投资市场具有一定的风险,影响因素包括经济、政治、市场自身规律等,根据市场机制构建合适的投资组合模型,可以有效降低市场风险,提高投资回报率.人工鱼群算法是模仿自然界鱼类的一种人工智能优化算法,具有较好的优化能力,但有时会陷入局部最优解.首先将人工鱼群算法与均匀变异相结合,加入均匀变异随机数,使算法能够跳出局部最优解,得到全局最优,从而提高算法精度.然后采用改进人工鱼群算法对投资组合模型进行优化求解.实验表明,改进人工鱼群算法具有较好的收敛精度和收敛速度,对投资组合模型的求解效果更好,风险下降,收益增加、  相似文献

In this paper, a novel hybrid glowworm swarm optimization (HGSO) algorithm is proposed. The HGSO algorithm embeds predatory behaviour of artificial fish swarm algorithm (AFSA) into glowworm swarm optimization (GSO) algorithm and combines the GSO with differential evolution on the basis of a two-population co-evolution mechanism. In addition, to overcome the premature convergence, the local search strategy based on simulated annealing is applied to make the search of GSO approach the true optimum solution gradually. Finally, several benchmark functions show that HGSO has faster convergence efficiency and higher computational precision, and is more effective for solving constrained multi-modal function optimization problems.  相似文献

将混沌优化算法与粒子群优化算法相结合,形成新的混沌粒子群优化算法.利用混沌运动的遍历性,避免陷入局部最优.同时,粒子群算法能加快混沌优化算法的收敛速度,使搜索效率得到提高.用混沌粒子群优化算法优化灰色GM(1,1)模型中的参数,通过横向和纵向比较,优化效果良好,模型预测精度得到了提高.运用该模型对三江平原地下水埋深进行动态预测,预测结果可为有关决策部门提供参考.  相似文献

针对模糊不确定的证券市场,用可能性均值、下可能性方差和协方差分别替换了投资组合模型中概率均值、方差和协方差,构建了双目标均值-方差投资组合模型。然后采用线性加权法将双目标模型转化为单目标模型,进而提出了一个PSO-AFSA混合算法对其求解。该混合算法中,将粒子群算法搜索的结果作为人工鱼群算法初始鱼群,进一步搜索,这样能有效的避免粒子群算法陷入局部最优。同时,将人工鱼群中的最好位置反馈到粒子群算法的速度更新公式中,指引粒子运动,加快算法收敛。最后,进行实例分析,结果表明:PSO-AFSA混合算法是有效的,混合算法搜索到的全局最优值好于基本粒子群算法搜索到的全局最优值。  相似文献

为了较准确的预测气膜钢筋混凝土储仓主体结构施工成本,提出一种鸡群算法(CSO)和支持向量回归机(SVR)结合模型,即CSO-SVR,利用CSO算法对SVR进行寻优得到全局最优解,从而得到具有最佳参数的支持向量回归机模型,通过气膜钢筋混凝土储仓主体结构施工成本数据预测仿真,结果显示:CSO-SVR模型预测精度高于PSO-SVR,GA-SVR,SVR,BPNN等方法,是预测气膜钢筋混凝土储仓主体结构施工成本的有效工具.  相似文献

首先对ECMWF不同物理量场预报因子群进行自然正交展开,选取能充分反映每个预报因子场主要信息的第一主分量作为模型输入.进一步利用粒子群算法对支持向量回归机的相关参数进行优化,以南宁市8个气象站单站逐日降水作为预报对象,建立粒子群-支持向量回归集合预报模型,进行单站逐日降水的数值预报产品释用预报方法研究.利用模型对2015年5-6月南宁市8站进行了逐日降水预报业务试验,结果表明,模型具有较好的预报效果.并提出了利用隶属函数建立可信度函数对不同的预报模型进行评价.  相似文献

传统的供应链求解方法为投影法,针对其要对投影进行计算,十分复杂的缺点,提出用改进的粒子群算法求解供应链均衡问题,利用动态异步调整学习因子来有效的提高了算法搜索能力与精度。本文介绍了供应链网络均衡问题转变为无约束优化问题的方法,然后用改进的粒子群优化算法进行求解。通过四个数值算例,将实验结果与标准粒子群算法、蜂群算法、学习因子同步变化的粒子群算法进行比较,验证了改进的粒子群优化算法在解决供应链网络均衡问题中的有效性与优越性,为供应链网络求解提供了一种新的方法。  相似文献

