在碳限额与交易政策约束下,减排企业不仅要考虑当期的碳排放量,还需要考虑在"祖父原则"下当期决策对后期碳配额的影响,以及碳交易价格的时间动态性.文章综合考虑减排投入成本和政府碳政策,研究企业在多期生产中的减排决策和产品定价问题.结论表明:1)在一定成本和碳政策条件下,企业会进行产品减排,最优减排率和产品价格由减排技术参数、下期碳配额比例和多期碳价共同决定;2)企业单期利润是当期碳价的凹函数,是下期碳价和碳配额分配比例的凸函数;3)企业通过产品减排可以增加产品需求和增加企业利润,同时会增加产量,但是企业在进行产品减排时的多期总排放量总是低于传统企业,可降低社会总体排放水平. 相似文献

研究分析了商业模式创新对财务绩效的影响以及这种影响的环境条件。研究提出了6个理论假设,并采用来自151个新兴技术企业的样本进行了实证检验。研究发现效率型和新颖型商业模式创新都能促进财务绩效。市场不成熟和不正当竞争会加强效率型商业模式创新对财务绩效的促进作用,而不正当竞争会削弱新颖型商业模式创新对财务绩效的促进作用。 相似文献

本文以中国上市公司为研究对象,利用面板数据模型检验了我国企业社会绩效、经济绩效与机构投资者持股比例的关系,以考察机构投资者持股的道德偏好以及经济准则对这种偏好的影响。基于2006-2010年沪深两市902家上市公司的实证检验显示:(1)企业社会绩效与机构投资者持股比例显著正相关,即机构投资者制定投资决策时表现出了一定的道德偏好;(2)企业社会绩效与不同类型机构投资者持股比例的相关性差异较大,其中只与基金持股存在显著的正相关关系;(3)经济准则对机构投资者持股的道德偏好存在显著影响,不考虑经济绩效的情况下机构投资者偏好企业社会绩效好的公司,但按经济绩效优劣分组检验表明这种道德偏好仅存在于高经济绩效的样本公司中。 相似文献

为了提高商业银行财务绩效水平,满足利益相关者信息需求,从收益和风险以及发展的角度构建“盈利性”、“安全性”、“流动性”和“社会性”四个维度的商业银行财务绩效评价指标体系,采用偏序集评价方法对15家样本商业银行2017年财务绩效进行评价。财务绩效排名和HASSE图的结果表明:处于较高层级的样本商业银行财务绩效较好,其盈利性、安全性、流动性较优,并具备较强的发展能力;处于较低层级的样本商业银行财务绩效较差,其盈利性、安全性、流动性较弱,发展能力较弱;重要性程度靠前的 “盈利性”和“安全性”评价维度,不是导致商业银行绩效排名和分层的主要影响因素,商业银行要提升财务绩效,应该更加重视“流动性”和“社会性”维度。同时,采用偏序集评价方法,克服了评价指标精确赋权问题,获得的HASSE图直观展示样本商业银行财务绩效排名稳定性和整体市场竞争格局,具备其他评价方法无法比拟的优势。 相似文献

We consider the problem of selling a fixed stock of items over a finite horizon when the buyers arrive following a Poisson process. We obtain a general lower bound on the performance of using a fixed price rather than dynamically adjusting the price. The bound is 63.21% for one unit of inventory, and it improves as the inventory increases. For the one-unit case, we also obtain tight bounds: 89.85% for the constant-elasticity and 96.93% for the linear price-response functions. 相似文献

本论文以资产组合理论和资本资产定价模型(CAPM)为理论基础,采用单指数模型来对收集的数据做回归分析。然后应用业绩评估的传统理论和M~2测度理论来对封闭基金的业绩进行评估。论文收集20只封闭式基金最近的月业绩和周业绩数据来做为样本,论文包含两部分。一是对相关理论进行介绍,以及它们在实际处理中的应用(比如基准投资组合的选取,无风险利率的构造)。二是结合样本数据进行的实证研究,计算出各评估指标,并进行排名。然后从经济学和实际意义上对结果加以解释和分析。 相似文献

Symmetries occur in many combinatorial problems, and a great deal of research has been done on symmetry breaking techniques for backtrack search. However, few results have been reported on the use of symmetry breaking with local search. On four classes of problem we find that adding symmetry breaking constraints to a model impairs local search performance, in terms of both execution time and search steps. We also find that implied constraints can impair backtrack search performance. These results show that modeling techniques and search heuristics should be combined with caution. They also motivate a novel modeling technique for local search: removing constraints to add new symmetries. 相似文献

Summary. In this paper, we study the convergence of multisplitting methods associated with a multisplitting which is obtained from the ILU factorizations of a general H-matrix, and then we propose parallelizable ILU factorization preconditioners based on multisplittings for a block-tridiagonal H-matrix. We also describe a parallelization of preconditioned Krylov subspace methods with the ILU preconditioners based on multisplittings on distributed memory computers such as the Cray T3E. Lastly, parallel performance results of the preconditioned BiCGSTAB are provided to evaluate the efficiency of the ILU preconditioners based on multisplittings on the Cray T3E.

A new guidance law is proposed for interceptor missiles by using a differential game formulation with bounded controls. The interceptor is steered by the aerodynamic-lift control system and the divert-thrusters control system. By using game space decomposition, the parameter effects of divert-thrusters control system on homing performance are investigated. Under propellant limits and given the time constant of the divert-thrusters control system, the hit-to-kill performance requires the following conditions. Firstly, the maximum acceleration generated by the divert-thrusters control system is greater than a critical value. Secondly, the thrusters close after interception terminates. Thirdly, the operation time of the divert-thrusters control system is sufficient long to cancel the miss distance. These results are also demonstrated by a realistic ballistic missile-defense simulation program. 相似文献

Performance appraisal is a process used by some firms to evaluate their employees’ efficiency and productivity in order to plan their promotion policy, salary policy, layoffs policy, etc. Initially this process was just carried out by the executive staff, but recently it has evolved into an evaluation process based on the opinion of different reviewers, supervisors, collaborators, customers and the employees themselves (360-degree method). In such an evaluation process the reviewers evaluate some indicators related to employees performance appraisal. In this paper we propose an evaluation framework where there are different sets of reviewers taking part in the evaluation process. Since reviewers have a different knowledge about the evaluated employee, it seems suitable to offer a flexible framework in which different reviewers can express their assessments in different finite scales according to their knowledge. The final aim is to compute a global evaluation for each employee, that can be used by the management team to make their decisions regarding their human resources policy. In this way, to obtain a global evaluation for each employee, we propose a methodology able to aggregate individual valuation in a metric Lp framework. In this context, the associated optimization problems can be reduced to an Extended Goal Programming formulation that is very easy to compute. 相似文献

本文以1995-2000年间我国所有上市公司CEO更换的数据为样本,应用半参数单指标方法(single-index semi-parametric methods)分析影响上市公司CEO强制更换的因素,对公司治理的效率进行了初步的判断。研究表明:(1)强制性CEO更换与公司业绩、银行短期贷款比率负相关;(2)当最大股东为国有商业机构时,CEO被强制更换的几率比较大;(3)最大股东的持股比率未能对强制性CEO更换起到显著解释作用。总体而言,公司的治理起到一定的作用。但是银行作为债权人,应加强对上市公司的监管。 相似文献
