This paper considers multiobjective linear programming problems with fuzzy random variables coefficients. A new decision making model is proposed to maximize both possibility and probability, which is based on possibilistic programming and stochastic programming. This paper deals with nonlinear chance constrained programming as well as multiobjective case and goal programming with fuzzy coefficients occurring in not only constraints but also objectives. We also present a fuzzy simulation technique for handling fuzzy objective constraints and fuzzy goal constraints. In this paper, two new algorithms are presented to solve multi-level multi-objective linear programming (ML-MOLP) problems through the fuzzy goal programming (FGP) approach. The membership functions for the defined fuzzy goals of all objective functions at all levels are developed in the model formulation of the problem; so also are the membership functions for vectors of fuzzy goals of the decision variables, controlled by decision makers at the top levels. Then the fuzzy goal programming approach is used to achieve the highest degree of each of the membership goals by minimizing their deviational variables and thereby obtain the most satisfactory solution for all decision makers.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to deal with a multiobjective linear programming problem with fuzzy random coefficients. Some crisp equivalent models are presented and a traditional algorithm based on an interactive fuzzy satisfying method is proposed to obtain the decision maker’s satisfying solution. In addition, the technique of fuzzy random simulation is adopted to handle general fuzzy random objective functions and fuzzy random constraints which are usually hard to be converted into their crisp equivalents. Furthermore, combined with the techniques of fuzzy random simulation, a genetic algorithm using the compromise approach is designed for solving a fuzzy random multiobjective programming problem. Finally, illustrative examples are given in order to show the application of the proposed models and algorithms.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to propose a procedure for solving multilevel programming problems in a large hierarchical decentralized organization through linear fuzzy goal programming approach. Here, the tolerance membership functions for the fuzzily described objectives of all levels as well as the control vectors of the higher level decision makers are defined by determining individual optimal solution of each of the level decision makers. Since the objectives are potentially conflicting in nature, a possible relaxation of the higher level decision is considered for avoiding decision deadlock. Then fuzzy goal programming approach is used for achieving highest degree of each of the membership goals by minimizing negative deviational variables. Sensitivity analysis with variation of tolerance values on decision vectors is performed to present how the solution is sensitive to the change of tolerance values. The efficiency of our concept is ascertained by comparing results with other fuzzy programming approaches.  相似文献

The concept of fuzzy scalar (inner) product that will be used in the fuzzy objective and inequality constraints of the fuzzy primal and dual linear programming problems with fuzzy coefficients is proposed in this paper. We also introduce a solution concept that is essentially similar to the notion of Pareto optimal solution in the multiobjective programming problems by imposing a partial ordering on the set of all fuzzy numbers. We then prove the weak and strong duality theorems for fuzzy linear programming problems with fuzzy coefficients.  相似文献

This paper proposes a fuzzy-robust stochastic multiobjective programming (FRSMOP) approach, which integrates fuzzy-robust linear programming and stochastic linear programming into a general multiobjective programming framework. A chosen number of noninferior solutions can be generated for reflecting the decision-makers’ preferences and subjectivity. The FRSMOP method can effectively deal with the uncertainties in the parameters expressed as fuzzy membership functions and probability distribution. The robustness of the optimization processes and solutions can be significantly enhanced through dimensional enlargement of the fuzzy constraints. The developed FRSMOP was then applied to a case study of planning petroleum waste-flow-allocation options and managing the related activities in an integrated petroleum waste management system under uncertainty. Two objectives are considered: minimization of system cost and minimization of waste flows directly to landfill. Lower waste flows directly to landfill would lead to higher system costs due to high transportation and operational costs for recycling and incinerating facilities, while higher waste flows directly to landfill corresponding to lower system costs could not meet waste diversion objective environmentally. The results indicate that uncertainties and complexities can be effectively reflected, and useful information can be generated for providing decision support.  相似文献

In this paper we propose an interactive fuzzy programming method for obtaining a satisfactory solution to a “bi-level quadratic fractional programming problem” with two decision makers (DMs) interacting with their optimal solutions. After determining the fuzzy goals of the DMs at both levels, a satisfactory solution is efficiently derived by updating the satisfactory level of the DM at the upper level with consideration of overall satisfactory balance between both levels. Optimal solutions to the formulated programming problems are obtained by combined use of some of the proper methods. The maximum cut (Max-Cut) problem has extensive applications in various real-world fields, such as network design and statistical physics. In this paper, a more practical version, the Max-Cut problem with fuzzy coefficients, is discussed. Specifically, based on credibility theory, the Max-Cut problem with fuzzy coefficients is formulated as an expected value model, a chance-constrained programming model and a dependent-chance programming model respectively according to different decision criteria. When these fuzzy coefficients are represented by special fuzzy variables like triangular fuzzy numbers and trapezoidal fuzzy numbers, the crisp equivalents of the fuzzy Max-Cut problem can be obtained. Finally, a genetic algorithm combined with fuzzy simulation techniques is designed for the general fuzzy Max-Cut problem under these models and numerical experiment confirms the effectiveness of the designed genetic algorithm.  相似文献

