The nature of the processes taking place in a nuclear power plant (NPP) steam turbine is the reason why their modeling is very difficult, especially when the model is intended to be used for on-line optimal model based process control over a wide range of operating conditions, caused by changing electrical power demand e.g. when combined heat and power mode of work is utilized. The paper presents three nonlinear models of NPP steam turbine, which are: the static model, and two dynamic versions, detailed and simplified. As the input variables, the models use the valve opening degree and the steam flow properties: mass flow rate, pressure and temperature. The models enable to get access to many internal variables describing process within the turbine. They can be treated as the output or state variables. In order to verify and validate the models, data from the WWER-440/213 reactor and the 4 CK 465 turbine were utilized as the benchmark. The performed simulations have shown good accordance of the static and dynamic models with the benchmark data in steady state conditions. The dynamic models also demonstrated good behavior in transient conditions. The models were analyzed in terms of computational load and accuracy over a wide range of varying inputs and for different numerical calculation parameters, especially time step values. It was found that the detailed dynamic model, due to its complexity and the resultant long calculation time, is not applicable in advanced control methods, e.g. model predictive control. However, the introduced simplifications significantly decreased the computational load, which enables to use the simplified model for on-line control.  相似文献

This paper discusses full fuzzy linear programming (FFLP) problems of which all parameters and variable are triangular fuzzy numbers. We use the concept of the symmetric triangular fuzzy number and introduce an approach to defuzzify a general fuzzy quantity. For such a problem, first, the fuzzy triangular number is approximated to its nearest symmetric triangular number, with the assumption that all decision variables are symmetric triangular. An optimal solution to the above-mentioned problem is a symmetric fuzzy solution. Every FLP models turned into two crisp complex linear problems; first a problem is designed in which the center objective value will be calculated and since the center of a fuzzy number is preferred to (its) margin. With a special ranking on fuzzy numbers, the FFLP transform to multi objective linear programming (MOLP) where all variables and parameters are crisp.  相似文献

In an uncertain economic environment, experts’ knowledge about outlays and cash inflows of available projects consists of much vagueness instead of randomness. Investment outlays and annual net cash flows of a project are usually predicted by using experts’ knowledge. Fuzzy variables can overcome the difficulties in predicting these parameters. In this paper, capital budgeting problem with fuzzy investment outlays and fuzzy annual net cash flows is studied based on credibility measure. Net present value (NPV) method is employed, and two fuzzy chance-constrained programming models for capital budgeting problem are provided. A fuzzy simulation-based genetic algorithm is provided for solving the proposed model problems. Two numerical examples are also presented to illustrate the modelling idea and the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.  相似文献

Under consideration is the electric power flow optimization problem for an electric power system which typically arises in calculation of electrical power auctions in the “day-ahead” and balancing markets. It was established that the problem of finding a feasible flow in the balancing market is NP-hard in the strong sense even in case of one generator. The problem of finding an optimal flow in the day-ahead market is proved to be NP-hard even with one generator and without controlled cuts.  相似文献

Power system transient stability is one of the most challenging technical areas in electric power industry. Thyristor-controlled series compensation (TCSC) is expected to improve transient stability and damp power oscillations. TCSC control in power system transients is a nonlinear control problem. This paper presents a T–S-model-based fuzzy control scheme and a systematic design method for the TCSC fuzzy controller. The nonlinear power system containing TCSC is modelled as a fuzzy “blending” of a set of locally linearized models. A linear optimal control is designed for each local linear model. Different control requirements at different stages during power system transients can be considered in deriving the linear control rules. The resulting fuzzy controller is then a fuzzy “blending” of these linear controllers. Quadratic stability of the overall nonlinear controlled system can be checked and ensured using H control theory. Digital simulation with NETOMAC software has verified that the fuzzy control scheme can improve power system transient stability and damp power swings very quickly.  相似文献

