In this article we generahze the polynomials of Kantorovitch \({P_n}(f)\) . Let \({B_n}\) be a sequence of linear operators from C[a,b] into \({H_n}\), if \[f(t) \in L[a,b],F(u) = \int_a^u {f(t)dt} ,{A_n}(f(t),x) = \frac{d}{{dx}}{B_{n + 1}}(F(u),x)\], here \({B_n}\)satisfy\[\begin{array}{l} (a):{B_n}(1,x) \equiv 1,{B_n}(u,x) \equiv x;\(b):for{\kern 1pt} {\kern 1pt} g(u) \in C[a,b]{\kern 1pt} {\kern 1pt} we{\kern 1pt} {\kern 1pt} have{\kern 1pt} {\kern 1pt} {B_n}(g(u),b) = g(b). \end{array}\]. we call such \({A_n}(f)\) generalized polynomials of Kantorovitch (denoted by \({A_n}(f) \in K\) ). Let \[\begin{array}{l} {\varepsilon _n}({W^2};x)\mathop = \limits^{def} \mathop {\sup }\limits_{f \in {W^2}} \left| {{A_n}(f(t),x) - f(x) - f'(x)({A_n}(t,x) - x)} \right|,\{\varepsilon _n}{({W^2}{L^p})_{{L^p}}}\mathop = \limits^{def} \mathop {\sup }\limits_{f \in {W^2}{L^p}} {\left\| {{A_n}(f(t),x) - f(x) - f'(x)({A_n}(t,x) - x)} \right\|_p}. \end{array}\] We have proved the following results: Let An he a sequence of linear continuous operators of type \[C[a,b] \Rightarrow C[a,b],{D_n}(x,z)\mathop = \limits^{def} {A_n}(\left| {t - z} \right|,x) - \left| {x - z} \right| - ({A_n}(t,x) - x)Sgn(x - z),{A_n}(1,x) = 1\] then (1):\({\varepsilon _n}({W^2};x) = \frac{1}{2}\int_a^b {\left| {{D_n}(x,z)} \right|} dz\), (2): Moreover, if \({A_n}\) be a sequence of linear positive operators, then for \(\left[ {\begin{array}{*{20}{c}} {a \le x \le b}\{a \le z \le b} \end{array}} \right]\) ,we have \({D_n}(x,z) \ge 0\), and \({\varepsilon _n}({W^2};x) = \frac{1}{2}{A_n}({(t - x)^2},x)\). Let \({A_n}(f) \in K\) be a sequence of linear positive operators,\[{R_n}{(z)_L} = \frac{1}{2}\int_a^b {\left| {{D_n}(x,z)} \right|} dx\],then \[{R_n}{(z)_L} = \frac{1}{2}\left[ {{B_{n + 1}}({u^2},z) - {z^2}} \right]\] and \[{\varepsilon _n}{({W^2}L)_L}{\rm{ = }}\frac{1}{2}\left\| {{B_{n + 1}}({u^2},z) - {z^2}} \right\|\]. Let \[{g_n} = \frac{1}{2}\mathop {\max }\limits_{a \le x \le b} {A_n}({(t - x)^2},x),{h_n} = \frac{1}{2}\mathop {\max }\limits_{a \le z \le b} \left[ {{B_{n + 1}}({u^2},z) - {z^2}} \right],\] then \[{\varepsilon _n}{({W^2}{L^p})_{{L^p}}} \le {g_n}^{1 - \frac{1}{p}}{h_n}^{\frac{1}{p}}(1 < p < \infty ).\]  相似文献

