This work presents chaos synchronization between two different chaotic systems by nonlinear control laws. First, synchronization problem between Genesio system and Rossler system has been investigated, and then the similar approach is applied to the synchronization problem between Genesio system and a new chaotic system developed recently in the literature. This paper addresses the synchronization problem of two Lü hyperchaotic dynamical systems in the presence of unknown system parameters. Based on Lyapunov stability theory an adaptive control law is derived to make the states of two identical Lü hyperchaotic systems with unknown system parameters asymptotically synchronized. Numerical simulations are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed chaos synchronization schemes.  相似文献

This letter presents chaos synchronization problem of two different hyperchaotic systems when the parameters of drive and response systems are fully unknown or uncertain. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, an adaptive control law and a parameter update rule for unknown parameters are derived such that two different high dimensional chaotic systems are to be synchronized. In this paper, the nonfragile control problem for synchronization of a class of chaotic dynamical systems with controller gain variations is studied. Using the Lyapunov method and LMI (linear matrix inequality) technique, a criterion for the existence of the nonfragile controller for synchronization is derived in terms of LMI. This paper discusses a new energy resource chaotic system. It investigates basically dynamical behaviors of this new system. It also addresses the synchronization problem of two energy resource systems in the presence of different unknown system parameters. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, an adaptive control law is derived to make the states of two energy resource systems with different unknown system parameters asymptotically synchronized. This paper deals with the finite-time chaos synchronization of the unified chaotic system with uncertain parameters. Based on the finite-time stability theory, a control law is proposed to realize finite-time chaos synchronization for the unified chaotic system with uncertain parameters. The controller is simple, robust and only part parameters are required to be bounded. Simulation results for the Lorenz, Lü and Chen chaotic systems are presented to validate the design and the analysis.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of finite-time chaos synchronization between two different chaotic systems with fully unknown parameters is investigated. First, a new nonsingular terminal sliding surface is introduced and its finite-time convergence to the zero equilibrium is proved. Then, appropriate adaptive laws are derived to tackle the unknown parameters of the systems. Afterwards, based on the adaptive laws and finite-time control idea, an adaptive sliding mode controller is proposed to ensure the occurrence of the sliding motion in a given finite time. It is mathematically proved that the introduced sliding mode technique has finite-time convergence and stability in both reaching and sliding mode phases. Finally, some numerical simulations are presented to demonstrate the applicability and effectiveness of the proposed technique.  相似文献

This paper proposes two schemes of synchronization of two four-scorll chaotic attractor, a simple global synchronization and adaptive synchronization in the presence of unknown system parameters. Based on Lyapunov stability theory and matrix measure, a simple generic criterion is derived for global synchronization of four-scorll chaotic attractor system with a unidirectional linear error feedback coupling. This methods are applicable to a large class of chaotic systems where only a few algebraic inequalities are involved. Numerical simulations are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed chaos synchronization method.  相似文献

This work presents chaos synchronization between two different hyperchaotic systems using adaptive control. The sufficient conditions for achieving synchronization of two high dimensional chaotic systems are derived based on Lyapunov stability theory, and an adaptive control law and a parameter update rule for unknown parameters are given such that generalized Henon–Heiles system is controlled to be hyperchaotic Chen system. This work presents a direct approach to design stabilizing controller based on a special matrix structure to synchronize chaotic systems and extends the approach to synchronize fractional chaotic systems. With this method, chaos synchronization is implemented in Lorenz chaotic systems with known parameters and the same to Lorenz chaotic systems with unknown parameters. Especially, fractional Lorenz chaotic system with unknown parameters is synchronized by fractional Chen chaotic system too. In this paper two adaptive sliding mode controls for synchronizing the state trajectories of the Genesio–Tesi system with unknown parameters and external disturbance are proposed. A switching surface is introduced and based on this switching surface, two adaptive sliding mode control schemes are presented to guarantee the occurrence of the sliding motion. The stability and robustness of the two proposed schemes are proved using Lyapunov stability theory. The effectiveness of our introduced schemes is provided by numerical simulations.  相似文献

