利用带参数的仅以被插函数的函数值作为插值条件的一元有理插值方法,构造了一种分母为双二次的仪基于函数值的二元有理双三次插值函数,插值函数具有简洁的显示表示,插值函数中含有四个参数,当这些参数满足一定条件时,插值曲而在插值区域上C1光滑.由于插值函数中含有参数,这样可以在插值数据不变的情况下通过对参数的选择进行插值曲面的局部修改,最后讨论了插值函数的一些性质.     

A note on <Emphasis Type="Italic">f</Emphasis><Subscript><Emphasis Type="Italic">I</Emphasis></Subscript>-sets and <Emphasis Type="Italic">f</Emphasis><Subscript><Emphasis Type="Italic">I</Emphasis></Subscript> -continuous functions

Summary In [6] we introduced and investigated the notions of f_I -sets and f_I -continuous functions in ideal topological spaces. In this paper, we investigate their further important properties.     

<Emphasis Type="Italic">Q</Emphasis>-measures on <Emphasis Type="Italic">Q</Emphasis><Subscript><Emphasis Type="Italic">κ</Emphasis></Subscript>λ

 We give a characterization of strongly compact cardinals in terms of Q _κ λ. We also prove that weakly normal Q-measures on Q _κ λ are ⊂κ-normal. Embedding of non-commutative <Emphasis Type="Italic">L</Emphasis><Superscript><Emphasis Type="Italic">p</Emphasis></Superscript>-spaces: <Emphasis Type="Italic">p</Emphasis> < 1

If (N,t) ({\cal N},\tau) is a finite von Neumann algebra and if (M,n) ({\cal M},\nu) is an infinite von Neumann algebra, then L_p(M,n) L_{p}({\cal M},\nu) does not Banach embed in L_p(N,t) L_{p}({\cal N},\tau) for all p ? (0,1) p\in (0,1) . We also characterize subspaces of $ L_{p}({\cal N},\tau),\ 0< p <1 $ L_{p}({\cal N},\tau),\ 0< p <1 containing a copy of l_p.     

Localization of <Emphasis Type="Italic">LM</Emphasis><Subscript><Emphasis Type="Italic">n</Emphasis></Subscript>-algebras

The aim of this paper is to define the localization LM _n -algebra of an LM _n —algebra L with respect to a topology F on L; in Section 5 we prove that the maximal LM _n -algebra of fractions (defined in [3]) and the LM _n -algebra of fractions relative to an Λ—closed system (defined in Section 2) are LM _n -algebras of localization.     

Semiclassical <Emphasis Type="Italic">L</Emphasis><Superscript><Emphasis Type="Italic">p</Emphasis></Superscript> Estimates

The purpose of this paper is to use semiclassical analysis to unify and generalize L ^p estimates on high energy eigenfunctions and spectral clusters. In our approach these estimates do not depend on ellipticity and order, and apply to operators which are selfadjoint only at the principal level. They are estimates on weakly approximate solutions to semiclassical pseudodifferential equations. Submitted: May 11, 2006. Accepted: September 19, 2006.     

Lifting elementary embeddings <Emphasis Type="Italic">j</Emphasis>: <Emphasis Type="Italic">V</Emphasis><Subscript>λ</Subscript> → <Emphasis Type="Italic">V</Emphasis><Subscript>λ</Subscript>

We describe a fairly general procedure for preserving I₃ embeddings j: V _λ → V _λ via λ-stage reverse Easton iterated forcings. We use this method to prove that, assuming the consistency of an I₃ embedding, V = HOD is consistent with the theory ZFC + WA where WA is an axiom schema in the language {∈, j} asserting a strong but not inconsistent form of “there is an elementary embedding V → V”. This improves upon an earlier result in which consistency was established assuming an I₁ embedding.      

3-Selmer groups for curves <Emphasis Type="Italic">y</Emphasis><Superscript>2</Superscript> = <Emphasis Type="Italic">x</Emphasis><Superscript>3</Superscript> + <Emphasis Type="Italic">a</Emphasis>

We explicitly perform some steps of a 3-descent algorithm for the curves y ² = x ³ + a, a a nonzero integer. In general this will enable us to bound the order of the 3-Selmer group of such curves.     