In this paper we study the first and tiie third boundary value problems for the elliptic equation \[\begin{array}{l} \varepsilon \left( {\sum\limits_{i,j = 1}^m {{d_{i,j}}(x)\frac{{{\partial ^2}u}}{{\partial {x_i}\partial {x_j}}} + \sum\limits_{i = 1}^m {{d_i}(x)\frac{{\partial u}}{{\partial {x_i}}} + d(x)u} } } \right) + \sum\limits_{i = 1}^m {{a_i}(x)\frac{{\partial u}}{{\partial {x_i}}} + b(x) + c} \ = f(x),x \in G(0 < \varepsilon \le 1), \end{array}\] as the degenerated operator bas singular points, where \[\sum\limits_{i,j = 1}^m {{d_{i,j}}(x){\xi _i}{\xi _j}} \ge {\delta _0}\sum\limits_{i = 1}^m {\xi _i^2} ,({\delta _0} > 0,x \in G).\] The uniformly valid asymptotic solutions of boundary value problems have been obtained under the condition of \[\sum\limits_{i = 1}^m {{a_i}(x){n_i}(x){|_{\partial G}} > 0,or} \sum\limits_{i = 1}^m {{a_i}(x){n_i}(x){|_{\partial G}} < 0} ,\] where \(n = ({n_1}(x),{n_2}(x), \cdots ,{n_m}(x))\) is the interior normal to \({\partial G}\).  相似文献

Consider the two-sided truncation distrbution families written in the formf(x,θ)dx=w(θ_1, θ_2)h(x)I_([θ_1,θ_2])(x)dx, where θ=(θ_1,θ_2).T(x)=(t_1(x), t_2(x))=(min(x_1,…,x_m), max(x_1, …,x_m))is a sufficient statistic and its marginal density is denoted by f(t)dμ~T. The prior distribution of θ belongs to the familyF={G:∫‖θ‖~2dG(θ)<∞}.In this paper, the author constructs the empirical Bayes estimator (EBE) of θ, φ_n (t), by using the kernel estimation of f(t). Under a quite general assumption imposed upon f(t) and h(x), it is shown that φ_n(t) is an asymptotically optimal EBE of θ.  相似文献

In this paper the author proves a new fundamental lemma of Hardy-Lebesgne class $\[{H^2}(\sigma )\]$ and by this lemma obtains some fundamental results of exponential stability of $\[{C_0}\]$-semigroup of bounded linear operators in Banach spaces. Specially, if $\[{\omega _s} = \sup \{ {\mathop{\rm Re}\nolimits} \lambda ;\lambda \in \sigma (A) < 0\} \]$ and $\[\sup \{ \left\| {{{(\lambda - A)}^{ - 1}}} \right\|;{\mathop{\rm Re}\nolimits} \lambda \ge \sigma \} < \infty \]$ , where \[\sigma \in ({\omega _s},0)\]) and A is the infinitesimal generator of a $\[{C_0}\]$-semigroup in a Banach space $X$, then $\[(a)\int_0^\infty {{e^{ - \sigma t}}\left| {f({e^{tA}}x)} \right|} dt < \infty \]$, $\[\forall f \in {X^*},x \in X\]$; (b) there exists $\[M > 0\]$ such that $\[\left\| {{e^{tA}}x} \right\| \le N{e^{\sigma t}}\left\| {Ax} \right\|\]$, $\[\forall x \in D(A)\]$; (c) there exists a Banach space $\[\hat X \supset X\]$ such that $\[\left\| {{e^{tA}}x} \right\|\hat x \le {e^{\sigma t}}\left\| x \right\|\hat x,\forall x \in X.\]$.  相似文献

The paper considers the random L-Dirichlet seriesf(s,ω)=sum from n=1 to ∞ P_n(s,ω)exp(-λ_ns)and the random B-Dirichlet seriesψτ_0(s,ω)=sum from n=1 to ∞ P_n(σ iτ_0,ω)exp(-λ_ns),where {λ_n} is a sequence of positive numbers tending strictly monotonically to infinity, τ_0∈R is a fixed real number, andP_n(s,ω)=sum from j=1 to m_n ε_(nj)a_(nj)s~ja random complex polynomial of order m_n, with {ε_(nj)} denoting a Rademacher sequence and {a_(nj)} a sequence of complex constants. It is shown here that under certain very general conditions, almost all the random entire functions f(s,ω) and ψ_(τ_0)(s,ω) have, in every horizontal strip, the same order, given byρ=lim sup((λ_nlogλ_n)/(log A_n~(-1)))whereA_n=max |a_(nj)|.Similar results are given if the Rademacher sequence {ε_(nj)} is replaced by a steinhaus seqence or a complex normal sequence.  相似文献