Accurate forecasting of rainfall has been one of the most important issues in hydrological research. Due to rainfall forecasting involves a rather complex nonlinear data pattern; there are lots of novel forecasting approaches to improve the forecasting accuracy. Recurrent artificial neural networks (RNNS) have played a crucial role in forecasting rainfall data. Meanwhile, support vector machines (SVMs) have been successfully employed to solve nonlinear regression and time series problems. This investigation elucidates the feasibility of hybrid model of RNNs and SVMs, namely RSVR, to forecast rainfall depth values. Moreover, chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm (CPSO) is employed to choose the parameters of a SVR model. Subsequently, example of rainfall values during typhoon periods from Northern Taiwan is used to illustrate the proposed RSVRCPSO model. The empirical results reveal that the proposed model yields well forecasting performance, RSVRCPSO model provides a promising alternative for forecasting rainfall values.  相似文献

拣货作业是仓库核心作业之一,占据仓库运营大量的时间成本和资金成本.针对多区型仓库拣货路径优化问题,对多区型仓库布局、货位坐标、路径等问题进行了定义,构建了多区型仓库拣货路径优化建模,接着通过大量实验确定了人工鱼群算法在求解拣货路径问题时的最优算法参数组合,通过演示性实验验证了模型与算法的有效性,最后从波次订单对实验结果的影响、车载容量对实验结果的影响和算法对比分析3个方面验证了人工鱼群算法的实用性和优越性.结果表明,所建立的多区型仓库拣货路径优化的模型及其求解方法,能够有效提高仓储拣货作业效率.  相似文献

针对粒子群算法局部搜索能力差,后期收敛速度慢等缺点,提出了一种改进的粒子群算法,该算法是在粒子群算法后期加入拟牛顿方法,充分发挥了粒子群算法的全局搜索性和拟牛顿法的局部精细搜索性,从而克服了粒子群算法的不足,把超越方程转化为函数优化的问题,利用该算法求解,数值实验结果表明,算法有较高的收敛速度和求解精度。  相似文献

为了进一步提高短时交通流量预测的精度,提出了一种粒子群算法的模糊神经网络组合预测模型,模糊神经网络融合了神经网络的学习机制和模糊系统的语言推理能力等优点,弥补各自不足,将自回归求和滑动平均(ARIMA)和灰色Verhulst模型进行初步预测,并将两种初步预测的结果作为模糊神经网络的输入,构建基于改进模神经网络的组合预测模型,在此基础上进行训练和预测,其中模糊神经网络的相关参数由改进粒子群来优化,利用本方法来对南京市汉中路短时交通流量进行预测,结论表明:方法充分发挥了单一模型的优势,比单一的预测模型更加精确,是短时交通流量预测的一个有效方法。  相似文献

The Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) is a swarm intelligence algorithm for optimization that has previously been applied to the training of neural networks. This paper examines more carefully the performance of the ABC algorithm for optimizing the connection weights of feed-forward neural networks for classification tasks, and presents a more rigorous comparison with the traditional Back-Propagation (BP) training algorithm. The empirical results for benchmark problems demonstrate that using the standard “stopping early” approach with optimized learning parameters leads to improved BP performance over the previous comparative study, and that a simple variation of the ABC approach provides improved ABC performance too. With both improvements applied, the ABC approach does perform very well on small problems, but the generalization performances achieved are only significantly better than standard BP on one out of six datasets, and the training times increase rapidly as the size of the problem grows. If different, evolutionary optimized, BP learning rates are allowed for the two layers of the neural network, BP is significantly better than the ABC on two of the six datasets, and not significantly different on the other four.  相似文献