A new multivariable <Subscript><Emphasis Type="BoldItalic">6</Emphasis></Subscript><Emphasis Type="BoldItalic">ψ</Emphasis><Subscript><Emphasis Type="BoldItalic">6</Emphasis></Subscript> summation formula

By multidimensional matrix inversion, combined with an A _r extension of Jackson’s ₈ φ ₇ summation formula by Milne, a new multivariable ₈ φ ₇ summation is derived. By a polynomial argument this ₈ φ ₇ summation is transformed to another multivariable ₈ φ ₇ summation which, by taking a suitable limit, is reduced to a new multivariable extension of the nonterminating ₆ φ ₅ summation. The latter is then extended, by analytic continuation, to a new multivariable extension of Bailey’s very-well-poised ₆ ψ ₆ summation formula. Exact order of relative widths of classes <Emphasis Type="Italic">W</Emphasis><Stack><Subscript>1</Subscript><Superscript>r</Superscript></Stack> in the space <Emphasis Type="Italic">L</Emphasis><Subscript>1</Subscript>

On <Emphasis Type="Italic">k</Emphasis>-Spaces and <Emphasis Type="Italic">k</Emphasis><Subscript><Emphasis Type="Italic">R</Emphasis></Subscript>-Spaces

In this note we study the relation between k _R -spaces and k-spaces and prove that a k _R -space with a σ-hereditarily closure-preserving k-network consisting of compact subsets is a k-space, and that a k _R -space with a point-countable k-network consisting of compact subsets need not be a k-space. Polyhedral <Emphasis Type="Italic">K</Emphasis><Subscript><Emphasis Type="Italic">2</Emphasis></Subscript>

 Using elementary graded automorphisms of polytopal algebras (essentially the coordinate rings of projective toric varieties) polyhedral versions of the group of elementary matrices and the Steinberg and Milnor groups are defined. They coincide with the usual K-theoretic groups in the special case when the polytope is a unit simplex and can be thought of as compact/polytopal substitutes for the tame automorphism groups of polynomial algebras. Relative to the classical case, many new aspects have to be taken into account. We describe these groups explicitly when the underlying polytope is 2-dimensional. Already this low-dimensional case provides interesting classes of groups. <Emphasis Type="Italic">L</Emphasis><Subscript><Emphasis Type="Italic">p</Emphasis></Subscript>-mixed intersection bodies

In this paper the author first introduce a new concept of L _p -dual mixed volumes of star bodies which extends the classical dual mixed volumes. Moreover, we extend the notions of L _p intersection body to L _p -mixed intersection body. Inequalities for L _p -dual mixed volumes of L _p -mixed intersection bodies are established and the results established here provide new estimates for these type of inequalities. Quasi Lp-Intersection Bodies

The purpose of this paper is to generalize the notion of intersection bodies to that of quasi Lp-intersection bodies. The Lp-analogs of the Busemann intersection inequality and the Brunn- Minkowski inequality for the quasi Lp-intersection bodies are obtained. The Aleksandrov Fenchel inequality for the mixed quasi Lp-intersection bodies is also established.     

Spin L-functions for <Emphasis Type="Italic">GSO</Emphasis><Subscript>10</Subscript> and <Emphasis Type="Italic">GSO</Emphasis><Subscript>12</Subscript>

Two multi-variable Rankin-Selberg integrals are studied. They may be regarded as extending the theory begun in [G-H1]. Each is shown to be Eulerian with the unramified contribution given explicitly in terms of partial Langlands L-functions.     

<Emphasis Type="Italic">K</Emphasis><Subscript><Emphasis Type="Italic">n</Emphasis></Subscript>-nearest neighbor estimators of entropy

For estimating the entropy of an absolutely continuous multivariate distribution, we propose nonparametric estimators based on the Euclidean distances between the n sample points and their k _n -nearest neighbors, where {k _n : n = 1, 2, …} is a sequence of positive integers varying with n. The proposed estimators are shown to be asymptotically unbiased and consistent.