This paper deals with the following IBV problem of nonlinear parabolic equation: $$\[\left\{ {\begin{array}{*{20}{c}} {{u_t} = \Delta u + F(u,{D_x}u,D_x^2u),(t,x) \in {B^ + } \times \Omega ,}\{u(0,x) = \varphi (x),x \in \Omega }\{u{|_{\partial \Omega }} = 0} \end{array}} \right.\]$$ where $\[\Omega \]$ is the exterior domain of a compact set in $\[{R^n}\]$ with smooth boundary and F satisfies $\[\left| {F(\lambda )} \right| = o({\left| \lambda \right|^2})\]$, near $\[\lambda = 0\]$. It is proved that when $\[n \ge 3\]$, under the suitable smoothness and compatibility conditions, the above problem has a unique global smooth solution for small initial data. Moreover, It is also proved that the solution has the decay property $\[{\left\| {u(t)} \right\|_{{L^\infty }(\Omega )}} = o({t^{ - \frac{n}{2}}})\]$, as $\[t \to + \infty \]$.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is threefold. First, we prove sharp singular affine Moser–Trudinger inequalities on both bounded and unbounded domains in \({\mathbb {R}}^{n}\). In particular, we will prove the following much sharper affine Moser–Trudinger inequality in the spirit of Lions (Rev Mat Iberoamericana 1(2):45–121, 1985) (see our Theorem 1.4): Let \(\alpha _{n}=n\left( \frac{n\pi ^{\frac{n}{2}}}{\Gamma (\frac{n}{2}+1)}\right) ^{\frac{1}{n-1}}\), \(0\le \beta <n\) and \(\tau >0\). Then there exists a constant \(C=C\left( n,\beta \right) >0\) such that for all \(0\le \alpha \le \left( 1-\frac{\beta }{n}\right) \alpha _{n}\) and \(u\in C_{0}^{\infty }\left( {\mathbb {R}}^{n}\right) \setminus \left\{ 0\right\} \) with the affine energy \(~{\mathcal {E}}_{n}\left( u\right) <1\), we have
$$\begin{aligned} {\displaystyle \int \nolimits _{{\mathbb {R}}^{n}}} \frac{\phi _{n,1}\left( \frac{2^{\frac{1}{n-1}}\alpha }{\left( 1+{\mathcal {E}}_{n}\left( u\right) ^{n}\right) ^{\frac{1}{n-1}}}\left| u\right| ^{\frac{n}{n-1}}\right) }{\left| x\right| ^{\beta }}dx\le C\left( n,\beta \right) \frac{\left\| u\right\| _{n}^{n-\beta }}{\left| 1-{\mathcal {E}}_{n}\left( u\right) ^{n}\right| ^{1-\frac{\beta }{n}}}. \end{aligned}$$
Moreover, the constant \(\left( 1-\frac{\beta }{n}\right) \alpha _{n}\) is the best possible in the sense that there is no uniform constant \(C(n, \beta )\) independent of u in the above inequality when \(\alpha >\left( 1-\frac{\beta }{n}\right) \alpha _{n}\). Second, we establish the following improved Adams type inequality in the spirit of Lions (Theorem 1.8): Let \(0\le \beta <2m\) and \(\tau >0\). Then there exists a constant \(C=C\left( m,\beta ,\tau \right) >0\) such that
$$\begin{aligned} \underset{u\in W^{2,m}\left( {\mathbb {R}}^{2m}\right) , \int _{ {\mathbb {R}}^{2m}}\left| \Delta u\right| ^{m}+\tau \left| u\right| ^{m} \le 1}{\sup } {\displaystyle \int \nolimits _{{\mathbb {R}}^{2m}}} \frac{\phi _{2m,2}\left( \frac{2^{\frac{1}{m-1}}\alpha }{\left( 1+\left\| \Delta u\right\| _{m}^{m}\right) ^{\frac{1}{m-1}}}\left| u\right| ^{\frac{m}{m-1}}\right) }{\left| x\right| ^{\beta }}dx\le C\left( m,\beta ,\tau \right) , \end{aligned}$$
for all \(0\le \alpha \le \left( 1-\frac{\beta }{2m}\right) \beta (2m,2)\). When \(\alpha >\left( 1-\frac{\beta }{2m}\right) \beta (2m,2)\), the supremum is infinite. In the above, we use
$$\begin{aligned} \phi _{p,q}(t)=e^{t}- {\displaystyle \sum \limits _{j=0}^{j_{\frac{p}{q}}-2}} \frac{t^{j}}{j!},\,\,\,j_{\frac{p}{q}}=\min \left\{ j\in {\mathbb {N}} :j\ge \frac{p}{q}\right\} \ge \frac{p}{q}. \end{aligned}$$
The main difficulties of proving the above results are that the symmetrization method does not work. Therefore, our main ideas are to develop a rearrangement-free argument in the spirit of Lam and Lu (J Differ Equ 255(3):298–325, 2013; Adv Math 231(6): 3259–3287, 2012), Lam et al. (Nonlinear Anal 95: 77–92, 2014) to establish such theorems. Third, as an application, we will study the existence of weak solutions to the biharmonic equation
$$\begin{aligned} \left\{ \begin{array}{l} \Delta ^{2}u+V(x)u=f(x,u)\text { in }{\mathbb {R}}^{4}\\ u\in H^{2}\left( {\mathbb {R}}^{4}\right) ,~u\ge 0 \end{array} \right. , \end{aligned}$$
where the nonlinearity f has the critical exponential growth.