针对在使用BP模型进行图像去噪时,模型存在的对初始权阈值敏感、易陷入局部极小值和收敛速度慢的问题.为了提高模型去噪效率,提出采用改进粒子群神经网络模型进行图像去噪.首先运用改进粒子群算法对BP神经网络权阈值进行初始寻优,再用trainlm BP算法对优化的网络权阈值进一步精确优化,随后建立基于粒子群算法的BP神经网络去噪模型,并将其应用到图像去噪研究中.仿真结果表明,新模型结合了粒子群算法的全局寻优能力和BP算法的局部搜索能力,减小了模型对初始权阈值的敏感性,有效防止了模型陷入局部极小值的可能,提高了图像去噪模型的速度和质量.  相似文献

This paper built a hybrid decomposition-ensemble model named VMD-ARIMA-HGWO-SVR for the purpose of improving the stability and accuracy of container throughput prediction. The latest variational mode decomposition (VMD) algorithm is employed to decompose the original series into several modes (components), then ARIMA models are built to forecast the low-frequency components, and the high-frequency components are predicted by SVR models which are optimized with a recently proposed swarm intelligence algorithm called hybridizing grey wolf optimization (HGWO), following this, the prediction results of all modes are ensembled as the final forecasting result. The error analysis and model comparison results show that the VMD is more effective than other decomposition methods such as CEEMD and WD, moreover, adopting ARIMA models for prediction of low-frequency components can yield better results than predicting all components by SVR models. Based on the results of empirical study, the proposed model has good prediction performance on container throughput data, which can be used in practical work to provide reference for the operation and management of ports to improve the overall efficiency and reduce the operation costs.  相似文献

采用混合优化策略训练神经网络,进而实现地区人力资源数据的时间序列预测.神经网络,尤其是应用反向传播(back propagation,简称BP)算法训练的神经网络,被广泛应用于预测中.但是BP神经网络训练速度慢、容易陷入局部极值.遗传算法(genetic algorithm,简称GA)具有很好的全局寻优性.因而提出将BP和GA结合起来的混合优化策略训练神经网络,来实现人力资源数据预测.与BP算法相比,数值计算结果表明预测精度高、速度快,为地区人力资源数据的时间序列预测研究提供了一条新的途径.  相似文献

应用果蝇优化算法对径向基神经网络扩展参数的优化方法进行研究,给出了一种以标准误差计算公式为味道判定函数,以此确定最优的径向基函数的扩展参数值的方法,并建立了相应的预测模型.应用该预测模型对黑龙江省外贸出口额进行预测,结果表明:预测模型的预测精度优于径向基神经网络,从而证明了方法的有效性.  相似文献

Social behaviour is mainly based on swarm colonies, in which each individual shares its knowledge about the environment with other individuals to get optimal solutions. Such co-operative model differs from competitive models in the way that individuals die and are born by combining information of alive ones. This paper presents the particle swarm optimization with differential evolution algorithm in order to train a neural network instead the classic back propagation algorithm. The performance of a neural network for particular problems is critically dependant on the choice of the processing elements, the net architecture and the learning algorithm. This work is focused in the development of methods for the evolutionary design of artificial neural networks. Accurate forecasting of inter-urban traffic flow has been one of the most important issues globally in the research on road traffic congestion. Because the information of inter-urban traffic presents a challenging situation, the traffic flow forecasting involves a rather complex nonlinear data pattern. In the recent years, the support vector regression model (SVR) has been widely used to solve nonlinear regression and time series problems. This investigation presents a short-term traffic forecasting model which combines the support vector regression model with continuous ant colony optimization algorithms (SVRCACO) to forecast inter-urban traffic flow. Additionally, a numerical example of traffic flow values from northern Taiwan is employed to elucidate the forecasting performance of the proposed SVRCACO model. The forecasting results indicate that the proposed model yields more accurate forecasting results than the seasonal autoregressive integrated moving average (SARIMA) time series model. Therefore, the SVRCACO model is a promising alternative for forecasting traffic flow.  相似文献

粒子群算法(Particle Swarm Optimization,PSO)是一种新兴的优化技术,其思想来源于人工生命和演化计算理论。PSO通过粒子追随自己找到的最好解和整个群的最好解来完成优化。该算法简单易实现,可调参数少,已得到了广泛研究和应用。本文根据该算法能够有效的求出非凸数学规划全局最优解的特点,对非线性二层规划的上下层问题求解,并根据二层规划的特点,给出了求解非线性二层规划问题全局最优解的有效算法。数值计算结果表明该算法有效。  相似文献
