为解决复杂条件下的模糊多属性群体决策问题,利用模糊距离的概念,提出了模糊距离折中比值法(FCRM)。在FCRM中,属性权重和定性属性评估值由语言变量和三角模糊数描述,并用模糊距离度量模糊数之间的距离。FCRM的决策原则是所选择的最优解在尽可能地贴近正理想解的同时尽可能地远离负理想解,同时充分考虑多个决策者的主观态度。文中详细阐述了FCRM的决策过程,通过实例将其应用于军事航线优选问题并与其他相关方法进行了比较分析,证实了该方法的有效性。  相似文献

针对目前专家和属性对于方案比选的重要性致使企业迫切需要将其定量化分析的问题,以及企业环境行为中公司需要承担环保责任,在绿色采购方面要将环境属性引入供应商比选标准的问题,本文提出了考虑专家可信度和属性优先级的对偶犹豫模糊多属性决策方法,将专家对于该领域的熟悉程度及所选属性的重要程度融入到供应商的绿色评估指标定量化分析与评选中。结合对偶犹豫模糊集的隶属度与非隶属度,给出了对偶犹豫模糊熵值、混合平均算子和混合几何算子的计算模型与该方法模型的具体步骤,通过对某企业绿色审计在内的四种属性进行评估来选择最佳供应商的实例,验证了此模型的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to extend the TOPSIS method based on interval-valued fuzzy sets in decision analysis. Hwang and Yoon developed the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) in 1981. TOPSIS has been widely used to rank the preference order of alternatives and determine the optimal choice. Considering the fact that it is difficult to precisely attach the numerical measures to the relative importance of the attributes and to the impacts of the alternatives on these attributes in some cases, therefore, the TOPSIS method has been extended for interval-valued fuzzy data in this paper. In addition, a comprehensive experimental analysis to observe the interval-valued fuzzy TOPSIS results yielded by different distance measures is presented. A comparative analysis of interval-valued fuzzy TOPSIS rankings from each distance measure is illustrated with discussions on consistency rates, contradiction rates, and average Spearman correlation coefficients. Finally, a second-order regression model is provided to highlight the effects of the number of alternatives, the number of attributes, and distance measures on average Spearmen correlation coefficients.  相似文献

Based on the feature of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making, in this thesis, a mentality parameter is used to reflect the decision makers’ risk attitude in determining of both a membership degree and a non-membership degree. Besides, with the mentality parameter, a new score function and accuracy function are proposed, which integrate the membership degree, the non-membership degree and the hesitancy degree into one index. Furthermore, to compare two interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, a new ranking method is generated with the score function and accuracy function. Finally, a multi-attribute decision method under interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy environment is developed in a linear weighted average operator. And promising numerical results show that this method is available.  相似文献

Quality function deployment (QFD) is a planning and problem-solving tool that is gaining acceptance for translating customer requirements into the technical attributes of a product. Deriving the rating order of technical attributes from input variables is a crucial step in applying QFD. When the relative weights of customer requirements and the relationship measures between customer requirements and technical attributes are expressed as fuzzy numbers, calculating the importance of each technical attribute falls into the category of fuzzy weighted average, in which the derived membership function of the fuzzy importance of each technical attribute is not explicitly known. Thus, most ranking methods are not suitable under these circumstances. A method is proposed in this paper using fuzzy weighted average method in the fuzzy expected value operator in order to rank technical attributes in fuzzy QFD. An example of a flexible manufacturing system design is cited to demonstrate the application of the proposed approach.  相似文献

水利工程建设方案决策是多目标综合评价问题,系统指标信息具有复杂、多变,模糊、不确定等特点,采用Vague集相似度量评价模型构建水利工程建设方案综合决策模型,建立基于Vlague集的指标隶属度计算方法,构造基于Vague集相似度的多目标方案评价.针对建设方案决策评价指标的不确定性,通过肯定、踌躇、否定的Vague集相似度量概念延伸了传统模糊集的评价、分析方式.将方法应用于水利工程建设方案决策实例,取得较为满意的结果,表明了方法的合理可行性,为水利工程的建设方案评价提供了科学决策的新途径.  相似文献

直觉模糊软集不能处理隶属度与非隶属度之和大于1的情况,且现有的直觉模糊软集的相似性测度只考虑了隶属度与非隶属度,忽视了犹豫度。针对以上问题,本文提出了一种基于隶属度、非隶属度以及犹豫度三个参数的毕达哥拉斯模糊软集的相似性测度和加权相似性测度。在为加权相似性测度的权重取值时,本文基于现有文献中直觉模糊熵存在的缺陷建立一种改进的直觉模糊熵,利用熵权法计算权重。分别讨论两相似性测度公式的性质,最后将两相似性侧度公式应用在建筑材料的模式识别问题中。  相似文献

A.K. Sen's index, P, is the only measure of poverty in a population that adequately allows for numbers in poverty, intensity of average poverty, and income distribution among the poor, while respecting two natural axioms. Nevertheless, the derivatives of P possess at least four attributes, at best highly counter-intuitive, at worst inconsistent with diminishing-marginal-utility assumptions, underlying the axioms themselves. Due to problems in handling income distribution among the poor, no measure of aggregate poverty can be constructed. Instead, it is proposed to construct a simple measure of those in ultra-poverty - among whom income cannot be very unequal - plus a pair of measures of moderate poverty.  相似文献