We study the rate of uniform approximation by Nörlund means of the rectangular partial sums of double Fourier series of continuous functionsf(x, y), 2π-periodic in each variable. The results are given in terms of the modulus of symmetric smoothness defined by $$\begin{gathered} \omega _2 \left( {f,\delta _1 ,\delta _2 } \right) = \mathop {\sup }\limits_{x,y} \mathop {\sup }\limits_{\left| u \right| \leqslant \delta _1 ,\left| v \right| \leqslant \delta _2 } \left| {f\left( {x + u,y + v} \right)} \right. + f\left( {x + u,y - v} \right) + f\left( {x - u,y + v} \right) \hfill \\ + \left. {f\left( {x - u,y - v} \right) + 4f\left( {x,y} \right)} \right| for \delta _1 ,\delta _2 \geqslant 0. \hfill \\ \end{gathered} $$ As a special case we obtain the rate of uniform approximation to functionsf(x,y) in Lip({α, β}), the Lipschitz class, and inZ({α, β}), the Zygmund class of ordersα andβ, 0<α,β ≤ l, as well as the rate of uniform approximation to the conjugate functions \(\tilde f^{(1,0)} (x,y), \tilde f^{(0,1)} (x,y)\) and \(\tilde f^{(1,1)} (x,y)\) .  相似文献

The sufficient conditions which ensure at least one solution are given. Furthermore, the estimate of the first nonzero eigenvalue for the following linear eigenproblem is obtained, that is λ_1≥2α/(nd~2).  相似文献

