In this paper,we shall be concerned with what happens of Gorenstein homological dimensions when certain modifications are made to a ring.The five structural operations addressed later are the formation of excellent extensions,localizations,Morita equivalences,polynomial extensions and power series extensions.     

强 Gorenstein 平坦维数

This article is concerned with the strongly Gorenstein flat dimensions of modules and rings.We show this dimension has nice properties when the ring is coherent,and extend the well-known Hilbert＇s syzygy theorem to the strongly Gorenstein flat dimensions of rings.Also,we investigate the strongly Gorenstein flat dimensions of direct products of rings and（almost）excellent extensions of rings.     

Homological dimensions of the extension algebras of monomial algebras

The main objective of this paper is to study the dimension trees and further the homological dimensions of the extension algebras — dual and trivially twisted extensions — with a unified combinatorial approach using the two combinatorial algorithms — Topdown and Bottomup. We first present a more complete and clearer picture of a dimension tree, with which we are then able, on the one hand, to sharpen some results obtained before and furthermore reveal a few more hidden subtle homological phenomenons of or connections between the involved algebras; on the other hand, to provide two more efficient combinatorial algorithms for computing dimension trees, and consequently the homological dimensions as an application. We believe that the more refined complete structural information on dimension trees will be useful to study other homological properties of this class of extension algebras.     

THE P-COTORSION DIMENSIONS OF MODULES AND RINGS

Let R be a ring. We define a dimension, called P-cotorsion dimension, for modules and rings. The aim of this article is to investigate P-cotorsion dimensions of modules and rings and the relations between P-cotorsion dimension and other homological dimensions. This dimension has nice properties when the ring in consideration is generalized morphic.     

Vanishing of Tate Homology — An Application of Stable Homology for Complexes

It has been proved that the vanishing of Tate homology is a sufficient condition for the derived depth formula to hold in [J. Pure Appl. Algebra, 219, 464–481(2015)]. In this paper, we investigate when Tate homology vanishes by studying the stable homology theory for complexes. Properties such as the balancedness and vanishing of stable homology for complexes are studied. Our results show that the vanishing of this homology can detect finiteness of homological dimensions of complexes and regularness of rings.     

7c-Gorenstein Projective, ;Cc-Gorenstein Injectiveand Wcr-Gorenstei丨丨 Flat Modules

The authors introduce and investigate the Tc-Gorenstein projective, Lc- Gorenstein injective and Hc-Gorenstein flat modules with respect to a semidualizing module C which shares the common properties with the Gorenstein projective, injective and flat modules, respectively. The authors prove that the classes of all the Tc-Gorenstein projective or the Hc-Gorenstein flat modules are exactly those Gorenstein projective or flat modules which are in the Auslander class with respect to C, respectively, and the classes of all the Lc-Gorenstein ＇injective modules are exactly those Gorenstein injective modules which are in the Bass class, so the authors get the relations between the Gorenstein projective, injective or flat modules and the C-Gorenstein projective, injective or flat modules. Moreover, the authors consider the Tc（R）-projective and Lc（R）-injective dimensions and Tc（R）-precovers and Lc（R）-preenvelopes. Fiually, the authors study the Hc-Gorenstein flat modules and extend the Foxby equivalences.

Most of pointed Hopf algebras of dimension p^m with large coradtical are shown to be generalized path algebras. By the theory of generalized path algebras, the representations, homological dimensions and radicals of these Hopf algebras are obtained. The relations between the radicals of path algebras and connectivity of directed graphs are given.     

IFP-FLAT DIMENSIONS AND IFP-INJECTIVE DIMENSIONS

In basic homological algebra,the flat and injective dimensions of modules play an important and fundamental role.In this paper,the closely related I F P-flat and I F P-injective dimensions are introduced and studied.We show that I F P-fd(M) = I F P-id(M +) and I F P-fd(M +)=I F P-id(M) for any R-module M over any ring R.Let IIn(resp.,IFn) be the class of all left(resp.,right) R-modules of IFP-injective(resp.,I F P-flat) dimension at most n.We prove that every right R-module has an IF npreenvelope,(IF n,IF n⊥) is a perfect cotorsion theory over any ring R,and for any ring R with I F P-id(RR) ≤ n,(II n,II n⊥) is a perfect cotorsion theory.This generalizes and improves the earlier work(J.Algebra 242(2001),447-459).Finally,some applications are given.     