In this article, the adaptive chaos synchronization technique is implemented by an electronic circuit and applied to the hyperchaotic system proposed by Chen et al. We consider the more realistic and practical case where all the parameters of the master system are unknowns. We propose and implement an electronic circuit that performs the estimation of the unknown parameters and the updating of the parameters of the slave system automatically, and hence it achieves the synchronization. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first attempt to implement a circuit that estimates the values of the unknown parameters of chaotic system and achieves synchronization. The proposed circuit has a variety of suitable real applications related to chaos encryption and cryptography. The outputs of the implemented circuits and numerical simulation results are shown to view the performance of the synchronized system and the proposed circuit.  相似文献

In this paper, an adaptive algorithm is proposed for synchronization of chaotic systems with different orders. A modular adaptive control strategy is applied to make states of the slave system track those of the master, despite the unknown parameters. One of the most advantages of the modularity approach, which is applied for the first time in chaos synchronization, is its flexibility in choosing identification and control modules and designing them completely independently. In this paper, a modified recursive least square algorithm is used to identify the unknown parameters of the slave system, and the control module is designed by means of two different algorithms. First it is designed based on active control method, and then, in order to synchronize with a lower energy, we design an optimal controller. The two methods are applied on a practical case study, and the results are compared. Two different dimensional neuron models, the HR neuron model and the cable model of cylindrical cell, are considered as the master and slave systems, respectively. Simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this article, based on the stability theory of fractional‐order systems, chaos synchronization is achieved in the fractional‐order modified Van der Pol–Duffing system via a new linear control approach. A fractional backstepping controller is also designed to achieve chaos synchronization in the proposed system. Takagi‐Sugeno fuzzy models‐based are also presented to achieve chaos synchronization in the fractional‐order modified Van der Pol–Duffing system via linear control technique. In this paper, the problem of chaos synchronization between two different uncertain chaotic systems with input nonlinearities is investigated. Both master and slave systems are perturbed by model uncertainties, external disturbances and unknown parameters. The bounds of the model uncertainties and external disturbances are assumed to be unknown in advance. First, a simple linear sliding surface is selected. Then, appropriate adaptive laws are derived to tackle the model uncertainties, external disturbances and unknown parameters. Subsequently, based on the adaptive laws and Lyapunov stability theory, a robust adaptive sliding mode control law is designed to guarantee the existence of the sliding motion. In this paper, a robust adaptive sliding mode controller (RASMC) is proposed to realize chaos synchronization between two different chaotic systems with uncertainties, external disturbances and fully unknown parameters. It is assumed that both master and slave chaotic systems are perturbed by uncertainties, external disturbances and unknown parameters. The bounds of the uncertainties and external disturbances are assumed to be unknown in advance. Suitable update laws are designed to tackle the uncertainties, external disturbances and unknown parameters. For constructing the RASMC a simple sliding surface is first designed. Then, the RASMC is derived to guarantee the occurrence of the sliding motion. The robustness and stability of the proposed RASMC is proved using Lyapunov stability theory. Finally, the introduced RASMC is applied to achieve chaos synchronization between three different pairs of the chaotic systems (Lorenz–Chen, Chen–Lorenz, and Liu–Lorenz) in the presence of the uncertainties, external disturbances and unknown parameters. Some numerical simulations are given to demonstrate the robustness and efficiency of the proposed RASMC.  相似文献

This paper proposes the chaos control and the generalized projective synchronization methods for heavy symmetric gyroscope systems via Gaussian radial basis adaptive variable structure control. Because of the nonlinear terms of the gyroscope system, the system exhibits chaotic motions. Occasionally, the extreme sensitivity to initial states in a system operating in chaotic mode can be very destructive to the system because of unpredictable behavior. In order to improve the performance of a dynamic system or avoid the chaotic phenomena, it is necessary to control a chaotic system with a periodic motion beneficial for working with a particular condition. As chaotic signals are usually broadband and noise like, synchronized chaotic systems can be used as cipher generators for secure communication. This paper presents chaos synchronization of two identical chaotic motions of symmetric gyroscopes. In this paper, the switching surfaces are adopted to ensure the stability of the error dynamics in variable structure control. Using the neural variable structure control technique, control laws are established which guarantees the chaos control and the generalized projective synchronization of unknown gyroscope systems. In the neural variable structure control, Gaussian radial basis functions are utilized to on-line estimate the system dynamic functions. Also, the adaptation laws of the on-line estimator are derived in the sense of Lyapunov function. Thus, the unknown gyro systems can be guaranteed to be asymptotically stable. Also, the proposed method can achieve the control objectives. Numerical simulations are presented to verify the proposed control and synchronization methods. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed methods is discussed.  相似文献
