As a generalization of almost perfect nonlinear functions, generalized almost perfect nonlinear (GAPN) functions defined over finite fields of odd characteristic have also important applications in cryptography and finite geometry. In this paper, we mainly focus on GAPN power functions, and a new class of such function (up to EA equivalence) is obtained. Furthermore, using our method, almost all the known GAPN power functions can be confirmed in a simple way.  相似文献

论证了张力腿平台(TLP)在波浪作用下发生有限振幅运动时,所受惯性力、粘性力、浮力等载荷不仅与波浪场有关,还与瞬时响应有关,是响应的非线性函数;张力腿拉力也是各自由度位移的非线性函数.所以分析TLP受力时必须考虑平台的瞬时加速度、速度和位移,在瞬时位置建立运动方程.据此推导出TLP发生有限振幅运动时的外力计算公式,建立了TLP 6自由度有限振幅运动非线性控制方程.其中考虑了由6自由度有限位移引起的多种非线性因素,如各自由度之间的耦合、瞬时湿表面、瞬时位置等;还包括自由表面效应、粘性力等因素引起的非线性.用数值方法求解所得到的非线性运动方程.对典型平台ISSC TLP进行了数值分析,求得该平台在规则波作用下的6自由度运动响应.用退化到线性范围的解与已有解进行了对比,吻合良好.数值结果表明,综合考虑非线性因素后响应有明显改变.  相似文献

This paper considers a nonlinear systems of finite number of equations in Hilbert spaces. Using the left-hand sides of the equations, a family of scalar and convex functions is constructed. Under the hypothesis of a convexity, these functions are the Lyapunov functions for the differential inclusion for which the right-hand side is the negative value of a maximial monotone operator. Every solution of the differntial inclusion solves the nonlinear system of equations in a finite moment of the time. An iterative method for finding at least one of the solutions of the system is presented. This method is based on the Lyapunov function and it depends on a vector parameter. The suitable choice of the paremeters implies the linear or superlinear (supergeometric) convergence of the interative method  相似文献

We propose and examine the primal and dual finite element method for solving an axially symmetric elliptic problem with mixed boundary conditions. We derive an a posteriori error estimate and generalize the method used for a nonlinear elliptic problem. Finally, an a posteriori error estimate for a nonlinear parabolic problem based on the concept of hierarchical finite element basis functions is introduced.  相似文献

In this paper, the multiplicative least square method is introduced and is applied to integrals for the finite product representation of the positive functions. Hence, many nonlinear functions can be represented by well-behaved exponential functions. Product representation produces an accurate representation of signals, especially where exponentials occur. Some real applications of nonlinear exponential signals will be selected to demonstrate the applicability and efficiency of proposed representation.  相似文献

In this paper, some gap functions for three classes of a system of generalized vector quasi-equilibrium problems with set-valued mappings (for short, SGVQEP) are investigated by virtue of the nonlinear scalarization function of Chen, Yang and Yu. Three examples are then provided to demonstrate these gap functions. Also, some gap functions for three classes of generalized finite dimensional vector equilibrium problems (GFVEP) are derived without using the nonlinear scalarization function method. Furthermore, a set-valued function is obtained as a gap function for one of (GFVEP) under certain assumptions.   相似文献

For nonlinear reduced‐order models (ROMs), especially for those with high‐order polynomial nonlinearities or nonpolynomial nonlinearities, the computational complexity still depends on the dimension of the original dynamical system. To overcome this issue, we develop an efficient finite element (FE) discretization algorithm for nonlinear ROMs. The proposed approach approximates the nonlinear function by its FE interpolant, which makes the inner product evaluations in generating the nonlinear terms computationally cheaper than that in the standard FE discretization. Due to the separation of spatial and temporal variables in the FE interpolation, the discrete empirical interpolation method (DEIM) can be directly applied on the nonlinear functions in the same manner as that in the finite difference setting. Therefore, the main computational hurdles for applying the DEIM in the FE context are conquered. We also establish a rigorous asymptotic error estimation, which shows that the proposed approach achieves the same accuracy as that of the standard FE method under certain smoothness assumptions of the nonlinear functions. Several numerical tests are presented to validate the proposed method and verify the theoretical results. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This article is concerned with numerical solutions of finite difference systems of reaction diffusion equations with nonlinear internal and boundary reaction functions. The nonlinear reaction functions are of general form and the finite difference systems are for both time-dependent and steady-state problems. For each problem a unified system of nonlinear equations is treated by the method of upper and lower solutions and its associated monotone iterations. This method leads to a monotone iterative scheme for the computation of numerical solutions as well as an existence-comparison theorem for the corresponding finite difference system. Special attention is given to the dynamical property of the time-dependent solution in relation to the steady-state solutions. Application is given to a heat-conduction problem where a nonlinear radiation boundary condition obeying the Boltzmann law of cooling is considered. This application demonstrates a bifurcation property of two steady-state solutions, and determines the dynamic behavior of the time-dependent solution. Numerical results for the heat-conduction problem, including a test problem with known analytical solution, are presented to illustrate the various theoretical conclusions. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