Gorenstein flatness and injectivity over Gorenstein rings

Let R be a Gorenstein ring.We prove that if I is an ideal of R such that R/I is a semi-simple ring,then the Gorenstein flat dimension of R/I as a right R-module and the Gorenstein injective dimension of R/I as a left R-module are identical.In addition,we prove that if R→S is a homomorphism of rings and SE is an injective cogenerator for the category of left S-modules,then the Gorenstein flat dimension of S as a right R-module and the Gorenstein injective dimension of E as a left R-module are identical.We also give some applications of these results.     

关于FP-内射维数的一个注记

Let R and S be a left coherent ring and a right coherent ring respectively,RωS be a faithfully balanced self-orthogonal bimodule.We give a sufficient condition to show that l.FP-idR（ω） ∞ implies G-dimω（M） ∞,where M ∈ modR.This result generalizes the result by Huang and Tang about the relationship between the FP-injective dimension and the generalized Gorenstein dimension in 2001.In addition,we get that the left orthogonal dimension is equal to the generalized Gorenstein dimension when G-dimω（M） is finite.     

Gorenstein Injective and Gorenstein Flat Resolution of Modules Over Gorenstein Rings

Abstract

Let R be a commutative Noetherian ring. There are several characterizations of Gorenstein rings in terms of classical homological dimensions of their modules. In this paper, we use Gorenstein dimensions (Gorenstein injective and Gorenstein flat dimension) to describe Gorenstein rings. Moreover a characterization of Gorenstein injective (resp. Gorenstein flat) modules over Gorenstein rings is given in terms of their Gorenstein flat (resp. Gorenstein injective) resolutions.

本文研究了Gorenstein投射维数的相关问题.利用经典同调维数的研究方法,给出了Gorenstein投射维数有限模的Gorenstein投射维数的一个刻画,并利用这一结果证明了Gorenstein完全环和Artin环的Gorenstein整体维数分别由各自的循环模和单模的Gorenstein投射维数来确定.这些结论丰富了Gorenstein同调代数理论.     

Gorenstein Flat and Cotorsion Dimensions of Unbounded Complexes

In this article, we define and study the Gorenstein flat dimension and Gorenstein cotorsion dimension for unbounded complexes over GF-closed rings by constructions of resolutions of unbounded complexes. The behavior of the dimensions under change of rings is investigated.

设R■A是环的Frobenius扩张,其中A是右凝聚环,M是任意左A-模.首先证明了_AM是Gorenstein平坦模当且仅当M作为左R-模也是Gorenstein平坦模.其次,证明了Nakayama和Tsuzuku关于平坦维数沿着Frobenius扩张的传递性定理的"Gorenstein版本":若_AM具有有限Gorenstein平坦维数,则Gfd_A(M)=Gfd_R(M).此外,证明了若R■S是可分Frobenius扩张,则任意A-模(不一定具有有限Gorenstein平坦维数),其Gorenstein平坦维数沿着该环扩张是不变的.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to investigate some connections between Gorenstein flat and Gorenstein injective dimensions of complexes over different rings.     

Coherent Rings and Gorenstein FP-Injective Modules

In this article, Gorenstein FP-injective modules are introduced and investigated. A left R-module M is called Gorenstein FP-injective if there is an exact sequence … → E ₁ → E ₀ → E ⁰ → E ¹ → … of FP-injective left R-modules with M = ker(E ⁰ → E ¹) such that Hom _R (P, ?) leaves the sequence exact whenever P is a finitely presented left R-module with pd _R (P) < ∞. Some properties of Gorenstein FP-injective modules are obtained. Several well-known classes of rings are characterized in terms of Gorenstein FP-injective modules.     

On Gorenstein FP-Injective and Gorenstein Flat Complexes

In this article, the concept of Gorenstein FP-injective modules and some related known results are generalized to Gorenstein FP-injective complexes. Moreover, some new characterizations of Gorenstein flat complexes are given. It is also proved that every complex has a Gorenstein flat preenvelope over coherent rings with finite self-FP-injective dimension.