In this paper, two new algorithms are presented to solve multi-level multi-objective linear programming (ML-MOLP) problems through the fuzzy goal programming (FGP) approach. The membership functions for the defined fuzzy goals of all objective functions at all levels are developed in the model formulation of the problem; so also are the membership functions for vectors of fuzzy goals of the decision variables, controlled by decision makers at the top levels. Then the fuzzy goal programming approach is used to achieve the highest degree of each of the membership goals by minimizing their deviational variables and thereby obtain the most satisfactory solution for all decision makers.  相似文献

为了编制和优化施工进度计划,计算构成施工项目的各项工作最早开始时间、最迟开始时间、最早完成时间、最迟完成时间、总时差和自由时差等时间参数十分重要.提出了一种计算工作时间参数新方法.该方法以工作完成时间为决策变量,通过建立和求解线性规划模型来得到各种工作时间参数.其建模思路清晰,不需绘制网络图,能用通用办公软件EXCEL求解.模拟计算表明,用该方法与用标准网络计划技术计算出的工作时间参数完全一致.  相似文献

The aim of solving the Optimal Power Flow problem is to determine the optimal state of an electric power transmission system, that is, the voltage magnitude and phase angles and the tap ratios of the transformers that optimize the performance of a given system, while satisfying its physical and operating constraints. The Optimal Power Flow problem is modeled as a large-scale mixed-discrete nonlinear programming problem. This paper proposes a method for handling the discrete variables of the Optimal Power Flow problem. A penalty function is presented. Due to the inclusion of the penalty function into the objective function, a sequence of nonlinear programming problems with only continuous variables is obtained and the solutions of these problems converge to a solution of the mixed problem. The obtained nonlinear programming problems are solved by a Primal–Dual Logarithmic-Barrier Method. Numerical tests using the IEEE 14, 30, 118 and 300-Bus test systems indicate that the method is efficient.  相似文献

This paper describes a decomposition methodology applied to the multi-area optimal power flow problem in the context of an electric energy system. The proposed procedure is simple and efficient, and presents some advantages with respect to other common decomposition techniques such as Lagrangian relaxation and augmented Lagrangian decomposition. The application to the multi-area optimal power flow problem allows the computation of an optimal coordinated but decentralized solution. The proposed method is appropriate for an Independent System Operator in charge of the electric energy system technical operation. Convergence properties of the proposed decomposition algorithm are described and related to the physical coupling between the areas. Theoretical and numerical results show that the proposed decentralized methodology has a lower computational cost than other decomposition techniques, and in large large-scale cases even lower than a centralized approach.  相似文献

Minimum weight edge covering problem, known as a classic problem in graph theory, is employed in many scientific and engineering applications. In the applications, the weight may denote cost, time, or opponent’s payoff, which can be vague in practice. This paper considers the edge covering problem under fuzzy environment, and formulates three models which are expected minimum weight edge cover model, α-minimum weight edge cover model, and the most minimum weight edge cover model. As an extension for the models, we respectively introduce the crisp equivalent of each model in the case that the weights are independent trapezoidal fuzzy variables. Due to the complexity of the problem, a hybrid intelligent algorithm is employed to solve the models, which can deal with the problem with any type of fuzzy weights. At last, some numerical experiments are given to show the application of the models and the robustness of the algorithm.  相似文献

This paper studies the dynamic pricing problem of selling fixed stock of perishable items over a finite horizon, where the decision maker does not have the necessary historic data to estimate the distribution of uncertain demand, but has imprecise information about the quantity demand. We model this uncertainty using fuzzy variables. The dynamic pricing problem based on credibility theory is formulated using three fuzzy programming models, viz.: the fuzzy expected revenue maximization model, α‐optimistic revenue maximization model, and credibility maximization model. Fuzzy simulations for functions with fuzzy parameters are given and embedded into a genetic algorithm to design a hybrid intelligent algorithm to solve these three models. This paper considers Stackelberg solutions for decision making problems in hierarchical organizations under fuzzy random environments. Taking into account vagueness of judgments of decision makers, fuzzy goals are introduced into the formulated fuzzy random two-level linear programming problems. On the basis of the possibility and necessity measures that each objective function fulfills the corresponding fuzzy goal, together with the introduction of probability maximization criterion in stochastic programming, we propose new two-level fuzzy random decision making models which maximize the probabilities that the degrees of possibility and necessity are greater than or equal to certain values. Through the proposed models, it is shown that the original two-level linear programming problems with fuzzy random variables can be transformed into deterministic two-level linear fractional programming problems. For the transformed problems, extended concepts of Stackelberg solutions are defined and computational methods are also presented. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the proposed methods.  相似文献

