The Lagrangian function in the conventional theory for solving constrained optimization problems is a linear combination of the cost and constraint functions. Typically, the optimality conditions based on linear Lagrangian theory are either necessary or sufficient, but not both unless the underlying cost and constraint functions are also convex.We propose a somewhat different approach for solving a nonconvex inequality constrained optimization problem based on a nonlinear Lagrangian function. This leads to optimality conditions which are both sufficient and necessary, without any convexity assumption. Subsequently, under appropriate assumptions, the optimality conditions derived from the new nonlinear Lagrangian approach are used to obtain an equivalent root-finding problem. By appropriately defining a dual optimization problem and an alternative dual problem, we show that zero duality gap will hold always regardless of convexity, contrary to the case of linear Lagrangian duality.  相似文献

In this paper, we extend the Mishra, Rueda and Giorgi generalized V-univexity type I, defined for multiobjective programming, to multiobjective variational programming problems and we derive various sufficient optimality conditions and mixed type duality results under generalized V-univexity type I conditions. An optimal control problem with pointwise mixed constraints of the instationary three-dimensional Navier–Stokes–Voigt equations is considered. We derive second-order optimality conditions and show that there is no gap between second-order necessary optimality conditions and second-order sufficient optimality conditions. In addition, the second-order sufficient optimality conditions for the problem where the objective functional does not contain a Tikhonov regularization term are also discussed.  相似文献

本文提出了向量值函数的锥D-s凸,锥D-s拟凸,s右导数及锥D-s伪凸等新概念,探讨了锥D-s凸函数的有关性质,建立了带约束非光滑向量极值问题(VP)的最优性必要条件与涉及锥D-s凸(拟凸,伪凸)函数的约束极值问题(VP)的最优性充分条件,给出了原问题(VP)与其Mond-Weir型对偶问题的弱对偶与强对偶结论,揭示了(VP)的局部锥D-(弱)有效解与整体锥D-(弱)有效解,(VP)的锥D-弱有效解与锥D-有效解的关系,所得结果拓广了凸规划及部分广义凸规划的有关结论.  相似文献

In this paper, we present necessary optimality conditions for nondifferentiable minimax fractional programming problems. A new concept of generalized convexity, called (C, α, ρ, d)-convexity, is introduced. We establish also sufficient optimality conditions for nondifferentiable minimax fractional programming problems from the viewpoint of the new generalized convexity. Necessary and sufficient conditions of optimality are given for a nonlinear nondifferentiable program, where the constraints are defined via closed convex cones and their polars. These results are then used to obtain an existence theorem for the corresponding stationary point problem, under some convexity and regularity conditions on the functions involved, which also guarantee an optimal solution to the programming problem. Furthermore, a dual problem is defined, and a strong duality theorem is obtained under the assumption that the constraint sets of the primal and dual problems are nonempty.  相似文献

A class of nonlinear fractional programming problems is considered in which the numerator of the objective function involves a finite sum of square roots of quadratic forms. Inequality and equality constraints are considered. In this paper, both Fritz John and Karush-Kuhn-Tucker necessary optimality conditions are established for a (weakly) LU-efficient solution in the considered nonsmooth multiobjective programming problem with the multiple interval-objective function. Further, the sufficient optimality conditions for a (weakly) LU-efficient solution and several duality results in Mond-Weir sense are proved under assumptions that the functions constituting the considered nondifferentiable multiobjective programming problem with the multiple interval-objective function are convex.  相似文献
