Global positive periodic solutions of age-dependent competing systems

This paper is to investigate positive periodic solutions of a biological system composed of two competing species. The existence and uniqueness of nonnegative solutions to the model for a set of given vital rates and initial distribution are treated and the contractive property of the solutions explored. Based on these results, some simple conditions for the global existence of positive periodic orbits are established by means of Horn’s asymptotic fixed point theorem.     

Multiplicity of positive periodic solutions to superlinear repulsive singular equations

In this paper, we study positive periodic solutions to the repulsive singular perturbations of the Hill equations. It is proved that such a perturbation problem has at least two positive periodic solutions when the anti-maximum principle holds for the Hill operator and the perturbation is superlinear at infinity. The proof relies on a nonlinear alternative of Leray-Schauder type and on Krasnoselskii fixed point theorem on compression and expansion of cones.     

On the existence of positive solutions for nonlinear differential equations with periodic boundary conditions

We prove the existence of positive solutions of second-order nonlinear differential equations on a finite interval with periodic boundary conditions and give upper and lower bounds for these positive solutions. Obtained results yield positive periodic solutions of the equation on the whole real axis, provided that the coefficients are periodic.

运用Krasnosel’skii不动点理论研究了一类含参泛函微分方程半正问题正周期解的存在性．获得了当参数充分小时正周期解的存在性结果以及半正问题正周期解存在的充分条件．丰富了一阶泛函微分方程解的存在性理论．     

周期二维Lotka—Volterra系统的一些新结果

该文研究周期二维Lotka－Volterra捕食食饵系统解的有界性，持续生存性以及正周期解的存在性和全局稳定性．并将结果推广到食饵有补充的周期二维Lotka－Volterra竞争系统上去，得到了一系列新的结果，改进和推广了文[1—3]的主要结论．     

Existence of positive periodic solutions of impulsive functional differential equations with two parameters

In this paper, we employ a well-known fixed-point index theorem to study the existence and non-existence of positive periodic solutions for the periodic impulsive functional differential equations with two parameters. Several existence and non-existence results are established.     

LOCAL AND GLOBAL HOPF BIFURCATIONS FOR A PREDATOR-PREY SYSTEM WITH TWO DELAYS

In this paper, the Leslie predator-prey system with two delays is studied. The stability of the positive equilibrium is discussed by analyzing the associated characteristic transcendental equation. The direction and stability of the bifurcating periodic solutions are determined by applying the center manifold theorem and normal form theory. The conditions to guarantee the global existence of periodic solutions are given.     

Asymptotic behavior of solutions of a periodic diffusion system of plankton allelopathy

This paper is concerned with the existence and asymptotic behavior of periodic solutions for a periodic reaction diffusion system of a planktonic competition model under Dirichlet boundary conditions. The approach to the problem is by the method of upper and lower solutions and the bootstrap argument of Ahmad and Lazer. It is shown under certain conditions that this system has positive or semi-positive periodic solutions. A sufficient condition is obtained to ensure the stability and global attractivity of positive periodic solutions.     

不动点理论与里卡提方程两个正周期解的存在性

利用压缩映射原理,得到里卡提方程一个正周期解的存在性;利用变量变换方法,将里卡提方程转化为伯努利方程.根据伯努利方程的周期解和变量变换,得到里卡提方程的另一个周期解.并讨论了两个正周期解的稳定性,一个周期解在某个区间上是吸引的,另一个周期解在R上是不稳定的.     

Mathematische Behandlung ernes Modells der Haemodialyse

In this paper a simple mathematical model for the process of hemodialysis is presented. This model is based on a system of two linear differential equations of first order with partly discontinuous coefficients that describe the time-development of the concentrations of a certain toxin (like urea) in the intra- and extracellular part of the human body. The main result is the existence of periodic positive solutions of this system under the natural assumption that the generation of the toxin and its removal by hemodialysis are periodic processes. These periodic positive solutions are also computed numerically for a realistic choice of the coefficients of the modelling differential equations.

本文应用Ｂａｎａｃｈ空间中的Ｈｏｒｎ不动点得到了高维时滞的周期Ｋｏｌｍｏｇｏｒｏｖ型生态系统的正周期解存在性定理,作为这个定理的应用,讨论了几类时滞的周期ＬｏｔｋａＶｏｌｔｅｒｒａ型系统的正周期解的存在性问题,建立了新的实用的判别准则。     

Existence of two periodic solutions for a non-autonomous SIR epidemic model

A non-autonomous SIR model with periodic transmission rate and a constant removal rate is formulated. By using the continuation theorem of coincidence degree theory, sufficient conditions for the existence of at least two positive periodic solutions are obtained. The stability of the periodic solution for small seasonality is investigated. Numerical simulations are done to show our theoretical results.     

Positive solutions of a nonlinear impulsive equation with periodic boundary conditions

In this paper, we investigate nonlinear second order differential equations subject to linear impulse conditions and periodic boundary conditions. Sign properties of an associated Green’s function are exploited to get existence results for positive solutions of the nonlinear boundary value problem with impulse. Upper and lower bounds for positive solutions are also given. The results obtained yield periodic positive solutions of the corresponding periodic impulsive nonlinear differential equation on the whole real axis.

This paper consider a nonautonomous schoner model with feedback control and diffusion. It is shown that the system can be made persistence. Then the existence and the uniqueness of the positive solutions and positive almost periodic solutions for corresponding periodic system and almost periodic system are also discussed.