Due to the small sample size of data available in medical research and the levels of uncertainty and ambiguity associated with medical data, some researchers have employed fuzzy regression models to find the relationship between outcomes and explanatory variables in medical decision-making. The advantages of regression models are their ability to handle small sample sizes while fuzzy logic can model vagueness, thus making fuzzy regression a popular model among researchers. In addition, the high levels of uncertainty in medical data encourage the use of type-2 fuzzy which is capable of handling such uncertainty. The current paper proposes an interval type-2 fuzzy regression model for predicting retinopathy in diabetic patients. The results of the present work shall prevent unnecessary testing of diabetic patient. This study also aims to assist patients and the healthcare community to reduce the cost of diabetes control and treatment by optimizing the number of check-ups.  相似文献

Project scheduling problem is to determine the schedule of allocating resources so as to balance the total cost and the completion time. This paper considers project scheduling problem with mixed uncertainty of randomness and fuzziness, where activity duration times are assumed to be random fuzzy variables. Three types of random fuzzy models as expected cost minimization model, (αβ)-cost minimization model and chance maximization model are built to meet different management requirements. Random fuzzy simulations for some uncertain functions are given and embedded into genetic algorithm to design a hybrid intelligent algorithm. The main objective of this work is to put forward chance constrained mixed-integer nonlinear stochastic and fuzzy programming models for refinery short-term crude oil scheduling problem under demands uncertainty of distillation units. The scheduling problem studied has characteristics of discrete events and continuous events coexistence, multistage, multiproduct, nonlinear, uncertainty and large scale. At first, the two models are transformed into their equivalent stochastic and fuzzy mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) models by using the method of Quesada and Grossmann [I. Quesada, I E. Grossmann, Global optimization of bilinear process networks with multicomponent flows, Comput. Chem. Eng. 19 (12) (1995) 1219–1242], respectively. After that, the stochastic equivalent model is converted into its deterministic MILP model through probabilistic theory. The fuzzy equivalent model is transformed into its crisp MILP model relies on the fuzzy theory presented by Liu and Iwamura [B.D. Liu, K. Iwamura, Chance constrained programming with fuzzy parameters, Fuzzy Sets Syst. 94 (2) (1998) 227–237] for the first time in this area. Finally, the two crisp MILP models are solved in LINGO 8.0 based on scheduling time discretization. A case study which has 267 continuous variables, 68 binary variables and 320 constraints is effectively solved with the solution approaches proposed.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a scenario decomposition approach for the treatment of interactive fuzzy numbers. Scenario decomposed fuzzy numbers (SDFNs) reflect a fact that we may have different estimations of possible ranges of uncertain variables depending on scenarios, which are expressed by fuzzy if-then rules. The properties of SDFNs are investigated. Possibilistic linear programming problems with SDFNs are formulated by two different approaches, fractile and modality optimization approaches. It is shown that the problems are reduced to linear programming problems in fractile optimization models with the necessity measures and that the problems can be solved by a linear programming technique and a bisection method in modality optimization models with necessity measures. A simple numerical example is given.  相似文献

An optimization is made in this paper by means of classical geometric programming and geometric programming under the fuzzy environment, although the optimization is complicated in an economical radius for power supply from substations. The latter involves discussing geometric programmings of soft constraints and fuzzy coefficients, which are new models, aiming to enlarge the radius of power supply as much as possible with the least investment and the reduction of waste. Besides, by numerical examples, more satisfactory results are obtained in the paper, which testify the mentioned effects and the solution to the model as well. And finally, the paper demonstrates that the models built here contain more information than a classical static controlling optimum model.  相似文献