This paper discusses full fuzzy linear programming (FFLP) problems of which all parameters and variable are triangular fuzzy numbers. We use the concept of the symmetric triangular fuzzy number and introduce an approach to defuzzify a general fuzzy quantity. For such a problem, first, the fuzzy triangular number is approximated to its nearest symmetric triangular number, with the assumption that all decision variables are symmetric triangular. An optimal solution to the above-mentioned problem is a symmetric fuzzy solution. Every FLP models turned into two crisp complex linear problems; first a problem is designed in which the center objective value will be calculated and since the center of a fuzzy number is preferred to (its) margin. With a special ranking on fuzzy numbers, the FFLP transform to multi objective linear programming (MOLP) where all variables and parameters are crisp.  相似文献

A solution concept of fuzzy optimization problems, which is essentially similar to the notion of Pareto optimal solution (nondominated solution) in multiobjective programming problems, is introduced by imposing a partial ordering on the set of all fuzzy numbers. We also introduce a concept of fuzzy scalar (inner) product based on the positive and negative parts of fuzzy numbers. Then the fuzzy-valued Lagrangian function and the fuzzy-valued Lagrangian dual function for the fuzzy optimization problem are proposed via the concept of fuzzy scalar product. Under these settings, the weak and strong duality theorems for fuzzy optimization problems can be elicited. We show that there is no duality gap between the primal and dual fuzzy optimization problems under suitable assumptions for fuzzy-valued functions.  相似文献

This paper deals with the stability of multiobjective nonlinear programming problems with fuzzy parameters in the objectives and constraints functions. These fuzzy parameters are characterized by fuzzy numbers. The existing results concerning the qualitative analysis of the notions (solvability set, stability sets of the first kind and of the second kind) in parametric nonlinear programming problems are reformulated to study the stability of multiobjective nonlinear programming problems under the concept of α-pareto optimality. An algorithm for obtaining any subset of the parametric space which has the same corresponding α-pareto optimal solution is also presented. Goal programming is an important technique for solving many decision/management problems. Fuzzy goal programming involves applying the fuzzy set theory to goal programming, thus allowing the model to take into account the vague aspirations of a decision-maker. Using preference-based membership functions, we can define the fuzzy problem through natural language terms or vague phenomena. In fact, decision-making involves the achievement of fuzzy goals, some of them are met and some not because these goals are subject to the function of environment/resource constraints. Thus, binary fuzzy goal programming is employed where the problem cannot be solved by conventional goal programming approaches. This paper proposes a new idea of how to program the binary fuzzy goal programming model. The binary fuzzy goal programming model can then be solved using the integer programming method. Finally, an illustrative example is included to demonstrate the correctness and usefulness of the proposed model.  相似文献

Linear programming problems with fuzzy parameters are formulated by fuzzy functions. The ambiguity considered here is not randomness, but fuzziness which is associated with the lack of a sharp transition from membership to nonmembership. Parameters on constraint and objective functions are given by fuzzy numbers. In this paper, our object is the formulation of a fuzzy linear programming problem to obtain a reasonable solution under consideration of the ambiguity of parameters. This fuzzy linear programming problem with fuzzy numbers can be regarded as a model of decision problems where human estimation is influential.  相似文献

This paper considers Stackelberg solutions for decision making problems in hierarchical organizations under fuzzy random environments. Taking into account vagueness of judgments of decision makers, fuzzy goals are introduced into the formulated fuzzy random two-level linear programming problems. On the basis of the possibility and necessity measures that each objective function fulfills the corresponding fuzzy goal, together with the introduction of probability maximization criterion in stochastic programming, we propose new two-level fuzzy random decision making models which maximize the probabilities that the degrees of possibility and necessity are greater than or equal to certain values. Through the proposed models, it is shown that the original two-level linear programming problems with fuzzy random variables can be transformed into deterministic two-level linear fractional programming problems. For the transformed problems, extended concepts of Stackelberg solutions are defined and computational methods are also presented. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the proposed methods.  相似文献

A bi-matrix game with fuzzy goal is shown to be equivalent to a (crisp) non-linear programming problem in which the objective as well as all constraint functions are linear except two constraint functions, which are quadratic. This equivalence is further extended to bi-matrix games with fuzzy pay-offs, as well as to bi-matrix games with fuzzy goals and fuzzy payoffs, whose equilibrium strategies are conceptualized by employing a suitable ranking (defuzzification) function.  相似文献

In the municipal solid waste (MSW) management system, there are many uncertainties associated with the coefficients and their impact factors. Uncertainties can be normally presented as both membership functions and probabilistic distributions. This study develops a scenario-based fuzzy-stochastic quadratic programming (SFQP) model for identifying an optimal MSW management policy and for allowing dual uncertainties presented as probability distributions and fuzzy sets being communicated into the optimization process. It can also reflect the dynamics of uncertainties and decision processes under a complete set of scenarios. The developed method is applied to a case study of long-term MSW management and planning. The results indicate that reasonable solutions have been generated. They are useful for identifying desired waste-flow-allocation plans and making compromises among system cost, satisfaction degree, and constraint-violation risk.  相似文献
