x \right)} $$ for some constant A, then $$ \mathop {\lim }\limits_{x \to \infty } f\left( x \right) = A $$ We prove the following ?-adic analogue of this theorem: Suppose K, F, G are perverse ?-adic sheaves on the affine line $ \mathbb{A} $ over an algebraically closed field of characteristic p (p ≠ ?). Under suitable conditions, if $ \left( {K*F} \right)|_{\eta _\infty } \cong \left( {K*G} \right)|_{\eta _\infty } $ , then $ F|_{\eta _\infty } \cong G|_{\eta _\infty } $ , where η is the spectrum of the local field of $ \mathbb{A} $ at .  相似文献

Let b 1, b 2 ∈ BMO(? n ) and T σ be a bilinear Fourier multiplier operator with associated multiplier σ satisfying the Sobolev regularity that $\mathop {\sup }\limits_{\kappa \in \mathbb{Z}} \left\| {\sigma _\kappa } \right\|_{W^{s_1 ,s_2 } \left( {\mathbb{R}^{2n} } \right)} < \infty$ for some s 1, s 2 ∈ (n/2, n]. In this paper, the behavior on $L^{p_1 } \left( {\mathbb{R}^n } \right) \times L^{p_2 } \left( {\mathbb{R}^n } \right)\left( {p_1 ,p_2 \in \left( {1,\infty } \right)} \right)$ , on H 1(? n ) × L p2 (? n ) (p 2 ∈ [2,∞)), and on H 1(? n ) × H 1(? n ), is considered for the commutator $T_{\sigma ,\vec b}$ defined by $${T_{\sigma ,\vec b}}({f_1},{f_2})(x) = {b_1}(x){T_\sigma }({f_1},{f_2})(x) - {T_\sigma }({b_1}{f_1},{f_2})(x) + {b_2}(x){T_\sigma }({f_1},{f_2})(x) - {T_\sigma }({f_1},{b_2}{f_2})(x)$$ . By kernel estimates of the bilinear Fourier multiplier operators and employing some techniques in the theory of bilinear singular integral operators, it is proved that these mapping properties are very similar to those of the bilinear Fourier multiplier operator which were established by Miyachi and Tomita.  相似文献

We study pairs $\left( {\mathfrak{T}^1 ,\mathfrak{T}^0 } \right)$ of classes of nondecreasing total one-place arithmetic functions that specify reflexive and transitive binary relations $$\left\{ {\left( {A,B} \right)\left| {A,B \subseteq N\& \left( {\exists g.r,fh} \right)\left( {\exists f_1 \in \mathfrak{T}^0 } \right)\left[ {A \leqslant _m^h B\& f_0 \underline \triangleleft h\underline \triangleleft f_1 } \right]} \right.} \right\}$$ . (Here $k\underline \triangleleft {\kern 1pt} {\kern 1pt} {\kern 1pt} l$ means that the function l majorizes the function k almost everywhere.) Criteria for reflexivity and transitivity of such relations are established. Evidence of extensive branching of the arising system of bounded m-reducibilities is obtained. We construct examples of such reducibilities that essentially differ from the standard m-reducibility in the structure of systems of undecidability degrees that they generate and in the question of completeness of sets.  相似文献

Let $\gamma ,\delta \in \mathbb{R}^n $ with $\gamma _j ,\delta _j \in \{ 0,1\} $ . A comparison pair for a system of equations fi(u1,…,un)=0 (i=1,…,n) is a pair of vectors $v,w \in \mathbb{R}^n ,v \leqslant w$ , such that $$\begin{array}{*{20}c} {\gamma _i f_i (u_1 , \ldots ,u_{i - 1} ,v_i ,u_i + 1, \ldots ,u_n ) \leqslant 0,} \\ {\delta _i f_i (u_1 , \ldots ,u_{i - 1} ,w_i ,u_i + 1, \ldots ,u_n ) \geqslant 0} \\ \end{array} $$ for $\gamma _j u_j \geqslant v_j ,\delta _j u_j \leqslant w_j (j = 1, \ldots ,n)$ . The presence of comparison pairs enables one to essentially weaken the assumptions of the existence theorem. Bibliography: 1 title.  相似文献

LetQ(x) denote a quadratic form over the rational integers in four variables (x=(x1,...,x4)). ThenQ is representable as a symmetric matrix. Assume this matrix to be non-singular modp(p≠2 prime); then the “inverse” quadratic formQ ?1 modp can be defined. Letf:?4→? be defined such that the Fourier transformf exists and the sum $$\sum\limits_{x \in \mathbb{Z}^4 } {f(c x), c \in \mathbb{R}, c \ne 0} $$ is convergent. Consider the functional equation ${\Im_1(f ) = \Im_2(f )\,\,(\Im)}$ in a certain general setting. A function g is an approximate solution of ${(\Im)}$ if ${\Im_1(g)}$ and ${\Im_2(g)}$ are close in some sense. The Ulam stability problem asks whether or not there is a true solution of ${(\Im)}$ near g. In this paper, we achieve the general solution and the stability of the following functional equation $$\begin{array}{ll}f\left(\sum\limits^{n}_{i=1}x_{i} \right)+f\left(\sum\limits^{n-1}_{i=1} x_{i}-x_{n} \right)\\\quad=2f\left(\sum\limits^{n-1}_{i=1}x_{i} \right)+\sum\limits^{n-1}_{i=1}(f(x_{i}+x_{n}) +f(x_{i}-x_{n})-2f(x_{i}))\end{array}$$ for all x i (i =? 1,2, . . . , n), in non-Archimedean spaces.  相似文献

Varying conditions on the weight function f, the author is interested in whether the extremal of the ratio $\inf \frac{{\left\| {\nabla u} \right\|_{Lp} \left( \Omega \right)}}{{\left\| {fu} \right\|_{Lp} \left( \Omega \right)}}{\lambda }_{pq} \left( {\Omega ,f} \right)$ remains symmetric.
