The paper defines an extended Ceshro operator Tg with holomorphic symbol g in the unit ball B of C^n as Tg(f)(z) =∫^10f(tz)Rg(tz)dt/t, f∈H(B),z ∈ B. Where Rg(z) =∑^nj=1 zjθg/θzj is the radial derivative of g. The category LTS of limit tower spaces is defined and shown to be isomorphic to the category CAP of convergence approach spaces. The full subcategory of LTS determined by the objects satisfying a diagonal axiom due to Cook and Fischer is shown to be isomorphic to the category AP of approach spaces. We establish Littlewood-Paley characterizations of Triebel-Lizorkin spaces and Besov spaces in Euclidean spaces using several square functions defined via the spherical average, the ball average, the Bochner-Riesz means and some other well-known operators. We study several extensions of Besov spaces; these extensions include the oscillation spaces Ops,swhich take into account correlations between the positions of large wavelet coefficients through the scales and, more generally, spaces defined through the distributions of suprema of wavelet coefficients on wavelet subtrees. A combination of the LIAPUNOV-SCHMIDT procedure, the implicit function theorems and the topological degree theory is used to investigate bifurcation points of equations of the form T(v) = L(λ, v) + M(λ, v), (λ, v) ? A × D?, where A is an open subset in a normed space and for every fixed λ ? A, T, L(λ ·) and M(λ ·) are mappings from the closure D? of a neighborhood D of the origin in a BANACH space X into another BANACH space Y with T(0) = L(λ, 0) = M(λ, 0) = 0. Let Λ be a characteristic value of the pair (T, L) such that T ? L( λ ,·) is a FREDHOLM mapping with nullity p and index s, p > s ≧ 0. Under suitable hypotheses on T. L and M, (λ , 0) is a bifurcation point of the above equations. This generalizes the results of [4], [6], [8], [13] and [14] etc. An application of the obtained results to the axisymmetric buckling problem of a thin spherical shell will be given.  相似文献

In this paper we examine the interactions between the topology of certain linearly ordered topological spaces (LOTS) and the properties of trees in whose branch spaces they embed.
