在吸纳了国内外学者研究成果的基础上,设计了组织文化测量量表.通过因子分析,得到了组织文化创新力、凝聚力、领导力、员工定位、绩效定位、分配定位、团队定位七个维度的测量指标,累计七个维度方差得到组织文化强度,由该强度值的大小得知组织文化的强弱.给出了一种测量组织文化的定量方法,解决了实证研究中组织文化测量困难的问题.  相似文献

We develop a theory for solving continuous time optimal stopping problems for non-linear expectations. Our motivation is to consider problems in which the stopper uses risk measures to evaluate future rewards. Our development is presented in two parts. In the first part, we will develop the stochastic analysis tools that will be essential in solving the optimal stopping problems, which will be presented in Bayraktar and Yao (2011) [1].  相似文献

In this paper, we will examine a multi-center one-period inventory system. The usual penalty cost for being out of stock will be replaced by an assurance of service constraint at each location. That is, we will constrain our inventory size to meet a specific maximum probability of being out of stock at each location. The centralized system we shall propose will define a priority rule which will cause us to satisfy the entire demand of high priority locations before we begin satisfying the demands of lower priority locations. This will allow us to find a minimum initial inventory level for the centralized system that will meet all of the assurance of service constraints. We will look at the special case where the variance of the total demand of several locations is non-decreasing in locations included in the total. In this case, we will show the computations required for finding the optimal centralized priority system are minimal. Finally, we will show that such a system is superior to a decentralized system.  相似文献

This is the second of a planned sequence of papers on inverse problems for canonical systems of differential equations. It is devoted to the inverse monodromy problem for canonical integral and differential systems. In this part, which focuses on the case of a diagonal signature matrixJ, a parametrization is obtained of the set of all solutionsM (t) for the inverse problem for integral systems in terms of two chains of entire matrix valued inner functions. Special classes of solutions correspond to special choices of these chains. This theme will be elaborated upon further in a third part of this paper which will be published in a subsequent issue of this journal. There the emphasis will be on symmetries and growth conditions all of which serve to specify or restrict the chains alluded to above, from the outside, so to speak.  相似文献

This paper deals with vibration control of micro-scale structures; i.e. MEMS devices. For modeling of the structures, finite element method which is a distinguished and accurate technique will be used. This method, however, leads to a model with high number of degrees of freedom which may cause computational costs especially for control problems. Hence, we will apply the second order Krylov subspace method based on multi-moment matching to obtain a reduced order model which is in the form of a second order bilinear system. For vibration suppression of the corresponding micro-structure, a quadratic feedback controller and also a linear state feedback controller using linear matrix inequality (LMI) will be designed. Finally, a micro-cantilever beam will be considered as a practical case study and simulation results of applying the proposed method will be presented.  相似文献

In this paper, we will give conditions which will guarantee the existence of positive solutions for a variety of second order boundary value problems, using the well-known Krasnoselskii fixed point theorem. We will deal with a specific differential equation meeting a specific initial condition and use a general boundary condition, involving a not necessarily linear functional. Our purpose is to pose conditions on that functional, which will guarantee that the Krasnoselskii fixed point theorem can be applied. It is important to notice that only the values of this functional on two specific functions are involved in the conditions we pose. This paper unifies the way we deal with a wide variety of boundary value problems and provides results which, to the best of our knowledge, are new.  相似文献

If an arbitrary film profile is given, then we show how to find a film profile which will support more weight than the given profile. We do this for a discrete problem-our methods may be used on a digital computer-and we establish convergence results. In this paper, a model which describes manpower planning procedures for a hierarchical system having certain desired properties to be achieved is presented. These properties will act as constraints on the system. It will be assumed that eventual, desired properties are achieved gradually over a period of time. Promotion policies will be wastagelinked and designed to satisfy vacancy-expansion demands. The model will be applied to data from a group of English County Police Constabularies.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to model lifetime data for systems that have failure modes by using the finite mixture of Weibull distributions. It involves estimating of the unknown parameters which is an important task in statistics, especially in life testing and reliability analysis. The proposed approach depends on different methods that will be used to develop the estimates such as MLE through the EM algorithm. In addition, Bayesian estimations will be investigated and some other extensions such as Graphic, Non-Linear Median Rank Regression and Monte Carlo simulation methods can be used to model the system under consideration. A numerical application will be used through the proposed approach. This paper also presents a comparison of the fitted probability density functions, reliability functions and hazard functions of the 3-parameter Weibull and Weibull mixture distributions using the proposed approach and other conventional methods which characterize the distribution of failure times for the system components. GOF is used to determine the best distribution for modeling lifetime data, the priority will be for the proposed approach which has more accurate parameter estimates.  相似文献

In the medium-term, second generation synthetic bio-diesel will make an important contribution to sustainable mobility. However, attributed to political, technical, and market related uncertainties, it is still not clear which interest groups will invest in production capacities and which technologies will be used. Hence, a multi-period MIP-model is presented for integrated location, capacity and technology planning for the design of production networks for second generation synthetic bio-diesel. The approach is applied to the region of Niedersachsen, Germany. Principle network configurations are developed for this region considering different scenarios and different risk attitudes of interest groups. As results of the investigation, recommendations are drawn regarding advantageous plant concepts, as well as strategies for the capacity installation. Finally, recommendations for political decision makers as well as for potential investors are deduced.  相似文献

The goal of this work is to study the static behaviour of a three‐dimensional elastic beam when is subjected to a three‐point bending test. In the first part, under suitable compatibility conditions on the applied forces and on the geometry of the beam, we will prove the existence of a unique solution for the associated contact elastic problem; these conditions of compatibility on the data come from the absence of a Dirichlet condition on the beam boundary. In the second part, we will study the asymptotic behaviour of this problem; in particular, we will deduce the one‐dimensional models associated with the displacement components, and we will give the existence and uniqueness of solution for them. Moreover, we will give an expression for the normal axial stress in the beam which is related to the modulus of rupture of brittle materials. In the final part of the work, we will deal with the regularity of the solution for the bending problem and we will prove some properties of the coincidence set. We will discuss a new integrable model which describes the motion of fluid. The present work is mainly concerned with global existence and blow-up phenomena which are largely due to the application of conservation laws for this integrable equations. Moreover, a new blow-up criterion for nonperiodic case is also established via the associated potential. Some interesting examples are also given to illustrate the application of our results. The precise blow-up rate is also investigated. Finally, we will emphasize the relations of classical Camassa-Holm equation and our model by analyzing the existence of global solutions.  相似文献

In this work we will consider He's variational iteration method for solving second-order initial value problems. We will discuss the use of this approach for solving several important partial differential equations. This method is based on the use of Lagrange multipliers for identification of optimal value of a parameter in a functional. This procedure is a powerful tool for solving the large amount of problems. Using the variational iteration method, it is possible to find the exact solution or an approximate solution of the problem. This technique provides a sequence of functions which converges to the exact solution of the problem. Our emphasis will be on the convergence of the variational iteration method. In the current paper this scheme will be investigated in details and efficiency of the approach will be shown by applying the procedure on several interesting and important models.  相似文献

Summary In this note, we will study a consistent estimator of a mixing distribution function (mixing d.f.). The estimator discussed in this note is that of Choi and Bulgren [4]. Since there is some doubt about the way of proving Lemma in [4] which is used for showing the consistency of the estimator in [2], [3] and [4], we will give different lemmas. We will show that their result (which is still true by using our lemmas) holds under a weaker assumption than theirs. The existence of the estimator is not discussed in [4].
