Synchronization of Genesio chaotic system via backstepping approach   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
Backstepping design is proposed for synchronization of Genesio chaotic system. Firstly, the control problem for the chaos synchronization of nominal Genesio systems without unknown parameters is considered. Next, an adaptive backstepping control law is derived to make the error signals between drive Genesio system and response Genesio system with an uncertain parameter asymptotically synchronized. Finally, the approach is extended to the synchronization problem for the system with three unknown parameters. The stability analysis in this article is proved by using a well-known Lyapunov stability theorem. Note that the approach provided here needs only a single controller to realize the synchronization. Two numerical simulations are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed chaos synchronization scheme.  相似文献

In this paper, a four-dimensional (4D) continuous autonomous hyperchaotic system is introduced and analyzed. This hyperchaotic system is constructed by adding a linear controller to the 3D autonomous chaotic system with a reverse butterfly-shape attractor. Some of its basic dynamical properties, such as Lyapunov exponents, Poincare section, bifurcation diagram and the periodic orbits evolving into chaotic, hyperchaotic dynamical behavior by varying parameter d are studied. Furthermore, the full state hybrid projective synchronization (FSHPS) of new hyperchaotic system with unknown parameters including the unknown coefficients of nonlinear terms is studied by using adaptive control. Numerical simulations are presented to show the effective of the proposed chaos synchronization scheme.  相似文献

This paper investigates the synchronization of three dimensional chaotic systems by extending our previous method for chaos stabilization, and proposes a novel simple adaptive feedback controller for chaos synchronization. In comparison with previous methods, the present controller contains single state feedback. To our knowledge, the above controller is the simplest control scheme for synchronizing the three dimensional chaotic systems. The results are validated using numerical simulations.  相似文献

Control scheme facilitated either in the time- or frequency-domain alone is insufficient in controlling route-to-chaos, where the corresponding response deteriorates in the time and frequency domains simultaneously. A novel chaos control scheme is formulated by addressing the fundamental characteristics inherent of chaotic response. The proposed control scheme has its philosophical basis established in simultaneous time–frequency control, on-line system identification, and adaptive control. Physical features that embody the concept include multiresolution analysis, adaptive Finite Impulse Response (FIR) filter, and Filtered-x Least Mean Square (FXLMS) algorithm. A non-stationary Duffing oscillator is investigated to demonstrate the effectiveness of the control methodology. Results presented herein indicate that for the control of dynamic instability including chaos to be deemed viable, mitigation has to be adaptive and engaged in the time and frequency domains at the same time.  相似文献

This paper deals with the problem of control and synchronization of coupled second-order oscillators showing a chaotic behavior. A classical feedback controller is first used to stabilize the system at its equilibrium. An adaptive observer is then designed to synchronize the states of the master and slave oscillators using a single scalar signal corresponding to an observable state variable of the driving oscillator. An interesting feature of the proposed approach is that it can be used for chaos control as well as synchronization purposes. Numerical simulations results confirming the analytical predictions are shown and pspice simulations are also performed to confirm the efficiency of the proposed control scheme.  相似文献

This paper deals with chaos synchronization between two different uncertain fractional order chaotic systems based on adaptive fuzzy sliding mode control (AFSMC). With the definition of fractional derivatives and integrals, a fuzzy Lyapunov synthesis approach is proposed to tune free parameters of the adaptive fuzzy controller on line by output feedback control law and adaptive law. Moreover, chattering phenomena in the control efforts can be reduced. The sliding mode design procedure not only guarantees the stability and robustness of the proposed AFSMC, but also the external disturbance on the synchronization error can be attenuated. The simulation example is included to confirm validity and synchronization performance of the advocated design methodology.  相似文献

Based on the Lyapunov stability and adaptive synchronization theory, optimization design of adaptive controllers and parameter observers with controllable gain coefficient are investigated in detail. The linear errors of corresponding variables and parameters are used to construct different appropriate positive Lyapunov functions V and the parameter observers and adaptive controllers are approached analytically by simplifying the differential inequality dV/dt?0. Particularly, an optional gain coefficient is selected in the parameter observers and positive Lyapunov function, which decides the transient period to identify the unknown parameters and reach synchronization. The scheme is used to study the synchronization of two non-identical hyperchaotic Rössler systems. The theoretical and numerical results confirm that the four unknown parameters in the drive system are estimated exactly and the two hyperchaotic systems reach complete synchronization when the controllers and parameter observers work on the driven system. To confirm the model independence of this scheme, an alternative hyperchaotic system is investigated, whereby the results confirm that the five unknown parameters are identified rapidly and exactly, and that the two hyperchaotic systems reach complete synchronization as well.  相似文献