This study proposes a fuzzy programming method for Internet product classification in which many realistic membership functions (ie, increasing, decreasing, triangular and piecewise linear functions) are used for easy classification. A new concept—binary behaviour—is introduced to represent the product classification problem involving the achievement of fuzzy goals, some of which are achieved and some of which are not. That is, some attributes dominate other attributes that are often found in real problems. In addition, achievement functions are provided to solve a multi-objective decision-making problem in which the utility values are increased as much as possible, to suit real-world situations. Finally, to demonstrate the usefulness of the proposed methods, numerical examples are also included.  相似文献

针对属性信息为区间Pythagorean模糊集且属性权重和专家权重均未知的一类群决策问题, 结合信息熵理论, 提出了一种区间Pythagorean模糊VIKOR多属性群决策方法。首先定义一种新的区间Pythagorean模糊距离测度, 并讨论其性质。其次基于该距离测度定义了区间Pythagorean模糊相对距离指数, 并基于相对距离指数构建了一种熵权模型确定专家权重和属性权重。然后提出一种区间Pythagorean模糊VIKOR多属性群决策方法。最后通过企业生产方案选择案例说明了提出新方法的可行性与有效性。  相似文献

提出一种基于模糊近容度的战时物资供应的偏好选址方法,认为选址方案的确立是一个模糊多属性决策过程,而且这些属性在决策中具有主观偏好性,决策表是在原始模糊条件属性表的基础上,根据模糊粗糙隶属度和近似精度约简得到。选址方案的排序由模糊近容度生成。最后说明此方法在应用上的合理性和有效性。  相似文献

Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) has increasingly been applied in many areas. Extent analysis method is the popular tool for prioritization in FAHP, although significant technical errors are identified in this study. With addressing the errors, this research proposes membership maximization prioritization methods (MMPMs) using different membership functions as the novel solutions. As a lack of research about effectiveness measurement on the crisp/fuzzy prioritization methods, this study proposes membership fitness index to evaluate the effectiveness of the prioritization methods. Comparisons with the other popular fuzzy/crisp prioritization methods including modified fuzzy preference programming, Direct least squares, and Eigen value are conducted and analyses indicate that MMPMs lead to much more reliable result in view of membership fitness index. A numerical example demonstrates the usability of MMPMs for FAHP, and thus MMPMs can effectively be applied to various decision analysis applications.  相似文献

针对绿色供应商选择过程中,评价指标数量明显超过可供选择的供应商数量且指标之间存在优序关系等特点,提出了基于中智犹豫模糊语言优先QUALIFLEX方法的绿色供应商选择方法.首先,利用中智犹豫模糊语言表征评价信息和评价权重;其次,构造优先矩阵对指标权重做精确化处理,考虑到决策者对指标的要求和指标之间的优序关系,对指标权重进行修订;然后,提出改进的中智犹豫模糊语言余弦距离测度,在此基础上借助QUALIFLEX方法确定备选供应商的最终排序;最后,利用化学制药企业选择原料供应商的案例验证了所提方法的有效性.  相似文献

Ranking fuzzy numbers is important in decision making. Since very often the alternatives are evaluated by fuzzy numbers in a vague environment, a comparison between these fuzzy numbers is indeed a comparison between alternatives. This paper proposes a method of ranking fuzzy numbers with integral value. The method, which is independent of the type of membership functions used and the normality of the functions, can rank more than two fuzzy numbers simultaneously. It is relatively simple in computation, especially in ranking triangular and trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. Further, an index of optimism is used to reflect the decision maker's optimistic attitude. 为有效解决公租房退出问题,提出一种基于多源异构数据的模糊积分融合退出方法,该退出方法首先给出一种多源异构数据的同构化方法,然后针对常用模糊测度确定方法原理复杂、计算困难的问题,提出一种原理简单、易于计算的模糊测度确定方法,该模糊测度确定方法利用单个属性的相对重要程度和两两属性之间的交互度计算单个属性的全局重要程度,最后,根据模糊测度的单调性和有界性通过专家逐级打分计算各子属性集的重要程度。实例验证表明所提出的退出方法可行、有效。  相似文献

基于内容的检索是多媒体信息处理中的一个重要问题,图像、视频作为多媒体中最直观、最形象的内容,对它们的检索和查询是多媒体内容处理的一个重要方面。以往对图像检索往往借助于图像理解等领域发展起来的模式识别技术,但检索在很多方面又不同于模式识别,它通常并不需要精确匹配,而且由于检索中人一机交互性起着很重要的作用,使得在检索中有必要利用模糊的方法来提出查询要求,计算机也可以通过模糊相似性匹配来给出结果。本文提出了以信任度、可能性测度、权重有隶属函数概念作为模糊相似性匹配的基础来检索图像的方法。  相似文献

Considering the fact that, in some cases, determining precisely the exact value of attributes is difficult and that their values can be considered as fuzzy data, this paper extends the TOPSIS method for dealing with fuzzy data, and an algorithm for determining the best choice among all possible choices when the data are fuzzy is also presented. In this approach, to identify the fuzzy ideal solution and fuzzy negative ideal solution, one of the Yager indices which is used for ordering fuzzy quantities in [0, 1] is applied. Using Yager’s index leads to a procedure for choosing fuzzy ideal and negative ideal solutions directly from the data for observed alternatives. Then, the Hamming distance is proposed for calculating the distance between two triangular fuzzy numbers. Finally, an application is given, to clarify the main results developed in the paper.  相似文献