In this paper we establish the following estimate:
$$\omega \left( {\left\{ {x \in {\mathbb{R}^n}:\left| {\left[ {b,T} \right]f\left( x \right)} \right| > \lambda } \right\}} \right) \leqslant \frac{{{c_T}}}{{{\varepsilon ^2}}}\int_{{\mathbb{R}^n}} {\Phi \left( {{{\left\| b \right\|}_{BMO}}\frac{{\left| {f\left( x \right)} \right|}}{\lambda }} \right){M_{L{{\left( {\log L} \right)}^{1 + \varepsilon }}}}} \omega \left( x \right)dx$$
where ω ≥ 0, 0 < ε < 1 and Φ(t) = t(1 + log+(t)). This inequality relies upon the following sharp L p estimate:
$${\left\| {\left[ {b,T} \right]f} \right\|_{{L^p}\left( \omega \right)}} \leqslant {c_T}{\left( {p'} \right)^2}{p^2}{\left( {\frac{{p - 1}}{\delta }} \right)^{\frac{1}{{p'}}}}{\left\| b \right\|_{BMO}}{\left\| f \right\|_{{L^p}\left( {{M_{L{{\left( {{{\log }_L}} \right)}^{2p - 1 + {\delta ^\omega }}}}}} \right)}}$$
where 1 < p < ∞, ω ≥ 0 and 0 < δ < 1. As a consequence we recover the following estimate essentially contained in [18]:
$$\omega \left( {\left\{ {x \in {\mathbb{R}^n}:\left| {\left[ {b,T} \right]f\left( x \right)} \right| > \lambda } \right\}} \right) \leqslant {c_T}{\left[ \omega \right]_{{A_\infty }}}{\left( {1 + {{\log }^ + }{{\left[ \omega \right]}_{{A_\infty }}}} \right)^2}\int_{{\mathbb{R}^n}} {\Phi \left( {{{\left\| b \right\|}_{BMO}}\frac{{\left| {f\left( x \right)} \right|}}{\lambda }} \right)M} \omega \left( x \right)dx.$$
We also obtain the analogue estimates for symbol-multilinear commutators for a wider class of symbols.

Also, if fC r [?1, 1] with r ≧ 1, then $$ \Delta _{n + 2} (f,x) = \mathcal{O}(1)\left\{ {\frac{{\sqrt {1 - x^2 } }} {{n^r }}\left| {T_n (x)} \right|\omega \left( {f^{(r)} ,\frac{{\sqrt {1 - x^2 } }} {n}} \right)\left( {\left( {\sqrt {1 - x^2 } + \frac{1} {n}} \right)^{r - 1} \ln (n + 1) + 1} \right)} \right\}. $$   相似文献

Let $\Omega$ be a bounded domain in ${\bf R^n}$ with Lipschitz boundary, $\lambda >0,$ and $1\le p \le (n+2)/(n-2)$ if $n\ge 3$ and $1\le p< +\infty$ if $n=1,2$. Let $D$ be a measurable subset of $\Omega$ which belongs to the class $ {\cal C}_{\beta}=\{D\subset \Omega \quad | \quad |D|=\beta\} $ for the prescribed $\beta\in (0, |\Omega|).$ For any $D\in{\cal C}_{\beta}$, it is well known that there exists a unique global minimizer $u\in H^1_0(\Omega)$, which we denote by $u_D$, of the functional \[\quad J_{\Omega,D}(v)=\frac12\int_{\Omega}|\nabla v|^2\, dx+\frac{\lambda}{p+1}\int_{\Omega}|v|^{p+1}\, dx -\int_{\Omega}\chi_Dv\,dx \] on $H^1_0(\Omega)$. We consider the optimization problem $ E_{\beta,\Omega}=\inf_{D\in {\cal C}_{\beta}} J_D(u_D) $ and say that a subset $D^*\in {\cal C}_{\beta}$ which attains $E_{\beta,\Omega}$ is an optimal configuration to this problem. In this paper we show the existence, uniqueness and non-uniqueness, and symmetry-preserving and symmetry-breaking phenomena of the optimal configuration $D^*$ to this optimization problem in various settings.  相似文献