Synchronization and adaptive synchronization of Morse oscillator with periodic forced section is investigated in this paper. Backstepping design is a recursive procedure that combines the choice of Lyapunov function with the design of controller. The proposed approaches offers a syetematic design procedure for synchronization and adaptive synchronization of a large class of continuous-time chaotic systems in the chaos research literature. This paper investigates the quadratic optimal synchronization of uncertain chaotic systems with parameter mismatch, parametric perturbations and external disturbances on both master and slave systems. A robust control scheme based on Lyapunov stability theory and quadratic optimal control approach is derived to realize chaotic synchronization. The sufficient criterion for stability condition is formulated in a linear matrix inequality (LMI) form. The effect of uncertain parameters and external disturbance is suppressed to an H norm constraint. An adaptive algorithm is proposed to adjust the uncertain bound in the robust controller avoiding the chattering phenomena. The simulation results for synchronization of the Chua’s circuit system and the Lorenz system demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

In this paper time-delay effects on the master–slave synchronization scheme are studied by a time-delay feedback control technique. Several new delay-independent and delay-dependent sufficient conditions are presented for master–slave synchronization of Lur’e systems based upon Lyapunov method and linear matrix inequalities (LMI’s) approaches. These new synchronization criteria are easily verifiable and offer some fairly adjustable real parameters, which are of important significance in the design and applications of such chaos synchronization systems, and the proposed results improve and generalize the earlier works.  相似文献

In this paper, an adaptive neural network (NN) sliding mode controller (SMC) is proposed to realize the chaos synchronization of two gap junction coupled FitzHugh–Nagumo (FHN) neurons under external electrical stimulation. The controller consists of a radial basis function (RBF) NN and an SMC. After the RBFNN approximating the uncertain nonlinear part of the error dynamical system, the SMC realizes the desired control property regardless of the existence of the approximation errors and external disturbances. The weights of the NN are tuned online based on the sliding mode reaching law. According to the Lyapunov stability theory, the stability of the closed error system is guaranteed. The control scheme is robust to the uncertainties such as approximate error, ionic channel noise and external disturbances. Chaos synchronization is obtained by the proper choice of the control parameters. The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control method.  相似文献

This work presents the synchronization between two different chaotic systems by using an adaptive feedback control scheme. The adaptive synchronization problem between an electrostatic system and electromechanical transducer has been investigated. An adaptive linear feedback law with two controllers is proposed to ensure the global chaos synchronization of the nonlinear electrostatic and electromechanical systems. This paper deals with the finite-time chaos synchronization of the unified chaotic system with uncertain parameters. Based on the finite-time stability theory, a control law is proposed to realize finite-time chaos synchronization for the unified chaotic system with uncertain parameters. The controller is simple, robust and only part parameters are required to be bounded. Simulation results for the Lorenz, Lü and Chen chaotic systems are presented to validate the design and the analysis.  相似文献

In this paper, a robust control system combining backstepping and sliding mode control techniques is used to realize the synchronization of two gap junction coupled chaotic FitzHugh-Nagumo (FHN) neurons in the external electrical stimulation. A backstepping sliding mode approach is applied firstly to compensate the uncertainty which occur in the control system. However, the bound of uncertainty is necessary in the design of the backstepping sliding mode controller. To relax the requirement for the bound of uncertainty, an adaptive backstepping sliding mode controller with a simple adaptive law to adapt the uncertainty in real time is designed. The adaptive backstepping sliding mode control system is robust for time-varying external disturbances. The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the control scheme.  相似文献

This work presents chaos synchronization between two different hyperchaotic systems using adaptive control. The sufficient conditions for achieving synchronization of two high dimensional chaotic systems are derived based on Lyapunov stability theory, and an adaptive control law and a parameter update rule for unknown parameters are given such that generalized Henon–Heiles system is controlled to be hyperchaotic Chen system. This paper presents an adaptive sliding mode control scheme for Lorenz chaos subject to saturating input. The state of Lorenz system can be asymptotically driven to an equilibrium point in spite of the presence of input saturation and external disturbance using the proposed control scheme. Numerical simulations demonstrate the effectiveness of its application to chaotic system control. It also shows that the settling time will be decreased, if the saturation bound of control input is relaxed.  相似文献

In this paper, a secure communication scheme based on chaotic modulation is proposed using a reversible process and a robust controller with efficient cost and complexity to synchronize two different chaotic systems. In the controller design, a sliding mode control with an adaptive rule is used for non-linear inputs. The adaptive rule is applied to ensure the synchronization when uncertainties, non-modeled dynamics or external distortions are at work. The message signal is recovered at the receiver using a recursive process at the end. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is confirmed via the simulation results for the synchronization of the transmitted signal modulated by Chen chaotic system at the transmitter and Genesio chaotic system at the receiver, and those for the information recovery process.  相似文献

In this paper, an adaptive algorithm is proposed for synchronization of chaotic systems with different orders. A modular adaptive control strategy is applied to make states of the slave system track those of the master, despite the unknown parameters. One of the most advantages of the modularity approach, which is applied for the first time in chaos synchronization, is its flexibility in choosing identification and control modules and designing them completely independently. In this paper, a modified recursive least square algorithm is used to identify the unknown parameters of the slave system, and the control module is designed by means of two different algorithms. First it is designed based on active control method, and then, in order to synchronize with a lower energy, we design an optimal controller. The two methods are applied on a practical case study, and the results are compared. Two different dimensional neuron models, the HR neuron model and the cable model of cylindrical cell, are considered as the master and slave systems, respectively. Simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献