Summary The equivalence in a Hilbert space of variational and weak formulations of linear elliptic boundary value problems is well known. This same equivalence is proved here for mildly nonlinear problems where the right hand side of the differential equation involves the solution function. A finite element approximation to the solution of the weak problem ina finite dimensional subspace of the original Hilbert space is defined. An inequality bounding the error in this approximation over all functions of the space is derived, and in particular this holds for an interpolant to the weak solution. Thus this inequality, together with previously known, interpolation error bounds, produces a bound on the finite element solution to this nonlinear problem. An example of a mildly nonlinear Poisson problem is given.  相似文献

In this paper, a composite Chebyshev finite difference method is introduced and is successfully employed for solving nonlinear optimal control problems. The proposed method is an extension of the Chebyshev finite difference scheme. This method can be regarded as a non-uniform finite difference scheme and is based on a hybrid of block-pulse functions and Chebyshev polynomials using the well-known Chebyshev–Gauss–Lobatto points. The convergence of the method is established. The nice properties of hybrid functions are then used to convert the nonlinear optimal control problem into a nonlinear mathematical programming one that can be solved efficiently by a globally convergent algorithm. The validity and applicability of the proposed method are demonstrated through some numerical examples. The method is simple, easy to implement and yields very accurate results.  相似文献

The nonlinear Klein–Gordon equation is used to model many nonlinear phenomena. In this paper, we propose a numerical scheme to solve the one-dimensional nonlinear Klein–Gordon equation with quadratic and cubic nonlinearity. Our scheme uses the collocation points and approximates the solution using Thin Plate Splines (TPS) radial basis functions (RBF). The implementation of the method is simple as finite difference methods. The results of numerical experiments are presented, and are compared with analytical solutions to confirm the good accuracy of the presented scheme.  相似文献

This paper deals with the problem of simultaneously determining the optimal price policy and production rate over a given planning horizon. For nonlinear demand functions and convex inventory and shortage cost functions the optimal solution paths are derived by using optimal control theory. The treatment of linear nonsmooth cost functions requires the use of a generalized maximum principle. The solution method is a phase portrait analysis providing insight into the optimal pricing and production policies as well as the resulting inventory paths. Moreover, it is shown that in the case of nonsmooth piecewise linear cost functions the equilibrium is approached within finite time although the model is nonlinear in the control variables. Finally it is illustrated that exogenous fluctuations in the demand rate (seasonal demand pattern) amount to cyclical optimal solutions.  相似文献

Summary The concept of duality plays an important role in mathematical programming and has been studied extensively in a finite dimensional Eucledian space, (see e.g. [13, 4, 6, 8]). More recently various dual problems with functionals as objective functions have been studied in infinite dimensional vector spaces [5, 7, 1, 10, 12].In this note we consider a nonlinear minimization problem in a partially ordered Banach space. It is assumed that the objective function of this problem is given by a (nonlinear) operator and that its feasible domain is defined by a system of (nonlinear) operator inequalities. In analogy to the finite dimensional case we associate with this minimization problem a dual maximization problem which is defined in the Cartesian product of certain Banach spaces. It is shown that under suitable assumptions the main results of the finite dimensional duality theory can be extended to this general case. This extension is based on optimality conditions obtained in [11].  相似文献
