In this paper,we introduce the notion of Hermitian pluriharmonic maps from Hermitian manifold into K¨ahler manifold.Assuming the domain manifolds possess some special exhaustion functions and the vecotor field V=JMδJM satisfies some decay conditions,we use stress-energy tensors to establish some monotonicity formulas of partial energies of Hermitian pluriharmonic maps.These monotonicity inequalities enable us to derive some holomorphicity for these Hermitian pluriharmonic maps.  相似文献

We consider here a generalization of the Hua system that was proved by Johnson and Korányi to characterize Poisson-Szegő integrals for Siegel domains of tube-type. We show that the situation is completely different when dealing with non-tube-type symmetric irreducible symmetric domains: then all functions that are annihilated by this second-order system and satisfy an H2-type integrability condition are pluriharmonic functions.  相似文献

Estimates on the initial coefficients are obtained for normalized analytic functions f in the open unit disk with f and its inverse g=f−1 satisfying the conditions that zf(z)/f(z) and zg(z)/g(z) are both subordinate to a univalent function whose range is symmetric with respect to the real axis. In this paper we obtain certain sufficient conditions for the univalence of pluriharmonic mappings defined in the unit ball \(\mathbb{B}^n \) of ? n . The results are generalizations of conditions of Chuaqui and Hernández that relate the univalence of planar harmonic mappings with linearly connected domains, and show how such domains can play a role in questions regarding injectivity in higher dimensions. In addition, we extend recent work of Hernández and Martín on a shear type construction for planar harmonic mappings, by adapting the concept of stable univalence to pluriharmonic mappings of the unit ball \(\mathbb{B}^n \) into ? n .  相似文献

First, we generalize a rigidity result for harmonic maps of Gordon (Gordon (1972) Proc AM Math Soc 33: 433–437) to generalized pluriharmonic maps. We give the construction of generalized pluriharmonic maps from metric tt *-bundles over nearly Kähler manifolds. An application of the last two results is that any metric tt *-bundle over a compact nearly Kähler manifold is trivial (Theorem A). This result we apply to special Kähler manifolds to show that any compact special Kähler manifold is trivial. This is Lu’s theorem (Lu (1999) Math Ann 313: 711–713) for the case of compact special Kähler manifolds. Further we introduce harmonic bundles over nearly Kähler manifolds and study the implications of Theorem A for tt *-bundles coming from harmonic bundles over nearly Kähler manifolds.  相似文献

In the present paper we will introduce a new approach to multivariate interpolation by employing polyharmonic functions as interpolants, i.e. by solutions of higher order elliptic equations. A normalized univalent function f is called Ma-Minda starlike or convex if zf(z)/f(z)?φ(z) or 1+zf(z)/f(z)?φ(z) where φ is a convex univalent function with φ(0)=1. The class of Ma-Minda convex functions is shown to be closed under certain operators that are generalizations of previously studied operators. Analogous inclusion results are also obtained for subclasses of starlike and close-to-convex functions. Connections with various earlier works are made.  相似文献

In this paper we use the real differential geometric definition of a metric (a unimodular oriented metric) tt*-bundle of Cortés and the author (Topological-anti-topological fusion equations, pluriharmonic maps and special Kähler manifolds) to define a map Φ from the space of metric (unimodular oriented metric) tt*-bundles of rank r over a complex manifold M to the space of pluriharmonic maps from M to {GL}(r)/O(p,q) (respectively {SL}(r)/SO(p,q)), where (p,q) is the signature of the metric. In the sequel the image of the map Φ is characterized. It follows, that in signature (r,0) the image of Φ is the whole space of pluriharmonic maps. This generalizes a result of Dubrovin (Comm. Math. The relation connecting the symmetric elliptic integral RF with the Jacobian elliptic functions is symmetric in the first three of the four letters c, d, n, and s that are used in ordered pairs to name the 12 functions. A symbol Δ(p,q)=ps2(u,k)−qs2(u,k), p,q∈{c,d,n}, is independent of u and allows formulas for differentiation, bisection, duplication, and addition to remain valid when c, d, and n are permuted. The five transformations of first order, which change the argument and modulus of the functions, take a unified form in which they correspond to the five nontrivial permutations of c, d, and n. There are 18 transformations of second order (including Landen's and Gauss's transformations) comprising three sets of six. The sets are related by permutations of the original functions cs, ds, and ns, and there are only three sets because each set is symmetric in two of these. The six second-order transformations in each set are related by first-order transformations of the transformed functions, and all 18 take a unified form. All results are derived from properties of RF without invoking Weierstrass functions or theta functions.  相似文献

An approach for factoring general boolean functions was described in Golumbic and Mintz [Factoring logic functions using graph partitioning, in: Proceedings of IEEE/ACM International Conference on Computer Aided Design, November 1999, pp. 195-198] and Mintz and Golumbic [Factoring Boolean functions using graph partitioning, Discrete Appl. Math. 149 (2005) 131-153] which is based on graph partitioning algorithms. In this paper, we present a very fast algorithm for recognizing and factoring read-once functions which is needed as a dedicated factoring subroutine to handle the lower levels of that factoring process. The algorithm is based on algorithms for cograph recognition and on checking normality.For non-read-once functions, we investigate their factoring based on their corresponding graph classes. In particular, we show that if a function F is normal and its corresponding graph is a partial k-tree, then F is a read 2k function and a read 2k formula for F can be obtained in polynomial time.  相似文献

In this paper we give a new proof that for controllable and observable linear systems every L2[0,T] function can be approximated in the L2[0,T] sense with an output function generated by an L2[0,T] input function. We also give a new characterization of how continuous functions on [0,T] are uniformly approximated by an output generated by a continuous input function. The relative degree of the transfer function of the system determines those functions that can be approximated. We further show that if the initial data is allowed to vary then every continuous function is uniformly approximated by outputs generated by continuous functions.  相似文献

Read-once functions have gained recent, renewed interest in the fields of theory and algorithms of Boolean functions, computational learning theory and logic design and verification. In an earlier paper [M.C. Golumbic, A. Mintz, U. Rotics, Factoring and recognition of read-once functions using cographs and normality, and the readability of functions associated with partial k-trees, Discrete Appl. Math. 154 (2006) 1465-1677], we presented the first polynomial-time algorithm for recognizing and factoring read-once functions, based on a classical characterization theorem of Gurvich which states that a positive Boolean function is read-once if and only if it is normal and its co-occurrence graph is P4-free.In this note, we improve the complexity bound by showing that the method can be modified slightly, with two crucial observations, to obtain an O(n|f|) implementation, where |f| denotes the length of the DNF expression of a positive Boolean function f, and n is the number of variables in f. The previously stated bound was O(n2k), where k is the number of prime implicants of the function. In both cases, f is assumed to be given as a DNF formula consisting entirely of the prime implicants of the function.  相似文献

The space of Herglotz wave functions in R2 consists of all the solutions of the Helmholtz equation that can be represented as the Fourier transform in R2 of a measure supported in the circle and with density in L2(S1). This space has a structure of a Hilbert space with reproducing kernel. The purpose of this article is to study Toeplitz operators with nonnegative radial symbols, defined on this space. We study the boundary values of the functions of the Sobolev function spaces W l and the Nikol’ski? function spaces H l which are defined on an arbitrary domain of a Carnot group. We obtain some reversible characteristics of the traces of the spaces under consideration on the boundary of the domain of definition and sufficient conditions for extension of the functions of these spaces outside the domain of definition.
